For me, these are the best fries! Just golden-yellow, crispy fries like you expect at a snack bar, instead of those unpeeled potatoes or loaded fries that Bram Ladage and hipster places come up with for a hefty price too... the peanut sauce here is also very tasty, by the way! At the average snack bar, it's always a question of whether you'll get a thin, light brown mush with a "patatje oorlog" (fries with mayonnaise and onions). Everything hinges on a good peanut sauce, and that is where many snack bars fail me. But here, they serve flavorful peanut sauce with a firmer texture and a darker color. The snacks are also great, especially the wings. The staff is friendly and fast. Nice, spacious seating, fair prices. I only come here a few times a year, but when I do, it's always a treat. As far as I'm concerned, it deserves the snack bar award 🏆

The most delicious fries and snacks I have ever eaten in my life! 🍟 It's a shame they aren't closer, but if I'm ever in Barendrecht again, I will definitely come back here. Lovely people and a cozy snack bar.

Friendly staff, tasty dishes in a somewhat bare ambiance. Not much atmosphere, but you won't stay there for hours anyway :-)

Delicious food, everything clean and tidy

Standard Chinese snack bar with limited attention to atmosphere. But the food is fine. Good flavor and really tasty beef croquettes (shredded beef), not junk like at Verhage. You really get value for your money too. A bag for fries 👊🏻 We will keep coming back here.

My mouth still waters when I think back to how perfectly golden brown the fries were. Excellent value for money on the cheese soufflé. I won't be cooking again anytime soon.

A lot of food for little money, excellent quality for a snack corner. Hygiene could be better and there is not really a cheerful atmosphere. The service is nice but not very fast.

World tent, choice is huge! Fantastic food and drinks in the pearl restaurant in the heart of Barendrecht. The interior of the place is very modern and clean, but of course the beautiful terrace takes center stage. Of course I can be found here every week.

The food was good. You have to order at the counter and pay immediately. Both the business and the staff are completely devoid of atmosphere and impersonal. Really a takeaway place. Tidy and unattractive wooden benches. Not worth repeating!

Food is good for a chip shop, but it is a very old-fashioned place that is about 50 years behind in terms of design

Good snack bar to eat fries, you don't have to stay there to eat for the atmosphere and conviviality

Today I visited them again a year ago....and the food is still good there. And it is not intended to be a generalization, but the owner was talking to a, I think, Turkish man today.... so I suspect that the Chinese owner (perhaps as a result of corona) is going to do the business again and I would personally think that is a shame because good peanut sauce with your food is rare in Rotterdam and the surrounding area these days....again...my suspicion...yust saying.

Een authentieke snackbar, waar vind je ze nog? Hier dus. De oudste snackbar van Barendrecht en nog altijd even lekker! Het duurt even voordat je je eten hebt maar het is ‘t wachten waard.

Alleen als je echt geen tijd hebt.

Het personeel is heel aardig en beleefd. Het eten is ook erg lekker en aangeboden voor een goede prijs. De kip burger is vooral erg lekker.

Wat een top snackbar! Enorm verse producten voor lage prijzen en het smaakt ook nog eens goed. Voor derest is de tent goed onderhouden, op paar schimmel plekjes na. Alleen jammer dat t naar schijt stinkt op de wc. Maar kortom snelheid.

Ik vond het raar en onhygiënisch dat de zakken patat helemaal open werden meegegeven. Beetje open snap ik maar zo is alles koud eer je thuis bent

Dit is de meest armoedige snackbar waar ik ooit ben geweest. Geweldig!

Fantastische tent, goed eten en dat voor een lage prijs. Wel jammer dat de prijs van de wc 10 cent omhoog is gegaan. Formidabele snackbar!!

Geweldig! Eind van de middag gereserveerd, bij aankomst werden wij goed ontvangen. Heerlijk in de zon op het terras gezeten. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Zelden zo'n heerlijk perfect gebakken patat gegeten en de kwaliteit/prijs verhouding van de kaassouflé is echt subliem. Ik ga nooit meer koken. Klasse!!

Je krijgt veel patat. Maar ze zijn vaak bleek en niet goed gaar. De frikadel was koud.

Je kan hier heerlijk eten. Afhalen, maar ook zitten. Keurige bediening.

Schoon, hygiëne staat hoog, toilet aanwezig

Altijd goede verse kwaliteit friet en snacks, meer dan ruime hoeveelheid & gebakken in verse olie!! De sunday ijsjes zijn ook erg lekker en klantvriendelijk zijn ze ook nog, kortom met recht de beste snackbar van Barendrecht!

Goed gebakken patat. Heerlijke pindasaus.

Patat was niet lekker. Hamburger speciaal is hier met pindasaus, heel raar... Jammer, wanneer je thuiskomt en net als ik een allergie hebt voor pinda's. Frikandellen hadden een vreemde structuur en smaakte raar. Kortom, niet lekker gegeten en veel weg gegooid. Zonde!

Goede mensen met service. Niks op aan te merken misschien andere iets andere patat.

Lekkere patat en snacks. Tot 9 uur open en mogelijk om bestelling af te halen wat Helemaal top is super vriendelijk mensen die er werken altijd vriendelijk en beleefd. Vooral met de corona tijd is dit echt heel toffe plek voor flexibility en het feit dat ze open zijn mogen we al van geluk spreken dankjewel voor de topservice altijd!!..
