Well, it's always lovely to eat here, but today I ordered a düner. As I was eating, my mouth felt a bit hard, so I spit out my food and found a bone in my düner, and I had no desire to eat at all.

Very friendly staff. The food is fantastic. They certainly don't skimp on serving. It is busy around dinner time, but the staff works so efficiently that everyone gets a turn on time. 1x accidentally got a Turkish pizza without meat. When I reported this the next time, it was immediately resolved neatly.

My go to place when I want something quick to eat. Friendly staff who carefully look at the orders that are placed and later ask twice what is and is not allowed on/with the order. Everything is fresh and well stocked, so you'll feel full after a meal.

Extremely friendly staff and a well-maintained store. The food is delicious! I recently discovered the chicken börek, and it is absolutely fantastic. But the pizza, döner sandwiches and the hair salon are also highly recommended here!

They have some hygienic problems. They do not have a hygiene mentality. They do not wear plastic gloves and touch the food with their bare hands. I saw one of them wearing plastic glove but he touched the money too with the same plastic gloves. One other thing I realized is that the personnel do not smile or laugh as of they are forcibly detained there. Their food taste delicious. If you want to taste Turkish food and have less hygienic mentality than it's a correct choice for you.

My order was delivered 2 hours earlier than the order time. And I called to tell them it was too early and promised that they would pull the food and the food would arrive on time, but it didn't happen. I'm never going to have it delivered.

Been coming here for years. Meat is always fresh and clean. People who come from Zoetermeer and the surrounding area know that Karadag is known for its clean and delicious meat!

Honestly, the best donür place i ever went to there, Sambal, is awsome which 9 out of 10 times in other places its either hot for the sake of hot or they are not hot at all imo. Here it's a nice balance and it doesnt over power the food but it gives extra flavour. Their bread has a really nice texture. The turkish pizza is awesome, and they balance the meat and greens ratio really well. Also worth mentioning: i go here at least 2 times a month, and it has always been consistently the same lovely food. I won't put any pictures because im sure you would find plenty here

A very neat thing. Loved by people and pigeons ;). They sometimes come in (literally) to take a bite. Everything is also quite affordable and of good quality. I come here really often. Because you can get a snack here (Turkish pizza), as well as a delicious lunch (döner sandwich/kapsalon). But there is also something for everyone for breakfast (they also warm up the croissants for you upon request). Of course there is plenty of bread of different types. Filled sandwiches are also available. No, I really don't advertise for them, but I am just very satisfied with this business in Oosterheem (Zoetermeer). Why not give 5 stars? This is due to the changes in personnel. Most are so friendly and helpful, while a few can seem a bit gruff. Customer friendly, but you do feel some distance.

The meat was not fresh or there was something seriously wrong with the bread, severe vomiting and diarrhea a few hours after eating, and a high fever persisted the next day! Consider suing this restaurant. Anyway, a restaurant that will never go again! True love health, stay away from here!

Their breads are really fresh every day. And we regularly get their Kapsalon chicken or Turkish chicken pizza and they are always divine. The chicken meat is deliciously seasoned and buttery tender. Too bad about the service because this is one of the better donner businesses in Zoetermeer, but if the service does not improve then go to The Hague.

A really tasty and cheap bakery

Reasonable price for quick breakfast.

One of the few Turkish bakers in Zoetermeer, and as far as I know the only one in Oosterheem. They have excellent Turkish bread and some other products. You can order Turkish pizza and döner sandwich. The pizzas here taste, in my opinion, less tasty because they use a different type of dough for the base! Pity. It is certainly not dirty, but certainly not as tasty as the competitor's. Döner sandwiches quality varies, sometimes the döner has been in the container for a little too long, which means it can be a bit on the hard side, but that is sometimes also the case with competitors. It's not funny around lunch or dinner time! It can easily take 45 minutes or more before you get your food :( maybe they should come up with a more efficient system for that.

Good food, but it could be a bit friendlier. They could do with smiling a bit more and making you feel welcome. That starts with a "Good afternoon!" and ends with a "Goodbye!" Now it comes across as "what are you doing!" That's not really customer friendly. Hard-working people.
