Prices incorrectly displayed and far too expensive.

This used to be a good snack bar with the tastiest fries and delicious mayo. Now you often get fries that have already been fried several times. There are probably too many fries fried. But instead of throwing this away, just fry cold fried fries again and present them as fresh fries. This has happened to me several times. Just like tonight. Outrageous! I was tired and didn't feel like having a discussion. Ate the frikandel and the fries ended up in the trash after a few bites. The employee is friendly but actually also shameless. Because this is apparently normal for him.

I just had dinner here with my girlfriend. We are Amsterdammers and unfortunately I have to say that this place doesn't deserve a star at all that it is allowed to exist and that it is so poorly controlled. That croquette was so limp. It looked like it came from the Airfryer, I don't ask for that, I don't want that. The price for a hamburger special is an antisocial 7.5 euros, unfortunately I was a bit too late to read the reviews, only after eating, and I saw that many more people give this place 1 star and think it is very bad. I now really try before I eat somewhere and spend so much money. First read the reviews, I think this is part of the nightlife. When you're so drunk you can't taste anything anymore and all you want to do is be full.

I order fries and a Mexican sandwich via Thuisbezorgd, the delivery person cycles completely the other way and everything is freezing cold! I get the bag and immediately think how little it weighs! I indicated that I would like sauce on my sandwich but I didn't get it! And the fries?? 4.50?? Is there a crisis??? Is it that I can't leave the house otherwise I would have gone there!!!

that man is so grumpy, when you come in it seems like he is annoyed that you are bringing him money. tent looks dirty inside, food overpriced for snack bar standards. I never see customers inside, I REALLY don't understand how this snack bar still exists, can someone explain that to me?

Top tent. The tastiest fries I've ever eaten and this man makes delicious kapsalons! Been coming here for years and this gentleman is very friendly.

Ordered from this ball joint via home delivery, I had a waiting time of 1.5 hours for fries and some snacks. After waiting 1.5 hours they canceled my order. What a ball tent. an average of 3.3 stars is still too much.

Be careful what you eat here! The times I have eaten here, I have had to pay for it with severe diarrhea the next day. As for the service. In 2024, this entrepreneur still charges every customer between 0.25ct and 0.50ct per PIN transaction, despite the fact that this has been prohibited by European law since 2019. A shameless, vulgar borrower who makes money from PIN transactions, while paying by PIN is cheaper for the entrepreneur than paying in cash. My advice? Walk around it with a wide arc!

Actually a great fries. The pin was broken, which was not useful. No atmosphere, not even necessary.

Pay 30 cents extra if you want to pay by card. Expensive Food and quantity moderate. Would rather recommend snack bar de dijk.

first order i thought it a one of a kind frituur. but after al my dreams went to shambles. kipkorns not crusty, kaasouffles not fried long enough. and worst of all whenn the boss tuinks yourw drunk he makes up a price. rhats the prblem with amsterdam. al lot of olaces that offer dutch soul food, but none that respect it. the ease of dutch snacks doesnt mean that it has to taste cheap. theres alot of places in the netherlands you can taste the difference.

Mediocre snack bar, little sauce, dry snacks, unfriendly and charges you €2 extra if you pay by credit card, while this is not stated anywhere. Too bad, but fortunately enough other friendly snack bar owners around the corner.

Neighborhood snack bar! Those fries are really tasty, as are the snacks. Great that you can now also call them and pick them up when it's ready.

Fries undercooked - Frikandel Speciaal with ketchup instead of curry - Kroket with hardly any meat.

I ordered some fries which were 2,75 on the menu. However, when I went to pick up the order, he wanted to charge 3,05 because I was paying with pin, and said 2,75 was for those paying cash. I asked him to show me where it says that it costs extra to pay with a pinpass and he says it's common knowledge in the Netherlands. I told him that's BS because this never happens anywhere else - you pay what is on the menu. I also run a coffee bar and we dont charge people extra for using pin because that's what normal people do. I told him that I'm not paying more than 2,75 because that's what it says on the menu. Otherwise I'm leaving. He chose to stick with the scam, lose 2,75 and throw out perfectly good food. Unbelievable.

Food cost 10 euros but I had to pay 11 euros

De kapsalon was fantastisch. Het stond alleen niet op het menu (voor zover ik kon zien) Verder is het een beetje een aparte tent.

Such a tasty snack bar! Falafel wrap was soooo good and the man working there is so friendly and nice. Would 100% go back, thank you for the service

Klassieke en goed bedoelde snackbar waar je nog wel beleefd geholpen wordt..

Met de hakken over de sloot een voldoende. Omdat de snacks gewoon zijn zoals je verwacht (niet dat ik alles geprobeerd heb) in een snackbar. Maar de service... Zelfs als je enige in de zaak bent, mag je eten zelf van de vitrine ophalen. De hoeveelheid saus: minimaal. Mooie margemaker op die manier. Omdat het er verder schoon en verzorgd uit ziet, vond ik twee sterren te karig. Maar die derde moest van ver komen.

On one hand I am sad that McDonalds and similar big chains are taking over the local fast food market but on the other hand places like this make it clear why that happens. And they charge extra if you want to pay by card??? Who in amsterdam has cash on them these days anyways

echt goed gebakken frieten en een zeer aardige eigenaar. had een keer geen geld bij me, kon later terugkomen om te betalen

Dichtbij zijnde snackbar helaas. Maar ben wel tevreden . Alleen de kapsalon is zo verschillend. Het ligt er echt aan wie hem maakt ! Als de eigenaar het maakt prima !!! Maar de andere medewerkers helaas niet qua mijn smaak. Laatst 1 gekocht maar was erg zout, weinig saus, en het vlees smaakte totaal niet naar shoarma vlees .
