Delicious coffee, attentive, smooth service!!

We did our Barista workshop here (very fun) and bought several beans after the workshop. Even though we sometimes make trips (out of curiosity), the Brasil Cerrado coffee beans from the Weis remain our basis because we have never found anything more tasty. Nice coffee shop and very tasty beans!

Kom er regelmatig voor een dirty chai , cappuccino of ijskoffie. Het is altijd druk maar meestal is er nog wel een plekje vrij.

Me and my partner went to a barista workshop together and we really enjoyed our time. We’re both English speaking and even though the workshop was in Dutch, the people were kind enough to always explain in English for us if we didn’t understand. We learned how to make hearts on our coffee. I definitely recommend!

Based on the recommendations from a colleague, I ordered Comandante grinder and coffee beans from their web site. Next day they called me to inform that Coffee beans were not in the stock and they asked if they can send a different variety of coffee beans. I am happy with the good communication and the items I received. I will definitely continue to shop coffee beans from this supplier.

Nice place, but the espresso we were served was not quite in line with the quite hefty price.

When you see a La Marzocco coffee machine, you can say without a doubt that it makes good coffee. In fact, the cappuccino tasted good, the homemade sandwiches taste great, the sausages go well with the food! You can also grab a large cup of cappuccino; thanks to the wide selection of dishes, everyone can find something for themselves. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

I had a great barista course here! Learned a lot about the arabica and robusta bean, the bean belt and as a highlight the latte art course with some beautifully made hearts as the end result (I think they are beautiful anyway)! In addition, I have been buying my beans here for years, with a score of 82 (just learned) these are my favorite! The same bean is used in the coffee shop. I bought my coffee machine here 2 years ago, and it gets my full attention every day. They offer a nice competitive price, with extras as well. So I am very satisfied with that too. 5/5 score well deserved!

Na zorgvuldig onderzoek naar de beste koffiemolen kocht ik begin december 2023 bij Op de Weis een Comandante C40 MK4. Waarom bij Op de Weis? Ze krijgen de beste reviews en hebben ook nog eens scherpe prijzen. Mijn (hoge) verwachtingen zijn ingelost: uitstekende communicatie, prima verpakking en snelle levering. De koffiemolen beviel zo goed dat ik binnen twee weken een tweede exemplaar bij Op de Weis heb aangeschaft om cadeau te geven.

Zeer tevreden over de bezorging en de communicatie van mijn nieuwe koffiemolen.

Skerton koffiemolen voor een mooie prijs en nog mooiere persoonlijke service. Daarom bestel ik liever lokaal. Klasse ga vooral zo door.

Onlangs hier de Jura J8 gekocht. Een juweeltje onder de koffie volautomaten. Ik was al blij met zijn voorganger (J9.2, 12.5 jaar trouwe dienst) maar de J8 kan nog veel meer, is nog stiller, en maakt de beste koffie, cappuccino, latte, etc etc. Michaël (en collega's) zijn klantvriendelijk, reageren snel op vragen. Eenmaal besteld (mits voor 15.00) is het de volgende dag al in de winkel (ik koos om het zelf op te halen). Uitgebreide uitleg in de winkel gekregen, allemaal top, bedankt!!

Hele informatieve en leuke barista workshop gehad deze ochtend bij Michael en zijn team. We werden warm welkom geheten en we kregen een mooie introductie in de kunst van koffie maken. Mooie selectie aan koffies om mee te nemen bovendien. Aanrader!

Net barista workshop gehad. Mooi om te zien wat een passie ze hebben voor het vak. Ook heel leerzaam. Onze eerste "kleine hartjes" gemaakt op de cappuccino. Hoe schoon ze ook werken! Daarna zijn Jaap en ik nog even gebkeven om heerlijk te lunchen. Dankjewel Groetjes Jaap en Ingrid

Commandante X25 aangeschaft bij Opdeweis.nl. Een snelle accurate levering. In 1e instantie heb ik deze aangeschaft voor de vakantie in combinatie met een Bialetti perculator. Het is een fijne molen, de maalstanden zijn prima instelbaar van grof tot zeer fijn. Opdeweis.nl heeft een instelschema toegevoegd die erg handig is om mee te starten. Daarnaast zijn er prima instructies via YouTube. Ook de dosering is goed over nagedacht. Opvangbakje vullen met bonen, in de molen deponeren, eronder plaatsen en vervolgens de bonen malen. In de thuissituatie maak ik gebruik van een Eureka Specialita Mignon molen maar als je in mindere mate koffie zou drinken is de commandante X25 een prima vervanger. Daarnaast is de X25 bruikbaar als een 2e of 1e molen, indien je de maalinstelingen van de molen(s) ongewijzigd wil laten.

De Commandante C40 werd snel bezien met een mooie persoonlijke boodschap

High tea is geweldig en met de handybrew een echte nieuwe belevenis. We hebben genoten van de etagère vol met lekkere dingen. Bijna teveel om allemaal op te noemen maar de vers gebakken scones en nog warme brownies waren echt hemels. Sandwiches waren echt vers gemaakt en dat proef je. Daarnaast veel andere dingen als fudge, Italiaanse koekjes, chocolade ( waaronder bonbons) en koeken. We hebben zitten smullen !

Super service nadat ik een tikfoutje had gemaakt in mijn bestelling! Lekker scherp en met 1 dag vertraging super netjes opgelost!

We bought an Aeropress online (to go camping with) from 'Op de Weis'. We found them originally because the price was good, but I was very happy with the quick postage, with the well (and sustainably) packaged box, and of course with the product. It was also really nice to get a little handwritten note in the box - it made the purchase feel so much more personal. If I need more coffee/ tea things, I would definitely come back.

We had a great and instructive time with the Op de Weis team while doing their barista & latte art workshop. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable about coffee origins and methods, and we could taste some of their delicious coffee options and learn how to make latte art. Definitely recommend this workshop - fun way to spend a Saturday morning.

We hebben genoten van de workshop latte art! Eerst kregen we op een leuke, interactieve manier uitleg van Daniël over de achtergrond van koffie. Vervolgens met Michel ons eerste hartje gemaakt van latte. We kregen de gelegenheid om meerdere keren te proberen Super!

De workshop latte art is echt heel leuk. Het bestaat uit twee delen, je krijgt uitleg over de koffiebonen en je mag zelf een cappuccino maken.

Zoeken tijdens pandemie naar koffie oases. Deze tent is daardoor opgevallen. De eerste keer was het al erg goed. Kan toeval zijn toch tegenwoordig? Recentelijk weer langs en even binnen geweest. Tussen alle goeden is deze echt de beste. Wat een mooie cappuccino! Je moet er even op wachten maar dan heb je wat. Lieve dame en vakvrouw. Na de pandemie ga ik er ook zeker een broodje eten. In de horeca is de koffie namelijk een graadmeter voor de rest.

De barista workshop gedaan, was erg leuk. Professionele begeleiding van Michaël bij het maken van latte art. Ook veel geleerd bij het theorie gedeelte, al bleven sommige vragen onbeantwoord. Koffie was super lekker en we kregen nog een croissantje.

Recientemente invité a mi madre, a mi novia y a su madre a un taller de baristas, con Micheal y Sibe. Nos encantó cada segundo (¡y sorbo!) El curso comenzó con una rápida reflexión sobre la historia del grano de café. Esto fue dirigido con pasión y curiosidad, muy bien contado y explicado. Luego vino la parte práctica: cómo hacer una gran taza de café con café con leche para rematar. Puedo recomendar esto tanto a los bebedores de café como a cualquier persona interesada en la historia y el proceso de preparar una buena taza. Fue el regalo y la experiencia perfectos para amigos y familiares. 10/10 para mí!
