Italiaans Restaurant Bacco in Wijk 05 Buitengebied

We had a wonderful meal with the family at Restaurant Bacco today. After a delicious starter, the pizzas were excellent—plenty of filling, crispy, and the perfect size. The service and atmosphere in the restaurant were also top-notch. Highly recommended!

I wasn't impressed. It wasn't bad. But it was really very basic, with small portions and small pizzas. And expensive prices. (Which is fine if the quality is also good.) It used to be much better. A real shame.

Small and mediocre pizzas, uncomfortable wooden chairs. Nothing special or distinctive, and pricey too. No more Bacco for me.

I have visited this restaurant quite a few times over the years and always liked my visits. Good food, friendly personnel and a nice atmosphere. However, this time when seeing the prices in the menu, I decided it would be the last visit for us. 20+ euros for a regular pizza?? 40+ Euros for a meat dish? These prices are completely out of proportion. No idea why they opted for prices like this, but this is not a good move if you ask me. It surely chased us away!

I used to come here regularly, and guess what, they still have those unfortunate chairs. The pizzas have become incredibly expensive, too small, and very mediocre. A faded glory. This has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant.

What a disappointment! The price-quality ratio is absolutely terrible. €22 for a pizza with an undercooked crust. The chairs were uncomfortable, and there were dead flies on the window sill. The Aperol Spritz was good, but that's the only positive, unfortunately. Such a shame!

Beautiful outdoor terrace! Convenient parking right outside. Inside, the decor is a bit dated. The food is good, with lovely flavors – even gluten-free! I personally found the sausage on the Bacco pizza a bit overpowering, but the other dishes were superb. The strawberry sorbet is highly recommended! We will definitely be back, especially to enjoy the lovely terrace.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and delicious food.

The atmosphere is good, a lovely place. It looks neat and tidy. The furniture is a bit dated, and the chairs aren't very comfortable. The food is somewhat ordinary and doesn't quite match the rather steep prices. The friendly service made a few mistakes, but they were quickly resolved. It was a pleasant evening.

As a young teenager, I ate here almost monthly with my family and even did a short internship there. Now, 17 years later, I've returned with my fiancé... and time has truly stood still here! In the best possible way! The food is still just as delicious, and the atmosphere is still just as great! Truly wow 💯❤️ Bacco for ever 🇮🇹

We had a truly wonderful meal at this cozy Italian restaurant, quietly situated near Nijverdal. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and they enthusiastically explained the various dishes. The limoncello at the end was the perfect finishing touch and made the evening complete.

It takes some searching outside of Hellendoorn, you don't expect a restaurant at this location. Good food, but quite on the pricey side for what you get. The wine earns a lot of money considering the prices of a bottle of simple red wine that we drank at 29.00 euros. And idk. As previously mentioned in reviews, the pizza base seems a bit thin and simple. Desserts also look good and taste great. Service is good and the atmosphere is nice. Quite disappointing, a bavette of 35 euros and my son's with prawns for 42 euros is served on a sandwich plate buried under the sauce and when cutting it open the water runs out, the little garnish that also has to fit on the sandwich plate is then immediately wet. Of course the complaint was passed on to the staff, but nothing is done about it. In that case I let them know via Google that it is not recommended. Pizzas with a sandwich thick base were also just below par and the rocket with the pasta was not fresh. All in all not a top experience.

For an Italian restaurant the pizzas are far below par. In terms of price and size, but also the taste of the soil was not good. Supermarket pizza tastes better. It's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much in recent years

Ordered 1 steak (bavette) medium well but it was served rare, so I asked if it should be cooked a little more well, that was no problem, we even got a new one, but it was also completely raw on the inside, but since the rest of the group had already finished their food, my daughter didn't want to wait any longer and we left, a shame about a steak for €36, the rest of the food was not very great either, the pizzas were very limp and soggy and the pasta had too much sauce, in short, for these prices the quality is very low

Easily accessible, ample parking, reception was good, friendly staff. The food was substandard and very pricey. Pizza base looked like it came ready-made from the package. Pasta was crispy…. Meat and salad were good. Was very busy that evening, maybe that was why. Shame

Delicious food again for the umpteenth time! The scampi gratin is highly recommended and the wines are always of very good quality! Until next time!

Very tasty food, service was okay, but for people who are sensitive to it: very noisy. A little attention to acoustics wouldn't go amiss.

Always pleasant as in the beginning, and this was more than 40 years ago. 45 years to be precise. And the pizzas are and remain delicious in a wonderful ambiance.

Delicious pizzas and friendly staff. 5:10 PM -05 July -24 . What was a downer was the nagging (according to our 3 daughters a "Karen") from a neighbor who complained about our barking dog who was sitting in the car in the P seat, before we had even ordered drinks, in fact, we were sitting We hadn't even gotten to the table before a waitress came and told us that someone had called and complained about the barking (it was more like whining because he had to stay in the car) and that we could also bring our dog inside. But this "Karen" didn't think calling was enough and also had to walk through the restaurant like a perky grouse, which of course amused us 😁 We know our 8 year old dog and know that he is quiet after 5 minutes and of course we have him leave it in the car. After ordering drinks and food, I sat outside the main entrance until the food was served and the dog was silent except for one bark (after which Mr. "Karen" came to the P seat for a while). I also let Mr. "Karen" parade around the P spot as gracefully as a grouse during mating time without reacting (a reaction would have come if this riled-up male had extended so much as one hand towards our car). Lived in Marle for a few years. You will live next to it. Would love to see a response back.

The sandwich beforehand was tasty and so was the sauce. As a starter we had Italian meat. This was okay, but not great. The "black" olives clearly came from a jar. We don't think it's worth the 16 euros. Then the pizza Parma. This tasted normal but not distinctive and not really Italian Neapolitan. The Parma ham was tasty, but the bottom seemed to come from a pan. Maybe even ready-made? This is also not worth the money (20 euros!). I would advise the owner to take a look at a real Italian.

A nice thing in itself. Our expectations were high as we were referred to this restaurant by acquaintances. The service was excellent, we found the environment very appropriate in some respects and very confusing in others. We had Italian meats as a starter, which were ordinary. Not what you would expect in a restaurant because when I make a plank like this at home it tastes better in my opinion. The black olives were clearly not fresh because they were tasteless. My friend had pizza parma and I had spaghetti pesto. It was all tasty but not as expected. We like to visit Italy and well, it wasn't even close. The price-quality ratio is not okay. The prices are more like an Italian restaurant and the quality more like a cafe. Also tasty, but then you have to sell it differently. All in all fine, but don't expect high-quality Italian dishes.

Delicious Norwegian shrimps as a starter and a bavette with mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce as a main course!

After waiting an hour and a half for just a main dish, a lady from the service came to us to inform us that because we had kitchen dishes it would take longer before the dishes would be on the table, she gave us the choice to order the kitchen dishes. to convert to a pizza or we would have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Once after waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes we got our food, after which I had to walk to the bar and ask for a salt and pepper mill, which they had not placed on the table. Wine was nice though.

-The pizza was very tasty, quite thin dough and I like that. -If you are a child you can make your own ice cream at the end. -The atmosphere was cozy, not too loud not too soft :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atmosphere is good and service is okay. Food mediocre, carpaccio prepared from the fridge, little taste. A pizza as a main course, the taste and distribution of toppings are excellent. The bottom probably goes through the type of oven. Hint: if it is so quiet, cut the carpaccio nice and fresh and not pre-cut in the refrigerator. If someone is still enjoying a dish, do not remove the plates in advance. Greetings Klaas

Super lekker eten super bediening

Gereserveerd .was niet vol maar duurde even dat er gevraagd werd wat we willen drinken. Witte wijn besteld blijk alleen mousserende wijn te zijn. na 1 uur voorgerecht, nog na 1,5 uur hoofdgerecht ( de kok was het vergeten) Geen excuus nagerecht besteld maar niet meer opgewacht na een half uur. Wij zijn weggegaan. Dit zijn wij niet van Bacco gewend wat is hier aan de hand?

Wat een deceptie 😔. 20 euro voor een pizza of pasta, 40 euro voor vlees of vis, 10 euro voor dessert 😳. Allen gerechten die de middelmatigheid niet overstijgen. Een portie vliegen en gebutste knieën krijg je er gratis bij. Meubilair stamt uit jaren 70. Maar hé, het is wat men soms zegt: klanten worden niet bedonderd, ze laten zich bedonderen 😌. Het enige lichtpuntje was de vriendelijke bediening. Ik heb mijn leergeld betaald bij Bacco. Eenmalig. Nooit weer…

Leuk italiaans restaurant met heerlijk eten. De service duurde soms wat lang maar het was dan ook redelijk druk en dus ook logisch.

Iedereen voelt de inflatie, maar €18, €19, €21 voor een pizza? Maniakale prijzen. Absurd. Naast inflatie ook krimpflatie, want de pizza's op ons bord waren voor deze prijzen niet bepaald ruim van omvang.

Heerlijke Pizza gegeten, terwijl er ook veel meer een andere gerechten op de kaart stonden. Geen spijt van gehad.. hele lekkere Pizza.

15 jaar geleden voor het laatst bezocht, weinig veranderd. Vlotte bediening(zal ongetwijfeld afhankelijk zijn drukte, dit bezoek was op zondagavond), drankjes en broodplank. Mooie smakelijke voorgerechten. Levertjes zijn aan te bevelen. Wel een beetje laten afkoelen als je je mond niet wil verbranden door de hete olie. Leuk tussendoortje in de vorm van een stukje lang gerijpte kaas welke terplekke voor jou uit de kaas wordt gesneden. Hoofdgerechten smaakten goed, garnering pazza(galina) mag wel een beetje stijlvoller. Veld van ijsbergsla onder lawine van knoflooksaus deed me te veel denken aan de shoarmatent-kapsalon. Rest van de maaltijden zagen er prima uit. Toetjes waren verrukkelijk, tiramisu is een toppertje.

Gewoon erg goed. Gezellig en prettige bediening. Ruime keuze.

Het voor gerecht was geweldig De pizza's hebben een super lekkere korst En de tiramisu is 100 sterren waard!

Een aanrader! In "the middle of nowhere" had ik het genoegen om hier een meer dan een uitstekend diner te nuttigen. Echt een must mocht je daar in de buurt op zoek zijn naar een gelegenheid om je honger te stillen 👌👌👌

We hadden gereserveerd via de site. Aangekomen moesten we in de zithoek wachten. Al met al duurde het een uur voordat wij een plekje kregen en we de maaltijd hadden na de bestelling. Pizza was wel goed gevuld maar niet om van de daken te schreeuwen. Jammer.

Vooraf kenden we het restaurant niet, wel de website en menukaart gekeken en daar al gezien dat de prijzen behoorlijk aan de hoge kant zijn. Maar als je daar dan een leuke avond met heerlijk Italiaans eten voor terugkrijgt zou het dat waard zijn. Helaas bleek dat absoluut niet het geval. Pizza's uit de supermarkt zijn lekkerder, borrelplank (voorgerecht) voor 30 euro per plank stelt weinig voor, en sommige pizza's zijn zo zout dat je niets anders meer proeft. Zou Bacco zeker niet aanraden, veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt!

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten met de familie bij dit authentieke Italiaanse Restaurant! Bij binnenkomst een fijn ontvangst gehad door het personeel. Alle huisgemaakte producten smaakten voortreffelijk, vooral de zelfgemaakte bodems! Al met al een fijne avond gehad. We komen hier graag weer!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk voorgerecht maar het hoofdgerecht echt veel te zout. De manier waarop daar vervolgens mee omgegaan werd was wel heel teleurstellend. " Ik zal het doorgeven" zei de serveerster tot 2x toe. Maar ook niets in de vorm van terugkoppeling door de kok of een attentie achteraf door het restaurant. Ook gezien de stevige prijzen gingen we uiteindelijk niet met een aangenaam gevoel weg
