While the service was decent indeed, I found the coffee rather sub-par, with a burned and generic flavour. Laptops are not allowed even though there are no signs specifically saying that.

This café took me by surprise. The coffee and their pastries were delicious and the barista was extremely nice. I would really recommend everyone going here, it was really great!

Brought my Rocket machine for maintenance and the service is absolutely perfect. The machine can go on for a while, price quality is great and Yasin is one of the best espresso machine experts in The Hague. Recommended!

Dear reader(s), Yasin helped me so absurdly well. I have rarely received such service. I wanted to have an ECM (quickly), but Yasin was on holiday. But even though he wasn't actually working, he still managed to arrange it for me from a distance. He kept me perfectly informed about everything. The service you receive here from the start cannot be matched anywhere. I am writing this review purely voluntarily because it certainly deserves to be said! Rare to get this level of service in 2025

I recommend this seller! Very good service and good contact. I ordered a new Espresso machine and unfortunately it arrived with defects (badly handled by the shipping company as can be seen from the box). Yasin helped very well and professionally and immediately provided a new replacement device. Top service!

Probably really good service if you are a customer who needs a machine or a repair. But if you look to buy parts for your own use you’re send away. *edit* this is solely written from my perspective - and as you might see on the comment from the owner, this is also the kind of service I was met with, I could have been sent to a place where they actually deal with it without being looked down upon. Anyway yes, I could have brought my own stuff, but you try to go to other professionals when you're in need of some spare parts or fat in this case. I'd still recommend this place if you need your machine repaired, cause they look competent to do such thing.

Very good coffee. They have lactose free milk but they seem to have a low stock of it so it's a hit and miss. Other than that, the best iced caffè latte I've had in The Hague.

Went in with a friend on the last Sunday of September and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service. The cannoli seemed a little sweet. Will have to come again to try other desserts)

The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. We bought 3 years ago our Bezzera coffee machine there, and recently it needed a service. He was so quickly to know what was wrong and to repair it. Happy to have great coffee back at home!

The cappuccino is bitter, there is an unpleasant smell in it, the employee was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the canneloni wasn't as fresh as one would have liked.

About a year ago i left the review below. I bought a rather expensive coffee system (ECM Technica + ECM grinder + accessories). I am still very happy with my purchase. I Eversince there has been some self inflicted issues that i had to go back to the shop and resolve, The owner resolved the issues in a professional manner and swift and with a smile , He is ia great support to have when it comes to the maintenance and i message him on his phone and get answers in 10 min with instruction videos etc. Every establishment can sell you machines and equipment and perhaps with a little difference in price but what counts is AFTER SALE SERVICE&SUPPORT. That is where vendors distinguish themselves. Espresso Perfetto is the place to go if you want a machine that fits your household and want to have ease of mind in years to come. Wat een leuk Italiaans koffiewinkeltje voor een hele goede kop koffie (welke dan ook) en natuurlijk bijpassend Italiaans gebakje. Diverse smaken Cannolli 😋 Tevens diverse merken espresso / koffie machines te koop met bijbehorende koffie (naar smaak). Volgens mij ook onderhoud van deze machines want een dame kwam haar machine ophalen. Sfeer is top en je kunt er heerlijk even bijkomen. De meneer die ons bediende was erg vriendelijk en heeft de cannolli voor ons doorgesneden (half - half om te proeven 🤭). Zeker een winkeltje waar ik weer eens heen ga ☕

I don't usually write reviews, but Espresso Perfetto deserves all five stars! Yasin, the owner, gave me a lot of no-nonsense advice about how to choose the best espresso machine for my needs. He also gave lots of quality advice about how to make espresso, from the beans, to the grinder, to the machine and even the type of portafilter. This is not a Nespresso-type shop. This place is for people who want to make REAL espresso, the old-fashioned way (no touchscreens, all manual!), with the best modern materials. The best thing about Espresso Perfetto, though, is Yasin's experience as an espresso machine repairman...and builder. I wound up buying one of Yasin's DIY projects, a used Italian machine that he redesigned with 'gastro' components. When I noticed that I wasn't getting the quality of coffee that I had hoped for (my own fault), Yasin took both the machine and the grinder he recommended for me and recalibrated BOTH machine and grinder so that they are now optimised for each other. Now, I get the best home espresso I've ever had, and I have 100% control over my espressos, with plenty more to learn, while even enjoying learning :) Espresso Perfetto gets my highest possible recommendation.

Volgens mij vooral een goede plaats om de meest complete koffiemachines aan te schaffen. Zelf kom ik er alleen voor m'n latte macchiato: die is hier echt heel goed. En dat voor een schappelijk prijsje!

I bought my excellent ECM espresso machine here. There are at least 25 different Italian brands of coffee beans in one kg bags to choose from in the store. You can also drink any coffee you like here. The service is always friendly and personal.
