My order was wrong, I looked at the wrong burgers.

I've been there, it was expensive and nothing was worth it

Very efficient and agile service, the machines make ordering easy and are very orderly and fast compared to many of the chain's restaurants located in other cities. They also have many tables and themes to sit down for dinner. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for the bathroom, even if you bought locally, you must pay to enter and clean your hands.

Dirty toilet and took a long time before food was ready. In addition, the food was really not tasty but pricey.

Order placed via Thuisbezorg. this was incomplete (the chicken was missing!!!). despite all attempts to call, message...no response whatsoever. In other words... I just don't have my food. worthless.

Ordered 2 burger combos online for pick up, when I got home there was only 1 in it. Also received the original instead of zinger. They don't answer the number they call 100 times. Now also see that there are hairs on the hot wings

Ordered food through Uber eats, when it arrived half of the order was missing (twister, fries, sauce and part of the chicken bucket) Next to that, there was a hair in the burger that did arrive. Both Uber eats and the store refused to fix this. If you spend over €60 on fast food for 2 people, and this much is missing, the store is horrible.

Never before have I seen so many people doing so little at the same time while so many customers were waiting for their food.

This location is really bad, not enough people working and getting an order also takes more than 20 minutes, I have been to other locations but this one is bad.

You can only use the toilet for a fee. Also for paying customers. You cannot pay by card at the cash register for this. Fries were bad. Cold and weak. Definitely skip it if you want a quick lunch.

Very sweet employees that welcome me with a smile, other kfc's employees in different locations often come over as rude while here they're always smiling and helpful

I liked it. The staff were also good but sometimes in other KFCs I've faced bad staff, they are angry and not friendly at all.

The food quality is very low, the bun is stale! Very little meat, tiny pieces of meat! I’ve eaten at other KFCs in Amsterdam, but this one is the worst! Stay away from this KFC. Plus, there’s the SCAM with the SANDWICH that makes you add extra cheese. Rating: 1 out of 10.

5 stars based on the hot wings. They only have dark-skinned employees, which I like. They know how to cook chicken. I ordered a bucket of hot wings, but the nice lady did not have enough in stock, so I had to wait 10 minutes longer, but I did get some extra in return. Top spot.

Waiting 1.5 hours while I live literally 68 meters away, only to have to throw it straight into the trash can, which was a filthy mess that looked like it was a week old. Never start!!!

Basic but logical food in a KFC. Quite cold atmosphere, little or no welcome when you enter. The toilets are locked and only open with a 50 cent coin, whether you drink or not... a scandal, and I pity parents with young children, in a hurry to go to the toilet without change . Staff did not react to comments on this subject. No empathy and no solution to offer while people consume on site.

The burgers were OK, the fries were totally limp. Cleanliness was rather poor (there were chicken bones on the floor...), the atmosphere was as cozy as a train station hall. But what upsets me the most is the deposit system for the drinking cups. The money will only be refunded via the Tikkie app, which in turn only works with Dutch banks. Nice tourist rip off. The refund of the deposit in cash was refused. Conclusion: Never again KFC in Holland!!!!

I ordered an hour and a half ago and the app still says it will be there in half an hour. They don't answer the phone. Waiting 2 hours for some chicken wings, ridiculous. I no longer need it and want my money back.

Today I was at KFC in woods and shades. Order was okay. Original chicken was sub-par, greasy and not cooked enough. I did have stripes as a replacement. But not my favorite chicken of course. I'm not used to this from KFC.

Unfriendly employee who did not speak a word of Dutch. I ordered a quick snack box and received a portion of fries that I think had been there all morning. Fortunately the chicken was still warm, but I like it when my food is hot and freshly prepared. Which seems logical to me if you order food. All in all, one of the worse KFCs in Amsterdam.

What terrible service. Ordered online around 8:29 PM. An hour later it would still take an hour. So I call the restaurant where a lady answers with “good evening” but then does not speak Dutch. Then don't do an intro in Dutch, I think. She couldn't even find the order.

The area is a rather dirty outskirts, but the food is good fast food which is ready very quickly, the ambience is also very good, nice decor, clean and manageably quiet for a restaurant like this. The only drawback is that the toilet costs 50 cents.

extremely slow service for takeaway even during off peak. What I mean by that: - This location gets a lot of online orders. e.g. 15-20. If it happens and you walk in there to pick up a simple order, the staff lets you wait for ALL other online ORDERS before you in order to serve you. This is awkward! Staff was there, I was just waiting by myself, and 2 ladies behind the counter were just standing there. After 15mins I asked a gentleman (maybe the shift supervisor) and he helped me right away. But do you really have to ask them to think about that? it took him literally 30seconds to give me the order. it would be simpler if the store could also judge and prioritise accordingly. e.g. 15 orders online, 1 customer waiting in-store. HELP the in-store customer!!!!! or at least ask how "complex" is their order.

They charge you for using the toilet even if you bought something. The waiting lines and times are intense. The employees look jaded. Someone please start an intervention

Today I ordered the kids menu.. and the 🍟 is too bad .. I think it's from yesterday, not at all fresh. Very bad service. Very disappointed. We pay and in return we hope for the fresh foods but sadly not here in this kfc. Usually I heard from my friends that this KFC location serve the ( I mean not fresh ) food but I ignore them and now i regret at all. But it's not too late. So it's my humble request to the workers who work their to please serve fresh food to the customers. Dear workers from this kfc (How you feel if you go out for eat and the people serve you the food which is from yesterday not at all fresh.) Be kind and spread kind.

They have a large diner space, suitable for groups, but sometimes some of the staff plays a lot when customers are waiting for their food or orders.

Boneless combo half of it way too salt. Toilets want cash but cashier wants card. Needed to go all the way to a supermarket to get some change.

When I visited KFC Bos & Lommer, I had mixed feelings about my experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a typical fast food atmosphere, with a busy and noisy environment. Although the staff was friendly, the service seemed somewhat rushed, making me feel like I had to order and leave quickly. The menu offered a range of fried options, but the quality of the food was not entirely consistent. While some dishes were quite tasty, others were too salty or too greasy, tarnishing my dining experience. Although the venue appeared clean, seating space was limited and felt cramped at times, especially during busy periods. All in all, my experience at KFC Bos & Lommer wasn't bad, but it didn't quite meet my expectations either. With better attention to service and food quality, this branch could definitely improve. For now, I'd give it an average rating of three stars.

I came in and ordered a single Colonel burger. It took about 10 minutes to arrive, which is fine. However, as I was driving away, I realized it was a cold burger.. I had to throw it away, unfortunately. Waste of time and money. Tip: check your order before you go...

Disappointed.. My first night here me and my friend went to order and we waited almost 1 hour for our food. There was no system with the staff until the manager came and finally asked us what order we were, then we got it quick. Note: this was not a busy evening either. Then 2 days later we decided to try again, but this time it was an even worse experience.. I Ordered online and my card was charged, but I never received my recite in the app.. When I told the staff they told me that I had ordered my food to 00:00. I clicked the “asap” button in the app and it said “4 minutes”. And they even close at 23:30 so “00:00” was never an option. When I showed the staff that I had payed they basically said I was wrong and I would get my money back From the bank because it hadn’t transferred yet, something it already had.. Not once did they check anywhere to see if the order had gone through or even ask me what I had order. So I had to order again in the store and pay the same amount. Then I got my food quick, but it was the wrong drink, no garlic Sauce and wrong type of chicken…. Overall I am very disappointed. I feel like the staff could have done so much better. I work in the same type of business myself and I would never treat a costumer the way I was treated. I felt like the staff didn’t believe me or even cared.. Not going to this kfc again!

Tried March 15 and 16, 2024!!!! 15th cold chicken at the bottom of the bucket, warm one on top. Tough fries. Not busy. The 16th the coronel with medium fries. Again lukewarm to cold and tough. Tables dirty and not busy at all. I think Miss was working for the first time and couldn't even do math properly. Wanted to give me a refund of the amount due. The advertising on television does not apply to KFC Amsterdam West.

Ordered large fries, received a mini bag of fries. Quickly cold and tough. In short, just around the corner I got some fries and Febo. There you get 3x as much for the same money, and that is medium. Very hot and crispy.

Busy in the shop In the evening, you have 2 staff who make no effort to process orders quickly, 1 who tries hard, a woman who only walks around quietly, a young man who tries hard to do something order to be processed, a Manager who thinks I don't care at all, many Ubbers who have to wait for orders, total chaos, without any approach, I asked for my money back, waiting too long, not possible.

very few fries for a 'large' fries. asked if this is definitely an L size fries, to which the waitress admitted that it is very small. Never again!!!

Ordered through Uber Eats, order was accepted then after an hour and a half of constant delays (and 4 different riders going there to try to pick up), the order was cancelled. Fast food has never been slower, I think this KFC must just be poorly run - how can a relatively simple KFC order not be made within an hour and a half? I can understand delays when it's busy but not a cancellation after that amount of time.

The service was alright, they could have been just a little bit faster though, it was pretty empty but we still had to wait some time. The tables were dirty. We ordered fries and the vegetarian tenders. The fries were good but sadly the vegetarian tenders were a little bit dry, I am glad that I only ordered two. And it is a shame that you have to pay extra for Ketchup...they should be included when you order fries. They also didn't take my Visa so I had to pay with my phone which is okay but it's weird that they didn't accept Visa...

Ordered a crunchy burger with table service, eat it here. Couldn't get it to the table, employees called my table number to let me get it. Received it as a takeaway format. There was almost no sauce on the burger. This is the second time that I have had to pick up my order at the counter with table service. Ball tent. If you offer table service, honor it. The food here is regularly substandard and the service is poor. I don't come here anymore.
