Very good service, food was fresh and tasty. Plus it didn't take long to wait for my order.

I give you 5 stars for that you closed KFC... I made a bateria Helicopter pylori at this KFC address I get really heavy 2 week to recovery because I eat meniu KFC from here,mentioned that I dont have restiction for food so I can eat anything but KFC made never try KFC again... I don't know what exactly caused that you close the KFC possible the renovation... but I'm really glad it's closed and that someone took action.

It's like the chicken is always two days old. Low quality

Almost 50 euros spent and have to pay extra for the toilet, it should be free for customers. And the girls were the only good at work. There was a guy that I'd rate with 0 for customer service, i think he doesn't want to work but modelling around. I was there saturday 25/10 night around 7 o'clock.

Went to KFC today and ordered a variety bucket, only to get boneless chicken??? They even forgot the sauce and wouldn't offer me any compensation unless I returned, which unfortunately wasn't possible since we'd come from far away. Then we even found hair in our sandwich!! Ridiculous. When I called, they weren't helpful, and the woman hung up on me. Don't come to this KFC; the staff is incredibly unreliable. This is the only day I can enjoy myself, and they ruined it for me.

Bathrooms are 50 cents and it is cash only. Who carries coins in 2025? Absolute disrespect to the customers. Nobody deserves any starts for this.

The hamburger was edible... but the chicken wasn't that great!

The lukewarm fries and forgotten items aside, it's closed too early several times lately, even by more than half an hour today. Let me know (Google Maps and the opening hours on the door) or just be open. It's ruined my dinner plans twice already.

The food was fine. The toilet had a 50-cent slot, which unfortunately I didn't have. I asked at the counter if I could pay 50 cents with a debit card, but they said no. Very disappointing. A terrible thing. I believe that if I buy food and drinks somewhere and consume them, I should also have access to the toilet. Luckily, a friendly woman gave me 50 cents, so I could use the restroom. The toilet smelled terrible and wouldn't flush. Ugh. They dare charge 50 cents for it!

first of all, the screens that are glitchy were also given a torn bag, which almost caused me to lose lunch.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth recommending. Of course, it's just fast food, so it's all the more disappointing when even the fries aren't tasty. They were soggy, and the extra bacon I ordered was just a tiny piece. In general, the food tasted like nothing.

The place to wait in front of checkout is a bit uncomfortable (though there are tables available for dine-in), but the service was very quick. The chicken was very fresh and well-seasoned.

If I could give this place a lower star I would. Been ordering from here via Uber Eats for over a year. Started out fab, no complaints, pretty consistent with other KFC outlets. But the last three times I ordered, the orders have been completely wrong. I am getting not only much different dishes than the order I placed, but also less than half in quantity. For example, my most recent order was burger, fries and wings. I got wings and 2 tenders. Or the time before that, I ordered quite a few things and half of them missing, including drinks. Completely bizarre how this can happen 3 (!) times. I’m emailing Uber Eats on this as well because this is ridiculous. I don’t know if this is the app’s fault or the restaurant, but it is unacceptable. Do not recommend.

They charge you for using the toilet even if you bought something. The waiting lines and times are intense. The employees look jaded. Someone please start an intervention

Waited 3 hours for our food to find out that our entire order was sold out and we would get our money back! It was already 1:30 AM and we had to go home without food!

The toilet was very dirty, there was hamburger on the floor. Although it is supposed to be a fast food restaurant where you go with children, cleanliness cannot be ignored.

I had to wait an hour for my order in the store. Everything was badly organized. I had to wait for missing dishes, and then the rest of the food had gone cold. Really worthless.

You order 2 milkshakes and an ice cream you get :x coke ?? How then do I have to wait for my money back. The worst thing is this has happened 2x in 1 week. KFC head office intervene with this fortress Scammers !!

I understand that it was busy after the party on the ring, but it wasn't that busy. Eating took more than an hour. Screen with numbers was not used. Instead they said very quietly which numbers were ready so that no one could hear. Instead of just making everything in order you had to stand at the front and give your receipt, which makes people who are not rude have to wait even longer. Strange practices.

Unfortunately, it was very crowded on the day of the 750 Amsterdam Festival. I waited almost an hour for my food, but it tasted good.

This place is so slow ... It can't be you need to wait 25 minutes for a simple order at 3pm when restaurant is not really full. Terrible. I'm never coming back. Also tables are super dirty.

I waited 25 minutes to receive my order. Even though I had selected the option to eat it at the restaurant, they gave it as a package and I had to take it out of the package one by one and eat it without a tray. Disgrace.

Large and uncrowded place, good product but quite expensive for what it is, fairly clean place and pleasant staff.

We just ordered 1 bucket 5 Original pieces and 1 Bucket 10 crispy tenders, BUT we got 2 buckets of 5 Original pieces no crispy. This is not nice. Just calling the phone number, nobody picks up the phone. Thuisbezorgd chat , but no helped at all. Please check my order, and you we see what we get. Not nice at all!!!!!

Besides the positioning of the restaurant everything else pretty much sucks. Real long waiting times.. like 40+ mins for a menu. Terrible.

I come to this place to eat after work or when i have no where to cook and , worser than today it has never been ; I used to come and eat here with pleasure but thats all gone now. Slow, even tho not too busy, has good positioning. There are no places outside where you can sit, that's a beautiful dream only. And don't buy the original burger, those are prepared before you ask for them and if it's late in the evening, it'll be real old. Thank me later!!

I was a bit drunk, but I swear I only had 5 instead of the ordered 6 filet bites in my bag. The bites were mad tasty, but -1 for the sloppy fries

Very dirty toilet. You have to pay to go to the toilet, but there are no toilet papers and it is also very dirty. Plus there is no attention to Hygiene.

Food is quite okay, actually, but the fries taste a bit like plastic, service and the atmosphere is very bad. Sometimes they don't give wet wipes, other times they don't give you a ride for your drink. And the toilets are not that hygienic either

Avoid this place, they have 0 hygiene as I literally found FRIED HAIRS on top of my chicken wings and when i asked the cashier she simply said yes thats a hair and refunded me the money, save yourself the money and go eat somewhere else that serves proper chicken.

My mom wanted chicken wings but the only options were chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks.

Was really hungry and the rest in the area with good food was closed due to Ramadan. Constipated for two days from that fake chicken 🥲 Enthusiasm is hard to find among the employees. But that's standard with fast food junk🤗

Went to KFC in Bos En Lommer - Amsterdam and was met with incredibly rude staff, cold food, dirty store, messy tables and, again, rude staff! Awful place. Would avoid and use ANY other food facility no matter how desperate!

You can pay for your food order with a bank card, but you can't access the toilet if you don't have cash, it's a shame,

Neat and tidy facility with quick service. Orders can be easily placed from the booths. Price wise, it is not as cheap as one could expect from a fast food joint. A burger with salads and drink costs around 11 euros. Toilets cost 50 cents, even for customers. This is not well addressed. It should be free for customers who could then open the door by using a QR code in the receipt. On the other hand, the system to recover 1 euro deposit on the glasses is easy to operate and quick to get the refund via tikkie.

Very very very long wait while no one in the establishment. Paid and dirty toilets. Wait-and-see employees who laugh and don't want to work. To flee!

Very efficient and agile service, the machines make ordering easy and are very orderly and fast compared to many of the chain's restaurants located in other cities. They also have many tables and themes to sit down for dinner. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for the bathroom, even if you bought locally, you must pay to enter and clean your hands.

Dirty toilet and took a long time before food was ready. In addition, the food was really not tasty but pricey.

Ordered 2 burger combos online for pick up, when I got home there was only 1 in it. Also received the original instead of zinger. They don't answer the number they call 100 times. Now also see that there are hairs on the hot wings

Ordered food through Uber eats, when it arrived half of the order was missing (twister, fries, sauce and part of the chicken bucket) Next to that, there was a hair in the burger that did arrive. Both Uber eats and the store refused to fix this. If you spend over €60 on fast food for 2 people, and this much is missing, the store is horrible.

Never before have I seen so many people doing so little at the same time while so many customers were waiting for their food.

This location is really bad, not enough people working and getting an order also takes more than 20 minutes, I have been to other locations but this one is bad.

You can only use the toilet for a fee. Also for paying customers. You cannot pay by card at the cash register for this. Fries were bad. Cold and weak. Definitely skip it if you want a quick lunch.

I liked it. The staff were also good but sometimes in other KFCs I've faced bad staff, they are angry and not friendly at all.

The food quality is very low, the bun is stale! Very little meat, tiny pieces of meat! I’ve eaten at other KFCs in Amsterdam, but this one is the worst! Stay away from this KFC. Plus, there’s the SCAM with the SANDWICH that makes you add extra cheese. Rating: 1 out of 10.

5 stars based on the hot wings. They only have dark-skinned employees, which I like. They know how to cook chicken. I ordered a bucket of hot wings, but the nice lady did not have enough in stock, so I had to wait 10 minutes longer, but I did get some extra in return. Top spot.

Waiting 1.5 hours while I live literally 68 meters away, only to have to throw it straight into the trash can, which was a filthy mess that looked like it was a week old. Never start!!!
