The store manager is very friendly, the ice cream is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Sitting outside the store is nice, and there's a beautiful garden in front.

Too bad to sell ice cream again well before closing time

As several customers have reported before, if you arrive at the store around 8:45 PM, you will no longer be served. 9:00 PM closing time does not apply to the customer, but to the staff.

Arrive at 8:58 PM and be at the door. Everything already seemed closed. Employees inside didn't look back either. A bit bland.

A very pleasant experience. Coffee is the best in the area (says an Italian!) and people is so kind and welcoming.

For my taste, this is not a good place for ice cream. I can feel it fatty and very, very sweet. I needed to throw to the garbage bin 2 times the ice cream because I did not like it at all. On the sorbet, the ones without sugar, I could feel water ice pieces. One more time, for my taste, I find it not a 4 stars ice-cream shop. Maybe in other places of the city, the recipe is better. On the other hand, the coffee is very good and the service is excellent! For coffee, I will definitely come one more time.

Arrived well before closing time and there were three female staff. 1 employee was helping a customer, the other two were cleaning, she clearly wanted to close quickly and deliberately ignored me. No hello, nothing, I stood there for 10 minutes and then I left. What a nasty service

Quite tasty ice cream, but on the expensive side

The cone was fresh and crispy, Ice cream was good, unfortunately there was no coconut ice cream. The price 2 ice creams with 2 bollwas very expensive.

Several times I came to get a nice coffee more than fifteen minutes before closing time and was allowed to return with the message: 'it has already been cleaned'. When I expressed my disappointment about this three times, the owner responded: 'well, that's a shame'. Too bad, nice place, delicious ice cream and coffee, but what disappointing service. From now on we will get our ice creams, coffee and other treats somewhere else.

Tasty ice-cream! The cones are nice and crispy and the ice cream tastes good. As is often the case, the white chocolate flavor is subtle, but at least it doesn't taste buttery. They also have some more surprising flavors. The location is a bit less inspiring and you can sit in front of the door but you feel a bit like you are in the loop.

Great value for money: a scoop on a 'cone' costs €1.60 and the choice and flavors are excellent. Highly recommended! I personally think after eight, malaga and yoghurt blueberries are the tastiest ;-)!

The ice cream is delicious. Hence three stars. But in an ice cream parlor it is also about cheerful, fast service. And that was missing on all sides. The girl who was helping did a nice job, but her colleague was mainly busy cleaning, making ice cream, and talking to a gentleman who was also there. The customers were queuing outside!!!! What's it all about and an ice cream parlor? The customer in particular!!!
