The avocado toast was too oily for my taste, but otherwise it was good. The falafel plate was great.

I highly recommend trying the banana pudding!

Food is really good. Small choice but everything we tried was great. 4 stars for forgetting our order and then offering some funny reason for being late. We waited more than half an hour. Space of an average look.

The cappuccino was really bad. We did not enjoy it. Had a weird taste to it. We also got seated at a weird spot. Was basically looking at crates of drinks.

Very good food; a bit trendy; poor ventilation inside. Different than most cafes in den Haag, so I’d recommend to try, but not the best.

Loved this place! The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a relaxed brunch. I had the avocado toast and a cappuccino, and both were excellent. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

The coffee was delicious (both espresso and filter), and the food was exceptionally tasty. And, above all, it wasn't the same as you'd get anywhere else, but something more interesting. The staff was also extremely friendly.

It was our first visit to The Hague, and after extensive research, we chose this restaurant for brunch. We were initially very pleased. The food was beautifully presented, the location was top-notch, and the reservation worked out perfectly. The service was friendly. However, there was a hair in my food (only visible in the scrambled eggs after many bites). When I pointed it out to the waiter, I was told it wasn't a hair, but a fallen fiber, which I found very unfortunate, as they simply wanted to undermine my opinion. It was, of course, immediately removed in the kitchen, and I was then told to continue eating the leftovers. I was very disappointed. Out of four meals, I was the only one who had a defect; and there was no apology.

This is my favorite breakfast each time I’m in Den Haag. You must make reservations or get there when they open.

Add the warm vibes, the super friendly team and a mocktail on the terrace… and you’ll want to come back every weekend. So worth it! Available Thu–Sat from 17:30 to 21:30 so plan your cravings. And if you go for takeaway? It comes in the cutest pizza box. Details matter: and Kaafi gets it!

I went there for breakfast and had the jalapeño cheese pancakes – an exciting, spicy combination that tasted amazing. I also had a flat white that was nutty, round, and truly outstanding. You can tell they care about quality here – both in the food and the coffee. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Strolling around the city, my fiancé and I found this cute little café. Our visit was quite spontaneous yet we felt very welcomed by the staff. I had an espresso and it was just right in the spot as it should be. My fiancé loved her cappuccino as well. Before leaving we had a small chat with the waiter who was really nice.

It was a truly authentic and unique experience. We tried the Samosa Chole, Falafel with Hummus, and the Blueberry pancake. We loved everything, especially the Samosa. It is a must visit while in The Hague.

Love the new twist on the menu and the banana curd in the banan pudding French toast is amazing. Can’t wait to come Back and try out there smoked pastrami bacon Update: Visited their pop-up Slab and wow that pizza was unreal. I still dream about how good it was! And don’t even get me started on the mocktails… absolutely top tier.

Delicious food! We got the French omelette with crispy chili oil (would recommend), the fried chicken + waffles (very good. bit sweet for me, but a good level of sweetness for chickens and waffles), and the Turkish eggs (the labneh was delicious, but I would have liked more runny eggs rather than jammy eggs). The coffees were decent, but I'm used to less bitter coffee. Overall I'd recommend this place!

We waited a very long time for our food and drinks. Our coffee arrived after 40 minutes, which is way too long in my opinion! Then the food arrived, and paying €14 for avocado toast and only getting a small slice is absolutely unfair. We weren't even remotely full afterward. Neither me nor my boyfriend were. The price/performance ratio isn't right.

Kaafi Specialty Coffee and Brunch Bar is an absolute delight! From the moment you step in, you are greeted with a lovely atmosphere. The service is professional and fast. The coffee here is amazing, crafted with care by skilled barista. The menu is creative. It was so hard to choose from that. Next time I will try something else. 😊 I would like to recommend for anyone who appreciates specialty coffee and absolutely amazing brunch menu.

The service was OK. The food was tasty, but a slice of bread with scrambled eggs for €13.90 and the orange juice for almost €5. Oh well... Unfortunately, the seasonings were missing.

Can book up to 4 people via the site. When entering they were fortunately not difficult: 2 tables pushed together. Was offered water, unfortunately at room temperature and it was already warm inside (no air conditioning). Got ice cubes on request. We were told on the phone that they only serve chicken. Pastrami turned out to be beef, tasty in itself. Be careful with Pancakes with jalapenos and cheese: jalapenos can be found as a grater through the pancakes and the taste is lost in its entirety (not recommended). Chicken waffle ok; proportionally more chicken than waffle. Service mediocre: food was put in front of our toddler every time, even though it was for others.

We went there for breakfast last week. The juice was super fresh and delicious. The French toast and avocado bread were also delicious. The service was super friendly.

The place is, of course, completely packed, but the service remains relaxed. Both the coffee and the food are truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Best coffee and lunch in The Hague!

A charming little café with great attention to detail. The coffee was excellent, and the tea was also pleasantly aromatic. The avocado toast was particularly delicious. The atmosphere was harmonious throughout, with Christmas decorations. You feel at home here. I was completely satisfied and would gladly come back.

Enjoyed a small lunch. Food was okay but not great. A French omelette on a brown slice of bread for €13.50 plus a cafe latte. Total €18.50. Ridiculously high price. Staff very customer friendly and the location is great. Everything okay except the prices.

We waited a long time for the food, and then our avocado toast with egg arrived completely cold. The avocado cream was cold, the egg cold, and so was the toast. Unfortunately, it tasted like it had just been taken out of the fridge, and at €14, it was simply too expensive. Cappuccino was good, but it was forgotten at first. Too bad, it wasn't worth the money. EDIT after the restaurant's response: Unfortunately, your response is incorrect and also rude. If I had read your similar responses to other reviews beforehand, we would never have come. Nothing was explained to us after we kindly gave feedback, only that it would be passed on to the kitchen. And there's a difference between fresh avocado and a completely cold meal, from the toast to the egg. Your response is very disappointing, and I hope you learn from this one day that when people take the time to share feedback, customer friendliness ultimately leads to returns. All the best, I hope you'll do better next time.

It was very crowded, recommend booking a a table online. Staff is very friendly. Coffees are really good, long black and dirty chai latte excellent taste. Food is very tasteful but portion wise the avocado mash was a bit dissapointing considering the price, only one smaller piece of bread.

The pancakes were really tasty and well made; I would have liked a bit more spice and crispiness, and also some cheese, in the pancakes. There was also a bit too little cheese in it. The filled sweet toast was absolutely delicious and the portion was very big. The quality of the coffee was absolutely fantastic.

the food is just not the same anymore. i remember all the food being served with a salad and some other sides. the prices have increased but the sides have been taken off. we were regulars and were obsessed with the french omelette and avocado toast as well as the pistachio cheesecake. a friend also ordered the waffles and chicken and the chicken felt dry and the waffles were a bit soggy. the flavour was good but the texture wasn’t there. the cheesecake completely lacked in flavour and the avocado toast left a lot to desire. the drinks were good as always. it’s a shame because we absolutely loved kaafi. we will return for nostalgia, but will probably not be too keen to go there for the food anymore… writing this review from a place of love and not spite, hoping that the owners see this. i was obsessed with kaafi, please bring back the old standards!

Great spot sitting out front in the sunny street we had a great brunch here. Service was quick and friendly. Can't vouch for the inside dining experience. The food was tasty, good portion size and well presented. Definitely recommend if you are in Den Haag!

This is an excellent place to have breakfast. We went there with kids and they provided a baby chair. While the menu is limited, there is a good variety in the options available. We ordered french omelette and the jalapeno grilled cheese pancakes, both with bacon. The taste was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The cappuccino and hot chocolate we ordered along with the food were also great.

The food is delicious, but the drinks (read: coffee and juices) are so sour/bitter. I don't really understand how that is possible. Really a shame.

We were lucky to get a table for breakfast on our last day in The Hague, even though they seem to be highly visited. We ordered the avocado toast and the umami baked beans. It was just so good! And also the coffee tastes excellent! The place itself is also very nice inside, modern but cosy atmosphere. And the stuff: super friendly and sweet 👌 I definitely recommend stopping by at Kaafi’s!

There was 3 of us , one of us got their Meal while the other 2 waited for theirs and finally after he finished we got ours Food was ok but not worth the wait as it was cold . Also the place only has one toilet for all their guests so the line up is just as long as the service . Wouldn’t come back.

Personnel- 5 different ladies - was doing its best to ignore us and when finally they brought us the menu card they disappeared again. The dishes proposed were OK albeit a bit boring like avocado on toast however their prices were excessively high. Never again.

We came as a group of 6 and wanted to have a view drinks together. The waitress was acting unfriendly and not really welcoming (i guess she had a bad or long day), so we left after the first round.

The table for three was actually meant for two, so we weren’t comfortable. The French omelette didn’t come with a side, and the bread wasn’t toasted as described on the menu. Paying €13.80 for just an omelette on bread felt overpriced. Lowering my score due to your answer. I would expect a bigger portion or a well toasted crunchy bread. With some sauce or a side like a small salad. I will not be visiting again. I didn’t even mention about waiting for my friend’s order when we you brought the other plates. And an interesting question from the staff after we were seated and having our drinks was whether we had a reservation.

Great place, great food! I mean really nice so my full recommendation:). The place gets rather busy so there is not much place to ask for anything extra but with what comes on plate, there is no need for improvement anyway :)

Don't order avocado toast here. A sandwich (not toasted) with avocado spread with a cold (brown) egg. When I said something about it, I had a hard time getting an extra sandwich. Another egg had to be paid for. I really don't think it's right to ask €13.20 for this lunch dish. It's not worth the money.

Really loved the coffee, I got cappuccino. My friends got long black and iced latte, they were okay but not spectacular. The food is good, better than other brunch places in DH that I’ve tried, but again, not spectacular. We sat outside so it was great, otherwise inside is ok but some parts were a bit too dark. Went here for a friend’s birthday. The coffee was good but the food was just okay. I don’t think it was special enough to come back, especially when there’s so many great brunch spots around The Hague. Friendly staff was a plus!
