Irodios Zeewolde in Wijk 00

We had a delicious meal here and it was completely full. But despite the crowds, friendly service and not a long wait. Worth repeating

Made a reservation requesting a table by the window, which was fulfilled, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and importantly delicious dishes.

Delicious food. Friendly service and, very important to me, a quiet area to sit and enjoy.

Delicious Greek food, friendly service

On Friday 21.03.2025 we went to dinner at the restaurant. What a pleasant environment, beautiful, clean, friendly and efficient staff. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. As for the food, only 2 negative comments: the salad had leaves that were too crunchy and olives with pits and in the Dame Blanche dessert the chocolate crunchies looked like rocks, I almost broke a tooth! But that didn't mean I wouldn't eat there again. What I really found bad was how many dogs were under the tables. Dogs moving around the tables, barking at each other... I love animals and I'm an advocate for animal-related causes, but dining out with my family involves relaxing and enjoying good food and this is definitely not the right environment for that. Unfortunately, for these reasons, I do not recommend it and I have no intention of going back there...

Had a delicious meal this evening at Irodios with super friendly service. Very friendly also to our baby, he really liked it! We are staying at Center Parcs de Eemhof and we ended up here for an evening of good food. Definitely recommended to others!

Very good Greek, you can eat very well👍🤤. I had bifteki filled with feta and tomatoes and my wife had gyros with 2 biftekis. Previously there was an ouzo on the house, very nice staff and on the ball, have been there 4 times now💯👍💥💥.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten! We kregen nog een plateau met Griekse amuses extra met heerlijk brood erbij. Alle gerechten waren top bereid. ( voorgerecht, hoofdgerechten en desserts). Hier kan je heerlijk gegrild vlees eten. Aanrader is de Ares schotel! In het weekend is reserveren wel nodig want in het weekend zitten ze altijd vol. ( maar dat is een goed teken) Prijzen zijn ook prima.

I was here for the first time with my girlfriend to celebrate Valentine's Day again after 5 years and it was fantastic. The starter was incredibly tasty, the giros and the souflaki were delicious and the Baklava was great! Great place to celebrate your Valentine's Day!

The food and service are fine, but asking 14 euros for a shrimp dish with 3 small shrimps in it? I think it's a shame. Everything is becoming more expensive, but this is a deviation from reality.

On Christmas Day we ordered a takeaway meal from Irodius in Zeewolde for four people, and it was really fantastic. From the moment of ordering to collection, everything went smoothly and we were warmly welcomed. The dishes were neatly packaged and clearly labeled, so we didn't have to sort anything out. The taste was authentically Greek, with tender gyros, wonderfully seasoned souvlaki and a fresh Greek salad. The portions were also generous, so everyone had more than enough. In short, highly recommended if you are looking for a delicious Greek feast in Zeewolde!

Been looking for a good Greek restaurant for a while, every time a disappointment. Then I came across Irodios. What a blessing😁! The food was really delicious, everything was very tender and tasty, the service was friendly and there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Compliments!!!

Went today on Christmas Day. The only downside I found was that the special Christmas menu had no option for children without pork. They did take allergies and the like into account. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely come back again!

Sfeervol.Gezellig en goed personeel .Eten was goed.We hadden online gereserveerd maar stonden niet op de reserveringslijst.Dat liep soms niet goed zei een personeelslid. Moest wel lang wachten op dessert drie kwartier. Was niet goed doorgekomen.Toen binnen 5 minuten kregen we ons dessert.Wel excuses aangeboden..

With a group of about 30 people you can have a great meal at Irodios at a very reasonable price.

I was on holiday in Zewolde with my wife for a week and also ate in this restaurant here. The restaurant is located directly at the harbor and offers a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and the food tasted very good. Our wishes were met without any problem. So the ambience is good. Staff and food very good. The visit was worth it

Great Greek restaurant in Zeewolde near the beach. We often enjoy coming here because the service is fantastic and the food is delicious! In general the portions are quite large, but it varies per dish. For example, I had the leg of lamb with gnocchi and it was quite little, but very tasty! The service is always super friendly and quite fast, especially for large groups. My brother-in-law had a bit of bad luck with a piece of ribeye that had a lot of sinew and was therefore really tough, but the owner offered an alternative that would be ready quickly so that he could enjoy a meal with us. Very attentive and nice. Definitely recommended if you like delicious Greek food. The photo also shows the dish Irodios, which my husband had.

20/9 met gezin heerlijk gegeten. Verschillende voorgerechten en hoofdgerechten besteld en allemaal heerlijk van smaak (hulde aan de kok). Was ons eerste bezoek en wij komen bij gelegenheid graag nog eens terug. Ook leuke locatie aan het haventje met gratis parkeren Geproefd: (uit zeer uitgebreide menukaart) Mix trio pita, porto Bello, manitaria tianaki Mix Irodios, Iliade, Yemisto Psaronefri, Ossehaas

We spent 2 nights at the Eemhof and wanted to have a nice meal. This is disappointing at the Eemhof. While looking for a good restaurant we ended up at Irodios this evening. We already love Greece and Greek food, so it's great. Of course you always have to wait and see how you like the food, but this was beyond expectations. I had the Feta Fournou beforehand, simply delicious. As a main course we both had the Irodios special suflaki. The meat on the skewer was so delicious. All varieties prepared just right. In short, highly recommended for a meal. It was great. 👍🏽

We sat on the terrace and enjoyed Greek food. It tasted delicious with a choice of many starters. It was just busy so patience was a virtue. But in the end everything was delicious. The service remained friendly and provided plenty of drinks.

Yesterday we ate for the first time at this beautiful location. The food was fresh and tasty. Lots of authentic Greek dishes and the Tarama (fish roe mousse) was in one word: heavenly! The mixed fish was great and the Stiphado (veal stew) was buttery soft. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

Goed restaurant, we werden op een uiterst vriendelijke manier ontvangen. De warme en koude voorgerechten waren erg lekker. De mixed grill was prima. Een leuk gerecht was de exochico, krokant deeg gevuld met ossenhaas, varkenshaas, kipfilet en groente. Het gerecht smaakte uitstekend, was een leuke verrassing. Er stonden meerdere speciale gerechten op de kaart, die bij de meeste Griekse restaurants niet tegen komt. Al met al is het restaurant een absolute aanrader.

Been there for the first time. Absolutely enjoyed it! Very nice people work there, the atmosphere was relaxed with nice music and the food was really delicious. And that on a busy Saturday. Our food had a lot of flavor, looked good and the waiting time between dishes was actually good. Not too long, not too short. We will definitely come back again

Had a great experience, very customer friendly. I love Greek but am allergic to pork so they improvised a delicious dish with chicken fillet for me + we got two shots of Ozu while waiting. It is also not too expensive compared to other tents, definitely recommended!

Cozy atmosphere, good food, good price

Been here for the first time. Clearly a popular place, many people also came to pick up food. The restaurant decor is a bit boring (brown, brown, brown). The (young) staff is friendly and does their best. The meat dish was tasty, and a lot on your plate, Greek style. The moussaka was a bit bland/mealy.

We are amazed by the previous reviews. The warm pekelia was not impressive, some things overcooked, the mussels plain. The main course arrived quickly, due to the thin pieces of meat that were piled on the plate. In terms of presentation it could have been a bit better, just like the meat. Service was friendly but not always attentive. The restaurant has little atmosphere.

Super gezellige avond gehad!! Het eten is echt heel goed! Alles wat we besteld hadden was gewoon echt heel erg lekker. Echt zeker aan te raden om hier te gaan eten😋 Daarbij hadden we live muziek, dus dat maakte het compleet!

It used to be a good resturant but it seems their quality and quantity of served meal is down grading while the price is rising. The lamrack dish was far away from ideal and previous experience.

Wij gaan regelmatig naar restaurants en zeker Griekse maar wat we hier te eten kregen was werkelijk echt voortreffelijk, de smaak en kwaliteit waren ver boven de verwachting dus een echte aanrader Wat ook fijn was dat we onze honden mee mochten nemen

8 jaar geleden hier gegeten tijden ons weekend weg. Was toen geweldig dus tijdens ons weekendje weg afgelopen dagen weer gereserveerd. Eten was nog steeds heerlijk! Onze dochter lust geen kipfilet..geen probleem. Mocht bifteki ipv kip..toppie!! De bediening verdient een 10+ wat een leuke mensen!!

Wat was dit een zeer POSITIEVE verassing. Aan de telefoon doorgegeven dat we met een 5 tal personen en een hond zouden komen op woensdag 18 oktober 2023. Was geen enkel probleem. De ontvangst door het personeel was zeer professioneel en super vriendelijk. De door het personeel aangegeven plaats was zeer uitnodigend. Vervolgens het voor en hoofdgerecht besteld. Wij allen waren het er over eens het eten was verrukkelijk. Alles was goed bereid en vers. Daarna het toetje. De hoeveelheid eten was goed. Omdat het zo goed was zijn we de volgende dag donderdag 19 oktober 2023 ook naar dit restaurant gegaan. Dit was wederom geen teleurstelling. Omdat het allemaal zo goed is hebben we afgesproken dat we vanuit Rotterdam zeker nog meerdere keren terug zullen komen. Ze hebben er een vaste klant bij. We kunnen aanbevelen de mosselen, garnalen, mousaka gehakt te veel om op te noemen.

Deed ons aan onze vakantie in Griekenland denken. Goed gegeten!

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten in het Grieks restaurant Irodios waar we door de nette en zeer vriendelijke bediening erg goed zijn bedient. Geen wensen, geen opmerkingen, kortom zeker de moeite waard. Bedankt!

Het eten is heerlijk, wij hadden gereserveerd voor een groep. De bediening buiten was niet best. Duurde erg lang voor de drankjes werden opgenomen. Het straalde geen professionaliteit uit. Beetje klunsig. Het eten daarintegen was van goede kwaliteit.

Heerlijk gegeten, vlot bediend en vriendelijk personeel! Een echte aanrader, wij gaan zeker weten er nog eens eten.
