Bunch of scammers. We placed our KFC order an hour ago and it says it has been delivered, but that is not true at all. They also aren't answering the phone even though it's right before closing time, and they robbed us.

I was given the wrong food, and it was raw.

Employees only speak English. The man with the cap yesterday was super rude to me when I asked where my order was. I don't understand why there are no people employed who speak Dutch. In any case, the man with the cap was not friendly. If you are reading this, do something about your customer service; if you don't like your job, quit and resign.

No free restroom for customers. Disappointing!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this KFC. I waited for an entire hour, only to be told at the end that everything was sold out. What makes it even worse is that I was one of the last customers inside the kfc and nobody bothered to inform me that most or all of the food was already unavailable. I literally wasted an entire hour standing there for nothing and ended up leaving without getting anything at all. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful to customers’ time. If you know you are running out of food, tell people before they waste an hour waiting in line. The whole situation was poorly managed and could have been handled much better. I am extremely disappointed and will seriously think twice before coming back to this KFC.

Took more than 40 minutes on a Wednesday evening to prepare my order.

Worthless. We had to wait an hour for our food, while it had apparently been ready all that time and was just sitting there getting cold. No one seemed to really care. Moreover, the staff was downright unpleasant and completely unfriendly. As if that wasn't enough, the interior was also incredibly dirty: overflowing and even bursting trash cans, dirty floors, and filthy tables. The hygiene really left a lot to be desired. All in all, a bizarrely bad experience

Do not order their food from Uber Eat. We got missing articles and they didn't even call or text us. I asked for reimbursement (and they accepted it).

The worst KFC experience I've ever had :) We came here as tourists from Kazakhstan and decided to try chicken in Europe. Bottom line: a complete waste of money and time. If you want a good meal, come to Kazakhstan 🤣 And the paid toilet is completely absurd for a place that serves DEEP-FRIED MEAT.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! Besides the fact that there is no way you can eat fried chickens instantly [ on the contrary, they pre-cook them and let them sit in the oven for hours, causing them to dry out and turn black on the outside! ] Rude and unacceptable staff including the "managers" [ hahaha] The worst KFC by far! The owners should intervene immediately! I foresee closure P.S visit the other one located 1.5 km away, Admiraal Helfrichstraat 6A, far better in quality and service!!

The food was cold, the staff unfriendly. After the meal, I wanted to go to the toilet and I had to pay 0.50 cents. I said okay, but had to pay cash. I wanted to pay by card but couldn't. I had no cash and couldn't pay by card either. They didn't help me afterwards and I wasn't allowed to use the toilet. What a scandalous place. I will never go there again.

Food was delivered reasonably quickly (via Thuisbezorgd). Furthermore, the fries were inedible. Soggy, limp, and cold. The chicken was also truly inedible for the same reasons as the fries. We will never order from here again.

Customers cannot access toilets without 0.50 € coins. Counter can only change cash. Such a shame !

Very disappointing experience. It’s absurd to wait this long at a fast food restaurant—every time the wait is extremely long, even for a simple pre-made sandwich. The service is slow and poorly organized, which completely ruins the experience. I understand busy hours, but here it seems to be the norm. Chicken wings were with feathers, when we wanted to change them, we were told it was normal. There were all the wings with feathers. We've barely had KFS before and we've never encountered such a thing

The place is very dirty. The tables are sticky, there are crumbs everywhere, and the floor doesn't seem to have been cleaned at all. There is an unpleasant smell in the hall, and the condition of the toilets is completely unsanitary. Hygiene is clearly not a priority here.

Terribly disappointed. I found chicken with hair in my order - it's just disgusting and completely unhygienic. I lost my appetite immediately. I will never eat here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Take care of your health

I made a bateria Helicopter pylori at this KFC address I get really heavy 2 week to recovery because I eat meniu KFC from here,mentioned that I dont have restiction for food so I can eat anything but KFC made never try KFC again... I don't know what exactly caused that you close the KFC possible the renovation... but I'm really glad it's closed and that someone took action.

Almost 50 euros spent and have to pay extra for the toilet, it should be free for customers. And the girls were the only good at work. There was a guy that I'd rate with 0 for customer service, i think he doesn't want to work but modelling around. I was there saturday 25/10 night around 7 o'clock.

Went to KFC today and ordered a variety bucket, only to get boneless chicken??? They even forgot the sauce and wouldn't offer me any compensation unless I returned, which unfortunately wasn't possible since we'd come from far away. Then we even found hair in our sandwich!! Ridiculous. When I called, they weren't helpful, and the woman hung up on me. Don't come to this KFC; the staff is incredibly unreliable. This is the only day I can enjoy myself, and they ruined it for me.

The hamburger was edible... but the chicken wasn't that great!

The lukewarm fries and forgotten items aside, it's closed too early several times lately, even by more than half an hour today. Let me know (Google Maps and the opening hours on the door) or just be open. It's ruined my dinner plans twice already.

The place to wait in front of checkout is a bit uncomfortable (though there are tables available for dine-in), but the service was very quick. The chicken was very fresh and well-seasoned.

If I could give this place a lower star I would. Been ordering from here via Uber Eats for over a year. Started out fab, no complaints, pretty consistent with other KFC outlets. But the last three times I ordered, the orders have been completely wrong. I am getting not only much different dishes than the order I placed, but also less than half in quantity. For example, my most recent order was burger, fries and wings. I got wings and 2 tenders. Or the time before that, I ordered quite a few things and half of them missing, including drinks. Completely bizarre how this can happen 3 (!) times. I’m emailing Uber Eats on this as well because this is ridiculous. I don’t know if this is the app’s fault or the restaurant, but it is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

The toilet was very dirty, there was hamburger on the floor. Although it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant where you go with children, cleanliness cannot be ignored.

I understand that it was busy after the party on the ring, but it wasn't that busy. Eating took more than an hour. Screen with numbers was not used. Instead they said very quietly which numbers were ready so that no one could hear. Instead of just making everything in order you had to stand at the front and give your receipt, which makes people who are not rude have to wait even longer. Strange practices.
