Julie’s cookie cakes are absolutely delicious! Plus, she has incredible customer service. I have ordered from her twice now and both times have been beyond happy with the quality, taste, and service. Definitely order from her!

The cookies are ok on average, nothing special, but that is also personal taste. We liked the raisins and the brookies and really didn't like the snikerdoodle ones. The fact though that after charging so much for delivery they asked us to go pick them up from a parking lot close to our house says a lot. I would not suggest them, especially if you are thinking of them as a present for someone else.

Julie has great treats and is very helpful/conscientious with her customers. I have used her twice and cannot say enough good things!

I have been ordering from Julie over the last several years and my family and friends have always enjoyed the cakes and cookies very much! I grew up on cookie cakes, and after six many years of not having tasted them , she brings back great memories. They taste just like what I remember from my youth. I also love how easy it is to use her website and it is also so nice that she can make deliveries. Julie is also very careful with her foods if there are allergy issues, and I have always appreciated that. Julie is a very kind and gentle lady, and I am happy for her that she has been able to flourish with her business. I hope that we all can enjoy her cakes and cookies for many years to come!

Order from Julie! Julie was AMAZING with customer care. Our cookies were delicious, her traditional oatmeal raisin were perfect, and I am so thrilled that she was able to make a peanut butter chocolate chip (which will hopefully make it's way to her regular menu soon, as well!). We ordered cookies for our wedding guests and everyone was IN LOVE with them. They have already sent requests for forwarding her information. I have a feeling I will be ordering for many birthday parties and anniversaries to come! (even just little treats for a pick me up). Thank you Julie!!!!! Maybe we can find out if oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip is possible.....

My experience with Julie’s American Cookies was just so heartwarmingly amazing! First of all, try to organize a surprise bday cake on Valentine’s weekend from another country - you’re guaranteed to lose some nerves and sleeping hours. Thankfully, Julie came to the rescue and made & delivered the most awesome bday cake anyone could wish for, which not only looked incredible, but tasted amazingly as well, according to the happy bday boy. I love that I can send homemade cookies to my friends and they're hand-delivered in the Hague and it's incredibly easy to order online, whether from within Europe or abroad, and immediately get personal confirmation that Julie has received the order and further information on delivering it. Ordering through Julie's was super easy and they were very responsive. They let me know the timing if the order was shipped vs. delivered and enable me to change my choice. They delivered the cookies the next day, and made sure to let me know where they put them since the recipient was not home at the time. The recipients loved the cookies and the brownies and have now become customers themselves! I would happily order again.

Ordered a cookie cake from abroad for my best friend's birthday and Julie could not have been more lovely. Usually you have to order 48 hours in advance but when Julie realised my unique situation she had my order ready within 12 hours (because I had been really disorganised and left it all til the last minute). The cookie cake was amazing and the service was even more amazing, cannot recommend this business enough!!

I am living in the US and I wanted to send a gift to my sister in the Netherlands and it was really hard to find a bakery that does online purchases and in person deliveries in the country. I found Julie and she was amazing! As soon as I placed my order she sent an email letting me know she had received it. She sent more emails to keep me updated of the situation. The attention to detail was extraordinary. I order a card and it was handwritten. Hand written cards are more personal and transmit more love than typed ones. Julie even sent an email letting me know that my sister had got her order and she attached pictures showing me how everything looked!!!!! My sister cried and loved the surprise! I ordered a 30cm cookie cake to be delivered for my daughters birthday. The communication regarding the order was excellent and nothing was too much trouble - even when I had to unexpectedly change the delivery address at short notice. the products are also very reasonably priced. My daughter was delighted with the cookie and she and her friends thought it was delicious! Would definitely recommend!

They have the best customer service ever! I found them online and I’ve read many positive reviews about them. I ordered through their website as a surprise gift to someone dear to me. They sent me a message via email asking when can they deliver. I even asked them if they can send me a message in WhatsApp so I can monitor if my friend is at home AND THEY ACTUALLY DID! Excellent Cookies! I bought a cookie cake for a family birthday and I was honestly surprised with the turnout. The cake was soft to the core and very well made. You get a welcoming delivery with a friendly service. The cookies (which I then ordered not even a week later) were astounding as well. If you really want a delicious, authentic cookie this is the place. If you want my tips, warming it up in the microwave really does wonders ;)
