⛔️‼️⛔️ Avoid this snack bar! The health department should definitely investigate. It's a hygienic disaster, disgusting 🤢 As a tourist, you'll even be ripped off with the prices... definitely avoid it! And report it to the police... disgusting is an understatement!

This place should be condemned, it’s so disgusting. Forget all the recent paid positive bot reviews and move on. I watched the owner pull a styrofoam container from under his prep station, wipe something out of it with his finger, then go to the trash and pull a piece of paper out of the trash to clean his finger, then PUT MY FOOD IN THE CONTAINER. Never washed his hands, went right to slicing vegetables on a dirty cutting board. And he upcharged me for the meal instead of just the döner I ordered. I was in a rush so I paid for it, walked outside, then threw the whole bag of food in the trash and kept walking. Avoid this dump at all costs - your immune system with thank you.

I went to buy a cheese burger and the man working there asked me what sauce I would like, I answered him and apparently he charged me €1 more for the sauce so I told him I will never come back. Now I actually ate the burger and definitely will never come back. Don't go here even if you are starving.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SCAMMER…. It was disgusting, tasteless, and the worst part is the price was outrageous!! Two cheeseburgers, two Turkish kebab pizzas, and two drinks cost €70. Beware, they add mayonnaise or salad and charge extra. Stay away… If I could have given a rating below 1, I would have! RUN… RUN!!!

4 reasons NEVER to COME HERE (again) 1. Hidden costs Price for one kapsalon 12.50, fine, but SUDDENLY you have to pay an extra €1 if you want garlic sauce on it? How is that possible? This wasn't on a sign anywhere, nor did he say it when he asked what sauce we wanted. The sauces are an inherent part of a kapsalon... 2. Worst kapsalon ever The extra €1 garlic sauce tasted sweet, the fries were mealy and not crispy, the tiny bit of shoarma "lamb" didn't even taste like lamb, and the sambal wasn't spicy and somehow very strangely seasoned. What a flop. 3. Not genuinely friendly The owner/employee acted very nice when I (woman, 25) walked in, but when I walked out and my boyfriend (man, 28) spoke to the man, the whole atmosphere was gone and the man came across as super rude and unfriendly. 4. Unhygienic The tables outside had not been cleaned. Sauce was smeared everywhere and there were empty packaging materials lying around. Fortunately, we ate it at home reluctantly.

Very strange. The man behind the counter is very sweet to my girlfriend, but not to me. Then he charges a euro on top of all prices for sauce… a kapsalon always has sauce; how do you charge extra for that?

Ordered a Kapsalon: 85% fries, 5% meat, and 10% salad; you pay €12.50 for that here. He even came over to explain to me that it's like this everywhere: you should be deeply ashamed of your food because even though it's so easy to prepare, it has no taste, and now you get to eat it yourself! People, please don't get anything from this cafeteria 🤮

This is really unacceptable. They have such disgusting food. Never again. It is truly ridiculous that this is allowed in Amsterdam.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The chef initially poked his hands in his mouth and then grabbed my burger and Turkish pizza without gloves or washing his hands. This is very unhygienic and unacceptable. Furthermore, I found the taste disappointing, and the price was far too high for what you get. Absolutely not recommended.

Just an utterly terrible place. The owner’s rudeness sets the tone, and as others have noted, the food is practically inedible unless you’re too far gone to notice what you’re biting into. Honestly, I’m surprised this place is still open.

If you want to order, toilet is free. If your ordered food and you want to go to the toilet they ask a different amount. They asked me €2.50 and someone else another amount

Snackbar Cafetaria Superstar was unfortunately disappointing. The place was dirty, the food was served cold and greasy, and I did not get what I ordered. When I reported this, they said that it was 'sold like this'. In addition, the prices did not match what was on the menu, which was very confusing and frustrating. Not worth repeating for me.

Took 70 minutes for the food to arrive and the food was nasty and cold. We also never received the drinks.

The prices on the menu mean nothing, a durum kebab is listed at 7,50 but they charge 8,50 without reason. They gave me a kebab where everything was cold, bread was not toasted.

This guy sells me 2 unbaked pita cheeses for 14 euros after he tried to get a grip on his cheese slices by licking his finger. To top it all off, his razor was lying next to it for a while. It's a wonder the world that this still exists. Enjoy your meal.

Looking forward to a hair salon after a night out. We then get the dirtiest hair salon we have ever eaten. When the man charged us different prices than what was on the menu, the kapsalon was literally a bowl of fries with some lettuce and an absurdly mediocre garlic sauce (that tastes like honey). Never coming back here no matter how much I drank. Recommend everyone to drive a little further to another tent.

The right address for raw chicken. Reported to the best man, but indicated that the chicken was very well done and therefore pink. Pinocchio is nothing. As warm inside as a 93-year-old grandmother's. Straight up SCAMMERS don’t ever come to this place. They have a menu outside with the prices but the guy wanted us to pay 10 euros more. We started calculating how much it was and he started getting pissed at us saying he was just trying to be fast. Food is not even good either, very small portions.

Yesterday, A-dam went here for a bite to eat with 7 people while enjoying a wonderful concert. Unfortunately, we ended the evening less by ordering/eating food here. The kapsalon was only fries, lettuce and sauce, we had to look for the meat. Unfortunately, this also applied to the shawarma dishes. When we kindly pointed this out to the owner, the best man didn't care. He literally said 'this is Amsterdam' my advice.. Pass this place quickly and look for a DELICIOUS bite to eat with friendly service! Best regards.

Eten goed. Rekent wel meer voor mensen die aangeschoten lijken. Profiteert op mensen die niet opletten op de prijs. Vervelende man.

Ik schrijf niet zo snel een review, maar dit was zo ongelofelijk goed dat het onethisch van mij zou zijn om het te laten. De friet was perfect gebakken, de juiste hoeveelheid, heerlijke saus en perfect zout (niet teveel of te weinig). Het broodje döner was ongelofelijk goed, het broodje was knapperig, vers en plat als een soort Pita. De knoflooksaus een van de beste die ik ooit heb gehad (lekker dik en vol van smaak, ik denk huisgemaakt), het vlees wat groffer gesneden voor een lekkere bite. De shoarmarol was perfect goudkleurig gefrituurd en juicy. Echt aan aanrader dit!!!
