Ordered a quarter-pounder, which was like a plain hamburger bun. And lukewarm! The milkshake was good. The fries were soggy! I hope it's better next time, otherwise it'll be the last time!

Very bad service! In the McDrive only one lane took orders so cars who came after me got served, not me on the left lane. I finally drove to the payment/delivery window and said I can’t order as nobody connects to the right lane, the attitude of the middle aged lady was surreal: I could not order at all the window. Had to leave without food. What a weird experience. No more Uithoorn for me!

What can I say? It's just a McDonald's. Very busy at times, but often relatively quiet. Always good service and fast, hot, and fresh food.

Unfortunately, long waits are often a fact of life. Especially in the drive-thru. And the young man at the cash register kept trying to "push" me for menus, even though I never drink. "No," I tell him, "there's no adult menu with a cheeseburger, nor a chicken nuggets menu for 6. I have to order 9 nuggets and then a medium with fries and a drink because a small isn't allowed, even though I pay the same." Other than that, the food is often good, including burgers and other items, and usually hot. Only the fries are often lukewarm or limp because they've been in the "Shute" too long. Or even quickly fried a second time. Ugh. Tip for the sauce packets instead of those containers: if you have a burger or something similar in a container, open the container and squeeze the sauce packets into the empty side of the burger container. Or onto a folded napkin. (A few extra questions, though.) I think this is actually less environmentally friendly. But the ice cream, the Flurrys, the Sundaes are always delicious!! And for those who complain about small things: it's not Libeije.

Delicious hot food, nice new location, but unfortunately, disinterested staff at the McDrive who were mostly focused on themselves. None of the sauces I ordered (and paid for) were included... 😭

I dont know whats going on with this place, but 2/5 orders are always either wrong or items missing. I was there three nights ago for a take away and one of my burgers was not in the bag. The place was empty, just one table and the works were in joking mood. I know you dont care, but this is repeating too often to be just a coincidence.

Super weird, but they can't scan coupons, and they can't manually enter or correct anything for you. I feel ripped off, even though it's only €0.30.

We're disappointed that your website says you're open until midnight, and we arrive and find you closed. You shouldn't be writing on your website that you're open until that late.

Like everything, this is just a snapshot. I received a dirty, used, reusable cup as if it were new. I specifically asked for the manager, hoping they would do something about it. I clearly saw they weren't interested, and I did get a new one right away, but... I suspect that will happen more often. So the hygiene at this McDonald's is unreliable. They don't deserve a single star.

In both of my last two orders placed via the drive-thru, unfortunately, my orders were missed. When I informed the staff that my order hadn't been received, they only then started to prepare it. In my first issue, they told me that my order had been given to someone else. I really can't understand how it's possible for someone else to take my order. This makes me question if it's also possible to take orders without making payment. In the second case, even though I was waiting in the parking spot, they said they missed my order because I didn't wait at the back (which doesn't make sense at all). It is really hard to understand how such order tracking issues can happen in a company that serves customers on a global scale.

It's way overpriced for what you get . It used to be cheap to get a meal at mc Donald's . It's just not worth it especially for the quality they serve . Mc Donald's is not budget friendly anymore you could excuse the bad quality before because it was cheap . Now you are paying a premium for rubbish

I was here the other day through the drive through, we waited almost ten minutes before someone took our order. The woman in the car at the other pole was as confused as we were that it took so long. Then our entire order is taken, and at the end we are told that we have to go to the next window where we can do it all again. Then I have to repeat the order twice until I can continue driving. The only plus point is that we received the drinks quickly, but we had to wait a long time for the food. Finally the food arrived and what we got was not right, so we gave up and didn't try again. Food was half just made (very hot, a plus point) but half already completely cooled. Very bad service, this used to be better.

It starts by ordering 2 Chilichicken. Employee didn't understand what I asked and walked away. Helped by another employee. The employees all look tired. They are not friendly and walk around with lead in their shoes. Place your order on the table without looking at you. Not inviting to eat here again.

Atmosphere is McDonald's. Not very interesting. Service, handling and the like are excellent. It is designed to cram as many seats as possible into those square meters. When it's busy, it's really busy! And where the self-service is located, it is also not practical when it is busy. It's possible to make a mistake, so at least fix it properly. Treating a customer like this is really scandalous! Like it was a high school club gossiping or something. Very unprofessional. I will never come here again and would not recommend it to anyone!!

Not been there since they started charging their customers for the use of paper cups and carton for ice cream and mcflurry! They're obviously doing it for purely profit reasons and not caring about their customers. If it is because as they it is and that the government are charging them for using them in the first place, why not give the customers the option to bring their own box, bowl or cup. All they do is press button and the machine distributes the drink or ice cream. I've noticed, as I'm sure they have too, that's its generally not as busy as it used to be. Shame on you for your greed!

Daughter went to pick up but the order was not in order when she got home. Items were on the receipt but were not present. Staff here is really DRAMATIC. Received wrong order. Ordered 2 burgers. I got one and it was also wrong. Reported to staff. First I was dismissed as a liar and then I wanted to correct the mistake. What rude, uninterested people work there. All teenagers who have no idea how it works and are only concerned with themselves. No manager in sight. A little boy who "works" there is standing not behind but in front of the cash register looking around in a bit of a daze and literally did nothing, he sneezed a few times without putting his hand or anything over his mouth.
