Waited over an hour for our order via Thuisbezorgd, only to be told without a clear reason that it had been cancelled. After waiting so long, that is truly ridiculous. If an order cannot be delivered, you should let us know much sooner, as far as I'm concerned. Very disappointing experience. Called the location, but they don't even answer the phone.

I placed an order online through Thuisbezorgd, the estimated delivery time was max 45 minutes and after and hour my order was cancelled. This is not the first time this is happened. Also once when ordering in the restaurant for take away the restaurant did not give out my full order what I noticed after arriving home. I do not recommend this KFC. It does not meet the restaurant standards in my opinion.

Had a fine meal here yesterday with the family, but felt a bit ripped off. You order a menu and get asked: would you like to change this to a large portion for 1 euro? Okay, go ahead. So, a large portion. Then you get a pathetic little bowl of loaded fries. I went over to the counter to ask if a mistake had been made. No sir, loaded fries doesn't have a large version. Okay, then I would like the 3 x 1 euro back that I paid too much. No sir, your cola is slightly larger. Yes, okay, but if I had ordered normal fries, I would have gotten a bigger one. Those 2 sips of cola you get extra aren't worth a euro. Anyway, this turned into a pointless discussion with the uninterested and, above all, irritated staff. Again, the food was tasty, but this weird piece of KFC policy and the staff's handling when you indicate you're not happy with something really stood out.

Placed an order with this company for the second time. Because the first time didn't go well, we made another attempt, and unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. We waited for our food for two hours and received nothing. We tried to contact the company multiple times but received no response at all.

Delivery person at the door. Had to wait over 3.5 hours for our food! Tried calling at least 5 times in between, but no one answered. Because of this, cancelling was not possible either. Customer service is unreachable and the service is truly shamefully bad. We will never order from here again!

I think it's really delicious. I almost always get a meal deal because it's cheap for what you get and it's super, really super tasty. I would recommend you come eat here.
