Super nice cafe. Beautiful cats, tasty juice, nice atmosphere, clean toilets, nice decor. Highly recommended!

It wasn't too busy when we visited, which I liked because then it is less stressful for the cats. I loved this clean cat café with adorable cats and delicious vegan options such as the "Veganlicious" sandwich and the vegan pastel del nata as well a as vegan nutella hot chocolate. One cat named Eva even jumped on our laps, I felt very honoured. Greetings from Switzerland x

We went to the cat café for breakfast and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything to us, telling us all about the cats. The food was delicious, there was a great selection, and the prices were very reasonable. It all felt very homey and cozy. You could also buy cat toys and other things there, and my cat was thrilled with her new toy (my cat is the grey one with her new toy). I highly recommend a visit! :)

A lovely café with delicious coffee variations. The residents are well-described, and the rules are clear and sensible. It's easy to happily give a few extra euros to support them. We'd gladly come back if we're ever in town again.

A really nice cat cafe! 4 stars because I kept going to the kitchen to see if it was ready. We spent a good two hours there, having drinks, lunch, and dessert (we were the only ones there). The cats are really nice, and it's great that they tell you about each cat's personality.

I come here regularly to get my weekly dose of stress relief and good vibes. The cats are so purrfect, it's hard to pick a favorite. They all have their own charm and unique personalities. I love playtime with Katja and calming petting time with Manouschka and Emma, but they're all wonderful. And the staff are so friendly and warm. This is my favorite place to go, no matter my mood. It's the top off to a great week or the perfect pick-me-up when you're feeling down. <3

A very cozy atmosphere, very cat-friendly, the soup and cake were delicious, and the white hot chocolate was a delight. The matriarch meowed until I gave her a good cuddle, and Emma 🥰 also said hello. From now on, this is a must-visit when I'm in Haarlem.

Very nicely furnished and designed with a lot of variety, especially for the cats, yet still plenty of space to retreat to. The cake and coffee are delicious!

We had a great time at the cat café! The cats are very cute (one even slept on the windowsill with us), they're entertaining, and the staff are very friendly and have a great connection with the cats. We highly recommend a visit!

We love coming here; we visit every year on our way home to England. They do nice food (much better than any cat cafe in England we have found) with home made soup, plenty of vegan and vegetarian options and lovely cakes! The apple pie was particularly good 😀Of course, the best bit is the cats! It is a lovely home for them, their wellbeing is obviously paramount and they have loads of high perches and walkways (as well as a “withdrawing room” 🤣) for when they are feeling less sociable. You book online, and have 90mins for your slot, which keeps the numbers down for the cats’ comfort but also lets other people enjoy it. The staff are universally lovely, chatty and helpful, and know everything about what each cat likes and dislikes. (Thanks of course for speaking English to us hopeless Brits!) Oh, and as a last minute present stop (maybe for the neighbour who has been looking after your cats?) it is great, with all sorts of cat themed gifts. A lovely place for a stop before the ferry home to Newcastle. See you next year!

A great experience if you love cats. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome.

It's such a shame, my boyfriend and I went there a few months ago. We left a review and were completely ignored. We both ordered one thing and then spent a good hour staring at our empty glasses. We made eye contact several times and tried to address the staff. We raised our hands, but we were completely ignored. The only thing the staff did was play with the cats, so they didn't approach customers or use their phones. They showed no interest in the customers; they just walked right past us as if we weren't there, which was a real shame. The cats were cute and adorable, but I think if you work in a café like this, you should pay attention to your customers and not just play around with them, which doesn't give them any attention. It's a real shame. Two years ago, I had a completely different experience and wanted to share it with my boyfriend. We finally paid and left to get something to eat, as that wasn't going to happen. It's a real shame, and they really didn't care about the customers.

Sadly I would not recommend this place at all. Was confused by some contradictory information on my reservation so emailed asking for clarification and received "sorry we don't understand what you are saying" so I called and left a voice message since no one answered the phone. Didn't receive a call back so went in person and was greeted by an unpleasant hostile female, blond heavy set older dutch woman. When I expressed confusion and asked kindly and politely for clarification I was told in a firm, dismissive and hostile tone that " you don't understand dutch, do you want to come in or not?" my answer was no, due to how mean she was...her response" yes I'm so mean". I left thinking... what an unhappy human and not the energy or spirit I want to be around....hope the kitties get more love than customers

What lovely cats and a delicious lunch

Cat Café in the centre of Haarlem. As the name implies this is a café / tearoom with cats. We visited with our daughter. Good menu card, tasty dishes and friendly cat’s. Stay as long as you want.

The food was delicious, and the cats' well-being is our top priority, which is very important to us. We also found it very clean and the service friendly. The cats are well cared for, and there are plenty of opportunities to cuddle and play.

It's super cozy and despite the fact that it's mainly about the cats, the food is also super tasty.

This is a delightful space to relax and enjoy the felines who are living their best lives in the cafe. Plenty of seating options to enjoy drinks and a bite to eat and maybe make a new furry friend.

The second time was just as good as the first. The potato leek soup and tuna sandwich are delicious, and the drinks are even better. The cats are the most relaxed, cuddliest cats I've ever seen in a cat café.

I've been in Haarlem for two years. I have two young sons. Since I arrived here they have begged me to take them to this café with its cats. First we had to wait until my youngest turned six because they don't allow younger children. He finally did and we arrived. Fully booked. Can I book for later? No. I tried to book for another date and the woman on the phone was so rude that I am honestly never spending a cent at this bizarrely overrated place.

Felt like more of a cat advocacy space than a cafe - quite particular about entry, handwashing, engagement rules. If that's up your alley, then you'll enjoy your visit. But it's not the sort of place you go to if you're just looking for a fun cat experience. Note that they also require everyone at a table to order, though this isn't posted.

It was our first time here and we can absolutely recommend it. Some cats also came directly to us and let themselves be petted. The cakes also tasted delicious :-)

Had lunch here with my son, old Amsterdam sandwich and ginger tea. Fine! The cats were nice and busy, looking forward to it and ran after each other and over the rope bridge on the ceiling. Cat lovers must have seen this.

A small cafe, where you can relax and enjoy time with the resident cats. The coffee and cakes were lovely (with vegan options too, which was fantastic), and a very reasonable price. The cats do their own thing, but it's lovely when they come to you for strokes or to sit on your lap. It's also fun to watch their antics playing around the cafe.

What a lovely place to visit , the cats are very snuggly . A quiet cafe with polite , friendly and attentive staff definitely worth a visit if you are a cat lover . Especially loved the fact that there is a page which tells you about the cats and facts about each one . Very well looked after cars and playful . You get an allotted slot of 1 Hour 30 Mins which we called up in advance for but you can also just arrive without a booking but it may be busy .

Very nice and spacious café with plenty of climbing, sitting and lying space for the cat. There is also a menu with a wide choice of different drinks, lunch or a pastry. I sat there quietly and at one point a cat came and sat next to me. Totally nice.

Please tell me if I understand you correctly: if the child is 5 years and 6 months old, is he not allowed in this cafe?

Very nice place, nice cats, nice people ♥️ staff super friendly, kind and funny. When I go I feel like I’m in a peace of heaven with family and pets. Cats are free to play alone or with you, to jump on the table, come to your lap or take a nap on their spots. They seems happy in this place 🐱 If we want to talk about prices, there are no fee for the entrance, and the prices are super nice, there’s no surplus compared to other places. Sometimes I find their prices even lower that others. Every time is a good experience for me, time for relax, it’s a kind of meditation looking at cats playing or feeling the purrrrr of when they are on my lap ♥️ Of course, super recommended!!✨

Incredibly friendly and cute cat cafe I was fortunate to visit recently. The owner is lovely and told me about their story and the background of their cats. The cats are beautiful and the cafe is beautifully decorated and you can tell the cats are happy, cared for and loved! I highly recommend going there if you are a cat lover! They have some amazing merch too!

such a lovely cat cafe, with extremely reasonable prices. they don't charge an entrance fee, so why not come over to just have a coffee? it's the same price as other cafes, but with the bonus of cats 😻 i especially loved whitney so much, who was so sweet and sat on my lap for the last half an hour i was there. she needed to be carried off my lap as my time was up, which was just so adorable. they treat the cats really well and it's a comforting environment. my only wish is that the music could be a little softer, but the cats seem super used to the volume, maybe it's just me 😂 overall, such a lovely place. bonus is the food is actually tasty! most cat cafes have pretty bad food as you come for just the cats, but here, i would come back for both the food and the cute cats. and they speak great english for tourists ☺️ i would highly recommend!!!

The kitties were adorable and the people there care deeply for them. There’s a list of the cats’ names with a little bit about them which is very helpful as they all have their own personalities. No entry cost so why wouldn’t you go there for a coffee or food!

Wonderful place that really takes excellent care of their cats. I love the page in the menu that tells you about each cat and their personality-how much they like to be pet, their energy level, etc. The food here is great too! Lovely staff - all very caring and friendly. The cats have plenty of room, trees, beds, ramps and a kitty door to another room where they can chill if needed. Loved this place.
