Lovely location foe our company's team building. Plenty of space to feel separated from other groups and enjoy your drinks and games. Only downside in the area is the limited parking, I'd advice you to go by metro.

This is truly the slowest restaurant I've ever eaten at. The waitress was great! But she went back to the kitchen ten times to get our order. It clearly wasn't her fault, but I think she was the only one doing any work. What a load of rubbish (literally)! Never come here. Even one star is too much! The atmosphere was good, but the food 😬

We arrived on the worst day of the year, but wow, you went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Nothing but admiration. We'd love to see you again with your experienced staff 😉

We had a delicious lunch and then played a game of pétanque with our parents-in-law. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A beautiful and atmospheric setting with delicious food. We'll definitely be back!

October 11, 2025. What a lovely restaurant this is. We had a pétanque package followed by dinner. The pétanque instruction left nothing to be desired, and the atmosphere was already great. Then we sat down for menu 3. What a surprise! The food here is truly fantastic. Generous portions of fish, meat, or vegetarian, finished off with a fantastic grand dessert. This is highly recommended.

Very busy, but the football was on, but they should have more staff. Drinks wait time is awhile, you need to order your next drink when they bring you one.

Nice for an evening with friends or colleagues

We came here to kill time before the FC Feyenoord match, since the stadium is so close. The atmosphere was great and the place got packed closer to kick-off.

After a round of pétanque, we also enjoyed a three-course meal. Never played before, so it was a great introduction and a fun time with friends. The food was excellent, and we had plenty of time; there was no rush. Delicious and good portions! Thanks for the fun and service 👍

Yesterday we played boules for 1 hour with 5 families (13 people) and shuffleboard for an hour. The staff had some difficulty finding our table for the first 45 minutes, but after a little encouragement from us they more than made up for it. After shuffleboard we all sat down for dinner. I'm always very critical of the food and, to be completely honest, I didn't expect much. With a little luck you will get a good satay in these kinds of places. Nothing could be further from the truth. The kitchen is of a very good standard. They were all large portions, very tasty and beautifully presented. And, not unimportant, everyone at the table had a plate of hot food in front of them within a few minutes when the main course was served. This sounds normal, but unfortunately not many restaurants can make this happen. Great job and we will definitely be back.

This bar/restaurant is a hip, cheerful place. It is a good place to stay here, especially with a group. It's not just food and drinks here, there are various games. Jeu de boules, throwing balls with the French stroke, and shuffleboard are possible here. The interior is spacious, accessible and industrially furnished. This without stairs or steps. A whole battery of speakers hang above your head. These are clearly present. Up-tempo; so for intimate, romantic dining, other options are recommended. The menu is a la carte and tastefully composed. This area is entertainment through and through. In the form of cinema, arcade games, or restaurants in various tastes and price ranges. This establishment fits in nicely. With the idea that you will stay here a little longer with the group. Parking is no problem here. Or paid in advance on the square, or afterwards in the parking garage. As a grandfather, I had quite a bit of fun with all the possibilities here. The volume resembled a concert hall, but that may have to do with the appearance of the place.

Were here on Friday March 7. Had a late booking, but it was no problem at all. Rakes at the lanes were partly broken or a few forks were missing, making the track a mess of holes, music was turned up louder by the hour and eventually the service came to do the last lap at 11:15 PM, while we had reserved a lane until 00:00! The response from the staff was; "Yes, we actually want to have everything clean in time." When asked if we could order something in terms of drinks or food (as in a snack), we were told that drinks might still be possible, but the rest was really closed and was being cleaned up. In terms of atmosphere, I didn't find it very inviting. Coincidentally discovered this concept of Jules Boules Bites Bar in Alkmaar, and it was a really nice atmosphere there. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience in Rotterdam.

What seemed like a nice outing turned out to be untrue... mouse droppings everywhere... Jeu de boule to shuffleboard was tiring and the fat guy behind the bar with his black hair didn't want to serve us anything anymore. Crappy tent

The atmosphere was okay, nice restaurant. The food wasn't necessarily tasty, but it wasn't bad either. For what you pay it's just too expensive. Furthermore, the service was unfortunately very poor. We were helped immediately upon arrival and that was nice. But it took 25 minutes until we received the menu card (we had not ordered any drinks at that time) and it took another 25 minutes until the order was taken. We also had to wait a long time for the carpaccio. The main course went well. Strange that the spare ribs were cut into small pieces and arrived in a bowl. Furthermore, the meat was almost exclusively fat. Then we ordered dessert and 2 Amaretto sour. We had to wait about 45 minutes for that. Otherwise the cocktail wasn't that good. I understand that when it is busy it can take a while, but this is really going a bit too far for me. Then the waiter came to ask us if we would like to order something and when I indicated that we had already ordered our dessert for a while, he only realized that we were still waiting. The waiter realized that we had been waiting a long time, so we were allowed to have the cocktails on the house. Yet I will never come back here again, what a disappointment in terms of service. The employees really need better management than this, especially on such a busy evening.

Great location for an informal, nice bite. There are fun games to play such as bocce and shuffleboard.

Nice place to have an outing with the company. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious snacks. The courts were well furnished and pleasant. Definitely worth repeating.

Enjoy an afternoon of drinks, bowls and dinner here with a group of friendly people. Service is smooth and friendly and the chef should get a raise, because he can cook very well! I opted for a menu with a starter of brisket with red onion compote, shrimp skewer and a dessert with chocolate cake and ice cream.

What a nice combination between eating and being active. You can eat here and play jeu de boules (10 courts) to keep busy. There are also 2 shuffleboard tables that you can use. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

Nice outing if you are looking for something unique. I went with my father last Saturday as a “father son outing” and had a laugh, fantastic. Fast service with drinks and snacks. Recommended.

The snacks were tasty but were taken away without asking if we were done. There were also various snacks. Recording the drinks was also messy. Atmosphere was reasonable and employees were not all friendly.

Very nice for a birthday or other party. We had a nice meal there and then went to play pétanque. If you don't like bocce, you can also opt for shuffleboard or pool. You get a three-course menu. The service is very good, there was someone with a nut and peanut allergy, which we reported in advance and they took this very well into account. All in all a very nice place, but I think there is a bit little choice for food.

I wonder if the inventors of this name wondered how the words "bite" and "boule" were translated into French. You are literally sitting here with cock and balls on a "cocktail". I had a Russian Mule. Very tasty I must say. Service was great.

The games are fun to play (jeu des boules and shuffleboard), but our transition from jeu des boules to the shuffleboard table was quite chaotic. We had reserved 1 hour of pétanque and then an hour of shuffleboard, but it turned out that another group was busy on the shuffleboard tables at the time we had reserved. We had to wait half an hour before we could play shuffleboard. We had to inquire several times whether we could proceed, because we were not informed ourselves about the course of events. The tables and chairs were not clean. The shuffleboard table was also completely sticky from previous users/drinks. Was not cleaned when changing groups. The snacks were tasty, it was nice for once, but I wouldn't go here again anytime soon.

Had a very nice department outing. Would say 10/10. Boules was fun and even became competitive. Snacks and drinks platter delicious. Service nice. And to top it all off, a delicious 3-course menu.

The 6 of us played jeu de boules for 2 hours. Very nicely decorated building with multiple courts. Staff is back on the drinks and the snacks were just okay. Didn't eat there. Great afternoon away. .

I went there twice with colleagues, and the bar itself is super cool. You can play boules all night if you want. It’s huge, and we had a great time. However, be cautious with the food, especially the croquettes and pizza. Three people from our team got sick afterwards, and the service was not great at all. I asked several times for ice on the side, but they said they couldn’t provide it. It seems to be a common issue in the Netherlands; I encountered the same problem at a bar during a convention we attended. It’s kind of disappointing.

We had reserved a job with colleagues. Nice concept. Too bad about the annoying acoustics so we didn't always understand each other on that busy evening. The food was delicious; I ate the salmon and heard my colleagues also praise the tuna steak. Very unfortunate that, as a 30-week pregnant woman, I was refused a glass of tap water, after booking a job, a drink of €100 and a dinner with dessert for our group of eight. Even then, a glass of free tap water wasn't enough for a thirsty pregnant woman (who was more than likely drinking other things as well). My colleagues were also not given water with their coffee when they requested this. I don't think that is relevant anymore; certainly not if you charge €3.75 for mineral water.

Nothing discussed but a table was still available. However, we fell outside the scope of the ministry. Unfortunately we had to wait more than an hour for the food. More than an hour of empty glasses and no one bothered to take the order. These people need constant guidance. Difficult and tiring, not friendly staff at all. There is certainly still a task for the manager. The room is very noisy and the food is not particularly price-quality ratio. We would have liked to see it differently.

Went for dinner with a group of 9 people, made a reservation, but tables still had to be set up properly. Opening time was 12 noon and so was our reservation, unfortunately when we wanted to order the filet American was already gone? This was not indicated when the menu was handed out. Also little choice for someone with gluten and cow's milk protein allergy (soup or salad or a whole main course for lunch)

Way beyond expectations!! The food is really very good, the restaurant is nicely decorated and nice and large. After dinner, throw some balls with friends or children and your evening will be great. Prices aren't too crazy either....

Somewhat mixed feelings about the platter we had chosen: the skewers, croquettes and ribs were very tasty, but the hamburger and meatballs were very disappointing (both very hard). Furthermore, the inside was very nice and large. Service was also very fast (when we were there it was very quiet though).

Was here with three friends, the atmosphere was really great. But it was so hot inside, not normal. In addition, it was all quite pricey. Almost 30 euros for renting for 1 court. It was certainly fun, but the heat and the high price are crazy.

I expected some simple snacks with a hamburger but the food was much better than that. Yes, it is more expensive than average, but in the end we thought it was worth it because we really enjoyed our meal. You will eventually understand what the difference in price is.

Wow, it's expensive here! We spent 50 euros per person for 2 hours (10 people)! We had a few drinks and something to eat, but it certainly wasn't worth it. The snacks all tasted like frying fat and were, in my opinion, far too overcooked.

Het is een leuk middagje uit met vrienden of familie. Echter is de service hier nu al twee keer erg tegen gevallen. Er zijn lege tafels die onopgeruimd achter blijven terwijl het personeel staat te kletsen of op hun telefoon bezig is. Verder kwamen wij aan en konden wij onze eigen Jeu de boul baan opruimen. Het was niet druk maar hier leek het personeel geen tijd voor te hebben. Het eten is veder wel oke, maar erg duur voor wat je krijgt.

Je kunt lekker competitief zijn op de jeu de boules baan en daarna lekker borrelen of eten.

Een hele leuke bar met jeu de boulesbanen. We waren er overdag en het was niet druk. Voor mijn zoutarm dieet hadden ze speciale broodjes gemaakt. Helemaal perfect! De bediening was erg aardig. Het is een leuke sport om te doen. Zowel voor groot als klein. Zeker een aanrader! Grote parkeerplaats (betalen) voor de deur.

Leuke tent om even een uurtje te boulen maar hapje eten of drankje blijven doen zou ik niet aanraden op een zaterdagavond, we hebben 45 minuten moeten wachten op onze drankjes. Eten was het ook niet waard om zolang op te wachten volgende keer maar eerst ergens eten en dan uurtje boulen hopelijk heb je dan wel je drankje tijdens het boulen. 🤞🏽

Wij hadden met zijn 4-en een uurtje jeu de boules besproken maar waren door mega druk verkeer ruim 3 kwartier te laat. Toen wij ons toch nog even gingen (af)melden werd er alles aan gedaan om ons toch nog een uurtje te kunnen laten spelen. Super service !!

Na een bestelling gedaan te hebben, kwam er na 45 min nog een jonge medewerkster en vroeg.. Mottuh jullie nog wat eten ? Waarop ik antwoorde, dat wat ik 45 min eerder had bestel er nog niet was.. toen kwam het eten.. eet smakelijk zei de medewerkster en mijn vrouw zei... dank u maar gaat stuk beter als we bestek hebben :((( pfff

Mooie jeu de boules bar. Veel sfeervolle banen.

Als een gezin van vijf waren we op zoek naar iets anders dan de standaard familie-uitje, en Boules & Bites in Rotterdam was precies wat we nodig hadden! De sfeer binnen was meteen gezellig en uitnodigend, perfect voor een ontspannen middag. De jeu-de-boulesbanen waren verrassend ruim en goed voor ons spelplezier. Zelfs zonder veel ervaring hadden we er veel plezier in. En het eten? Heerlijk! De hapjes waren precies goed voor tussendoor en maakten de ervaring compleet. Kortom, een heerlijke plek voor zowel gezinnen als vriendengroepen. We hebben genoten en dit is zeker niet onze laatste keer hier. Een aanrader voor iedereen die eens iets anders wil!

Wat een leuke tent zeg. De gastvrouw was een leuke dame die ons ook bediende. Eten was geweldig en niet overdadig. De bediening kwam ook niet iedere keer langs vannwil je nog wat drinken. Deed ze meer als goed. En het jules de boules was meer als gezellig en leuk. Misscgien hebben we het getroffen met die avond. Echt een aanrader.
