Not only does it smell rotten there, but the milkshake tasted rotten too, if you can even manage to get it down with the straws they really skimped on, like everything else in that place. Absolutely not recommended, FEBO is nearby! :)

Very disappointing. The fries are almost always soggy or soaked in grease, which indicates they are not fried at the correct temperature. We get takeout here occasionally because of the convenience and the short distance, but it actually almost always falls short. Additionally, several family members have suffered from stomach pain or nausea after eating here. Also, far too little sauce is invariably provided in proportion to the portion of fries. The ladies who work here are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the father and son who sometimes work there. They frequently come across as arrogant and condescending, making you feel unwelcome as a customer. Furthermore, I find the prices to be on the high side for what you get. All in all, that is a reason for me not to spend money here anymore.

The service is extremely bad, and they are very stingy; they don't give customers their due. I don't recommend eating there.

The hamburger wasn't the food. The first and last time…

The fries minimally met expectations: not soggy, but not particularly crispy either – just fine. What struck me was that there was no option for kids' portions available. I paid €8, and for that amount, I would rather choose something else on Javastraat next time.

I don't understand all the negative reviews here. I've been coming here for years, and for me, it's one of the best snack bars I've ever been to. And believe me, I've tried many, all over the country and abroad. The portions are always good: almost too many fries to eat, and not those meager portions of sauce. The burgers are always freshly made: high quality for a standard snack bar, and plenty of choice. The staff could be a bit friendlier sometimes, but if I want Michelin-star service, I'll go to a Michelin-star restaurant. They do what you expect: prepare your food. In the at least 30 times I've been here, I've only had one time where my burger bun was a bit old, but that's about it. In short: a great snack bar!

Please do not buy food from them twice. When I went inside, I was told they didn't have a soft roll, only the expensive Italian roll. Then another customer came in and got a soft roll for 2 euros cheaper. Subsequently, the chicken burgers were disgusting, tasting like old frying oil. The fries were fried twice, making them stale. I took a test drive and paid 40 euros. When I spoke to the owner, he almost wanted to fight you. This is ridiculous, a waste of money.

The food never arrived, and after endless phone calls, nothing came of it. Awful.

We tried to pick up the food by calling around 9:45 PM, but the delivery person was everywhere but here. After several calls, no one answered the phone – neither the delivery person nor the store owner. Then we drove by, and the man was initially confused and said he'd never received an order. Then we showed him the order, and all of a sudden he knew what it was… and that he had prepared it and there was nothing he could do if the order was gone. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it at all!!!

The food didn't arrive. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, so I drove to the store in person. They said they didn't have an order because it was handled by an external delivery service. This is a scam.

Just placed an order via home delivery. Ordered ice, ice was not delivered. Contacted the restaurant and they admit that they forgot to give it to the delivery person. But then I have to file a complaint with home delivery. Somewhat ridiculous services. & then you pay 5 euros for an ice cream that you don't even get. I give 3 stars because the food is excellent, but the service is so bad that this will be the last time I order here.

Expensive yet very average. I usually order online for pickup, but I did not even want to risk it there - I know they are the kind who start cooking the order when you come to the shop, which makes ordering online useless. I ended up trying to order locally. I ended up with a menu (burger fries and drink for 15 euros for takeway. This is not the price that was displayed when I ordered, but I suppose they purposively make the price displays unclear. I wonder what the price would have been if I ask for delivery. For fast food, it is quite expensive. The food itself was very average, the fries were no good, you could tell it was low quality frozen stuff. I would accept this if it was about 12 euros for the menu. For 15, you better off going elsewhere and you will get better quality food.

Every day I walk by and wonder when I would order from here. I never see anyone inside, that should be a warning sign. Unfortunately I was fooled by the pictures they use to promote the food. So I decided to try it, only to be very disappointed. The food took a long time and it was not at all what I expected. I should have known there was a reason why I never saw anyone in this case. It's just not worth it.

Look after! Do not order here! They are thieves and fraudsters! Ordered via Uber Eats on Sunday, October 2 at 1:00 PM for €35.40. This snack bar couldn't deliver it. I had telephone contact with the owner and he indicated that they are having delivery problems and that Uber will "automatically" refund the money if it is not delivered. The snack bar then wrongly placed the status at 4:08 PM at “delivered” at a completely different address. Uber Eats tells the snack bar to give us the money back, but the owner ignores us and refuses to give us the money back.

just placed an order for take away. When I arrived at my destination I saw that my food was burnt. I tried calling them so many times but they didn't answer. this is the last time i order from here!

Echt heel matig. Helft vd bestelling vergeten, geen excuses - personeel wist ook niet hoe de kassacomputer werkte. Wel chille vegakroketten, props als ze die zelf maken.
