KFC in Wijk 07 Woolde

Bad experience. The restaurant was very dirty and cold. I ordered a combo menu with a burger and tenders. The tenders were limp/lukewarm, and the burger looked a lot like the picture but was nothing more than a small, plain bun with lukewarm chicken and a dollop of red sauce. Once I got there, I discovered they'd forgotten the fries. The fries sauce was sold out (how?), so I got a different sauce instead. You pay 18 euros for that... as if it were nothing... yuck.

Long wait, food is not edible, will not come here again

I popped in last night for a quick bite. What a complete mess. Trash everywhere. On the floor, tables overflowing with trash cans. The food was served lukewarm, and no one had cleared it away for hours. Truly unbelievable. They won't be seeing us again anytime soon.

Although it's cold outside, the air conditioning is on quite loudly. We preferred to eat in the car rather than eat inside. Which was not comfortable at all. TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING AS IT IS ON MAXIMUM !!!!!!!

It's messy. It takes ages to get your order ready, even when it's quiet and it's a simple order. The ordering kiosks don't work well. Not to mention the amount of trash in and around the parking lot. It's just that I love chicken and there's no other alternative.

It's cold on the ground floor. We were warm upstairs. Only dirty tables and overflowing trash cans.

I ate at KFC Hengelo in the evening, just before closing time. The environment was very clean and hygienic, and the staff was very friendly. One employee in particular, I think his name was Ibrahim (I heard his colleagues call him that), was very helpful and polite. He helped me well with my order. Overall, I'm very satisfied—it's great to receive this kind of service. Thanks, team KFC Hengelo! 👏

Takes a long time here, I've been waiting 30 minutes for an order of 3 meal deals and it's cold

Waiting way too long for your food

Paid 21 euros at the drive-thru for a firestacker, 6 hot wings, and 4 crispy strips. The sandwich was a mess. The hot wings and crispy strips were hard and old. It looked like I was chewing on the sole of a shoe. I won't be coming here again.

Meal preparation takes a very long time.

Don't close until 1:00 AM. We arrived at 11:45 PM and weren't allowed to eat inside due to cleaning. Worthless.

Staff doesn't take you seriously If you ask them a question for your paper, they'll suddenly change their voice Don't expect me to come here again. A question, ask.

The food was delicious, but it looked like the cleaning crew hadn't been there in a while. The banister was too dirty to touch, the floors upstairs and upstairs were slick with grease, and downstairs you could see things everywhere. It's a shame for such a well-located KFC.

The staff is rude. And it's super dirty.

The food was terrible; the fries weren't warm and the chicken had no flavor. And the floors were filthy and slippery, both upstairs and downstairs. It was incredibly dangerous. I went to the front desk and told them they would be responsible if someone fell. Because that's going to happen, it's disgusting.

KFC has good food and good prices... too bad it's not halal.

It's crowded and takes a long time. But otherwise, it's what you'd expect. A tasty burger and a hot wing. That's usually fine.

Waited 30 minutes for two burgers at the drive-through. It wasn't busy at all. Got the food, but it wasn't cooked through. Raw chicken. Not crispy. And paid 28 euros for nothing. Never go there again.

If you have anywhere to be within 2-3 business days, don’t stop here for food. It took more than 15 minutes to get a meal deal, and the quick snack was no longer quick… when the food came, it did not taste fres which makes me question the wait for the food.

40 minutes waiting for order really weird

It's often a complete mess here! It can take 20 minutes to get to dinner, even though I'm the only one there. The staff isn't friendly, they're very curt, and they like to chat instead of doing the work. The fries are always cold, and the burgers are often lukewarm! And don't even get me started on how filthy it is. The trash cans are overflowing, and you find trash everywhere on the floor, and the tables are completely unclean.

There was little attention to cleanliness and order in the restaurant; dirty tables and overflowing trash bins, even though it was quiet. Two of the six ordering kiosks were out of order. The tenders were undercooked. A shame.

The food was good. Inside, they could use some cleaning up, but the garbage was so overflowing that people had to put their trash on top of the bins. It might have been because it was a Sunday, but still...

Ridiculously long wait at the Drive-Thru. The fries were lukewarm. For a fast-food chain, that's outrageous. 20-minute wait. 🤬

The food is fine But it's a bit dirty inside. Nothing is cleaned. They only speak their own language among themselves. Can't even greet someone.

We have ordered here several times and every single time a big part of the order is missing and/or wrong. Entire buckets missing, etc. 0/10, will never order here again.

Every order is wrong and containing wrong items or missing items completely. I Have ordered several times and it is a 100% fail rate. I have never received a correct order from this place. Items arrive cold and soggy. I don't recommend ordering from here if you want the items you paid for.

Good food but mediocre service. I once ordered one too many buckets, which they were able to return, which was very helpful. They also never have the milkshake in stock, but that's not indicated on the screen, so you end up with a cola you don't want, or a different drink (I've experienced this several times). They also have a very relaxed attitude and don't seem to try to be fast; it is "fast" food, after all.

This KFC has restored my faith in KFC. After a terrible experience in Hoofddorp, this was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. However, the vandal-proof furniture doesn't contribute to the ambiance or the restaurant's atmosphere. But they made a good effort.

Unfortunately food was pretty cold and old when I got it. Even though I ordered to go at the station it came on a tray. I was given a bag and had to pack it myself. Tasty enough, but cold was no fun and willingness to help was lacking.

We had ordered originals online in a bucket, but when we arrived at the KFC, after waiting 10 minutes, I was told it would take at least another half hour to get the original. This was a disappointment, but everything else looked neat and tidy.

You'll have to wait about half an hour at the KFC drive-thru. If you're understaffed, close it.

Slow workers, dirty restaurang and not good food

A plate, you get to pick and choose everything, that's a nightmare. I'm surprised there are live people handing it over at the counter. What an impersonal, sleazy kitchen here. Do go to Cafetaria Goossens, also nearby. At least you'll get personal service. Last time.

I went through the drive-thru. I had to yell loudly before they could hear me. The service was also very unfriendly, as was the payment process. They didn't ask me what side dishes I wanted. When I got home, I found out that the order had been filled with two fries; I would have preferred corn and fries... Plus, there was garlic mayo instead of fries sauce. No napkin either... The communication, in particular, leaves much to be desired.

It's best to order the food the day before so that you get it reasonably early.

What a mess. The Coke is still on the floor. Dead flies and wasps on the windowsill.

You can get good, hot wings here. Unfortunately, the wait times are a bit long. Otherwise, it's great and highly recommended. The quality is still good, July 2025

The employees barely understand Dutch, I said without vegetables and yet I got a burger with vegetables and instead of Pepsi I got Fanta, I would not recommend going here

Not so friendly staff. Chicken was very good indeed. I was super hungry, like I hadn't eaten and all that. So I had to have that chicken. I got it from that lady but she wasn't very happy to give me that chicken g. I think she wanted to eat it herself

What a mess! Everything is filthy and sticky. There was spilled soda on the floor, and staff just walked around it. Full trash cans, and what do you get? Everything is put everywhere. The outside is also littered with trash. It's remarkable that this restaurant is even allowed to be open.

Drive through order came out quick, nothing to note really. Easy grab and go. Haven't tried dine in.

I am very disappointed with my visit to KFC Hengelo. The service was extremely poor. The staff was disinterested and disorganized. We had to wait far too long, while it was not even busy. When it was finally our turn, hardly a word was said — no greeting, no smile, nothing. Furthermore, our order was incomplete and when we said something about it, we were barked at as if it was our own fault. The tables were dirty and no one seemed to bother to clean them, while there were enough employees hanging around doing nothing. All in all a very unpleasant experience. I will not be coming back here and advise others to skip this establishment if you expect decent service.

Unfortunately, the trash cans are still overflowing, the men's room is still filthy (toilet paper is strewn around the toilet), and there's no soap to properly wash your hands. We had to wait 15 minutes for two ice creams. Not to mention a kitchen staff member (who just wipes the sweat from his forehead with his bare hands, then runs his hand through his hair and puts his cap back on to continue preparing food without washing his hands). HACCP? Never heard of it, I suppose?

You get way too little in terms of fries here

Very long wait every time, and that for enormous amounts. Next time I can better go to vd Valk for that amount. Faster, cheaper and friendlier. There is always a device broken or something not available.

Today I ate at KFC because I was really curious about the new s'quidgame burger with the red bun. It wasn't busy, so ordering went pretty quickly. It did take a while for the food to be ready, but that wasn't so bad. It was noticeable that the floor was very sticky, with every step you could hear your shoes coming loose from the floor. The bins were also overflowing, and 70% of the tables were dirty. When ordering at the column you were given a number of choices, including the type of cup. We wanted a reusable cup and chose one. We also chose to have the food delivered to the table. However, there were no reusable cups at all, and they didn't deliver to the table either... The red bun wasn't quite what I expected, but it wasn't bad either. The hot wings were fine, nice and crispy and tasty. The cleaning of everything is really a point of attention.

We got our order quite fast, but the place is really dirty. It feels like floors were not cleaned for the whole histori is this KFC, employees are not kind at all, about toilets I don't really wanna talk. Came only because of Squid Game food. Salads: they made of old vegetables which are in the kitchen for like more than 2 dayse. Wopper sauce was very bitter, french fries tastes not fresh. Sorry, but it's really a bad place. Will never come again back, I think to KFC at all.

Tasty but there was hair in the food and super unhygienic fast food chain and they said that hair in the food is supposed to be serious stomach ache afterwards from the chicken and maybe the hair. I will never go to this fast food chain again. Toilet super dirty!!! Tables are not cleaned terrible.

30 min wait for a wrap, staff is chatting/talking away, doesn't look at you... while several customers are waiting with me. No atmosphere, waste everywhere.

It was clean, but the food was not good. The meat was not cooked. Moreover, we were strangely confined with chairs.

It is very hot here and if you sit at the tables there is no protection from the sun, it is impossible to sit inside because of the heat

100x better than Almelo, so always worth the detour. In the Drive it usually goes pretty fast and always friendly and correct.

Bad KFC restaurant, unhygienic. There is a soap dispenser in the men's toilet. How do the staff wash their hands when they use the toilet or how should customers do that? It used to be a really great location, but unfortunately it has gone downhill in recent years. People do something about hygiene, if you don't have this in order how can you be hygienic in the kitchen. Staff walks around with dirty shirts and unkempt. Unfortunately I have no positive words. Hopefully it will improve, so that I can adjust my review in the future.

finally ordered a chicken salon, after waiting 10 minutes in the drive, it was there. I went home and to my great surprise, there was NO chicken at all in the KIPsalon !!!!!! The reason for the long wait, according to an employee, the tenders that were not ready. LAUGHING. Also sent an email but received no answer. Too bad!

Very disappointed. I paid full price but didn’t receive my complete order. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times — no answer. This lack of customer service is really unacceptable.

Unfortunately, things don't get any better at this KFC. Unmotivated staff who often pay more attention to each other. The deposit system always causes frustration and is not pleasantly handled by the staff (in other words: you get the blame for the failing system 😬). I'd rather go back to Enschede.

Since there was no McDonalds nearby, I went to KFC again after a long time. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to take the order, I was told that they had no coffee. Never experienced this before at a fast food restaurant. Conclusion: from now on I'll look for a McDonalds...

Had to wait 25 minutes for the food to be ready. KFC is also much more expensive than McDonald's. The order machine broke down and it took 10 minutes to fix. McDonald's is also much faster

It was a mess everywhere, tables in front with junk and dirt. Apparently no one felt like working because the attitude of that guy was really too sad for words.

Today I was in the restaurant with my daughter, while eating my daughter discovered that she had a few pieces of chicken bone in her chicken burger. This can of course happen, then she returned this burger and asked for a new one. This would be arranged, after 15 minutes she still had not received a new one. In the meantime I had eaten my meal on my own and then walked downstairs. There was still no new burger! Then I asked for it myself, the staff had forgotten! Eventually after half an hour we finally got a new burger. It was not busy, scandalous that this had to take so long and a pity that I had to eat alone.

Kapsalon, chicken burger, cola, with a milkshake, tummy round again and I recommend the hair salon to everyone.

Small selection of dishes, premises and bathrooms are a failure. No one had cleaned the floor there for a long time because it was sticky with dirt! The dishes were served quickly but the taste was average. There are no buckets or coleslaw on the menu like in Poland. You will be unpleasantly surprised. Better to go to a competitor with hamburgers.

A cloth may be wiped over the windowsills. These really haven't been cleaned in a long time. You don't want to look at a pile of dust and dead insects with food. It took over 25 minutes for food to be ready in a fairly empty restaurant. A bit long for fast food then.

Ordered food in the drive and then continued. Upon arrival at the final destination, a complete bucket turned out to be missing. Tried to make contact by telephone but after calling 12 times I gave up hope and got food elsewhere. Next time we'll visit McDonald's again, which are always accessible.

Location is great along the highway, I ordered a variety bucket for 4 with 2 burgers, waited about fifteen minutes. Neatly called and food was complete. Later at home I got a really serious stomach ache and had to sit on the toilet 4/5 times because of that chicken. Great food, but I wouldn't say Finger Licking Good.

The umpteenth time that something was missing from my order. Now a full bucket of tenders. Maybe hire staff who can read and simply follow a receipt from top to bottom. Also everything is constantly empty. Today the corn again. Never before had everything just been there. Very bad service. If you speak to an employee about it, you will get a grumpy answer. No thank you. Definitely not this KFC again. The drinks would be in deposit cups for which a euro per cup was charged. However, our drinks were in disposable cups. If we had not discovered that we would have lost 5 euros. When we reported this, they casually said that the recycling cups had run out, but we still had to pay a 5 euro deposit. The same applied to the mayonnaise. Ordered and paid 5 times, but delivered 2 times. When we reported it, they said, sorry, but the mayonnaise is gone! In addition, there was a dirty atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff was particularly indifferent.

We happened to be at KFC around 12:30, just as the students were leaving school or on break. It was quite busy, there was basically only 1 lady at the cash register. The lady was quite stressed and couldn't keep a smile off her face. I personally think the food is way too expensive for what you get, because the children can choose once or twice a year max, we came here. Spent 50 euros and a few hours later they were hungry again. It was not very clean, I think due to staff shortages.

Scammed, only got half of my food and the restaurant doesn't answer the phone either, called several times via the number on the internet and the app. So bad service.

Too expensive for the price-quality ratio. And the fries were also cold. People no longer have service and quality. Unfortunately, I don't think the guests would want anything else.
