Had 2 cakes delivered to a company. I was told that they were exquisite.

What incredibly unfriendly staff!!! They just make you wait 5 minutes, look at you, and walk away. A normal person would say, "One moment, I'll be with you in a moment!!" Terrible.

I entered and saw that three employees were standing behind the counter. None of them greeted me or offered assistance. After waiting for some time without being spoken to, I decided to leave. I find it remarkable and disappointing that a customer is completely ignored and not helped in this manner.

Loved this bakery. The pastries we had were very fresh and delicious. The staff is very nice and the coffee they serve was very delicious.

The food and drinks are fine. They are quite affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room sounds hollow, causing the music to echo, which is unpleasant, and it seems/sounds very crowded when there are only a few people sitting there. However, more attention should be paid to keeping the seating, tables, and floors clean. Sometimes they are too dirty to sit in. Crumbs and drink residue are everywhere.
