Zaal Adelaars in Wijk 13 't Hout

Super good food, nice people and fast

This is absolutely the best chip shop in the whole of the Netherlands. Every now and then, we come together from all over Brabant to this chip shop. This is especially for the thin fries, which are indescribably delicious. I recommend it to everyone. A particularly good chip shop; they also have tasty ice cream.

Highly recommended! The fries are super tasty and the thin fries are a real top invention, exactly how I like them. The prices are also very good and affordable. My friends and I come here and it is totally worth it. I even come all the way from Breda for this! ❤️ Definitely recommended if you love good fries! And amazing ice cream with tasty sprinkles like Smurf chocolate dip and disco dip, delicious and they aren't stingy with it!

We had a delicious meal; it was very busy, but they worked hard and efficiently, so we got some food. We sat outside on the terrace.

Worst fries I've had in a long time. Dry and tasteless. Don't understand why this is so popular.

Delicious Dutch fries, excellent value for money. Friendly service, you can order via touchscreen or at the counter. Very helpful.

Ordered online. They indicated pick up time to be 15 minutes later. I showed there on time, then they saw the order because I walked in. Then they started cooking. Waited 15 extra minutes for the order to be done. The place was empty, no rush hour.

Very tasty fries and a wide variety of snacks.

Ordered food for the first time today around 5:30. The snacks were good. However, there were way too many fries. A single portion of fries is enough for two people. We ended up having to throw them away ourselves. The fries were also soggy.

Best chip shop in Helmond! With online ordering, they know exactly what minute the food will be ready, and if you order inside, you get the food super fast. You can order online, but also at the counter or on an order board. There were complaints about the fries, but if you look closely, that was all from 3 years ago and now they are good again. If you want to sit quietly with plenty of space, you really should go sit in the dining area behind the toilets.

Had a delicious meal and tasty fries, also gluten-free snacks that are delicious.

A firm favorite for years! The service is always fast and friendly, and it is nice to keep seeing the same familiar faces. That really adds that little extra something. The fries are always top-notch, and I truly never pass up the homemade bamibal. Just one wish 😉: to add the Groningen egg ball to the menu. You don't come across those anywhere here in the south. I think there would be plenty of fans for them!

Lots of choice and friendly staff! It's always a treat to come here! At Frituur Adelaars, you are invariably welcomed with a smile. The staff are truly always friendly and cheerful, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Additionally, the food here is consistently of very high quality. Highly recommended for anyone who loves tasty snacks!

Delicious undercooked fries, never coming here again.

Every time we travel back from Sweden this is a must stop. Best frites ever!

Always super tasty and the atmosphere is always great too, and it is also cheaper. The fries are not too hard, not too soft, not too hot and not too cold, and then the service; you are always helped in a friendly manner. Highly recommended.

Always top-notch, ready quickly, good fries even for takeout, and the price of the fries themselves is very good in the current economy.

For carnival parade recordings @helmondlive just warm up/prepare

Delicious and with a wide selection. Fries cooked perfectly, choice of thick or thin fries. Delicious salads, and friendly service.

I ordered quite a lot today, picked it up at the chip shop itself. What was remarkable was that the order was ready to go within minutes. Once I took it home, I then "enjoyed" very soggy and raw fries, such a shame! A good place should always provide good service and food, even when it's busy. We're not in the Cold War, are we? Come on. See photos, please.

Absolutely recommended! We went there based on the reviews, but this place deserves a higher rating. Delicious fries, and the homemade bami ball is highly recommended! The restaurant is also modern and spacious. Fantastic!

Simply fantastic! Large portions of fries (I had the regular ones), but I couldn't finish them all (I'm a big eater!). Not a fan of the satay sauce, but that's a matter of taste, hence 5 stars from me! 👍

It used to be a good chip shop, but those sauces need to be on them. Now I'm getting a dry bag of fries for an orphanage. My fries are supposed to be swimming in the sauce, so put that crap on top, a bradda.

Best chip shop in the area. Lots of selection and well-cooked. Online ordering works perfectly, right on time.

The quality is often just fine. Sometimes the fries come out too quickly. But I've already mentioned the portions several times. €9! A large portion of fries, satay sauce, and a snack, and then I can throw a pizza in the oven at home afterward. Now I have to order two large fries and a snack to get decent fries?! And often far too little sauce, and dry fries by the time I'm halfway through. And there's a goalkeeper, and a whole team behind the counter. One person gives decent fries, the other a child's portion. I don't think this is acceptable; every staff member has to give the same portions. The price isn't worth what you get. A few euros more and I'll make three days' worth of food at home, and then I'll be full. It's just not worth it anymore. Or you could go to a restaurant for that price. I don't really feel like getting takeout and still being hungry afterward, even though it's a premium. It's simply not worth the effort and expense.

It's always tasty, mind you, but I don't quite understand it. Tonight I ordered thick fries (a type of large portion), thin fries with double mayo, and deliberately thick fries without sauce for my little daughter so it wouldn't end up in a family-sized bag. And yet, my thin fries were put in a bag with a separate container of mayo on the side. Why? At a snack bar, it's all about the taste of the sauce, not fries in a bag and sauce on the side. That way, I can just get sauce from the fridge at home. Why do you do this every time? If someone orders 2x thin/2x thick with mayo, I know you do this, but why now? I'm just going to add it as standard from now on. And now, so much fries again. What a waste. The separate fries for my daughter weren't necessary either.

Good friturr, usual Dutch food, quick and tasty😁

Delicious food The homemade bamibal is fantastically tasty

Very tasty fries with Frikandel

Always delicious fries, and you get a really big portion. Friendly staff. And there's a nice seating area in the back, perfect for a quiet meal when it's too busy with takeout customers. The ordering kiosks are also handy. The lovely patio out front is also great for seating.

Always friendly service and always up for a chat. The food is always delicious. The homemade bamibal is highly recommended. You can sit outside on the terrace, order takeout, or eat inside. You can order via a kiosk or at your table using a QR code. Public Transport Accessibility Approximately 500m from Helmond 't Hout station; several bus routes are available nearby. Parking Parking is available behind the venue and free parking is available in surrounding streets (please note the blue zone).

Super good chip shop. And definitely the homemade bami ball is great.

When it's busy, fries are undercooked, nasi balls from their own kitchen. Breaded round balls with only seasoned rice inside are scandalous. Forks with broken tips. It was the last time.

We are from Argentina. I was there with my wife Adriana and we had a great meal. The potatoes were amazing. The noodles were al dente, a taste that reminded me of the best Italian pasta. The burger was just like Pepino's. We will come back. Beautiful city, beautiful restaurant.

Just threw away my food, staff picked my nose without washing their hands, very unfortunate, last time I came there gladly

Haven't been there in years due to disappointing quality. Pleasantly surprised by excellent quality again now

The better fries! Please note, not fries but fries

Very tasty fries. Certainly not too expensive because you always get a lot here compared to other chip shops in Helmond

Food is top notch and service is always good

Delicious fries and snacks for a cheap price

You can eat delicious food here. Lots of choice and friendly staff.

Best cafeteria in Helmond and surrounding areas!!!!

Always best quality, quick service, tasty own products.

always delicious noodles from your own kitchen or fries of stew. recommended!

Food was good. Just a pity that hamburger is not the owners' old recipe. Price is favorable and service is fast. It was tasty.

Was delicious! Order here often and never had any problems.

Nice to eat fries here. Only if you pick it up, it is a pity that the special fries/frikandel do not arrive at home very well. Sauce is on one side or completely along it.

We've been coming here for fries and snacks for years. Always fresh, good taste, delicious sauces. For us, the children's fries are always the right portion in terms of quantity.

The homemade noodles are life changing! There is a life before the Bamibal from Frituurzaal de Adelaar and after it.

Nice tent Friendly staff Nice job Food is good

Nice place & friendly staff! Service 2 stars.. why? Well, I was sitting there in an empty shop and I still have to get up to pick up my order. I'm not lazy or anything. But that little bit of service will ensure that everyone gives 5 stars Further up & top

Delicious fries and stew, friendly staff, not bland and customer-oriented

Nice service! And delicious homemade bami balls.

I have been coming to top staff for years

Nice chip shop with friendly staff. You can order online, by telephone, via post in the store or simply at the counter. They have too many to mention Bami and nasi balls from our own kitchen and satay sauce from our own kitchen.

What great service. Friendly and helpful. We were there today. One is simply given too much to take in. VERY BIG COMPLIMENTS. TOPPERS.

Wowwww what a service, we came home and missed a satay croquette. Called, they came to deliver the croquette to Lierop. AWESOME. What toppers

Nice chip shop with friendly staff. You can choose from thin and thick fries. This is baked well and is tasty. Bami from your own kitchen is also recommended.

Pleasant service. Tasty snacks from your own kitchen. And super neat dining experience.

Stay delicious fries. Well done. Lots of choice in snacks and sauces. Big fries are really big ;)

We come there every Friday or Saturday, top chip shop, best in Helmond and surrounding areas, delicious fries, my 8 year old son only wants fries from eagles, delicious fresh stew and the staff is always friendly, you get a 10 from me, don't forget the milkshake, delicious, I just want that for myself but of eagles

Delicious food and quick service with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Always nice to have a snack in between

Ordered here by phone and picked it up, a big disappointment, fries were not cooked and I reported this again by phone and later went back because it was not immediately possible in the store, I am told that there is nothing they can do, it has been too long since we ordered by phone, that was no problem for me, but when I reported that it was the umpteenth time that the fries were NOT PROPERLY BOOKED, the woman went completely crazy, not really professional, good staff, it was difficult, but this was the best for our family, never again eagle's fries

Although the occasion was a sad farewell, a great place to enjoy some snacks and fresh coffee with former colleagues after the service.

We only went to the chip shop to have a nice coffee.

you feel uncomfortable when ordering ..staff rushed and impatient ! Expensive place and I don't think it's anything special...meatball should not be called "minced meat".. rather flour ball and a hamburger roll with gypsy sauce was completely scandalous...4.25 for a sandwich with a hamburger, a very small lettuce leaf and some simple sauce. ...it is not possible to sit quietly here because it was busy and the takeaway people were not yet on your plate...not recommended!

Delicious fries, quick and friendly service

Geweldig personeel

Top zaak

Te langzaam en beetje duur voor drinken

Lekkere zelfgemaakte stoofvlees en bami’s! Friet is goed gebakken, erg smaakvol.

Hele goede frietzaak. Waar overigens genoeg keus in is. Kinderfrietje.

Kom hier steeds minder graag. Nee.. zwaar overgewaardeerd. Vroeger at je hier echt lekker.

Fijn personeel, kwaliteit eten , goei zaakje.

try the homemade bamibal..delicious

Zo werkt 't.
