After I placed my order I waited for half an hour and then they called me that they could not deliver. I had already paid and they indicated that the money would be refunded within three days. After 20 days still nothing received haha. What a scam this is.

I recently ordered from this restaurant and had a good overall experience. The food arrived fresh and well-packaged, with great flavors and decent portion sizes. Delivery time was reasonable — not too fast, but definitely within the expected window. Everything was still warm upon arrival, which is always a plus. Would consider ordering again for a convenient and tasty meal.

We placed an order and after 3 hours still nothing had been delivered. We tried to call 10 times but were on hold for 1 hour! Then it said delivered at home!!!!! We drove there but the branch was closed even though it said online that it was open! Never again, this is theft!

Do NOT order from this place. I waited 3 hours and it never came. No one cared to call to cancel my order. I stayed on the waiting line for a long time, and for multiple calls, no one ever pickup the phone. Next day, customer support finally picked up the phone and apologised and will refund my money. But never again this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This restaurant provided the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a food order. I ordered a simple meal—burger, fries, and onion rings. What should have been a quick, easy meal turned into a nightmare. The wait time was beyond ridiculous. After an hour and a half with no food, I called, and they told me, “Five minutes and your order will arrive.” Ten minutes later, I called again, only to hear that my order was still being prepared and would take another 30 minutes. Another hour passed, so I called again, only to be met with the same excuse, “Five more minutes.” They strung me along for nearly three hours, and not once did they apologize or take responsibility. This place has no respect for its customers’ time, and they clearly have no idea what customer service means. My advice? Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t waste your time, your money, or your patience on them!

Only received the order after 2 hours (it said 20-40 minutes delivery time), not customer friendly over the phone. The burrito was lukewarm, fries were cold and limp and the jalapeno pops were not warm either Very unfortunate

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes for the food to finally arrive. I waited 1.5 hours before I decided to call. When I first called, the employee assured me that the delivery person would be there in ten to twenty minutes because he was already on his way. But after half an hour the food still wasn't there. I called again, and this time the employee said the food would be there in five minutes. In the end it took at least ten extra minutes. I then specifically asked if he could guarantee that the food would still be warm, since the delivery person had already been on his way for about 40 minutes. The employee sounded confident and said the food would arrive hot, but that turned out not to be the case. The food was cold and the burgers were lukewarm. Is Chick and Cheez at this Johnny's branch worth it? Absolutely not. In the 2.5 hours I wasted on this, I might as well have ordered something else or made something myself. The taste of the burger itself was fine, but the fact that everything was cold made it almost inedible. The fries and chicken tenders were not good. Just disappointing man.

The worst customer service ever , you will never hear anything close to an apology for their delays.They take 1.30 hour to deliver in the weekend. Order McDonalds instead -way faster, cheaper and more reliable.

What a worthless order this was. The burger was dry and wet, the fries were rock hard. This was three times nothing, the best thing was the cola. Don't order anything here, they are also barely accessible.

I have now ordered 3 times and 2 out of 3 orders the wrong drinks were delivered and 3 out of 3 times the food was cold and 1 out of 3 times they forgot the onion rings and then you call to let them know and then they say we don't have an order at your address and then call your customers bro nice and friendly

Well, I understand why the ratings are so bad and that is certainly justified. Due to circumstances I was unable to open the door when the delivery person was present. Then we spoke to the manager Helay (who was very arrogant, unfriendly and not cooperative. She refused to deliver the food because she is busy and does not have enough staff to deliver again. We asked what an alternative option was since we We waited for more than an hour and paid, but she refused to help or refund the money. We ordered from Chicken 'n Crisp, which apparently falls under Johnny's burger. Honest advice for anyone who wants to order here: Don't even try With a rude manager like our dear Mrs. Helay, I understand that the ratings are so bad. I hope this review is taken into account, otherwise it says enough about the company.

Food here is very good. We stopped in looking for a quick bite after getting to Amsterdam late. Johnny’s Burgers did not disappoint. All 3 of my kids loved their food and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I have made order from Uber Eats. They expected arrival time was 8:10pm but I had been waiting for 2 hours and the order never arrived. They never answer any phone calls so I could not know when can I receive my order and I could not cancel the order. Also, uber eats insist does not provide any refund even when they understand the restaurant never answer the call. They just took money and did not care about if I can get the food. All they have done is let me to wait and wait. It’s completely a fraud to order from this restaurant. Strong not recommend to order from this restaurant.

They didn’t deliver the whole order and refused to re-deliver. They told us to make a complaint online and hung up on us. This was the first and last order with them.

Chick’n Crisp on Uber eats belongs to this. Don’t order here. They only work with their own deliverers and take 2/3 hours to deliver food (within Amstelveen). AVOID!

tacos are fantastic, but waiting time here is really tragic, Ordered food 3 times this week by uber eats without possibility to track the order, they do not answer phone nor inform about waiting time, which was 1hr longer than app said it should be.

The food is amazing. Very delicious. The ingredients are good, fresh, and high quality. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. I love the burgers and the tacos also. The only negative thing is the delivery time. But I think that is because everyone loves their food, because of that there are a lot of orders to delivery ❤️

I ordered the fried chicken here and it was really tasty. Much better than 99% of the other places where they put too much breadcrumbs on it, use bad chicken etc. The quality of the fried chicken in this country is very low but this is one of the few places where it is good. Furthermore, served quickly and little to complain about the experience.
