IJssalon 'n Ice in Wijk 11 Zoutelande

Delicious ice cream! And really great flavors. The scoops are also really big, and the quality and size justify the price. We loved going there and came back often.

Delicious ice cream !! Friendly service

Very good ice cream and some unusual flavors 👍👍

The best ice cream in Zoutelande

Very nice location right by the dam, delicious coffee

Very delicious ice cream, the selection is large. Price per scoop: €2.25

The ice cream is delicious and the portion size is quite good, but the price is not exactly low.

Het ijs is never heel lekker. Ben he vaak geweest bij gebrek aan alternatieven in de buurt. Veel ijs is zacht, implying that he veel suiker in het ijs zit. As voorbeeld het Griekse yoghurt ijs, waarvan men zou verwachten dat het niet zoet is, is juist wel zoet en dus also erg zacht. Quality is not strong. What is also a good example of this is how to make the scheppen droog, then it will be spoelen. As soon as I met a tree in the river, the water flowed, resulting in water in the river. That's not good, both in taste and texture. For the rest, 'n Ice is very nicely located and works very quickly. You can sit there comfortably and the choice is easy. The place looks nice and is well-maintained. The ice cream doesn't taste particularly good. I've been there many times since there aren't any alternatives nearby. A lot of the ice cream is soft, which suggests that it contains a lot of sugar. One example is the Greek yogurt ice cream, which you would expect to be not sweet, but it actually is sweet and therefore also very soft. So the quality leaves much to be desired. Another area for improvement would be if they dried the scoops after rinsing them. If you grab the ice cream with a wet scoop, the water freezes, which leads to ice crystals in the ice cream. It doesn't taste particularly good, neither in terms of flavor nor texture. Otherwise, "n Ice" is in a very nice location and the staff works very efficiently. It's a comfortable place to sit and the selection is huge. The place looks nice and well-maintained.

Super delicious ice cream and real whipped cream!

Delicious ice cream, friendly and fast service!

The best ice cream in Holland ❤️❤️

Blanching a Coupe Dame with whipped cream is always delicious.

Last night, July 24, 2026, we—my husband, my daughter, and my stepson—had a delicious sorbet. The young man who came to take our order and brought us the ice cream made quite an impression on my daughter. She thought he was nice. The ice cream was delicious, the service was polite and friendly, and my daughter liked him so much that she wanted to know more about him. How could she find out? I hope for a nice and positive answer.

Fresh scoop ice cream, lots of choice. Tip: choose Zoutelande. With sea salt and caramel. Also various sundaes. Beautiful terrace where you can also eat your scoop ice cream. Also handy: a toilet for guests. Also tasty coffee. With a liqueur and whipped cream on the side. And a Zeeland waffle.

I was working as a first aider at the street race in Zoutelande and got a delicious ice cream there; the selection is huge, from soft serve to large tubs with many types of scoop ice cream.

Lots of choice, comfortable seating, and not too expensive

More choice than anywhere else; sweets, toasties, etc. are also available.

Really delicious ice cream! The price per scoop is quite high. It's great that they accept card payments.

Strawberry sundaes again today. Not cheap, but fair. Very friendly service. German is spoken quite well. We'll be back.

Delicious ice cream sundaes for 11 euros. Deducting a point for the stench on the unfortunately non-smoke-free terrace.

On the recommendation of friends, we cycled here to have ice cream cake with coffee. After 34 km, we were really in the mood for it. Waitress Roos mentioned the Snickers-vanilla-caramel and mango-Greek yogurt flavors, so we both chose them. Fantastic, so delicious! The menu on the table is funny. 'n Ice.

We're going there again today! Even though things have gotten expensive like so many others, they still serve decent portions, and the food tastes great!!!

Best ice cream in the Netherlands. Great selection, exceptional flavors.

Wow, that was delicious! Creamy soft serve ice cream, fresh strawberries, perfect coffee, and top-notch service! Highly recommended!

Expensive ice cream, but worth every lick/bite. Besides classic flavors like stracciatella or strawberry, there are also unusual ones like stroopwafel.

A wide selection of ice cream flavors. However, the prices, as is probably the case everywhere, have risen sharply. A single scoop of ice cream there cost €2.25 (as of May 2026). The scoop wasn't very large, and the taste didn't impress me. The young staff could definitely improve their friendliness.

Best ice in Town and Region! Fresh and delightful!

Delicious, high-quality ice cream! Large portions, great price. Top-notch ice cream parlor! Both the scooped and soft serve ice cream are delicious. 🍦

We went there like every year, everything was great. One small downside: a scoop of ice cream now costs €2.25.

Very good and delicious ice cream

They have delicious ice cream here. The scoops are of course adapted to the holiday destination, but if you want quality, you have to pay for it 😉

Tasty cappuccino (though €4). With an extra glass of whipped cream and liqueur. And a cookie, and at Easter, an Easter egg. Apple pie is delicious with REAL whipped cream! You don't see that often anymore. TOP.

Great ice cream, friendly people, exotic flavors, beautiful atmosphere

A lovely ice cream parlor behind the dike in Zoutelande – right where many locals and visitors stroll. They offer a wide variety of flavors 🍨 🍦, both for eating in and taking away in a cone or cup. The service is quick and friendly. The prices are typical for the area, and the quality and taste of the ice cream are very good.

The best ice cream parlor for years and a must on every vacation!!

Unfortunately, the waffles were covered in soot from the heavily used waffle iron. The wait was also very long. The waffles stuck to the paper plate.

Delicious ice cream. The cappuccino is also highly recommended.

Delicious ice cream and with every hot drink there is a small glass of cream and a small bowl of biscuits and chocolate

Delicious ice cream, and the price was OK. It wasn't cheap, but at least the scoop was large and the ice cream was delicious. I had caramel sea salt and cheesecake. So, there were also some non-standard flavors.

Delicious chocolate with slagroom. Very windy but wonderful.

Very delicious ice cream. The cheesecake flavor is especially recommended. The only downside is the price: €2.10 per scoop.

Great ice cream, all flavors are equally delicious ‼️👍

Delicious cappuccino and a delicious apple tart. Plus, very friendly service. TOP

Delicious ice cream. Also the soft serve. And the Zoutelande flavor (caramel sea salt) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Exciting ice cream flavors in good quality, I can only recommend

Delicious ice cream, though a bit too sweet and creamy.

Very tasty ice cream, and a spacious terrace.

Ice cream is ok, the prices are a little too high

Super tasty ice cream and a very wide selection (choice stress)!

No vacation is complete without an ice cream in Zoutelande!!! MEGA

The best ice cream in the world

Wide variety of flavors. Friendly service. An ice cream is a must when visiting Zoutelande :-).

Delicious ice cream, good portions

Best ice cream anywhere. I've had delicious ice cream several times, nice big scoops, beautiful location, and friendly staff!

A true paradise! The ice cream is excellent, truly delicious, truly nice.

Super delicious ice cream. I was surprised by the limoncello ice cream.

There's a lot of ice cream to choose from, but it all tastes quite sweet and the same. The ice cream was also quite hard and not very creamy.

The ice cream is super delicious, with great flavors and a huge selection! One scoop = €2, a hefty price!

A great address for a delicious ice cream!!

Super good ice cream, nice service

As always, a delicious ice cream! Every year we come here to eat a handful of ice cream.

Unfortunately, the vanilla ice cream lacks any real flavor. It's more like a mass-produced product than a great one.

Nice ice cream, nothing wrong with it

Always great here. Super delicious ice cream 🍨 and good service.

Great! If you don't try this place when you're in town, it's only your own fault! Super-friendly service with German-speaking skills.

We ate delicious soft-serve ice cream there. The bistro tables outside, labeled with the ice cream and beverage selections, are both fun and practical.

If you're on vacation, then here it is, delicious... If you're on vacation, then here it is, delicious...

Too bad, 2,- for a scoop of ice cream but 2,10 had to pay by pin. Just add that there is an extra 10 cents if you pay by pin!

Never had such fruity ice cream before. The fruit ice cream tastes like eating the pure fruit. I had three good-sized scoops, and the cup was perfectly filled with incredibly delicious ice cream. The latte macchiato and ice cream café were also delicious, and the iced coffee was beautifully presented.

Delicious! 32 homemade varieties

Fantastic good homemade ice cream

Very tasty ice cream every time and, even if it's very busy and the line is long, you don't have to wait too long.

Echt heerlijk ijs super zaak aardig personeel en fantastische bassin lekkere zit plaatsen hoorentjes zijn heerlijk kortom fantastisch

Large selection of ice cream and very tasty. The cappuccino is that best I had in Zoutelande.

Good quality ice cream, unfortunately less choice in the late season.

Had a nice bottle of Hertog-Jan (2) during the coastal walking marathon. Together with my buddy 🍻🍻🍻

Cup of coffee is very complete with 2 types of cookies and a small liqueur with whipped cream. The ice cream is really fantastic: better than in Italy. Unfortunately, the cappuccino was a bit disappointing: very weak due to too much milk and foam.

The size of the bulbs depends on who creates them. Now getting ice cream for the 3rd day, and it's getting smaller and smaller. But suuppppeeerrrr delicious

The best ice cream I've ever eaten. In Zoutelande/Holland.

Good ice cream, both scoops and soft ice cream. The employees are very quick and everything happens quickly.

Very large balls. Delicious sorbet. We had lemon, limoncello & cassis. All varieties had a strong delicious taste. The lemon “squeaked” really nicely - so it was pretty sour. We were also allowed to sit down with our take away ice cream. Prices - well like everywhere else, but totally okay for the taste

We have been coming here regularly for many years. The prices have risen quite a bit, but the location and the taste are good. But the spaghetti ice cream is a joke, Idr. You get a second ice cream ball instead of cream, unfortunately not here. So normal ice cream scoops and the café are more worthwhile.

Mega delicious ice cream, creamy, homemade milkshake, double cappuccino... highly recommended! Always full, well attended and fair prices! Nice atmosphere on the promenade

Tasty ice cream. Lots of variety. Quite busy.

Great ice cream, speak German and well located. Absolutely worth a visit.

Tastiest ice cream in the Netherlands. We come here almost every day during the holidays. Why 4 stars? There is a big difference in the amount of ice cream you get per employee. Sometimes really small bulbs, you can't even call them bulbs. But honestly the best ice cream in the Netherlands.

The ice cream here is 10/10. I really enjoyed it. We ended up hitting this place twice in one day during our bike ride to and from our destinations. Very friendly as well.

Very tasty and the price is right too 🙂👍🏼 Still very good after a year

Too few conditions for so many guests. Air up

Very tasty ice cream and the coffee specialties are also really tasty. According to my wife, the apple pie is a dream.😂 We can only recommend IJssalon 'n Ice. Waiting times are to be expected. Unfortunately there aren't too many seats. You may have to wait a while for a table.

The ice cream is simply mega. There's nothing more to say about that.

I think almost €2 for a scoop of ice cream is steep!

Delicious ice cream as usual. Unfortunately, like many products, ice cream is also starting to become too expensive

Delicious ice cream in a beautiful spot in Walcheren.

Delicious ice cream, it's a pity that they are only open until 8 p.m. in the summer. Missed opportunity for an ice cream after dinner!

Delicious, many types of ice cream! Etc and not expensive!

Very tasty cappuccino and very tasty ice cream 🍨

We bought ice cream there. 4 scoops each in the waffle came to €8, so €2 per scoop, but there was plenty of ice cream on it, so it was good value for money. Ice cream also tasted great. Delicious varieties to choose from.

There was no flavor in the ice cream. Pistachio didn't taste like it at all. Bueno also tasteless. Expensive for a small scoop. Lots of choice and nice terrace. Staff could be a little friendlier.

Very tasty ice cream. Attentive service. Recommendation: Coupe notes.
