25-minute wait for 4 ice creams in the drive-thru. And when you ask why it's taking so long, you get a rude response saying, "It's busy, isn't it?" Well, you won't see me around here anymore. If this is how it has to be, I'd rather not.

Honestly, how can a kfc be this bad? It’s impressive.

Really super bad never experienced before, I just placed an order, it was my order, a picture was taken and just left downstairs outside my porch, not even rang the doorbell, when I went to look there was nothing at all and my €30 is gone, probably the delivery person ate it himself, tried calling the store 10 times no one answers really bizarre

The staff had locked up the upstairs area, leaving the downstairs area cramped for seating. The order wasn't delivered as ordered. We indicated that we didn't have a Coke and only one order of fries instead of the two we ordered. The first response we received was, "You have a Coke and fries, right?" We also had to explain that we'd ordered two of each. There was no response at all, but they disinterestedly honored our request by putting a Coke and fries on a tray. I know it was Boxing Day, but if you don't want to work on that day, you shouldn't support it. I bet there wasn't a supervisor present, because otherwise, I don't think employees would behave like that with a supervisor nearby. As the owner of this shop, you can gain a lot by training the staff in customer communication. I bet that if communication and customer contact improve, customers will not mind if the speed is not what it should be. I hope this tip will be taken to heart.

Fast food? Where? These chickens were still roaming freely when I ordered. They were caught, fed, prepared for what was to come, read to until they fell asleep, and then gently killed. By the time they were finally ready to go, the place was almost closed...

I ordered a Chick 'n Share Box of 5 Originals. Once I got home, I realized the food came in a bag with a ridiculous number of legs. This is absolutely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing.

I waited one hour for an order, and it was more people there waiting even longer than me , we saw an unorganized staff, and when my order was finally ready, it was incomplete I was missing a drink.

Worst KFC ever! Always cold food and drinks, half-baked sandwiches, and poorly made. The manager needs to look into this because other KFCs do much better. Ugh, never give KFC a bad name again.

KFC Vlaardingen is perfect for those who love delicious, crispy chicken. The dishes are always fresh and flavorful, and the restaurant is clean and well-organized. One minor point of concern is the play area on the first floor. It only opens during peak hours, and sometimes it's so busy that the staff doesn't have time to open it. This can be frustrating for parents with young children, as the little ones can't play right away. Nevertheless, KFC Vlaardingen remains an excellent choice for a delicious meal, and the quality of the food more than makes up for it.

It took an incredibly long time, waiting 45 minutes for a burger and fries, and this is called "fast food." The fries were lukewarm, too. A terrible experience.

I ordered a family holiday combo with 9 extra fillet bites. The 9 pieces weren't included, and I tried calling, but they didn't answer. I wouldn't recommend ordering.

I waited about 20 minutes for my order, even though there was practically no one there. The food arrived cold. I didn't get straws for my drinks. They didn't give me a burger and said they'd bring it out, so I managed to eat everything else, and the burger was still gone. A total failure. One star is all they deserve.

A very unfriendly female manager. I asked for an extra cup for my baby, and a nice employee offered to give it to me, but she said it wasn't allowed. When I then offered to pay 15 cents, she refused. I ordered a substantial amount, and when I asked her name to file a complaint, she refused. She then even wanted to call the police. Food is often forgotten here. Of my last six orders, only two were complete.

My menu option wasn't available at the drive-through. I ordered online and picked it up, but I managed to order two fries instead of one with fries and corn. The online notification quickly indicated that the order was ready. After entering and inquiring, they were working on the order for a zinger burger menu with two chicken wings and two fries. Finally, after repeatedly confronting the minimal, incompetent staff about prioritizing other orders over mine, they started arguing that I'd been waiting a long time and I wasn't the only one. A mother with children who had come to eat with colleagues had been waiting so long that the other members of the group had long since finished their meals. My order was a large one? After almost an hour, I received my order with corn instead of extra fries. I didn't have the energy to make a big deal about it. It's the last time I'll eat at KFC Vlaardingen. Too bad! The staff is friendly and don't mind overflowing trash cans and clutter on the floor. Dissatisfied customers are spoken to like whiny little children. The food wasn't what I expected from KFC either. Ordered via app on Saturday, November 22nd at 4:11 PM. Incorrect order arrived in car at 5:05 PM.

Got a chicken bucket two days ago for our daughter, who absolutely loves it. We don't do this often because I don't eat meat myself, but for her, it's a treat. We would have used the bucket right away for her tractor surprise, but... we needed one more. Today we took the plunge and went to the branch to ask for another bucket. The employee was very friendly, and she gave us one to complete the surprise. Made our daughter happy in two days. Sunday with the food, Tuesday with a friendly gesture! Thank you, KFC. P.'s. I've read all the negative reviews. We've been here three times now. The first time it took a while, but not too bad; the staff just didn't seem very efficient. The second time was super fast (last Sunday), and today when I was there, the staff was very efficient and hard-working. I've worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, and I saw good communication, and the woman at the counter who helped me was multitasking. Admirable, even. Its a very dirty place. Plus they dont let anyone upstairs I believe mainly because they dont want to clean. They're spilled soda often all over the floor. The tables are dirty. The workers are shouting the numbers and many times incomprehensible. There are a lot of workers there who come and face time while eating and speaking very loud. The burgers are often cold and disgustingly prepared because they are prioritizing the delivery guys. People hang out in the front and you dont have a good environment among so many weird behaviors. Definitely not for families! I still go because my kids enjoy chicken rather than going to McDonald's. But its always a torturous experience. It feels lazy, cheap, and dirty.

Friendly staff and delicious food

I do not recommend this KFC. The service was terrible, and my order was incomplete. When I asked for the missing items, all I got was an annoyed look. No napkins, no straws — it really felt like they just don’t care about their customers at all.

Wow, nobody from KFC is doing anything about this. It was my very first KFC inside, and it's such a dump, and nobody does anything. It's terrible. And no more price signs, everything's gone. It's extraordinary. 0 stars from me. For everything, the atmosphere, the service, the food wasn't warm. It's terrible, the trash cans are overflowing. I'll never spend money there again.

Today my friend and I thought we'd make it easy: just go to KFC, get a bucket of chicken, and that's it. At the ordering counter, we specifically asked for a boneless bucket. The employee said, "Yeah, that's fine." My friend then asked, "Does that come with fries or something?" The employee replied, "Yeah, fries and a drink. You can go to the next window." My friend drives on, and I say, "Wait... what kind of drink? And can we choose a sauce?" He says, "Oh yeah, we still need to ask." So, at the window, my friend asks, "Can we choose a drink?" The employee says, "Yeah, one second." And before we knew it, she shoved two Cokes into my friend's hand, gave him the bag of food, and bam... the window closed. I don't even like Coke!!! I just think it's ridiculous that they didn't ask, "Do you want a menu or just the bucket?" and "What kind of drink would you like?" and "Do you need any more sauce?" A truly retarded way of doing things. One thing's for sure: I'm not going back there.

Please think twice before you order here. We received the wrong food after we ordered from uber eats & we walked all the way back to the kfc store since uber eats was not gonna help us. When we arrived at the kfc store, they did not help us either

You never get what you order. Ordered two sauces. Received nothing. Ordered a kids' meal. No toy included... Daughter sad. Two medium milkshakes... Received small milkshakes... I'd call it a scam. This KFC is always bad, and the staff is unfriendly. It's best avoided.

What a terrible KFC! The upstairs is always closed off. Why? Too lazy to maintain it? You're forced to sit downstairs with all the customers, there's not much room. The food takes a long time, the staff is unfriendly, and so on.

Hardly any customers in the store, a few home delivery employees and then a 25 minute wait for 3 hot wings and fries, they give priority to home delivery orders here.

One star is actually too much. We waited an hour for an order that never arrived! When you ask where your order is after 45 minutes, you're not even taken seriously. I demanded and received a refund; this is the last time I'll go there!

I didn't receive my full order, and what I received doesn't match the receipt. It's better to check orders at the register; they can't even tell the difference between Fernandes Green and Fernandes Cherry canned drinks. I miss Twister in general, and the drinks are bad. It's a disaster!

Fast food and you wait 30 minutes

The employees can't pack the order properly and leave out the three large fries and the large Pepsi. The Thuisbezorgd delivery driver doesn't even bother with it. When you call, you can't reach anyone.

Terribly terrible catering. Firstly, we received the wrong bread (we paid more than we received, which has happened before), and secondly, the roll was incredibly hard, as if it were old bread. This is unacceptable. You really need to do something about this!

We ordered a lot of food and didn't receive it all, and we received the wrong items. The food was also cold. We drove to the branch to pick up the missing food because they weren't answering the phone either. But we didn't get anything.

I went through the drive-thru, and they didn't take my order correctly, plus they forgot my burger and drink. Then I went inside and waited 25 minutes for my food. Meanwhile, my food had gotten cold in the car, and I had to throw it away because it was inedible.

This is already the second time I've found myself standing in front of a closed door when it's supposed to be open. 11:00 PM is 11:00 PM, not earlier (10:38 PM). If you communicate such times, you should stick to them. It's downright unfriendly to customers.

The food is what you'd expect, but the staff at this location works so incredibly slowly that around dinnertime, you'll be waiting an average of one to two hours for your food. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever personally experienced.

Twisters are a lot smaller these days. My burger was half empty inside. Just sauce. The music is blaring. No ice in the soda. No straws. No napkins on the tray. The staff is completely disinterested.

The worst restaurant in the Netherlands. The wait time for a single order is about 40 minutes, and the staff wanders around aimlessly. It's a disaster. Avoid it if you're hungry.

It's unbelievable how such a top-notch location can deteriorate so much in such a short time. The second floor is closed, leaving only a few tables downstairs. The result: constantly long lines, both from customers and delivery drivers, all crowded together at the counter. The staff works slowly, seems completely unmotivated, and seems to communicate even worse with each other than with customers. The result is complete chaos and a disorganized atmosphere. It's a shame, because this could be a top-notch KFC. Unfortunately, it's currently one of the worst KFCs in the Netherlands. I would definitely avoid this location.

This is the worst KFC ever! Unfortunately, we only read all the other bad reviews afterward... We had to wait a very long time for our food. 30 minutes after ordering, we went to see why it was taking so long. It turned out they were just printing the receipt and hadn't even started! Another 10 minutes later, the food finally arrived. We went to KFC because fast food is supposed to be fast... The food was fine, but the portion of fries seemed ultra-small instead of medium. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were overflowing trash bins everywhere and no clean tables. Next time, McDonald's... sigh.

The quality has really deteriorated, as have the quantities. Small Milkshake comes in a 250ml cup that's not even half full. Asking for an extra straw if you don't have a milkshake is a no-go. The upstairs is usually closed off. I won't be going back to this one for a while, it's really sad.
