McDonald's in Buitengebied Zuid

It's McDonald's, so the food is always the same, and that's fine. But at this branch, it's always so disgusting; almost every table is filthy and there's stuff lying on the floor everywhere. I find it utterly appalling that a company with this name handles hygiene so poorly.

May 13, 2019, I went in the evening and ordered a new Grand Big Mac menu with socks from the coupon, but it was lukewarm when it arrived, a bit of a shame. The new red berry milkshake or something was tasty, but the taste was too bland; it could use more flavor. The socks are comfortable, by the way.

Really a very nice man at the McDrive. Helped me make a choice in a very nice way. Made me very happy!

Rarely have I been treated so rudely at a McDonald's. Yelled at by the man taking the order at the drive-thru. He didn't know anything and got angry when I asked questions. His exact words were: 'How should I know... You just say what you want, I type it in.'

Unfriendly staff and they all came across as if they weren't interested.

Ladies' toilet walls not clean (dirty white substance on the wall). Toilet and handwashing area floors not clean/empty (toilet paper, paper scraps). Staff pay more attention to each other (lots of chatting, laughing, and joking) than to the orders (ours was ready for 5 minutes < 2 milkshakes and 1 sundae > but 3 people walked right past it, didn't look at the orders but just chatted while the lines for takeout and unplaced orders grew significantly longer in no time.

Cleanliness could br improved on

I thought it was a filthy branch. The chairs, benches, and toilet were really too disgusting to touch. I’ve never left a McDonald’s so fast.. The food was also very greasy. I’ve never had grease dripping out of my sandwich. The fries were very salty. It’s a good thing this one was on our route. But the next time we head that way, it won't be this McDonald’s.

The tables were almost all still dirty from the previous guests. It wasn't busy, but I had to search for a clean table.

The food and service were excellent, but many tables were dirty when we were there. In my opinion, there were enough staff present to keep up.

Always bunch of people in groups in front of the mc donalds, mc donalds inside is really dirty, staff are very unfriendly. Too scared even to approach them!

We come here every week. It is quite impressive that our straws are forgotten as standard. Orders are often not prepared properly or are cold. After making us wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks, an employee came over with a big smile to ask if we could write a good review 😁 Furthermore, the trash cans are often overflowing.

Well, what can I say? I will tell my experience as well and respectfully as possible, but in all honesty! It is just that my grandchild passed her swimming diploma and that is why we paid a visit to McDonald's. I never go there otherwise because I don't have any warm feelings for this kind of food. The staff really do their best, but I noticed that no one smiles. This was really striking. Afterwards, I also noticed that the toys on the kids' menu were all opened, but there was a striking amount of food still in the packaging. Untouched! All in all, we spent quite a lot of money on some plastic figurines. What I found worst was that the food was almost cold. This is really unacceptable! Almost €100 for cold fries? Come on, McDonald's Uithoorn.

Food, McSnack, you either love it or hate it. So my review is based on how the food was served in terms of quality, which is what you can expect from this type of solid food. Fries pleasantly hot and clearly fresh. Nuggets likewise. Big Mac had cooled down a bit (still warm though), but I think that's more my fault since I always eat my fries first. Tropical milkshake tasty, but SWEET!! I actually do like sweet things, but I found it quite "intense". The restaurant was neat, clean, and the staff friendly.

We celebrated an unannounced children's party today. We ordered a Happy Meal for 15 kids and something to eat for the adults as well. When serving, we were told that all the children were getting an ice cream and could scoop it themselves! Thank you very much, the children loved it!

You think you're just getting a reasonable milkshake at McDonald's. You go through the drive-thru, say you want a medium strawberry. And then they shove one of those undrinkable banana versions into your car.

They don't use gloves or hairnets while preparing your food!! We watched them prepare while sranding and waiting for our food. They touch their hair, faces, noses and prepare your food with the same hands. It was disgusting. Service was super slow even though it wasn't that busy!

They gave me a free ice cream, real warriors 💪❤️

Plenty of space in a sunny spot. Ample parking. Child-friendly. Staff stiff and surly, do not think along with the customer.

Good service, everything freshly made, friendly staff

The staff is often very young and inexperienced, probably because they're cheaper. Because of this, my order is almost always missing something. The trash bins are also often full, tables aren't cleaned, and the restrooms are in poor condition. By the way, is it McDonald's policy to no longer provide straws with soda?

I ALWAYS have to wait ages, my order is never correct, my food is ALWAYS cold when I get home, and I literally live around the corner. The coffee was already lukewarm because of the long wait. Today was REALLY the LAST time. When I get home from the McDonald's at Interchange, everything is still warm.

IT WAS OUT OF DATE!!! (It's February 21st.)

Yeasts had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 burgers. Really not normal for such a small order.

They still have a lot to learn here. The menu online was completely different from the one in the restaurant! My first two choices were impossible to order, and there was no chendol. Of the four desserts, only pisang goring was available; the rest was covered in tape. My fellow diners ordered something but didn't really like it; it's much better in Jakarta! I got a swarma sandwich from the neighbors and ate it there; in short, it was a huge disappointment. We also had a waiter who didn't speak Dutch, English, or Indonesian! If things keep going like this, they'll be out of business by the end of the year. It was Valentine's Day, and the place wasn't even half full, which says something! I'll leave it at that.

The fries were lukewarm, and of course, the burger and the crispy were too. They seemed a bit rushed, with the crispy sauce practically falling off. Eating on-site, and yet a disposable cup for coffee (with a surcharge?). A bit messy and not exactly clean, but hey! That happens often, and it's understandable; many customers are just kind of antisocial. Otherwise, it was okay, and the service at the cash register was very pleasant and quick.

All the bins were full, and we couldn't put our trash away...so we just put it next to where more was already there. We told the counter that everything was full! It immediately makes everything so messy, which is a shame.

The bathroom stinks, the soap container doesn't work and the water is very cold

So I had to wait for about half an hour just for my lemonade, large fries and 9 mcnuggets.

I don’t like that in this cafe they don’t have a change when you pay cash in my In my case, I had €200, and the sales assistant didn't even look at the banknote and gave me change of €5 something, as if she had confused it with €20. As a result, they didn't have any change, which is very strange for a global chain, and in the end, my child and I were left hungry, when in fact any employee could have a change me

Best sauced McFlurry ever. Nothing was forgotten when ordering, ready in 5 minutes, and the fries were piping hot. My compliments.

Dirty tables, an overflowing garbage can, and nowhere to throw away the trash. The toilet reeked of urine and had no soap. It was a terrible place.

A group of young people on fat bikes were making a racket, which created a depressed atmosphere.

I wanted to order here and I've waited for over half an hour. After inquiring, it turns out my order is being "remade." This isn't the first time my order hasn't been made, and I have to inquire, otherwise it wouldn't have arrived.

We received the wrong order from someone else. We gave it to the right person and asked the staff for our own order. After waiting for a while, we took the order with us. Unfortunately, it was not complete. The chicken nuggets were brought later by the staff.

A great McDonald's, sometimes the food is warm, sometimes it's quite cold. The interior is reasonably clean.

Milkshake is cheaper here than the Kalverstraat

Stingy with sauce, onions and pickles on your hamburger and you also have to ask for a receipt because they sometimes forget something.

Quickly prepared and nice and hot, the nuggets and fries were crispy. The only downside was that they closed way too early.

It's just a shame they closed off the truck parking area. So now I won't be going there anymore.

Very bad service! In the McDrive only one lane took orders so cars who came after me got served, not me on the left lane. I finally drove to the payment/delivery window and said I can’t order as nobody connects to the right lane, the attitude of the middle aged lady was surreal: I could not order at all the window. Had to leave without food. What a weird experience. No more Uithoorn for me!

It was quite loud, the servers weren't moving very fast, but the food was good.

What can I say? It's just a McDonald's. Very busy at times, but often relatively quiet. Always good service and fast, hot, and fresh food.

No matter how many times I've been there, the order is always wrong and they don't add enough food. The tables are dirty, the floors are dirty, and the machines often don't give out receipts. I was there for the last time today, ordered takeout, and they didn't give me a burger. I only noticed it after I got home. Also, the coffee they made had no caffeine, just milk water. The food was usually cold and mishandled. I'm disappointed.(

Unfortunately, long waits are often a fact of life. Especially in the drive-thru. And the young man at the cash register kept trying to "push" me for menus, even though I never drink. Except sometimes when it's very hot. SMALL fries, with 1 Mac and fries sauce, 1 Sjees burger, and 6 chicken nuggets with mustard sauce. "For...(€) you can get a drink with it." "No," I tell him, "there's no adult menu with a cheeseburger, nor a chicken nuggets menu for 6. I have to order 9 nuggets and then a medium with fries and a drink because a small isn't allowed, even though I pay the same." Other than that, the food is often good, including burgers and other items, and usually hot. Only the fries are often lukewarm or limp because they've been in the "Shute" too long. Or even quickly fried a second time. Ugh. Tip for the sauce packets instead of those containers: if you have a burger or something similar in a container, open the container and squeeze the sauce packets into the empty side of the burger container. Or onto a folded napkin. (A few extra questions, though.) I think this is actually less environmentally friendly. But the ice cream, the Flurrys, the Sundaes are always delicious!! And for those who complain about small things: it's not Libeije.

Delicious hot food, nice new location, but unfortunately, disinterested staff at the McDrive who were mostly focused on themselves. None of the sauces I ordered (and paid for) were included... 😭

The place was okay, but could be cleaner in some places. It's probably the customers' fault. But the food was okay.

Super weird, but they can't scan coupons, and they can't manually enter or correct anything for you. I feel ripped off, even though it's only €0.30.

I dont know whats going on with this place, but 2/5 orders are always either wrong or items missing. I was there three nights ago for a take away and one of my burgers was not in the bag. The place was empty, just one table and the works were in joking mood. I know you dont care, but this is repeating too often to be just a coincidence.

We're disappointed that your website says you're open until midnight, and we arrive and find you closed. You shouldn't be writing on your website that you're open until that late.

Strange, at 3:00 PM last Friday, there were already no MC Flurrys Pistachio left. A bit odd for such a large chain.

Like everything, this is just a snapshot. I received a dirty, used, reusable cup as if it were new. I specifically asked for the manager, hoping they would do something about it. I clearly saw they weren't interested, and I did get a new one right away, but... I suspect that will happen more often. So the hygiene at this McDonald's is unreliable. They don't deserve a single star.

Very young conditions, of which the same ones are always hardworking. Some are apparently there to chatter and forget the customers' orders, if it weren't for the always hardworking ones.

Food was tasty, couch is very uncomfortable.

I was in the morning, one of 2 customers. My order was waiting for 20 minutes, then I got it cold. The lady with a stick made a new one.... zero people.... first time I waited so long in MC...

This establishment is a crying shame, I don't think I've ever had an order that was correct the first time. This was also the last time I went here.

McDonalds is of course fine. DISADVANTAGE ; The plastic bags of fries sauce that were recently introduced. The previous containers were much more convenient. I no longer order those plastic bags. SHIT IRRITATING in the car.

Everything deliciously fresh at the drive in

After we first got an incorrect order, and then the incorrect receipt, the store manager helped us very nicely by giving us a new hot order. Initially a bit of frustration, but solved well.

Hi, I ordered the Big Mac menu, classic with cola and fries, large coffee latte. K....a, cola was stale, disgusting, I poured it under the bush, I hope it survives, coffee latte in a large cup, but there was only a small coffee in it, the taste was ashy, I also poured it into the bush, Big Mac substandard, bottom layer 2 slices of cheese, meat on them, top layer hamburger without cheese, fries not standardized size, some extremely soaked in oil and soft, I preferred to throw the fries to the crows, for me catastrophic food waste, this is a civilization problem...🤔.

Happy McDonald. The only negative point is the toilet. Children cannot open these themselves.

In both of my last two orders placed via the drive-thru, unfortunately, my orders were missed. When I informed the staff that my order hadn't been received, they only then started to prepare it. In my first issue, they told me that my order had been given to someone else. I really can't understand how it's possible for someone else to take my order. This makes me question if it's also possible to take orders without making payment. In the second case, even though I was waiting in the parking spot, they said they missed my order because I didn't wait at the back (which doesn't make sense at all). It is really hard to understand how such order tracking issues can happen in a company that serves customers on a global scale.

At dinner time they are too busy with themselves instead of helping people. Food is served incorrectly.

This place is great. They have a well rounded staff and the place is pretty clean.

It's way overpriced for what you get . It used to be cheap to get a meal at mc Donald's . It's just not worth it especially for the quality they serve . Mc Donald's is not budget friendly anymore you could excuse the bad quality before because it was cheap . Now you are paying a premium for rubbish

I was here the other day through the drive through, we waited almost ten minutes before someone took our order. The woman in the car at the other pole was as confused as we were that it took so long. Then our entire order is taken, and at the end we are told that we have to go to the next window where we can do it all again. Then I have to repeat the order twice until I can continue driving. The only plus point is that we received the drinks quickly, but we had to wait a long time for the food. Finally the food arrived and what we got was not right, so we gave up and didn't try again. Food was half just made (very hot, a plus point) but half already completely cooled. Very bad service, this used to be better.
