I thought it was a shame that the chosen packaging didn't look alike and that the Doritos with the spiciness were at the very bottom of the large bag instead of being in a nice, handy bag and well mixed together as in the advertising photos.

I thought I'd give it another try, as I wasn't satisfied in the past. It's still a nasty place where you wait a long time for your "fast" food. Additionally, my order was wrong, as I've come to expect there, which is a real shame.

My order was delivered after well over an hour. However, half of the order turned out to be missing. After a phone call, I was presented with the following choice: a voucher to spend in the store, or contact Thuisbezorgd and try to get my money back. Apologies and redelivering the food to rectify their mistake was not an option, so I had to go back into the kitchen anyway.

Filthy and unhygienic. I cannot describe it any other way. There were food scraps and packaging on several tables. The floor was sticky in multiple spots, not to mention the toilets. The staff comes across as unmotivated, and the manager speaks little to no Dutch. I saw an employee wipe down a table with the same broom he used to clean the floor. It is a fast-food joint, so you shouldn't have high expectations, but you should at least expect basic knowledge of hygiene from the staff.

Toilets were very unclean, and unfortunately there were foreign hairs in the food.

Waited for more than half an hour for my food, even though it wasn't even busy. Staff at the serving counter kept disappearing or simply doing nothing. I saw my items sitting ready for fifteen minutes, but they just weren't packed and handed over. The result: cold, soggy fries and cold, mushy chicken. On top of that, the sauces weren't included.

It was fine, didn't have to wait too long for the food and it tasted the way it should. Plenty of parking space right outside.

When we first arrived, it was a good fast food restaurant. If you want to spend the whole evening on the toilet, you should eat here. Rats aren't quite running around there, maybe they are. Incorrect prices and very poor service, and the chicken is rancid.

I am not very impressed with this KFC. There is little staff, which means it takes a very long time for your order to be ready. The floor is sticky, the toilets are very dirty, and the trash cans are full. More staff would be the solution to all these problems.

It is getting worse and worse. Waiting half an hour for a kapsalon!? The staff doesn't go the extra mile during busier times. On top of that, it is not clean.... Not to mention the prices compared to the portions.

What a hopeless place. Uninterested staff, it's dirty every time, food scraps everywhere on tables, the floor, even in the window frame! The toilet is filthy. I only go there because my daughter likes that chicken bucket. And it's not cheap either. In short, definitely not recommended!

It is always a filthy pigsty here. Bones and napkins everywhere on the floor, chicken in the toilet, sinks clogged and covered in sauce, sticky floor. I’ve been here several times in the past two years; it was always incredibly dirty. A well-known saying: if you want to trust the kitchen, you should first check if the toilet is clean. I wouldn't do that here, or your appetite will be gone. Have fun on the toilet tomorrow.

Worthless. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Upon arriving home, I discovered they had forgotten 14 hot wings. Super annoying, but I jumped straight back in the car while calling KFC. Tried twice but got no answer. Having arrived by then, I told the girl that the order was only half complete... To which she simply gave no answer. She looked at the receipt, then at her screen, and then grabbed the bucket. She slid it onto the counter and said; "Have a nice evening." Is saying sorry too much to ask? Scandalous, that is not how you treat customers. You made this mistake! Arrogance at its finest.

Unbelievable long and not friendly. Conditioner not working. Guys staying and making all veeeeery slooooowly. Dirty toilets and dirty tables. Not recommending eating here.

WORST KFC IN THE NETHERLANDS. Arrogant staff. Make stupid mistakes and I feel like they heat up the chicken multiple times. I am not going to waste my money on this goat business anymore.

Dirty tables, greasy dust on the lamps and cords; the staff found texting and smoking outside more important.

Efficiency is nowhere to be found here. Waiting over 15 minutes for fast food, even when the place is practically empty, is simply too slow.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The entire place was empty, yet I waited 5 minutes for a single ice cream. Not a single employee was at the counter. NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately, a disastrous experience. The food was bad, everything was filthy, and the toilets were absolutely unacceptable. Even the disabled toilet was disgusting and, moreover, locked. Such things should not happen in a restaurant. It's best to steer clear of this place.

Zero stars!!!! Placed an order, and only after 20 minutes was my order cancelled without a reason? And then I also have to wait 5 days before I get my payment refunded?!?! This is a bit disappointing.

After a night out, I thought I'd grab a nice bite to eat. I usually go here with confidence, but the last two times, oh my god, it was terrible! Twice I didn't receive half of my order and the food was cold. On top of that, I spent a lot of time in the toilet when I got home. It's a shame; I always used to like going there. I'm switching to the competitor now, De Gouden Gele Bogen... 🙄🙄

Bro, I order veggie tenders, 1 veggie burger and a regular chicken burger, and I get 2 damn regular chicken burgers after waiting for half an hour.

The food is, as always, better than the other KFCs in the region. However, the toilets are terrible: Very dirty, poop on the walls (wall and rim of the bowl), pee on the floor, no toilet paper, dirty toilet seats. If I have to give a star for this, it would be well below 0 (zero). I observed this in both the men's and women's toilets.

Just plain gross. If you go here to eat, please go to the toilet at home before you leave. Because it is just filthy. There was actually poop on the push button! Your feet stick to the floor, and not just in the toilets but throughout the entire building. Really gross. The food is good though. Also, there are no number cards to have your food brought to you. I guess they removed them because they just don't want to bring it. If you choose a reusable cup, you still get a regular cup, so what's the deal with that? Something was also forgotten from the order. We experience that often with the drive-thru. So if you are going to eat here, go to the toilet at home, and if you order via the drive-thru, check your order immediately.

What a place, got the food after 40 minutes, 1 staff member in the back and 1 in the front. While they weren't taking orders, they ran around like headless chickens. The chicken was old, the order was wrong, everything that could go wrong went wrong.

The slowest fast-food ever! 2 people in the kitchen take it easy while there are 30 ppl already waiting for their orders, some of them almost for an hour. I waited 40 min for a meal to eat it within 3min. And thats standard here.. never again!

It all takes a very long time, and by the time it is finished, it is cold and incomplete. Far too little staff, and those who are there often do not speak Dutch.

The store is very very dirty , the food is relatively fresh . The girls play about like children while food is delayed and then she walks past like we had inconvenienced them by ordering. 👎🏼 I will not be stopping there again , the bin was also overflowing.

Unfortunately The trash cans were full and most of the tables were dirty. Food scraps on the floor near the trash can, because the trash can was really full and they hadn't cleaned up for a long time. I hadn't expected this.

Unfortunately, things aren't improving at this KFC. Unmotivated staff who often pay more attention to each other. The deposit system is constantly frustrating and isn't being handled well by the staff (in other words: you get the blame for the failing system 😬). I'd rather go back to Enschede.

Food was not warm, waiting time over 25 minutes, upstairs all dirty, corn for 3.60€ without butter and salt and it was not warm. Toilet without hand shampoo. Never again. They should put a no entry sign there.

They speak poor Dutch, and you have to wait over 15 minutes for a bucket of wings even though the place is empty and the staff is clearly chatting and laughing happily. And when you confront them about the poor service, you're simply told they'll make you wait even longer and shove your food through your car window without a word. These staff need a course in customer service and decency; wow, it's gotten shockingly bad.

We had a delicious meal at KFC in Enschede today. The chicken was, as always, crispy and at the perfect temperature. The restaurant looked neat and the tables were clean, which is very important to me. The staff behind the counter were friendly and helped us quickly with our order. The portions were also generous, and the soft drinks were nice and cold. A great place for a quick bite in the city. I'll definitely be back next time.

They forgot to bring drinks. So we paid a lot for just chicken. There were four of us.

I ordered a Zinger Double Down today and took it home. When I got home, I found a sweet chili burger for €1.95! This is the last time I'll go there. Ugh, I paid a lot for very little.

What terrible service! I just ordered food here, which was supposed to be served at my table. Ordered at 3:09 PM, and by 3:30 PM, there was still nothing. I went to the counter, where our tray had already been sitting for a while. The fries and crispy tenders were already cold. We received new ones for the loaded fries. But the rest of the order hadn't arrived yet. After another 10 minutes, I asked again. The wrap had been ready for ages, but no one bothered to look at it. The staff are all joking around; I can't understand what they're saying, but they don't care about the customer. I finally got the wrap; I didn't feel like complaining about it being cold either. There were hardly any customers in the store, but there were plenty of Thuisbezorgd delivery drivers. This was a one-time thing, never again.

On January 15th, around 11:30 PM, we were at the takeout window. When I asked if I could still change my order, I was met with a heavy sigh. Then, an employee told the manager he'd "just do it himself." Then things got even crazier: the employee started cursing at us. The manager even had to warn her to stop because the window was still open. We were called all sorts of names, just because I wanted to make one small change to my order. After a while, the food finally arrived, but in a downright rude and disrespectful manner. Without a word, it was simply shoved out of my window. This woman is clearly better suited for work that doesn't require customer contact.

The food is good. I can't complain. In comparison to McDonald's I never had stomach ache from KFC. But: I never found a clean table, chair or toilet everytime I go to Hengelo or Enschede, the workers don't understand simple questions and the atmosphere is of a troubled teenager's room. Why is the owner letting the workers put their own music? It's absolutely not helping with making you feel welcome in this "restaurant". There should just be music from the radio and that's it. Not underground weird club music

We ordered €84, and absolutely everything went wrong. The app said the order was ready, but when we got home, we had to wait far too long. When we got home, we discovered the order was incomplete: several items were missing. Because no one answered the phone, we had to drive another 5 km there and back. At the store, we were literally handed the missing items, but no apology, let alone compensation. Unfriendly and unprofessional. The customer service is also disappointing. After filing a complaint, they promised "compensation." What did we get? A 5-10% discount card that actually encourages you to spend more money instead of compensation for the extra costs and inconvenience. That feels downright ridiculous and disrespectful. Poor service, poor handling, and absolutely no customer focus. For us: never again KFC.

Why are the fries always so soggy?

Yesterday, we picked up a bucket for four people, each with 28 lbs. Three of them got diarrhea. One of them actually got food poisoning. This shouldn't be happening!

I've never seen so many bunglers in a row. During the 25-minute wait for my food, I saw about four or five customers whose orders were prepared incorrectly. I even got an extra burger (I didn't mind, but there you go...). Besides, a 25-minute wait is just too long. Judging by the reviews, nothing is being done to improve or resolve these issues; they should just shut this place down. I'm not one to write reviews, but I've never had an experience like this at any other chain.

Bad experience. The restaurant was very dirty and cold. I ordered a combo menu with a burger and tenders. The tenders were limp/lukewarm, and the burger looked a lot like the picture but was nothing more than a small, plain bun with lukewarm chicken and a dollop of red sauce. Once I got there, I discovered they'd forgotten the fries. The fries sauce was sold out (how?), so I got a different sauce instead. You pay 18 euros for that... as if it were nothing... yuck.

Long wait, food is not edible, will not come here again

I popped in last night for a quick bite. What a complete mess. Trash everywhere. On the floor, tables overflowing with trash cans. The food was served lukewarm, and no one had cleared it away for hours. Truly unbelievable. They won't be seeing us again anytime soon.

Although it's cold outside, the air conditioning is on quite loudly. We preferred to eat in the car rather than eat inside. Which was not comfortable at all. TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING AS IT IS ON MAXIMUM !!!!!!!

It's messy. It takes ages to get your order ready, even when it's quiet and it's a simple order. The ordering kiosks don't work well. Not to mention the amount of trash in and around the parking lot. It's just that I love chicken and there's no other alternative.

I ate at KFC Hengelo in the evening, just before closing time. The environment was very clean and hygienic, and the staff was very friendly. One employee in particular, I think his name was Ibrahim (I heard his colleagues call him that), was very helpful and polite. He helped me well with my order. Overall, I'm very satisfied—it's great to receive this kind of service. Thanks, team KFC Hengelo! 👏

Waiting way too long for your food

Paid 21 euros at the drive-thru for a firestacker, 6 hot wings, and 4 crispy strips. The sandwich was a mess. The hot wings and crispy strips were hard and old. It looked like I was chewing on the sole of a shoe. I won't be coming here again.

Meal preparation takes a very long time.

Don't close until 1:00 AM. We arrived at 11:45 PM and weren't allowed to eat inside due to cleaning. Worthless.

The food was delicious, but it looked like the cleaning crew hadn't been there in a while. The banister was too dirty to touch, the floors upstairs and upstairs were slick with grease, and downstairs you could see things everywhere. It's a shame for such a well-located KFC.

If you have anywhere to be within 2-3 business days, don’t stop here for food. It took more than 15 minutes to get a meal deal, and the quick snack was no longer quick… when the food came, it did not taste fres which makes me question the wait for the food.
