The cutlery, dishes, glasses, and table were very, very dirty (food scraps, etc.). Additionally, the umbrellas were completely rotten, and the food was overpriced (€6.50 for a small French fry with mayo).

Delicious matcha latte, but the Turkish bread was very plain. The naan bread was gone (at 12:30), and of the three sauces, only two arrived because the aioli was also gone. I ended up eating half a Turkish bread with two dips, which I could have bought from Lidl for a fraction of the price. Otherwise, the service was good and the terrace was lovely.

The food wasn't good, my order was wrong, and the staff made no effort to resolve it. It also took a very long time.

Too bad. We had lunch here with four people. The waitresses were busy, but the team wasn't big enough. It took a long time, and the order arrived wrong. Again, not the team's fault, but I think the owner is taking running a restaurant too lightly.

Today I had a Turkish sandwich, and my husband had the club sandwich. It was delicious! The service was very friendly. Great place for lunch!

The gluten-free salmon sandwich this afternoon was absolutely not gluten-free! I've been throwing up all afternoon, I feel very sick! And thank you!

Received the wrong drink, the sandwich came after than 30 minutes and only after a reminder. The sandwich was dry, buried under rocket (rucola) and was basically inedible. Very disappointing…

The terrace looks nice. The service was awkward. The food is very average. Autumn buck ordered a tea. Then a carpaccio sandwich and a carpaccio wrap. The food came after 20 minutes without any drinks. The wrap was bad (it looked like paper) and the carpaccio sandwich still tasted great. Passed on to management. Someone would be brought in. Waited 5 minutes but no one came. We just left. Apparently no interest in satisfied guests.

When I saw the front door I thought; we shouldn't go here. If you neglect the entrance so much... well, give the benefit of the doubt... the interior looks nice although it is much too dark in the rear part. You need a flashlight to read the menu. Didn't want to have an extensive lunch so ordered 2 simple toasted sandwiches, a tuna sandwich and an egg roll. At least 45 minutes later this arrived on the table even though it was not busy at all. I'll spare you the photo, but the sandwich consisted of 3 badly burnt double-sided eggs with...seriously....slices of ham and cheese draped over them. Like, we'll put it over the top...maybe they won't see it...seriously? Naturally, I gave this back and said that I was no longer interested in it. Of course I was allowed to wait 5 minutes for a new one....but why can you serve a decent sponge within 5 minutes if it took almost an hour (and that's how long the eggs had probably been in the pan) so I kindly declined. Furthermore, the sandwich cheese was not melted properly, the tuna sandwich with red consists of 2 toasted sandwiches with a mashed johma salad without red onion. Epilogue. I think there are drinks here, but I'll skip the food. You are doing yourself a favor.

Ordered stew. That should be lamb according to the menu. But that becomes beef. That turns out to be three thin, 5 cm strips of beef in a little sauce. You pay almost 22 euros for that. Add fries, vegetables are completely missing. Reported this to the waiter, but he did nothing about it. The men's room stinks of urine. Bah!

We came in here and it had an old-fashioned look, but all in all the service was very friendly. After waiting a few minutes we were able to order drinks and immediately our first course. We had the tomato soup and it was really tasty and hot as it should be. After the soup we could order our main course and after about 20 minutes it arrived. The chicken was tasty but there were burnt pieces which were a bit less and at the end I came across a raw piece so there is still some room for improvement. Then came dessert, but it was a pity that it was all ready-made and therefore not home-made or really fresh, so they lost a few points there. Everything at a glance. Very dark, feels as if it has recently been taken over and has only been partially adapted to the new formula. Drinks menu very focused on cocktails, few beers to be found, while the interior with the brown bar really radiates this. Service was young and friendly, but the bar was full of full dishes, so please clear them away, everyone walks past.

I think it's a shame that an employee tried to portray me as old-fashioned because I don't have contactless payment on my bank card. But I believe that an entrepreneur should ensure that I can pay with a bank card.

Very tasty food, but small portions for which you pay full price... a pity because the food tastes great!

Cocktails were fine, steak is 25 euros but you get a terribly small piece of meat, waitress had to look up on the internet that it is apparently the norm for steak. if you want steak medium, they only cook half the steak. Cod basically consists of more bones than fish. For 5 people we only got 2 small pans of fries. In terms of salad that you should get included with the dish, you get some leaves and a small lump of cooked vegetables, if you want an actual salad you have to order it extra. If you want a cocktail or something you can still go here, but I can honestly never recommend the food.

We bought this voucher via Social Deal, although we read the reviews wasn’t good . But we thought just give it try and chances from our own experience. So food was not tasty, very little as they serve in big plate . Service just fine, because the restaurant not busy at all. The decor looks old . So now we have been and DONE !! Never again 👎

Today, September 9, 24, we went for dinner with a social deal. It was quite quiet there, but the food was fine. Delicious varied food served on a large platter. More than good, excellent even. We just threw out those strange chairs and replaced them with something modern. Otherwise completely fine. Also excellent service. Thank you .

We had lunch here this afternoon. The lunch was very disappointing, the price/quality ratio was poor. All the ingredients seemed to come straight from the supermarket, even the brown bread, and everything was very dry. When we indicated that we expected more, we received an unfriendly response from the waitress. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had dinner here with a friend. When we were able to order, the clerk could not hear us. We waited an hour for our food, when we got it it was not tasty and just had no taste. Didn't eat it either. When we wanted to pay, we were given dirty looks and the waiter let out a very deep sigh. So not worth repeating.

Sat on the terrace today, The coffee was ordered quickly and okay, It was a bit different with the food, having to wait longer than an hour for teriyaiki chicken bread, you expect pieces of chicken but you get a kind of kabab, salad was also hard to find and the teriyaiki was also nowhere to be found. In short, I will never come here again. We weren't the only ones on the terrace with complaints.

We had a delicious meal, and the two young kids ate Jasmins platter for two. Service friendly. Nice lunch, beautiful decor and friendly staff. Lentil soup is highly recommended if you like spicy soup.

Went to eat on 25-06-2024. We were kindly received by a real hostess. Chicken stew with rice Beef stew with rice. This lacked some spiciness, but the food was nicely prepared and friendliness at its best. Good price/quality. Thank you for the good reception. Greetings from Emmen!

Had lunch outside on the terrace this afternoon. The service was not in good shape, we had to wait a long time before we could order some food. In the end, the lunch was quite disappointing in terms of appearance and taste. This was the first and last time for us on this terrace. I hope they do something about the negative reviews, otherwise I don't think they will still be here next year.

Service was friendly. It took a long time before we could order and then it took even longer before we received the order. Ordered bitter garnish, it was lukewarm/warm, we got 8 instead of 10 pcs as stated on the menu and they were a bit on the small side. So many points for improvement and deploying more staff, a bad experience.

No cocktails before 10 p.m.... everything finished before 10 p.m....🤷‍♀️ and then you see them appear everywhere. Then the kitchen is closed while snacks are served everywhere. We still got them, if you say anything... that's not how it should be, right?!?! Lady of the house very sarcastic!!

Went for lunch on a Saturday. It took a very long time for our drinks to arrive. We ordered sandwiches, which were mediocre. My Turkish bread was hard and looked like an old piece that had been reheated. The avocado was in the form of a simple sauce and a lot of lettuce and cucumber. Not recommended.

What a nice restaurant with delicious food that exceeded expectations! We just couldn't stop eating. We had the platter, which consists of delicious small snacks. And you got so much that you rolled all the way around the tent. Service nice, friendly and super correct. Had a wonderful evening! We will definitely come back again.

Never had such a bad experience in a restaurant. We always had to wait a long time for the orders to be taken but also for the food to be delivered. When the food finally arrived, the shrimp and chicken were lukewarm and the fries had already gone completely cold. We ordered the Jasmins platter, but not all the dishes that were supposed to be included according to the menu were included. The sauces were also missing. After consulting with the manager, the waitress offered to have it prepared again, but immediately stated honestly that it would take a long time again. We decided to eat somewhere else. The manager apparently did not feel it necessary to apologize to us herself. When paying she curtly barked at her staff to take the food off the bill and that was it. The only positive thing I can report is that the wait staff was very friendly.

Clarity of staff shortages at Jasmins. Sat here on the terrace for lunch. After waiting an hour for the food, we asked where it was. When it arrived it turned out that 3 of the 4 dishes were incomplete. Not worth repeating, despite the friendly service.

The wrap came with three leaves of lettuce instead of "salad". The bread on which it was served is casino white from Albert Hein... normally I don't think the toilet is that important, but it was so dirty and broken that I still want to mention it. There were still some lost and broken Christmas baubles. According to Jasmin's, you can dry your hands with toilet paper. While eating we imagined ourselves in the scent freshener that was blaring 20 meters away. The decor is nicely done, but the bar was completely full of dishes that no one did anything about.

This afternoon I came with a friend for lunch around 1:15 PM. It was very busy because the Good Friday market was on the Brink. Unfortunately, the staff was not adapted to this and already indicated that it would take a little longer. Meg a little longer, I just didn't expect an hour🙈. There were only three of us serving, two of whom came to take and deliver orders and another stood behind the bar. After 45 minutes we still didn't have our drinks or food. There were also several people on the terrace who had already left because they waited a very long time for their order or to order at all. After an hour we received our drinks and shortly afterwards our food. Management apologized several times and we didn't have to pay anything at all. As a tip for next time, I would not open the terrace when there are too few staff so that you can offer guests the right amount of attention and speed or perhaps a smaller menu. Despite all this, it was resolved nicely!

Ate here with a soc deal voucher, a Jasmin Platter. The service was smooth and friendly. The platter for 2 people was more than sufficient. The only downside (which you encounter at several restaurants)... a lot of lettuce.

Nice decor and nice staff when you get in touch with them. It took way too long for an order to be taken and it took too long for the order to be delivered. The ham/cheese sandwich was not warm and very sparsely topped. The Carpaccio was tasty, but not warm enough. Too bad, because it seems like such a nice tent. So no next time for me... The positive thing was that the sandwich did not have to be paid for.

I went to Jasmins with a group of 7 on a Sunday evening and we had made a reservation in advance with Social Deal. Because of the latter, we all had dishes so I cannot comment on the separate dishes. First of all I have to say that everyone at the table was pleased with what we got to eat and the service itself. I think the reviews are generally somewhat too critical and often do not take into account the crowds or occupancy on that day. We received our food about half an hour after we ordered it and the staff was very friendly. I have to say that it was quiet when we were there so that certainly played a role in the speed with which we received the food. In terms of portions and quality I can say that it was good. I was there with 5 large men and 2 women and we couldn't finish it all. Also, no one complained about the quality. It wasn't Michelin star food but just good. There was all kinds of things with the dishes. Fries, stews, tuna, etc., so more than enough variety. You can always say that you would have liked more of something, but I personally think that is useless criticism because everyone has a different opinion about it. Once again I would like to say that the staff also provided the service you expect at any restaurant. They were friendly, helpful and fast. Personally, I would attribute the fact that they had sometimes responded somewhat clumsily to orders in the past to the hustle and bustle of that day. Unfortunately, we are now in a time when there is a shortage in the labor market. You simply cannot always have the occupancy in your restaurant that you would have wanted or should have. My advice: Go to Jasmins if you want to eat a lot of simple food. Don't expect any culinary delights, but assume that you will leave with a well-filled stomach.

First waited 15 minutes until someone came to the terrace. Ordered mint tea, ginger tea with orange, coffee and hot chocolate. Again we had to wait about 30 minutes (it was not busy). The mint tea and ginger tea were served in small tea glasses and the ginger tea only had half a slice of orange in it. Chocolate milk was simply cold and the coffee was served in a dirty mug. Above all, the coffee milk was already a week out of date. Friendly staff.

How bad, having a nice lunch together with my friend... we were just sitting down and were able to immediately order a drink. Then it took an hour before they even came back to the table. Not good... The lamb stew turned out to not be there, well after the order had been placed, and perhaps not the burger either (?). That is why we were asked to make a different choice. The ordered rice was also not there. The dragon rolls (sushi with rice) were there, but that made me think how fresh they are. After waiting about 45 minutes the order came, with the burger after all, but all 4 dishes without the promised salad. Reminded management of this, but never received an answer. Fries were fried too long (hard) and the Cheesyburger, which turned out to be there, was very small for the price. Ambiance was nice (1001 nights theme), but please turn the scent diffuser down a setting... The waitress girl had to do it more or less alone. Other staff were mainly busy with themselves or with their laptop. This remains a one-off for me. Far too expensive for the performance and no love for the profession here.

Now it's not so much about the staff for me. But more than that the figure who runs this store is invisible. No normal ordering system to send choices to the kitchen. Write everything down on pieces of paper. 1 point extra for the fun romp. But man man man... first get some experience as a McDonald's employee BEFORE you waste daddy's money on something you haven't mastered. WORTHLESS

Ordered p star martinis and received something weird! It didn’t taste like anything, no passionfruit, no vanilla, nothing. They didn’t even bother to bring a small spoon with it. I know this cocktail is supposed to be made with egg white, but this one was really reeking of egg! It had a weird texture: I took only one sip because i could see the egg yolk there. Never had a worst cocktail in my life When I mentioned this to the waitress, she literally just said “okay”, shrugged and walked off. Not customer friendly at all, let alone being respectful.. When we mentioned that the cocktail was bad by the kassa (you have to go in if you want to pay by card), the barmaid there said it’s because they make it homemade.. what does that even mean? If you are making an alternative cocktail, write that down on the menu. Do not trick people Unfortunately I had to pay for something I took literally one sip of.. they didn’t even try to change our drink after our feedback Never again, really bad cocktails and even worse service

We had lunch here. Fast and good food

Honey goat cheese and walnut sandwich. Bah! For the second time in a restaurant a very bad experience with goat cheese. What a shame because I often come across it prepared excellently. They're clearly missing something here. You couldn't call it a pistolet, a small piece of thin baguette, about 10 cm long, for which I paid €11.50 for a sandwich. This is indicated during operation. She went to pass it on to the kitchen. I also reported that I really didn't like it and asked for aioli, which was tasty. There was so little bread that I quickly ate a quick bite somewhere else afterwards. I was offered a drink though. It was strange since there were 3 of us at the table. Either give me more bread or offer all 3 of us a cup of coffee or tea. I don't come here anymore.

Really weak cocktails made with what tastes like a mix. Don't order the olives unless you want to eat straightf orwardgarlic. . Could kill a vampire. Overall super mediocre food and drinks.

Lekker eten, prima bediening en leuk ingericht Restaurant

Via Social deal hadden we de Platter vd Chef(zonder vis) . Het was lekker, alleen heel veel sla. En normaal zou je bvt met de carpaccio beginnen maar dan wordt nu het warme koud. We betaalden €20 pp en meer was het niet waard. Maar,.....we hebben lekker gegeten en de sfeer en de bediening was top.

Hier gegeten met vier personen, eten opzich was lekker maar niet speciaal. Waren een van de enige tafels deze avond en hebben echt lang moeten wachten op het eten (biefstuk en stoofpotje) +- 45 min. Geheel is wel leuk aangekleed.

Vandaag met 2 vriendinnen gegeten bij Jasmins. We hadden samen een “platter”. Lekker vers en flinke hoeveelheid. Vriendelijke dame in de bediening. Klein puntje, er was geen verse jus.

Niet zo schoon en niet zo lekker. En de mayonaise die ongevraagd bij de patat werd geserveerd werd apart berekend op de bon. Niet netjes.

Lekker eten en goeie cocktails! Borrel plank zeker aan te raden :)

Zeer matig. Erg lange wachttijden en daarbij geen service in de tussentijd. Broodje kip besteld en heb hier meer dan, zonder overdrijven, een uur op gewacht.

We zijn hier wezen eten en het was echt heerlijk! Complimenten aan de bediening voor het snel helpen. Wij komen zeker nog een terug. De sfeer binnen is ook super gezellig 😁

Verse gemberthee besteld. Jammer dat het geserveerd wordt in een dof koffieglas, wiebelend op een niet passende koffieschotel. Gevolg: voetbad en een (omverpakt) verzopen koekje.

Goeie sfeer, lekker eten en alles lekker vlot op tafel. Top tent!
