Order on the machines, the people are not helpful. Food is okay. There are better places to eat.

Pretty disappointing. I was refused to wash my hands in the kitchen just so I would have to pay to use the WC. The food was mid, not hot and didn’t really feel fresh. The drink wasn’t even cold, and they charge you extra for ketchup. Overall, not worth it.

Very disappointing experience — easily one of the worst döner meals I’ve had. The döner bread was hard and very cold, as though it hadn’t been warmed at all. The ayran smelled old and unpleasant, and even the Coke wasn’t cold. The worst part was the döner meat. It was supposed to be beef, but it neither smelled nor tasted like beef to me. The taste and texture were very unpleasant, and I couldn’t enjoy it at all. For a place with so many reviews and such a busy central location, I expected much better. Unfortunately, based on what I was served, I wouldn’t recommend it for döner.

There is no treatment for customers who eat bland, overly salty food.

My trusted kebab shop owner would never dare to sell such small portions at such exorbitant prices. Yes, it's in a big city, and yes, it's tourists who eat there. But €16 for a lahmacun that's not even three fingers in diameter is an absolute outrage. A simple kebab box cost €16, and the meat tasted like nothing without the sauces, which added a hefty surcharge. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Located in the center of Amsterdam, near Dam Square. There are Turkish friends working there. It's in a central location, the food and kebabs are delicious, and they even have ayran (a yogurt drink). My family and I were very satisfied. They even have tea! Thank you.

The best place in the area, fast and friendly service. 2 types of souce on table nice baklava. A lot of place to seat then you can bring your team here. Meat is other class then typical doner. You better go and check it out!

The atmosphere is fantastic. Order a smaller portion if necessary; the food you receive is more than enough to fill you up. I especially want to thank Serkan (I hope I remember correctly). He hosted us so well. If you want to eat delicious Turkish food, this is definitely a restaurant you should visit in Amsterdam.

We stumbled upon this Turkish restaurant by chance, and we were delighted to find someone named Serkan who spoke our language... It was the first time we'd had a proper meal in a week, and Serkan was very helpful; we thank him again. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, it's definitely a place you should visit.

Had the mixed meat wrap. It was so good I came back within 12 hours to share it with my girlfriend. Best I’ve had since Italy!

The food was far too expensive for what you ended up getting. Furthermore, the medical facilities were absolutely appalling.

We were there with a group of six people and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The overall quality of the food did not match the price we paid. Honestly, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by here because it was on the way back to my hotel and I was beat after a day of museum hopping. Absolutely ravenous is probably the recommended hunger level for this establishment. I wasn’t greeted when entering, ordered on a screen and waited around while Kanye played at nightclub level volume in my ear. The woman putting my food together actually didn’t care at all, was seen literally throwing things into the bag, but it came out hot and quick. The fries were not really anything to write home about, but the doner wrap was damn good! Veggies totally took the backseat on this ride, as the wrap was 90% meat and 8% wrap. The garlic sauce tasted like someone mixed up mayo and tasteless herbs in a bowl that used to contain garlic. Might only come back if I’m equally ravenous or wasted, but I’ll totally enjoy it either way!

It is very noisy, and the food doesn't taste that good either. One more point: I wouldn't be too quick to believe the reviews here, because there is a page on the screen where you can order that says: give us 5 stars, show it to the staff, and get 1 piece of baklava for free. I think that is really bribery!!! It is not fair to people who look at the reviews and see 5 stars when it isn't a good place...

We were really disappointed. At €12.90 each, these desserts are extremely overpriced for what you get. The chocolate tastes very cheap and low quality, and the filling inside is bland and hard to identify. It certainly doesn’t taste like the fruit it’s supposed to represent, and the filling doesn’t match the advertised flavor at all. Overall, it feels like a tourist trap rather than a premium dessert. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it.

We saw their fruit-shaped desserts while passing by and went in. They have mini desserts in sets of three, the mango one was very good. They also have baklava, etc. We didn't try their kebab/doner. The staff are attentive and helpful. Most importantly for us, they had brewed tea 🤌🏻 It was exactly what we needed for 4 days. Tea lovers will understand.

This Turkish restaurant is centrally located in the core of the city center in a busy street. The restaurant is modern, clean and the service is very fast. We tried the Adana and the Döner and both were very good. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. Better than the other alternatives in Amsterdam when it comes to kebabs and döner.

The döner was cold, the bread was cold. Self-service. I think the only thing I liked was the Turkish music playing inside.

We placed two orders, the first of which we only received after waiting 40 minutes, only to find that the fries were already cold and it was the wrong durum. I received a new one after 10 minutes, and after an hour they still hadn't brought the second order to us. When we asked about this for the second time, it turned out that our order hadn't even been printed. We asked for our money back. The icing on the cake: I wanted to wash my hands and had to pay for the toilet. I am never coming here again.

A total rip-off in terms of price (€10.90 for a small kebab without fries or a drink) and the toilets cost extra 🤣

Here you can find delicious fruit pastries. They cost €12.90, which is of course a high price, but justified for the effort involved and the fact that it's a one-time visit.

The kebabs aren't like the ones in Türkiye. They've adapted them to their own style. The taste isn't bad. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a sensitive stomach. The staff are Turkish.

I don't know how to describe my bad feelings. It was just awful. Even though I ate a small doner kebab (12 euros without sauce, extra sauce costs more), I had to pay extra for the toilet. The meat was so old I couldn't finish it.

You order baklava. She said they are 3 in a portion. You go to machine and do the order and payment. You can see clearly on the picture for your order that they are 3 pieces. Once you pick up the order, you realise she put only 2 in the portion. When I asked about. The same lady who told me that they are 3 in a portion, she mention: "only 2 are, the system is wrong". So be careful. You don't always get what you paid for. I prefer to say nothing about respect, because is simply not there.
