A little coffee place to drink and buy coffee (and tea). We decided to go here on a whim since the weather was nice, and ended up buying a few bags of coffee. The lady behind the counter was really friendly, the coffee smell inside was amazing, and they actually roast the (decaf) beans themselves which was really nice to hear! And of course, the coffee was great as well, and we got to see her fill a batch of bags with fresh coffee beans that were meant to sell the next day. And by hand! How often do you see that nowadays :)

For being “just” a neighborhood coffee and tea shop, Illimani has exceptional quality and atmosphere. I buy beans here regularly and they are some of the best value you can get, with roasting that highlights the qualities of different beans and a selection of regular and specialty beans to choose from. It’s fun to look at all the coffee paraphernalia in the small shop and there are a few intimate tables, even a tiny courtyard with seating at the back. Owners are friendly and usually happy to chat. It’s refreshing that they offer so many teas, as usually a shop will specialize in just coffee or tea. If you order coffee brewed there, you might get mixed results, but the rest makes up for it.

One of my new favorite places to go. The owners are so, so kind and knowledgeable! I recommend anyone to visit this place, grab one of their coffees, or sit down drinking one, and shop for delicious beans teas and accessories.

Wonderful to have a coffee inside

Illimani koffiebranderij stond al een tijdje op mijn bucketlist om eens te bezoeken. De reden? Als ze koffie branden, is het tot in mijn tuin te ruiken en het ruikt heerlijk! Nu drink ik mijn koffie in de ochtend. Half blind uit bed naar koffieapparaat en dan wakker worden met koffie. Mijn enige verslaving. Nu trad daar vandaag het Duo Juliëtte & Marlowe op. (Juliëtte ken ik van de Zumba). Bossanova, Merengue, Jazz, alles Spaanstalig of Engels. Dit was een goede reden om er eens langs te gaan. Heerlijke koffie EN thee gedronken. Ook los te koop.

Illimani became my default coffee roaster. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Their coffee is great and fresh. It is also much cheaper compared to roasters in Rotterdam and Amsterdam with similar quality. Would highly recommend!

Uitstekende koffie voor een eerlijke prijs. Authentieke mensen met kennis en passie voor koffie, internationale sfeer. Fijne tuin.

Wat dit koffiehuis toevoegt in ons mooie Bezuidenhout, is onbetaalbaar. De koffies worden ter plaatse gebrand, zijn door de eigenaren zelf geïmporteerd en de kwaliteit is zeer goed. Ook de sfeer is er fantastisch. De koffie en vakbekwame 'vriendelijk' eigenaren, trekken de leukste mensen aan. Illimani's bezoekers komen werkelijk uit alle hoeken van de wereld vandaan. Voor mij een echt pareltje, waar we met zijn allen zuinig op moeten zijn. En ik hoop er nog velen jaren van te kunnen genieten! 👏

Fantastisch Flat white, niet alleen maar sterk maar ook erg smaakvol

Wat een pareltje! Na heerlijke wandeling in het Haagsche bos per ongeluk ontdekt. Heerlijke koffies, zowel om te drinken en in groot verpakking. Erg leuke binnentuin. Aanrader!

Zeer lekkere en verse koffie. Aardige mensen die altijd klaarstaan om je te helpen of voor een praatje.

Uitstekende koffie voor zeer schappelijke prijzen. Eric heeft passie voor zijn vak en heeft veel kennis over zijn Koffie. Altijd in voor een praatje en aandacht voor zijn klanten. Mooie zaak met een centrale plek voor de brander en de balen koffiebonen. De geur van vers gebrande bonen komt je tegemoet. Eenmaal hier je koffie(bonen) gehaald en je wil nooit meer supermarkt of Starbucks kwaliteit. Een aanwinst voor de buurt!

This speciality coffee shop is excellent the beans are always fresh and delicious resulting in really tasty coffee. The atmosphere is always calm and cozy and the staff are extremely kind and warm hearted and it’s really nice to stop and have a chat with them. They have a wide selection of beans as well as teas meaning you can really customise your coffee or tea. If your a vegan they have non dairy options such as soy milk. I would really advise stopping here if you love coffee or just want to have a drink or a chat. Eric the owner roasts his beans every week on Monday or Sunday so this means the beans are fresh. You can also buy the beans to take home. They have outside seating in a nice little garden and indoor seating. They’re prices are really good. I would recommend their lattes if you like lighter coffee and an espresso if you like something stronger but all of their options are good.

I tried dark roast americano and it was really good. It's also quite nice that it has a garden.

Hele goede koffie die ze zelf (groen) importeren en per week in kleine batches branden. Daardoor altijd vers en voor een hele schappelijke prijs! Echt 5 sterren waard.

Een oase van rust wanneer je de theresiastraat bent afgelopen. De eigenaren zijn aardig en staan open voor een praatje. Volgens mij komen er regelmatig mensen uit de buurt langs voor een kopje koffie! Ik ben zelf nog geen koffiekenner, maar ik ben erg tevreden over de koffie die ze hier serveren :-) Ze hebben ook havermelk mocht iemand lactoseintolerantie hebben of voor vegans onder ons.

Great specialty coffee store owned by a warm-hearted couple. I’d strongly recommend trying their beans, a massive upgrade over the supermarket ones!

Mooie koffiezaak en op vrijdag en zaterdag hebben ze ook een simpel ontbijtje. Ik kom hier graag voor koffie, een croissantje en praatje met de eigenaren.

Heerlijke koffie met persoonlijke aandacht

Toen de branderij dicht was en ik een kijkje nam door het raam, kwam meneer naar de deur!! Kom binnen. Hij zei, ik ben er toch. We hebben echt heerlijke koffie gehaald en de eigenaar heeft ons veel verteld over koffie en thee. Het ruikt er heerlijk en het is mooo schoon, de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ook top!
