The atmosphere was ok since it was quite crowded. The food was pretty good and it came quickly

I have never eaten here, but generally speaking, you are better off going to an average snack bar than to this MC chemical factory, except maybe for GOOD offers (like buy one get one free).

Great place to visit. Next to it there a playground Cafe which is price friendly.you can take the kids to play and when you finish just hop to McDonald's and get cheap and clean burger. I dont advise to come at a rush hour as it gets pretty tough to order and wait. But they definitely do there best.

As far as McDonald’s go it’s decent

Dirty everywhere, the extractor fan doesn't work because it feels like you're walking in a fog when you step inside. The staff is unfriendly. The interior is awful, a real swarm. Ketchup on the walls.

While moving, with a child, I ordered almost €100 worth of food from McDonald's Amstelveen through Thuisbezorgd. What followed was an absolute low point in customer service. We waited for over two hours while Thuisbezorgd kept showing changing and incorrect delivery times. No clarity, no solution. In the end, I drove to McDonald's myself to pick up my order. There, I was told they "couldn't do anything" because the order was through Thuisbezorgd. After insisting, the manager finally came to check... and guess what? My order had been sitting in the store the whole time. Then came the most absurd moment: the manager refused to give me the cold food, even though I had already paid for it in full. No apology, no solution, no responsibility. In the end, I had to take my cold, tasteless order myself and leave. This is ridiculous: • Thuisbezorgd is passing the buck • McDonald's is hiding behind Thuisbezorgd • The customer is literally left empty-handed I've never experienced such a lack of service, empathy, and professionalism. Both McDonald's Amstelveen and Thuisbezorgd: this was shameful.

It's a McDonald's so that's the same with every McDonald's, there's also a good team here, fast, friendly, great.

There's always something wrong with orders. Delivery is always cold, and every time, food or drinks are missing. Recently, all the cups had tipped over, and the food was wet. There's also missing food when picking up.

The food is quite good but the service you have to wait a very long time until you get your order, it is really extremely busy and you suffer from sitting on the second floor, although other McDonald's are much better.

Was here tonight, and we honestly had a really nice experience. Its a Mcds, but service was fast, food was good amd place was clean.

This place is full of braindead people that can't even get a delivery order correctly! It wasn't just a little wrong, it was COMPLETELY WRONG. We waited for over an hour for a big order of food with multiple burgers and other items because we were very hungry and all they delivered was a children's order with a small fry a few nuggets with a happy meal!!! Even though the receipt on the bag was what we actually ordered. I don't know what the people were on who put the food in the bag but this is unacceptable. Also the food was expensive as hell, they raised the prices even more than before. And to make it worse we have called them on the phone multiple times and they don't even answer the phone and it hangs up after ringing for too long. I am furious over this, this place should be closed down if they can't even get an order correctly for two people and can't even answer the phone for customer service!!!!!

Dirty McDonald's, especially upstairs. They don't have complete control over this at the moment, as their restroom is used as a public one.

Not clean, it's filthy everywhere, tables are sticky or still have food residue on them. The staff do their best and are friendly.

Personally, I'm not a McDonald's fan, but for anyone who appreciates a quick bite, the McDonald's in Amstelveen's city center is definitely recommended. I've bought ice cream there before, and it's delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻. According to my friend, the other dishes are also excellent. I can only give my honest opinion, hence this review.

The toilet is broken and dirty, smells so bad. The toilet seat is broken. I ordered a delicious meal... the McDonald's manger was on duty... he just gave me a drink with a straw and sauce... everyone looks like they're sleeping from bad posture.

The most terrible service I've ever experienced. The manager working at 9 PM on August 26th treated me like a dog. I'd sooner eat a McDonald's out of the trash than go there again.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd for three menus. I only received one. I'm obviously contacting McDonald's. They tell me to come in, even though I ordered through Thuisbezorgd. I told them I'd get the correct order or my money back. The man then started talking about the fact that I'm Dutch and that I should have enough money to buy a new one. This was today at 9:30.

I received the wrong order through home delivery. As soon as I contacted them about it, I was insulted and humiliated. I've never been treated so rudely. I hope the manager who worked on the evening of August 26th gets fired.

Terrible service! A short brunette girl with piercings and a black curly hair girl with glasses. Laughing screaming, making loud jokes towards the customer,dirty in everything they do! The place is completely lost and this people Must be fired immediately! Poor attention on food and disgusting way of touching and preparing food visible on the back side of the "kitchen "

I have very bad luck with this place. It's happened twice. I bought my food and something is missing. Right now they gave me my order without my fish burger and I can't go back because I don't live nearby. They take my order without seeing what's inside.

Smaller McDonald's in the middle of the center of Amstelveen. Plenty of seats upstairs. Quality is fine and as you are used to from the Mac. Also great for take-away.

Store was a bit dirty, typical city McDonalds location. Food was exactly what you expect. There is no parking lot or drive thru, though there is some parking nearby.

The food is fine, it's just a pity that you can't eat quietly/normally because of all the junk that is left on tables (and) school students who act as if they are the only ones there. The radio/music is also unnecessarily loud, and one of the managers thinks it is normal to wear your own clothes and wear your hair loose (long and blonde) while eating.. 🤢

Don't have croissants for breakfast. This calls itself a restaurant, what a mockery for a fast food chain of this size.

It seems messy and customer friendliness is hard to find, now my expectations are not high at a McDonalds, but this was downright a shame.

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible. Close to the beautiful Binnenhof shopping center. They really make an effort to have the drinks cups cleaned after use.

On September 1 At 4:55 PM I used the table service. After I first went to the counter, it turned out that an employee had not been paying attention. It is not a pleasant place to eat... Rotten, dirty. Poorly functioning staff. After ordering, the (salt-free) fries were no longer warm and full of salt. Just like the Fanta without ice was full of ice.

I got food poisoning here yesterday after ordering a cheeseburger and a hamburger. I've been here before in the past, but never again for me. I've been feeling nauseous all day and at night I've had vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Bah bah

It's just a McDonald's, you can't expect much, but the burger was quite good compared to other McDonald's. The people there and the atmosphere were the drawback of my visit.
