Very bad service and, i waited very long time with my faminly and when we get ghe food was cold,👎🏻

Food was not great, terrible fries and everything was precooked, which tasted like nothing. Service was good enough.

The service is terrible. The food falls apart and is delivered cold. Furthermore, the order is not delivered in its entirety; even a straw is forgotten.

The employee gave us the option to earn 3 free hot wings, top service!

When compared to past it is getting worse and worse. Most probably I will never choose KFC again after today's experience particularly in Barendrecht. We had three menus, zinger, original and twister, the chicken was cold and smelling bad, and bread was terribly dry and old, the corn was blue and disgusting, I asked the staff to change it and they gave another rotten one. I counted 6 people working! behind the counter lazily, and our shoes were sticking to floor because of dirt. As a result, everything was dirty and rotten.. Never again...

Had to wait a long time for the food, once I started eating it wasn't warm for a long time or anything like that and the lettuce had all colors except green, which I'm used to. The lettuce was so tough, it was better to just throw fresh lettuce on it instead of shoelaces. Come on KFC.

The menu has gotten worse over the past few years.. You get less for more money. Variety bucket used to be a good deal.. Now it Sucks.. 😭

The staff was incredibly slow. We had to wait a very long time for our food, even though the restaurant and drive-thru were completely empty. There were staff in the kitchen. The cards normally used for table service had been removed. The upstairs was blocked off with bar stools for no apparent reason, making the restrooms inaccessible. Trash cans were overflowing, trash was strewn across the floor, and there were stacks of trays in the wrong places because the right ones were already completely full. The food was nice and hot and tasted great.

Bad experience at KFC Barendrecht. I ordered cash at the counter and clearly requested the same menu twice, but I received two different ones. While I explained this, the counter staff gave me annoying, angry looks. The atmosphere was not friendly at all, and the fries were dry. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service at this location—I'm really fed up with it, and that's why I'm posting this review.

The receipt for a purchase stated that you get 3 free hot wings with every purchase. We were directed to a website that didn't even work, and then someone else's hot wings were grabbed by hand and simply put in a dirty container. It was in front of us, so we couldn't see it. I had to call to get my hot wings. No more KFC Barendrecht...

I'm hungry. It's more than 30 minutes and they could not prepare 2 simple burgers. Service Quality must be improved

Mix & Match deal with crispy tenders. There were 12 fries to be exact!

The chicken was absolutely our thing. The floor was incredibly sticky. The lady who helped us didn't even look at us.

Well. What you're buying looks nothing like the image on the display. Poor and a meager selection...not recommended. A huge difference from a few years ago...price-quality and presentation are terrible.

I've often found myself standing in front of a closed gate at Barendrecht after opening time. When I called the branch, they told me to wait a few more minutes... Disgraceful, opening time is 11:00, not 11:21!

This KFC is absolutely fantastic. They have delicious chicken and never disappoint.

Definitely good food, but yeah... Expensive, and it's always busy, especially in the evenings or on weekends. You can never order anything and have to wait 30 minutes or more. A good point is that all the staff are 15-year-olds, so they can't even do anything independently, and 90% of the orders are bad. Okay, but only once or twice a month or less.

After a match at De Kuip, I placed an order here. After waiting for over an hour, I asked for my money back and went to the fast food restaurant across the street.

I actually never go to KFC because I always have to wait ages for my food. Surprisingly, that wasn't the case here. Delicious food!

Fast food is fast food, but lately, the hot wings have been really mediocre. They're mostly wings where they haven't even bothered to properly remove the feathers. And my first order was cold and dry. I went back to Bali and got new ones, which were just as bad. The feathers are simply breaded and fried. I miss the big chunks of chicken, hot and spicy. Such a shame. I'll just go elsewhere from now on.

Normal kfc food. But employees the worst of all, lazy, looks like some1 makes them to be there for free i guess, and customers should be greatfull etc. They could finaly start working and stop walking around like they have nothing do and you waiting over 20 minutes for shake, small bucket and basic burger.

I'm always a fan of the food, except that today at the drive-thru, someone forgot to put my chicken wrap in the bag we paid for. The person taking the order had already mentioned it and asked if I wanted bacon and cheese with it. So, unfortunately, it's the responsibility of the people filling the bags. I'd better pay attention, because now I've spent 15 euros on nothing.

The staff inside the restaurant are respectful and serve you your order as quickly as possible.

After a while, I finally went to KFC again (we're mostly Mac fans). It was very disappointing. It was quiet, but it was a mess. Many tables had trash on the floor (while when it's quiet, you have plenty of time to clean it up, I think). The food is quite expensive and not very tasty, with way too much sauce. The fries were soggy, and we didn't get the cups we ordered. No, I'll go back to Mac next time.

31 euros for this seriously!!! Where is the rest of my chicken!!! Paid for fries sauce but not delivered. And the toilets were dirty and had no toilet paper.

Really bad! Fries white, undercooked, limp, 1 big mouthful of flour. Crispy tenders undercooked, tough, not crispy. Chicken burger had so much red sauce on it that I couldn't taste the product. So this was the last time! If you show so much disinterest in your own product, you might as well close your doors...yuck!

The chicken parlor where they advertise. Not worth the money by a long shot. What a poor execution, with comparison in the chip shop. Cheaper and more value for your money elsewhere.

They charged twice for an order and didn’t give money back, told us that we had to contact one company in Australia to get refund back since it’s charged via KFC app…There are many ways to help customers but they choose to be not helpful and show cold attitude. Even wrong food was given to us as well. - After I wrote the email I received the refund in some days, without receiving any apology or explanation. Still not recommended though.
