I'm sure I had issues in 2025 with something not being right. If you order directly through them and don't pay by credit card, they'll pick up your crushed food first to prove it was good before you get a replacement. That's why I gave them another chance and, aware of their poor service, paid through Thuisbezorgd with PayPal and credit card, which I highly recommend. First, the delivery took 90 minutes instead of the promised 30, and the Thuisbezorgd bot refused to process my complaint. In the end, my milkshakes weren't in the cups but in the bag, as you can see in the photo. Instead of arguing with them, I filed my complaint via PayPal, attaching the photos. Within an hour, I was proven right and received a 100% refund to my credit card. I highly recommend using PayPal with this company. If it's okay, you don't have to do anything. The only downside is that with PayPal you have to submit your complaint in English, but you'll have less hassle than if you had to call this scam yourself. Even an apology for the late delivery and the lack of a response to what this leaking bag (milkshake) feels like demonstrates that the quality is only in the name.

Tonight we ordered a small fries with Kapsalon and a small fries without anything for a whopping 16 euros. The fries were awful, cold and all small pieces, and fried to a crisp. The meat in the Kapsalon was like the meat from a run-over camel, so tough and tasteless. We will never, ever order from this place again, which in my opinion is called "badaria." 🤮 It's not worth your money.

Poor service, guys waiters like don’t know how to serve and what to do. Forgot everything from my menu and I have to go and to ask for my fries, cocktail, mayo. Food is not tasty at all. Never again

I had excellent fries, plenty of sauce, a nice decor, and above all, friendly staff. I'll definitely be back; it gets busy on weekends, so it's normal for wait times to be longer than usual.

I felt a sense of racism at this place. They wouldn't give my friend her food. And I didn't get a container with my sandwich. This place is not recommended.

Bad delivery today, paid €2.95 for delivery. Croquettes: one completely broken, filling all over the other croquette, and sauces half-spilled throughout the bag. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. Price-quality ratio is absolutely terrible.

This is the smallest spring roll ever, and what's inside... An indefinable mess that shouldn't even be called a spring roll. Colorless on the outside and lukewarm on the inside. The fries were mealy and lukewarm. And we only had a five-minute drive home.

They are very slow, do something about it

Today we received our order, and it was downright disappointing. One of the three milkshakes had completely leaked during transport. The contents were literally everywhere: on the bags, packaging, even on the food. Everything was wet and sticky, and therefore inedible. As if that wasn't bad enough, we were not taken seriously when we called the store. We got a manager on the line — probably a young person with no experience — who claimed that it was impossible for the fries to be wet, because they had been "in another bag". We were not offered a solution. No apologies, no replacement meal, nothing at all. In summary: bad delivery, broken packaging, wet food and a rude response. As a customer you can expect that your complaint will be taken seriously and that a solution will be found. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We will never order from here again.

Went there for dinner with the entire family. We sat down at a table and it was not clean. Several tables had also not been cleared. My wife had chicken satay which was completely fried, I had a chicken burger which was also completely dried out. The children had milkshakes and these were also nasty and tasteless. This case does not live up to its name.

We had it delivered, we live 1.3 km from this business, but after 50 minutes (requested as soon as possible during ordering process), we received lukewarm food. Even the spring roll, which normally stays hot for a long time, was lukewarm. So all in all very mediocre.

Had dinner there a few weeks ago with my husband, son and daughter-in-law. Bad Service It took a very long time before the food and drinks were served while there were only 2 couples in the restaurant. This was our first and last time eating here.

If I go all the way to the quality shop, when I come home I have fries and chicken shawarma instead of the one I ordered at the Kapsalon. Well nice then 🥲 and more expensive and not tasty!

I ordered food today including fries with stewed meat, which could better have been fries with stewed sauce as the name goes because there were 2 ini mini pieces of meat on my fries, the rest was sauce and you pay 5 euros extra for that, which is scandalous.

At a Kwalitaria it is actually always good. You have to be very patient. It took a really long time before we got the order at the table. Even the drinks only after 10 minutes. Wasn't busy with takeaway, 4 tables occupied, but from what I saw, very busy with orders. Good thing we weren't in a hurry 😉. Peanut sauce highly recommended! I found the chicken schnitzel disappointing, not crispy and rather flat and small. I've had better ones before.

More than half an hour waiting time, expensive and not tasty..

What chaos in this case. Messy, disorganized, your food stays on a warming plate for a long time. Long waiting times. Food, on the other hand, was better than a previous experience, against all my expectations. I thought I'd try it again after a few years. Next time I'll just drive for a few minutes. High prices and a limited vegetarian snack range.

My experience was comically bad, it was hard to ignore staff talking about things no customer at a food place would want to hear, I came here to enjoy my food, not to get mad at workplace culture. Trashy atmosphere, I did not enjoy my meal.

The food here is worse than a food bank. 'burger' came on a 2 week old Italian bun. Mexicano sandwich with sauce stuffed loosely into a bag. (All the mess underneath of course…) It's just that you have to give a star for a review otherwise I wouldn't have given you one, you dirty scammers. €20 lighter and anything but satisfied!

I recently had a sandwich here with my family and we were very pleasantly surprised. What delicious sandwiches, cracking fresh bread, very generously topped with fresh ingredients and a wide choice, including several vegetarian options. Unlike other sandwich shops, they have filled the sandwiches here with care. The sandwiches are quite pricey, but they are worth it. The restaurant looks clean and the staff is very friendly. We have really rediscovered the Kwalitaria and will certainly come here more often to eat or pick up a sandwich.

Order food and drinks via a QR code, pay immediately via ideal, very efficient for the owner, but it comes across as very impersonal. Service is ok.

Ate at a Kwalitaria for the first time and definitely enjoyed it. The burgers... I will definitely come back for that. It is a more luxurious chip shop, large space to eat inside and it is delivered to the table.

Me and my niece had gotten bubble tea a few minutes ago. We've never had any problems, but today we did. We got matcha and we just got milk. We will never get anything from this snack bar again. We even asked if it was matcha and they said yes. Never again

I ordered 1 fries special. Before we had even taken a seat he was already served... surprising of course. The fries had clearly been fried before, almost brown... with BBQ sauce... No special, so I asked for and received new sauce, but for the last time.

We ordered 2 XXL frikandels and a normal fries. Unfortunately we got a small fries and 2 normal frikandels. We looked at the receipt and it turned out that 2 normal frikadellen were included on the receipt. A bit of a shame but probably just a small mistake. Since it was on the receipt, there wasn't much we could do about it. We did call them about the fries. Fortunately, they still brought the normal fries afterwards.

Years ago it was a cooker with quality. This quality is unbelievable. I didn't eat the Filet Americain sandwich, it had a strange color and the mint tea I got was a cup of warm water with 5 mini leaves in it. Returned and another cup with 1 sprig of mint. Then I gave up and left. The music was on loudly and I don't know what kind of noise it was making. Horrible! Never come back here again.

We normally eat at the quality restaurants and we have no complaints! Ordered today! Order was delivered incorrectly. Once we got the food home (20 minutes late), it was cold. When I contacted one of the employees by telephone, I was told: sorry, but this happens! Well, that didn't make the expensive fries and hair salon spontaneously warm! Very rude!

Vandaag o.a friet gehaald. De friet was doorbakken, bruin en allemaal kleine stukjes. Echt niet te eten. Leek wel een rest-herbakken product. Ben dit niet gewend. Doorgaans goed.

Makkelijke en snelle service, friet was heerlijk krokant, goede verse burger, sla met lekkere dressing en flinke porties.

We kregen trek onderweg en kwamen hier uit voor een snelle hap. Lekkere hap, vlotte bereiding en bediening maar vooral veel keuze (dus ook vega!). Ik heb genoten van de pittige vega kip met salade. Top tent.

Heel duur voor een snackbar / patatzaak. 1 portie bitterballen (6 stuks) was €4,95 over de top.

Eten was goed zoals ik verwachtte, jammer dat het broodje crunchy chicken anders wordt gemaakt dan normaliter. Misschien handig als alle kwalitaria hun broodjes op de zelfde manier opmaken, dus de kaas boven op de kip en niet eronder, de kaas smelt niet over de kip heen op deze manier…

Erg lekker, vriendelijk personeel.

Eten is goed maar wat is het gedeelte waar je kan zitten smerig. Tafels vies, stoelen vies, vloer vol met patat, menukaarten op de grond, modder op de vloer, lege borden worden niet weg gehaald, herentoilet was goor. Het was 19.30 uur en heel rustig in de zaak met voldoende personeel dus het was niet dat er geen tijd voor was. En dit was voor ons al de derde keer dat het zo smerig was hier.

Heerlijk gegeten en er stond goede muziek aan.

Ondanks fastfood was het toch heel erg lekker.

Bediening erg traag en niet al te slim

Slechts één bakje frites met mayonaise gegeten. Desondanks was de patat heel goed gefrituurd. De mayonaise uitzonderlijk smeuiig en smaakvol. Waarschijnlijk zijn alle produkten met zorg samengesteld en van goede kwaliteit. Reden om terug te keren! ( Zie ook de bezoekjes uit het verleden). Opvallend was de gastvrije houding van het personeel. Ik kon rustig aan een tafeltje mijn frites in alle rust opeten. Eerdere ervaringen..... Nooit teleurgesteld. Klasse! In de vroege middag bezocht, (alleen in de zaak, als klant) vandaar 3 sterren voor de sfeer.

Eten was prima was alleen een beetje rommelig binnen met volle tafels en rommel op de vloer. Personeel was drukker met thuisbezorgd dan met de klanten in de zaak.

Heerlijke frietjes en kaassoufle! Prima kwaliteit. Bediening ging snel, alleen heb ik geen servetjes gekregen. Kan gebeuren. Er zijn hier genoeg zitplaatsen zowel binnen als buiten. Goed te bereiken.

Heerlijke grote hamburgers voor een goedkoop prijsje.

Eten en bezorging prima. Alleen doet het mij zeer dat overal plastic bakjes voor gebruikt worden. Dat kan echt niet meer.
