Yinsushi&Woktogo in Oud-Strijp

I ordered around 1:30 AM (Uber Eats said this place was open until 2:30 AM, but online it said 2:00 AM). I never received a confirmation, so I tried calling for information. I found two numbers, both of which weren't in service... terrible! I gave it a try and waited, but nothing... it was already 3:00 AM and still hadn't received any food. I'd given up hope. 88 euros wasted! What a ridiculous company. If I could give negative stars, I would have; one star is already too many. I was hoping I'd read the other reviews first so we could have avoided this. The building is also very sketchy, completely tucked away. Definitely don't recommend this company! Get your sushi somewhere else!

Waited 2 hours for my food.. Gave up hope because they aren't coming. It probably won't be busy on a Monday evening, so this is unacceptably long and bad. They are also impossible to reach. Terrible place and I never received my order, though I did pay via Uber Eats.

Had to cancel order because it hadn't arrived after two hours. The restaurant was unavailable at that time. Luckily, Uber was able to help.

I ordered sushi but it was never delivered. I tried to contact them, but they didn't answer. Emailing them isn't working.

Made a stupid mistake by ordering first and then reading the reviews. Delivery person was very friendly but the food was really dramatic. Sushi rice was good, didn't fall apart but also didn't stick so badly in your mouth so just good. Seaweed in which it was rolled was incredibly tough sometimes had to spit it out because I couldn't chew it. Soy and wasabi come in bags, fine but when I see that the wasabi bag has an expiration date of 19-3-23 while we are almost 7 months further, sick. In general it wasn't all that tasty either. First and last time here unfortunately and will strongly advise others against it from now on.

Out of the blue I was yelled at by some woman while I asked how long the delivery would take. Hung up the phone before I could even ask anything. Incredibly rude employees who are really not 100%. I will never order from here again

Instead, add DESCRIPTIONS to your dishes in the Thuisbezorgd app. I have to Google every dish to see what it is. I don't feel like doing that... I'll order somewhere else.

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd at 5:54 PM. The delivery time was supposed to be 60 minutes. At 6:50 PM, I received a message that it would be delivered (they're literally three blocks away). After 15 minutes, I still hadn't received the order, so I called. It was supposed to be delivered in 11 minutes, but 25 minutes later it finally arrived. Well, busy (on a Monday), okay, yes it can happen! But I ordered a wok with chicken and chili sauce, but unfortunately, the chili sauce was missing and it was teriyaki. I'm pregnant and I mentioned this because the chicken has to be cooked thoroughly. I took one bite and it wasn't cooked through! This is absolutely unacceptable! So I had to throw my wok away! My partner ordered a wok with beef, but the beef tasted like rubber! This wok also went straight in the trash. Such a shame, because woks aren't very cheap! I've emailed Thuisbezorgd and am hoping for a response. I think it's really a shame that this has to be this way. I don't like being negative in my reviews.

A truly positive review for us. We can't comment on the delivery time, as we only picked it up. But we think the quality of the food is top-notch, with generous portions and excellent service. We indicated we'd like to eat our order there, but the space isn't set up for that. To accommodate our request, they set up two garden chairs and a footstool as a table behind their building. We also received two free cans of drink. They're trying hard, but they're understaffed/understaffed. We think that would address many of the negative reviews. We'll definitely be back :)

Too bad they knock when you say please don't knock because the baby is sleeping. We waited a very long time at night for a very small poke bowl with wok chicken. I have only tasted so much salt in the sea and the chicken was breaded and fried in liters of oil. Almost indefinable as chicken, could also have been kibbeling. And then the baby wakes up... Misery I can't recommend this to anyone and would rather have gone to bed without dinner, so I definitely threw the chicken away. This was just a shame and a waste of time, money and hope for food

Veels te weinig eten voor de prijs. Eten op zich smaakte ok.

Sketchy plek met een man die geen Nederlands kan, sushi was heerlijk alleen ik weet vrij zeker dat ik geen drinken had bestelt maar hey gratis drinken sla ik niet af. Maar Tldr: lekkere sushi

Very friendly people, we even got some extra food for free, but some of the fish wasn't fresh (or even off) and it was all very salty. I'm really sorry to say it wasn't very tasty at all. Only the gyoza were ok.

Er werd netjes gebeld dat de bestelling wat later was en daarna was de bestelling er ook op de afgesproken tijd. Het eten was zeer goed en smakelijk. Er was zelfs 2x gratis frisdrank bij de bestelling toegevoegd. Een aanrader qua sushi in ieder geval!

Eten was precies wat we besteld hadden, snel klaar en lekker! 5 sterren voor deze late- night snack 🥰🙏 voor herhaling vatbaar!

Begrijp de reviews niet zo goed. De sushi is prima alleen 1 rol was niet wat we hadden besteld, maar ook deze was prima. 5 sterren gegeven omdat ze echt wel meer verdienen dan 3. Eet smakelijk 👍

Heb vrij laat in de nacht besteld maar werd heel snel geleverd binnen 15 minuten. De service was echt top en de sushi is lekker! Ik kan dit restaurant zeker aanraden, erg te spreken over de goede service!

Ik zie heel veel slechte reviews en snap niet waar deze vandaan komen. Misschien omdat we vaak bestellen en ophalen vanuit de straat zelf? We bestellen vaak, en hebben net, wederom de Ebi Chili en loempia's besteld. Het smaakt weer geweldig, zoals gewoonlijk. De man achter de balie heeft ook zelfs een lekker gratis drankje gegeven. He-le-maal top. Nog geen slechte ervaringen met de zaak. Keep up the good work. 💪

The food was not bad, but the delivery was terrible

Heb eerste keer besteld ..was heel lekker de garnalen waren lekker knapperig...en de chauffeur was vriendelijk ...ik had om 00:00 besteld...zou 20 min duren maar kreeg het om 00:25 ..de chauffeur was heel netjes ..dus goede service .deze yinsushi is zeker een aanrader

Als sushi amateur vind ik het heel lekker, maar zonder expertise is het moeilijk oordelen. Zat twee colaatjes bij heel lief. Bij de wokschotel mocht iets meer kip maar het was ook heel lekker :) 1 wokschotel zal nagenoeg geen saus op dat was wel jammer.

Altijd lekker eten overtreft alle thuisbezorgd zaken betreft klantvriendelijkheid.

Would have given 3 or 4 if the delivery was alright. The delivery took 1.5hr. Estimated delivery time was 20 mins. Got a call that the food is at hotel reception when I ordered it to my home. They messed up the delivery address and first call communication with delivery person was way too unpleasant to give more than one star. Maybe that should go to uber eats that provide delivery.. One lady at restaurant kindly dealt with it later. The food came with some service drinks and sushi rolls for the delay. Wok was good, nothing special about sushi.

Al 2 keer besteld en allebei de keren was het heerlijk. We kregen er ook nog eens gratis drinken bij en de service was geweldig!

Gister voor de eerste keer besteld bij dit bedrijf. Ik kan geen review achterlaten via thuis bezorgd. Bestelling geplaats en 40 minuten gewacht. Aangegeven niet aan te bellen en mij bellen met telefoonnummer, eindstand word er toch aangebeld. Mvr gaf aan dat ze dat niet kon zien, stond bij de bijgeleverde bon. Eten was oke alleen zat er pittige sushi bij en dit had ik niet besteld net zoals mijn soja saus die ik vroeg. Hier gaan we niet bestellen want als je wilt bellen dan is er geen telefoonnummer te vinden. Je krijgt 2 gratis drankjes maar ik had liever de goede bestelling gehad. Ik raad het niet aan.
