The foood is not good at all sorry for this review

If I can only give less than 1 star, Indian street food is tastier. I had to throw up after that yaprak, it was inedible and very expensive.

Ordered using the Freddie's Hot Chicken Woensel name at thuisbezorgd (4.4 stars there) at 18:00, by 20:15 the food was still not delivered. Upon calling the number at 20:00 it turned out the actual company responsible for the order was Kebab Huis and we were reassured that the food was on the way. Ridiculous scam using a differently names company to cover their own incompetence.

Last Monday, August 3rd, we ordered food. We were informed by phone that the oven was broken and there was no chicken left. We cancelled the order by phone. We also asked if we would get the paid amount of €66.49 back. The man answered yes. To date, we have not received anything back, but we have been in contact with Thuisbezorgd. They very rudely say that we can kiss our money goodbye. A worthless organization that makes easy money this way. We all have to work hard for our money, and €66.49 is a lot of money. Naturally, I am going to delete the Thuisbezorgd app and never order anything again. I'm completely done with it. AFTER CONTACT WITH THUISBEZORGD AGAIN, IT IS NOW CLEAR THAT KEBABHUIS WOENSEL DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER BUT PLACED IT ON BEZORGD🤬🤬 THUISBEZORGD SAYS KEBABHUIS WOENSEL NEEDS TO SEAL THE MISTAKE. GETTING RICH EASILY AND TAKING PEOPLE PAY €66.49 FOR AN ORDER CANCELLED BY PHONE. SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!! UPDATE... THANKFULLY I HAVE RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK IN THE MEANTIME......

Ordered food but it never arrived home and never got my money back either!!

Last Monday, my parents placed an order. They were informed by phone that the oven was broken and they had no chicken left; the order was cancelled by phone. To date, they have not received their money back😭 AFTER CONTACT WITH THUISBEZORGD, THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN DELIVERED🤨 HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE IF YOU HAVE NO CHICKEN LEFT AND THE OVEN IS BROKEN!!!! THUISBEZORGD SAYS THAT KEBABHUIS WOENSEL NEEDS TO RESOLVE THE MISTAKE. THIS IS HOW ANYONE CAN GET RICH, MAKING PEOPLE PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY DIDN'T/NEVER RECEIVED. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MY PARENTS GET THEIR MONEY BACK (€66.49).

What a shitty restaurant it is. You ordered at 1:12 and it's already 2:46. You want to call the restaurant, or whatever you want to call it, and no one answers. I think they expect people to wait 3 hours for a pizza. And home delivery just says it's on its way......... And in the end, you still don't have any food. Or rather, not for another 14 days.

The food never arrived. They didn't answer any of my calls or texts.

Ordering food and paying, and they just don't show up. They don't answer the phone either.

Managed to order a delicious chicken doner kapsalon at 6 am, the best kapsalon I've had in ages!! Delivered by Edward, nice guy, good service 👍🏼👍🏼 A bit more expensive, but absolutely worth it

Delivery takes way too long and you even have to pay for delivery.

It took an insanely long time for the food to arrive; when we called, we were told it would take another 30 minutes, even though we had already waited 1.5 hours.

Tasty food and delivered quickly too

Very positive experience at this restaurant. I have been here several times now and often order here with colleagues from the Catharina Hospital. The service is always top-notch and the pizzas are highly recommended. I noticed that the pizzas are made fresh and by hand, rather than with a press or automated system like at many other places. You can definitely taste that in the quality. Keep up the good work, guys! 👍🍕

The negative reviews circulating seem unfounded in my opinion and do not do justice to the quality delivered here. It is clear that not everyone is capable of appreciating this quality. I can give an atmosphere rating as I hadn't been to the location, but these guys delivered out to eindoven airport when I was stranded and the airport was closed at like 4am in the morning and I am forever grateful.

Food was good, turkey shawarma was tasty. And in Eindhoven not much is open at night, so it can sometimes be busy, especially on weekends. I recommend takeout, it is also warmer. So I don't like that they get a low rating because of crowds (delivery) because not many other businesses are open. The food itself also scores well in terms of freshness.

Placed order at 4:30 am and they arrived in almost half an hour. 3 hair salon and a durum hot delivered to Eindhoven station. was tasty with good meat and crispy fries. Would definitely order again if I have to wait 2 hours for a train. live laugh love, Candor

Ordered on November 24 via home delivery but did not receive the order. The business accepted the order, but because it was close to closing time, they did not deliver it. We had to find this out ourselves after trying to reach them by phone. Very unprofessional! If you do not want delivery 20 minutes before closing, you do not have to be a member of Thuisbezorgd!

Ordering online is a disaster. Coming up with excuses about disruptions and delays even though the confirmation from Thuisbezorgd has already been received. Instead of 40 minutes, delivery takes more than one and a half to two hours. Better order from someone else!

Do not order here!!! You get absolutely no value for your money and if you have any comments you will be treated like a dog here! Never experienced that before. Kebab is definitely not halal, clearly tastes like pork. Get yelled at by an unprofessional kid on the phone because he delivers you a dry and unpalatable hair salon without garlic sauce. Fries are still as raw as anything. A big fiasco.

What kind of nonsensical money grab is this?! On the home delivery app, the dishes include a Shawarma --> DISH< -- for €15. If you click on it, the dish option is automatically checked, for which you have to pay €5.50 extra... while it is between the row of dishes. Plus €0.25 extra per sauce you want... So you then pay €21 for a dish that is priced as €15 (which is already more than expensive enough) in the app. And then you can also pay €5,- euro delivery costs, plus costs for iDEAL. So I ended up spending €26.25 for one measly shawarma dish. Not yet maybe!!!

De pizza die wij kregen was helemaal koud, moest hem Gwn opwarmen!!! Ja ik bestelde em om 4:30, maar ik verwacht rond de klok sterren kwaliteit. Niet gewest. De kapje werd trouwens aangescheden.

Ordered the döner from here. The thing that came had literally nothing to do with a döner. These people have clearly never seen turkish food but they decided to make a turkish restaurant. Instead of an actual döner, they gave me some kind of kebab lasagna with no bread, no tomato, no cucumber. Just cheese, kebab meat, fries and lettuce, after I specifically asked for no lettuce. At least it wasn't too bad in taste.
