The food is quite good but the service you have to wait a very long time until you get your order, it is really extremely busy and you suffer from sitting on the second floor, although other McDonald's are much better.

Food is good majority of the time. Wait time is not long and staff is nice!

Was here tonight, and we honestly had a really nice experience. Its a Mcds, but service was fast, food was good amd place was clean.

This place is full of braindead people that can't even get a delivery order correctly! It wasn't just a little wrong, it was COMPLETELY WRONG. We waited for over an hour for a big order of food with multiple burgers and other items because we were very hungry and all they delivered was a children's order with a small fry a few nuggets with a happy meal!!! Even though the receipt on the bag was what we actually ordered. I don't know what the people were on who put the food in the bag but this is unacceptable. Also the food was expensive as hell, they raised the prices even more than before. And to make it worse we have called them on the phone multiple times and they don't even answer the phone and it hangs up after ringing for too long. I am furious over this, this place should be closed down if they can't even get an order correctly for two people and can't even answer the phone for customer service!!!!!

Absoluetly trash experience never try this location idk who makes burger but it was flipped and he didnt even made it normally 😭although it was really fast and taste good.

Dirty McDonald's, especially upstairs. They don't have complete control over this at the moment, as their restroom is used as a public one.

Not clean, it's filthy everywhere, tables are sticky or still have food residue on them. The staff do their best and are friendly.

Nice to have it working till late. Food is good as usual. A bit strange that way to the wc closed with stripe(but you can go anyway)

Personally, I'm not a McDonald's fan, but for anyone who appreciates a quick bite, the McDonald's in Amstelveen's city center is definitely recommended. I've bought ice cream there before, and it's delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻. According to my friend, the other dishes are also excellent. I can only give my honest opinion, hence this review.

The toilet is broken and dirty, smells so bad. The toilet seat is broken. I ordered a delicious meal... the McDonald's manger was on duty... he just gave me a drink with a straw and sauce... everyone looks like they're sleeping from bad posture.

The most terrible service I've ever experienced. The manager working at 9 PM on August 26th treated me like a dog. I'd sooner eat a McDonald's out of the trash than go there again.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd for three menus. I only received one. I'm obviously contacting McDonald's. They tell me to come in, even though I ordered through Thuisbezorgd. I told them I'd get the correct order or my money back. The man then started talking about the fact that I'm Dutch and that I should have enough money to buy a new one. This was today at 9:30.

I received the wrong order through home delivery. As soon as I contacted them about it, I was insulted and humiliated. I've never been treated so rudely. I hope the manager who worked on the evening of August 26th gets fired.

Terrible service! A short brunette girl with piercings and a black curly hair girl with glasses. Laughing screaming, making loud jokes towards the customer,dirty in everything they do! The place is completely lost and this people Must be fired immediately! Poor attention on food and disgusting way of touching and preparing food visible on the back side of the "kitchen "

Real top tent, that Mac. Enjoy a nice burger, chicken nuggets and fries on the side, wash it down with a coke, hoppa good stuff and really nice people

If you treat ice creams 🍦 the same as one tailor-made hamburger 🍔 on a hot day, you'll miss customers/disappoint fans. I'd say it could be better 😉

I have very bad luck with this place. It's happened twice. I bought my food and something is missing. Right now they gave me my order without my fish burger and I can't go back because I don't live nearby. They take my order without seeing what's inside.

Smaller McDonald's in the middle of the center of Amstelveen. Plenty of seats upstairs. Quality is fine and as you are used to from the Mac. Also great for take-away.

It's a McDonald's so it's the same with every Mac, there's also a good team here, fast, friendly, great.

Store was a bit dirty, typical city McDonalds location. Food was exactly what you expect. There is no parking lot or drive thru, though there is some parking nearby.

The food is fine, it's just a pity that you can't eat quietly/normally because of all the junk that is left on tables (and) school students who act as if they are the only ones there. The radio/music is also unnecessarily loud, and one of the managers thinks it is normal to wear your own clothes and wear your hair loose (long and blonde) while eating.. 🤢

Food and service very good! Keep in mind that at certain times of the day (lunchtime, late afternoon) there can be a lot of noisy students.

Don't have croissants for breakfast. This calls itself a restaurant, what a mockery for a fast food chain of this size.

The McDonald's was quite busy when we were there, but luckily we didn't have to wait long. We quickly went to the toilet, and it was remarkably clean, which is nice at such busy times. All in all a great experience!

Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible. Close to the beautiful Binnenhof shopping center. They really make an effort to have the drinks cups cleaned after use.

On September 1 At 4:55 PM I used the table service. After I first went to the counter, it turned out that an employee had not been paying attention. The food is just like at other McDonalds locations. Not warmer or colder or dirtier or tastier. The tables outside are really dirty. The trash cans are emptied by the birds, causing a lot of litter. Placing other waste bins with a lid in front would help.

Table was dirty, toilet smelled terribly. Food was fine for McDonald's, price-quality ratio was reasonable.

Mc Flurry was only half full. When I complained about this, it was pointed out to me that a MC Flurry size should be full to the line, which is really very little. Then I wanted to go to the toilet but there was no toilet paper, not even in the women's toilet. It's of no use to you! Ball tent!

It's a bit mediocre that you pay 4 euros for an MCflurry and then get a Sundae with toppings.
