Ordered and paid for food online, called 10 minutes before delivery time, got voicemail. I called the Greek restaurant across the street, and they said they were closed. I wasn't the only one experiencing this yesterday!

Very bad. We ordered food here at 6:30 PM, and after 1.5 hours we were called to say we'd be a bit late due to staff shortages and the weather. Okay, that happens... Then we waited until 9:30 PM and still nothing, and they couldn't even reach us by phone... very rude!

Super fast delivery!! And the food was great.

Worthless. I planned to go here for a bite to eat. I bought a deal through Social Deal and made a reservation. The place just closed when we got there. Great. A complete mess.

Horrendous service. They accept online order when the restaurant is closed and make you wait for 2 hrs before it can get cancelled. Absolutely horrible experience.

What a terrible experience. We reserved and paid for Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 6 p.m. The reservation was confirmed. We received a reminder email last week for Sunday evening. We cycled to this restaurant. Everything was dark and closed. We were so looking forward to it. Now we're trying to get a refund. We won't be coming back. Thank you so much for not eating.

Terrible! They messed up the entire order. It took way longer than expected, and it arrived cold, and half of it wasn't even there! And when you call, they don't answer. What terrible service! Don't order from here!

Beautiful restaurant. It just needs more atmosphere. Maybe some music. The food was delicious. Tip... Start clearing plates when everyone in your party has finished. The restroom could also use some TLC.

The food is great, they server it pretty quickly, but the only problem they got are flies and fruit flies. I swear i could NOT enjoy eating my food or drinking a cup of coffee without getting some in my drink and food. We tried moving to a different spot, different table and it was just as bad. In the end , we asked to get the food to go and we received a bag and had to put the food in ourselves. Don't get me wrong, idm doing it so myself, but it wasn't a proper bag to put the food in. How come other customers get it properly in a bag but not us? Please fix your issue with the flies.

The food is great, but the home delivery is absolutely terrible... a regular order takes over 2.5 hours, and when you call to ask how long it will take, no one answers. (It goes straight to voicemail, and since it's a mobile number, the phone is probably turned off.) Either hire more staff or stop delivering, but this is truly awful.

Ordered two hours ago and still haven't received any food. It's outrageous, and when you call, you go straight to voicemail. It was a terrible experience. We now have no food and can kiss our money goodbye. (Ordered through Thuisbezorgd) We also emailed them about this situation.

I ordered dinner at 6 o'clock, it's almost 8:30 now, and still no food. My kids are incredibly grumpy and hungry; they have to get up at 6 o'clock tomorrow! This is ridiculous, honestly. Don't take any more orders!

We've ordered food from here several times. Initially, they were on time and the portions were more than adequate. Then, the delivery became very poor, arriving much later than indicated. The app indicated a delivery time of 40-60 minutes. After 60 minutes, I called and was told it would be another 10 minutes. It took another 30 minutes. In the meantime, I called several times to ask how long it would take, and the answer was the same. They were also very unfriendly on the phone and started arguing about how it was beyond their control. There was no room for leniency or an apology. We will be ordering from someone else in the future.

Delicious loaded schnitzels with a generous portion of thick fries and some salad. Sauce unfortunately extra for a fee, but you get a good bowl of sauce for it. A few tables outside, luckily there was room, inside it was very warm (which I think is especially annoying for the employees). Super friendly young man behind the counter and the service!

We are at the door today at 13.33 and there is no one. Door locked. While it should be open at 13.00. What do you mean lunch!?!? But we drove on to the other Restaria in Helmond and drank and ate for € 65.

Gluten free snacks not being provided because it is busy. Friend who is gluten intolerant cannot eat snacks even though website says gluten free snacks are available.

Pretends to have gluten free snacks on the menu but when asked, an excuse is made that it is not possible during busy times. Staff is unfriendly about it

According to the website they have gluten free snacks so I went there specifically for that reason. Apparently they don't offer them when it's too busy. So I went there for nothing... Also when asked if the hair salon is gluten free the answer was 'I don't know' to which I had to say 'can you ask?' Not recommended. If you have dietary requirements...

it took 2 hours to deliver just two burgers. That is just unacceptable for such a simple order really disappointing. If you are hungry and value your time I would think twice before ordering from here

Just enough... Took a very long time before the order was ready while everyone around us was getting everything. Part went wrong. Well... that can happen. Food was mediocre in taste. All in all not really worth it.

I don't recommend it at all, the place is almost empty and it took 40 minutes for the food to be brought to me. I think they should hire staff faster. I had to go back to work and I couldn't eat well.

Unfortunately I had to wait a very long time for my order. Ordered around 4:10 PM and didn't receive the food until 5:55 PM. This while it had been showing on the home delivery app since 4:30 PM that the order was on its way... I called the tent at 5:20 PM and the gentleman indicated that the order still had to be prepared. In any case, I won't order from here again. The food was mediocre. I only indicated that I wanted mayonnaise, but the container also contains curry?? And that was mixed with mayo so I couldn't even use my mayo since I don't like curry.

Had my first real meal at Restaria in Helmond and it was so delicious. Highly recommended to have dinner here in the evening

I haven't been in a while but I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you've moved to another place. In my opinion, the place where you were sitting was a better and favorable place to sit. Lots of people walk by, making you more likely to grab a snack. Also a pity that you no longer have the snack machine. Now I always go to Rest O Ricus for the snack machine because you don't have that anymore.

I come here every week for snacks, the service is top notch, it is my standard snack restaurant in the Helmond region, they take into account people who eat halal and they are certainly customer friendly. In addition to the snacks you always get salad, it is delicious and refreshing. I am a regular customer.

First time and never again. Delivery man stands at the door shouting CANCER loudly, several times! If you order for €50, you will receive soggy fries with dead lettuce, tough chicken and a wet hamburger. Ordered coffee and it was delivered in a sauce container that was completely soaked because there should be no coffee in it.

Hou je niet van pittig is ook de Pulled Chicken een optie. In het weekend is t soms wat langer wachten maar dat wil dan natuurlijk ook wat zeggen. Kortom zeker t proberen waard!!!

On a weekday there was no queue, the order was taken quickly. The ice cream is delicious and we got it quickly. You have to wait a long time for the rest, so it's not suitable for a quick bite. We waited 20 minutes, during the conversation it is imperceptible. The service is friendly. Cleanliness and tidiness. The sinks in the washbasins are very small, so that the children can take a shower along the way :) We ordered different burgers and a salad. 2x Friet met topping besteld. Bezorging duurde één uur en 40 minuten. Jammer! Dan het eten; kort samengevat véél friet en weinig topping. Voor bijna €30 euro had ik wel wat meer verwacht. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar helaas.
