We have booked a quiz for our team building! Super fun questions ranging from music questions to questions about culture. We had a very nice evening with our staff, highly recommended. The hostess creates a relaxed, playful, fun atmosphere with lots of personal attention. It's also handy that you can buy it as a ready-made version and do it again with family or friends!

Even those traveling to France became enthusiastic about Italy. The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant. There was a lot of laughter. We already feel like going to Italy and being able to order our gelato or caffè. So we can practice what we have learned. Thank you or no...grazie mille ladies!

We had a custom quiz made, something we had never done before. What a fun activity this was! Unique and adapted to our group of friends. Everything was perfectly tailored to our group with fun, personal questions and humor. A nice atmosphere and we really got everyone involved, even the people who normally never participate in games were fanatic! It was a perfect mix of laughter, competition and fun facts. A top activity that really lifted our evening to a higher level. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for something unique and competitive!

Booked a tailor-made quiz for our family day last Sunday. The quizmaster really made it a party. Fun anecdotes, sharp jokes and a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. We submitted a fact about each family member and this was reflected in the quiz in a unique way. It's funny how much we secretly didn't know each other well enough ;). We also got the quiz to take home. This is a nice souvenir of this day. Highly recommended if you are looking for a unique activity. this is all so cool!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had booked an Italian evening with Isa and Giònella. A strong duo that oozes passion. We enjoyed Giònella's anecdotes from her family from Sicily. And the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere thanks to Isa's games. I also went home with the prize. Grazie mille ladies!

We had booked an Italian evening including quiz and lesson. No idea what to expect but what an evening to remember! Isa and Giónella were present as a duo to host the evening. I will never forget Giónella's anecdotes about her Sicilian family and I manage to speak a fair word of Italian even after 1 evening. The Italian evening was an experience, as they say. We laughed and learned a lot while enjoying a delicious snack. Grazie mille!

Learning Italian at the Italian Club means mastering Italian in a pleasant and fun way. And also directly applicable in practice! La dolce far niente!

Don't know what's going on with this company. Booked a workshop a few weeks ago via social deal and a week in advance it was cancelled. Coincidentally I spoke to 3 people who had also booked a workshop and also received the same message a week in advance. Why are you on social deal if you always cancel everything a week in advance? Can you book it full with normal registrations? Then you shouldn't advertise on social deal. Or are they bait. REALLY NOT ADVERTISING. THAT'S NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!!!!

Made a reservation twice for a Cooking Workshop and this was canceled twice by the restaurant 3 days in advance. Very bad, which has been taken into account for weeks.

Made a reservation before the end of April via social deal. This was then canceled due to crowds around King's Day, and I would get my money back. It is now weeks later, and I have messaged them several times, but have not yet received any money back.

We had a very disappointing experience at Italian Club Splendita & Gente. We left Rotterdam and Tilburg full of enthusiasm to participate in a workshop, but we stood in front of a closed door. The phone was not answered several times at first. Once I spoke to the ladies of Italian Club Splendita & Gente on the phone, they made no effort whatsoever and showed no understanding of the situation. There was also no apology. Even though they had not informed us that the workshop was no longer taking place. We made a lot of effort to get here and extra costs were incurred. Unfortunately, she showed no understanding and responded very laconically and indifferently. Very disappointing.

Just like that in a shopping street in Boxtel: a little piece of Italy. As it really is. At this place you will be fully taken care of by 2 friendly, hospitable and hardworking ladies who, in their own unique way, will take you culinary to the foot of Etna and treat you to a table full of fresh delicacies. Enjoy warm, sweet, spicy flavors combined with characterful, but smooth wine... and don't forget to try the home-brewed lemonade... delizioso! Grazie di tutto ragazze e continuate cosi!

Disappointing! This is NOT a cooking workshop. All you do is cut some vegetables to ease the ladies' work. In addition, the food is really minimal. 50 euros per person (excluding drinks) for an omelette and some tomatoes is really just a disgusting money grab. Shame on you! In addition, the entire atmosphere in the shack was spoiled by playing an Italian Spotify playlist at maximum volume. I'm forced to go to McDonalds to satisfy my hunger. I will NEVER come here again!!!!

We had purchased vouchers for dinner and lunch/drinks via social deal. Dinner was canceled a day before the reservation and the drinks platter was rescheduled a few hours before the start. All this can happen if you don't have enough registration, but not being open at the indicated time is something that is really not possible! Called but no answer. They don't respond to anything. Bad thing, I would no longer have confidence in that. They do not keep their agreements!!! Never had such a bad experience!

For my birthday I received a workshop at Splendita & Gente. Although we didn't really cook, I thought it was a very pleasant, relaxed afternoon with a lot of information about cooking in Sicily. We did make some parts for a lunch board. Isa and Gionella have made us much wiser. Thank you and good luck!

Worst experience in years, can't believe this is so high in the reviews. It starts with the fact that upon departure we receive a message that they are open at 6 p.m. even though we made a reservation at 5.45 p.m. Upon arrival, the first message was that the coat rack was broken. Then it turned out that we only had a choice from a menu. Perhaps we have not understood the site properly, 1 type of beer is also a bit small in my opinion. After the first dish, a few bruschettas (1 half and 2 less than the table next to us who had no discount!), we asked if the 2nd dish could come straight away because we didn't like it here. That was immediately the problem because the 2 ladies had also decided that you were obliged to spend 1.5 hours. Asking questions in the kitchen (while the place was still almost empty) was not possible because they were on the same page... When I explained why we didn't like it, dirty, cold, dust, bright lights, the lady at the counter indicated that they were renovating??? Decided to just wait it out but then she came back and decided it wasn't a match for us and that we had better go. Because we had reserved via a site with a discount, we indicated that this was not convenient, but everything was returned. She wanted to write this down herself. Of course this is not necessary and we just went because the evening was over anyway. But the strangest thing was yet to come, her partner who was standing in the kitchen came after us screaming, went to call the police (HAha) and wanted us to pay the bill while the other owner had agreed otherwise. Given the level of discount they give everywhere, this adventure will also end in 6 months. TIP; buy a dollhouse together. And we will arrange that Fork credit with them. Do not comment on the content of your response, every consumer can decide for themselves whether they will take the risk to eat with you. However, it now appears that, contrary to what you indicated, you have collected the full credit from the Fork, so reliability is not of paramount importance. Good luck, I think you will need the few tens you collect in the future. See on their site that I'm not the only one who found it disappointing.

Order ordered. Because they do not deliver in our village below a certain amount. I had to order more. I ordered but I didn't want to order anymore. Also asked to make an exception because it is not my fault and I have already paid. They weren't going to do this. So no more Italian club for me. Even though the food is good. This isn't worth my money.

It was a wonderful culinary experience.

What a great place! We took a package where we started with a delicious cappuccino and home-made tiramisu. Then we went for a walk and ended up at a beautiful Stapelen castle, what beautiful surroundings. Upon returning to Italian Club Splendita & Gente we received an extensive lunch board with fresh ingredients, mainly from Sicily, made by the chef who has her roots there. The hostess is also very good at her job and explains all the dishes and matching wines. These two ladies do their best and we had such a delicious meal, we will come more often! Finished off with a doppio espresso with a cantuccini and went home very satisfied. Highly recommended!

In tijden niet zo culinaire lekker gegeten. Ik hou altijd wel van verrassingen en een vast menu vol verrassingen klok mij als muziek in de oren. Ook voor mijn vriendin was het een feest, ondanks dat ze een flinke lijst heeft met dingen die ze momenteel niet kan eten, is daar veel rekening mee gehouden. Heel leuk personeel, lekker bijna prive buiten gezeten. Als ik weer in de buurt ben ga ik er zeker heen om te eten of in iedergeval nog een fles balsamico te halen.

Echt super heerlijke smaakvolle gerechten op een leuke shareplank opgediend. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeker de moeite waard om eens n heerlijk stukje Italië in Boxtel te gaan proeven!

Via social deal een wandel arrangement geboekt bij Italian Club Splendita &Gente . We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen , en stond een tafeltje al voor ons klaar . Zouden eerst de lunch doen . Een prachtige opgemaakte lunch plank werd voor onze neus gezet , met de lekkerste streekproducten uit Sicilië. Van alle gerechtjes kregen we een uitleg van wat het was , en hoe klaar gemaakt . Met echt de lekkere tomatensalade en mozzarella die ik ooit geproefd heb . De bediening top en heel vriendelijk . Na de wandeling door een heel mooi stukje van Boxtel ( kasteel en deel langs de mooie Dommel ) Bij terugkomst nog een heerlijke koffie met de lekkerste noga ( ook uit Sicilië) . Kon het natuurlijk niet nalaten om die balsamico te kopen die bij de tomaatjes geserveerd was .

Heerlijk, lekker en rustig gegeten echt een aanrader. Met nog echte aandacht voor de gasten en het eten.

Vanavond een heel verrassende avond gehad. We hebben genoten van een vijf-gangen menu, waarbij allerlei lekkers ter tafel kwam. Wij ontdekten dat gerechtjes die we zelf ook wel maken, zo veel beter smaken door de ingrediënten die hier gebruikt worden. De balsamico en burrata tillen bijvoorbeeld een simpele salade naar een ander niveau. Ook weer nieuwe smaken geproeft. Dat samen met het enthousiasme van beide dames, de gezellige sfeer en gastvrijheid, was voor ons een avond genieten..

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en hebben heerlijk gegeten. Echt een aanrader als je van Italiaanse specialiteiten houdt. Ook leuk om na het eten een goede wijn of en cannoli mee te nemen.🇮🇹

Van de smaken van Italië genoten tijdens een lichte lunch. Keurig gepresenteerd op een stijlvolle manier en met vriendelijke bediening. In de ochtend eerst een kopje koffie komen drinken en de lunch dan later, na de wandeling in en rond Boxtel. Alles met gebruikmaking van een aanbieding van social deals die van toepassing was. Succes dames!

Wandeling via Social deal. Erg lekker voorafje (canneloni en tiramisu) en na wandeling, die overigens erg mooi was, een plank met kazen, brood, tapenade, bruschetta, olijven. Was allemaal heerlijk. We moesten iets langer wachter op de plank, maar kregen ondertussen geroosterde amandelen. Het was het wachten zeker waard. We gaan hier zeker terug voor het diner!

Heel vriendelijk personeel en we hebben lekker gegeten

Wij hebben hier 10 december gegeten en wat was het lekker. Leuke meiden die de klant centraal stellen. Heel gastvrij en ze nemen alle tijd voor hun gasten. Kortom: Goede sfeer en vibe en super lekker eten. Een aanwinst voor Boxtel!

Wat een passie bij de beide dames en de heerlijke pure gerechten met een goede wijn zijn echt een aanrader. Ik zou zeggen laat je vooral verrassen.

Zo ontzettend leuk om de passie en enthousiasme van deze twee dames mee te mogen maken en te ervaren. Wij hebben gisterenavond een heerlijke avond hier beleefd. Zoveel lekkere smaken en producten geproefd. En ook nog een aantal producten in de winkel gekocht zodat het genieten thuis nog voortgezet kan worden. Lieve dames, heel veel dank voor al het lekkere eten, voor alle uitleg over de producten en verhalen over Sicilië, en okk voor de gezelligheid; wij hebben enorm genoten. De volgende keer dat wij in de buurt zijn komen wij zeker weer langs!

Heerlijk gegeten!! Geweldige avond, gastvrije dames die bij elk gerecht mooie uitleg geven! We gaan zeker terug !

Twee top dames die je super Italiaans kunnen leren, ook al heb je geen talenknobbel :)

Ontzettend leuk concept met twee enthousiaste dames. Echter nog een hoop te leren, wij deden op sterk aanraden de proeverij. Erg lange wachttijd voor vrij simpele gerechten en doorgekookte pasta. Na de tweede gang kwam de vraag of wij het secundi hoofdgerecht wilden of een groter toetje. Wij besloten om helemaal te stoppen aangezien we al 2,5 uur binnen waren en pas op de helft waren. Hierbij aangegeven dat we het te lang vonden duren, als argument werd het gebruik van verse producten aangegeven en het overweldigend aantal mensen (4 tafels met 2 personen) Met beide meerdere jaren werkervaring in de horeca vonden we dit geen sterk argument. En lijkt het meer gebrek aan ervaring/planning. Omdat we eerder gestopt zijn kregen we als geste 10% korting op de proeverij. Alsnog was de rekening bijna 100€ voor 2 personen. Voor 6 glazen wijn en twee borden pasta vond ik dit buiten verhouding. Toch betaald maar geen goede nasmaak aan over gehouden. Concept is heel leuk en ik hoop dat het een eenmalige misser is geweest.

Even naar de Italian Club geweest in Boxtel, want als je iets hebt met Italië staat dat op je wensen lijstje om zelf te ervaren of het daar is zoals je er wel eens over hoort en leest. Nou, ik kan alleen maar zeggen zeker doen. Voor un cappuccino, vino of iets mangiare......meraviglioso gewoon. Een adres waar je oprecht en met passie advies en info krijgt over "Italia" eten , drinken en je kan er zelfs italiaanse taallessen volgen. . Buona fortuna Gionella e Isa .......top ....!

Heerlijk gegeten in een fijne, gezellige sfeer! Gio en Isa zorgen met veel warmte en passie voor hun klanten en je voelt de liefde voor Italië. Gio heeft veel kennis over de producten, vertelt daar enthousiast over en de (familie)recepten zijn heerlijk! (o.a. de sinaasappelsalade is een aanrader!) Ik kom zeker vaker eten en lekkernijen halen voor thuis, want dat kan er ook. Isa's lievelingswijn is nu ook mijn lievelingswijn en ik heb een heerlijke fles mee naar huis genomen :-) Aanrader!
