KFC in Centrum

I like your KFC, guys, but yesterday for the third time in few months I didn’t get the complete order. One time I was missing a burger, than a burger and sauces and one time fries. Each time I realized when already at home. I’m gonna check it on spot from now on, cause that’s money, fast food is not cheap anymore. You’re good and nice, but you could improve that.

KFC Turnhout. Very unfriendly, dirty, you have to pay for the restroom, everything is sooooo expensive, they'll never see me again! Disgraceful!!

Nothing wrong with the food or special about the service. I actually enjoy the food from kfc from time to time in general. I wish I could give -10 stars for the atmosphere though as what passes for "music" in this place really is atrocious (though I doubt the kfc folks reading this understand the meaning of that word). Today is my first and will ever be my only visit to this place because of this. Truly made the experience here miserable.

Way too hot and very busy. 20-minute walk to wait for the order. The food was okay.

Everything is good the bag is missing a handle

We were here just before the evening rush, and so got really quick and good service. We basically did not have to wait. We went upstairs and got a nice seat by the window, with a cute view. The guy next to us stunk badly. But that's not the KFC's fault. The food was nice, and it was quite warm inside.

Nothing different from all the KFCs in the world, perhaps in this case the people delivering the orders weren't the friendliest. On the other hand, this particular store is in a wonderful building in Eindhoven.

Dutch menu lacks a lot in comparison to other countries but for what it is, its good. Sometimes strips are super small and sometimes they are schnitzel size, so that kind of incosistency is 4star worth. Otherwise its fine.

It's a bit annoying that, as a paying customer, you also have to pay for the toilet. It was nice otherwise. It was perfectly manageable.

What a TERRIBLE KFC store. The service is appalling. We ordered various items at the kiosk. In the end, the food never arrived due to an unknown error?! We struggled to get our money back. The staff just stood by and watched.

Love this KFC. The chicken was very well seasoned and the fries were crispy, even though I did a to-go. The staff was quick and efficient.

Ziko, the host, is very kind and friendly. He's been working here for a long time and does a great job. Really great.

Sometimes the chicken tastes really good and sometimes like soap, depending on how busy it is. The service is usually good, and the staff are patient and helpful. I've never had any problems here, and the people who eat there are always friendly. I think I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of ten. Maybe you could make the crunchy burger €1.25; then I'd buy it often, and so would many other people. I think fries are sometimes fried in chicken skin...

There was a bone in my burger and it wasn't really cooked through. The fries were fine.

The food at KFC is always good. It's a shame you have to pay €0.70 for the toilet, even if you've eaten there...

🟥 KFC – The worst Food Experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for my food and got two pathetic cheese sauces as a bonus. Flavor? Barely there. Service? Nonexistent. If this is fast food, I’d rather have no food at all.

Rude staff, especially the Asian man behind the counter, was very disrespectful. The food itself wasn't great either (dry), and the fact that you have to pay to empty your trunk is ridiculous. Inflation is no joke these days.

Unfortunately, many mistakes are made repeatedly when ordering. I got ice tea twice in a row instead of cola, and they often forget to include the fries sauce. Apparently, I wasn't the only one. It used to be better a while back.

Pretty standard experience, bare minimum you expect out of a chain. Staffs we’re polite..One downside: the dine-in area isn’t pram- or wheelchair-friendly, as it’s one level above and there’s no lift access.

I feel bad for the chicken that died for this. Squid game meal is not recommended, it's a disgusting mess.

Generic KFC, get what you expect. Would have been nice if the machine had an obvious English option but to be fair it's not an official language of the country so can't expect in a fast food restaurant

I love to eat fast food. Kfc have really good hygiene and also really very good service.

The order took over two hours. I'm not a McDonald's fan, but at least if you order online, you'll get served faster.

Paying for the restroom when you've already paid 40 euros for food. The Asian male employee says, "Not my problem, you have to pay for the restroom everywhere." He needs to take a course in customer service. Secondly, at your major competitor, you don't pay for the restroom when you've paid for your food. He knew better and literally didn't care. This is the last time I'll spend my money with you. From now on, I'll go to a competitor where customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Had a great meal at KFC. I'm used to KFC Waalwijk, and the staff here are incredibly slow. I often have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my food. Today in Eindhoven, they helped me in 3 minutes. So glad I did! Recommended for anyone looking for an affordable snack. The staff is friendly, and the outdoor seating is great. Could have been a bit cleaner, though. Best, Christian

A pleasant location with both indoor dining and takeout options. Clean restrooms and tables, even when the restaurant is busy. Friendly and courteous staff. Everything in the order was great and tasted as you would expect from KFC. Unfortunately, due to its location, there are better restaurants nearby, but it's still the #1 choice for a quick meal or snack.

There could be air conditioning, at least one sink for washing hands and more outlets for charging phones. The food and service are OK.

How is it possible in a restaurant where you have to climb stairs to eat at a table, and if it's crowded on the first floors, you have to climb even higher. When you arrive to eat, the food is cold. And most importantly, if you want to wash your hands or go to the bathroom, you have to pay 70 cents. How is that possible? I'm not saying it's not okay for people who just want to go to the bathroom, but for customers, it's unacceptable.

The menu with pieces were'nt crispy and a lot of oíl. Really not good! Then if you want to wash your hands you have to pay €0.70!! ! I find its not a good service sorry. Another thing if you eat pieces you have to eat it on a napkin.

The chicken wasn't crispy at all, the soda was more ice than liquid, and finally I wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands and they charged you 90 cents.

Could be a bit warmer food. Burgers and chicken are sometimes barely warm and often a bit dry. Too bad......

The location is in the center, the staff is friendly, especially one employee named Ziku is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious.

overall, service is fast, it is mostly clean if people cooperate a little. staff are good and respectful. it is also open till which is hard to find.

Terrible experience every time. They always forgot something, you could order online and still wait 20 minutes for your food only for them to forget something.. just PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG my guy… the restaurant could be completely empty and you’d still wait and miss items. How has KFC come to this? Time and time again disappointed in this branch. Do better, cuz the chicken tastes great…
