★★★★★ for the phone number, 0 stars for accessibility‼️ Not even worth 1 star. What an impressive display of customer service. The phone number for KFC Marktstraat in Eindhoven is clearly listed, yet no one inside the branch seems to know that a phone number is meant for answering. Tried calling multiple times, but answering apparently turns out to be a service that isn't part of the repertoire here. Perhaps you have to place an order first before you even stand a chance of getting through by phone. Honestly, I wonder what the point of a phone number is if every call is systematically ignored. Just remove the number then. That saves customers the trouble and you the illusion that telephone customer service exists at all. If this is the level of accessibility, I suddenly understand why customer service at KFC apparently consists mainly of self-service screens. Answering the phone isn't rocket science. It is literally the absolute minimum of customer contact. KFC Marktstraat: excellent at selling chicken, but answering by phone? Good luck with that.

This is truly downright SHAMEFUL What a worthless and disrespectful way to treat customers. I waited for my order for an hour and a half. During that time, I called more than 10 times, but no one answered. No phone call, no message, absolutely nothing. Only 5 minutes before closing time, after I called again myself, did someone finally answer. And then I am casually told that my food is already ready, but that there is no delivery driver. Seriously?! Why isn't the customer called or informed about this themselves? If I hadn't kept calling, I probably would have sat waiting all evening without hearing a thing. Surely this isn't a normal way to treat customers? And as if that weren't bad enough, you also pay €6 in DELIVERY FEES. For what exactly? Waiting an hour and a half, calling more than 10 times, being ignored, and ultimately getting absolutely NO food. If you have a problem with the delivery, that is not my problem as a customer. Take responsibility, call your customers, and let them know what is going on in time. This is no longer just bad service; this is simply leaving customers completely out in the cold. Waited an hour and a half. Called more than 10 times. Unreachable. Didn't call back. No food. Paid €6 in delivery costs, though. This was the first *and* the last time. What a farce. Absolutely not recommended.

Food is fine, but everything is dirty here... I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like when the rest doesn't look good at all..

I am very disappointed with such a racist behaviour being a hijabi Muslim I went to kfc as it recently get halal certified they were so rude when I told them I need two leg pieces and one thigh I can’t digest breast meat as it’s hard for my stomach I just wanted to fulfill my craving they gave me but it was undercooked and was so oily that I can’t even eat it they spoiled my mood the worker nearly throned it in my bag while putting in the bag I was shocked that it had such a bad experience if they didn’t wanted they should simply said me no why giving bad meat to me why I simply have to throwed it in the bin no one can eat it

The fries are 3 to 4 times saltier than at other fast food chains like McDonald's and even other KFC locations. The music is always annoyingly loud and the lighting is also designed to make you leave quickly. They do have tasty burgers, though. P.S. My camera normally doesn't suffer much from glare. What you can see in the photo is because that whole row of bright spotlights is aimed directly at eye level. Update: A video of what it looks like now. Extra update: I just saw the trash being pushed along with one of the trays. 🤮

It's always a greasy mess when you sit upstairs with only one person cleaning.. otherwise fine, the chicken is well fried compared to the Cuijk branch.

A decent KFC. There is little atmosphere inside. The restaurant has multiple floors with plenty of seating. There is no elevator, but there is an outdoor terrace with a few chairs. There is often trash on tables and next to the bins. The ordering kiosks are also often dirty from heavy use. You have to pay 0.75 cents for the toilet. The food is fine, but orders are often served incorrectly. We were missing fries, straws, and napkins; very sloppy. This is probably due to the huge crowds. The chicken wrap wasn't fantastic; I would mainly stick to fried chicken. The chicken legs are always incredibly tasty, which is why I enjoy coming to KFC. The fries cool down very quickly, faster than at other fast food chains, and I can say that with certainty. Overall, a fine KFC. I think the experience is better when it isn't too busy. The restaurant is located in a central spot on the corner of the market square right in the center of Eindhoven!

If I could put 0 I would have done it! I ordered via Uber Eats 1+1 combo and ofc I paid for it! They send me only one meal and when I called them for clarify the situation as I thought it was a mistake.They were super rude with me and told me that my order was just one meal.Oh really? Plus that everything was not fresh.Soggy potatoes and etc! Thanks for nothing.

Quite alright in itself, although I am not a fast food lover, the grandchildren thought it was great.

The food is delicious!!! The service is bad. It is so dirty outside that wasps fly into your food. Then the staff acts as if this is your fault; make sure you keep the outside reasonably clean or don't offer outdoor seating!!

I waited 20 for my order while people got theirs in 5 minutes and there were 5 orders before mine.

KFC branch centrally located in the shopping area, quite large, floor very sticky and tables quite dirty, food was prepared quickly and was up to KFC standard.

The staff behind the counter seemed unfriendly, especially one Asian female employee who came across as very irritated and unwelcoming. When working in a restaurant, friendliness really makes a big difference to the overall experience. Very disappointing 😞

I like your KFC, guys, but yesterday for the third time in few months I didn’t get the complete order. One time I was missing a burger, than a burger and sauces and one time fries. Each time I realized when already at home. I’m gonna check it on spot from now on, cause that’s money, fast food is not cheap anymore. You’re good and nice, but you could improve that.

Nothing wrong with the food or special about the service. I actually enjoy the food from kfc from time to time in general. I wish I could give -10 stars for the atmosphere though as what passes for "music" in this place really is atrocious (though I doubt the kfc folks reading this understand the meaning of that word). Today is my first and will ever be my only visit to this place because of this. Truly made the experience here miserable.

We were here just before the evening rush, and so got really quick and good service. We basically did not have to wait. We went upstairs and got a nice seat by the window, with a cute view. The guy next to us stunk badly. But that's not the KFC's fault. The food was nice, and it was quite warm inside.

Nothing different from all the KFCs in the world, perhaps in this case the people delivering the orders weren't the friendliest. On the other hand, this particular store is in a wonderful building in Eindhoven.

Dutch menu lacks a lot in comparison to other countries but for what it is, its good. Sometimes strips are super small and sometimes they are schnitzel size, so that kind of incosistency is 4star worth. Otherwise its fine.

Super mega fast, and the taste is simple, you could say the same as many places, I liked it. But the most important thing is the speed and that it was fresh.

It's a bit annoying that, as a paying customer, you also have to pay for the toilet. It was nice otherwise. It was perfectly manageable.

What a TERRIBLE KFC store. The service is appalling. We ordered various items at the kiosk. In the end, the food never arrived due to an unknown error?! We struggled to get our money back. The staff just stood by and watched.

Sometimes the chicken tastes really good and sometimes like soap, depending on how busy it is. The service is usually good, and the staff are patient and helpful. I've never had any problems here, and the people who eat there are always friendly. I think I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of ten. Maybe you could make the crunchy burger €1.25; then I'd buy it often, and so would many other people. I think fries are sometimes fried in chicken skin...

There was a bone in my burger and it wasn't really cooked through. The fries were fine.

🟥 KFC – The worst Food Experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for my food and got two pathetic cheese sauces as a bonus. Flavor? Barely there. Service? Nonexistent. If this is fast food, I’d rather have no food at all.

Rude staff, especially the Asian man behind the counter, was very disrespectful. The food itself wasn't great either (dry), and the fact that you have to pay to empty your trunk is ridiculous. Inflation is no joke these days.

Unfortunately, many mistakes are made repeatedly when ordering. I got ice tea twice in a row instead of cola, and they often forget to include the fries sauce. Apparently, I wasn't the only one. It used to be better a while back.
