Slowest KFC I have ever been to.

Waiting one hour for 3 cheeseburgers, fries and cola. Many mistakes in the orders, employers working slow and having fun while people waiting hours for their orders. Couldn’t be worse, should be less than 0 stars…

Picked up for the second time. Upon arriving home, the order was incomplete again..

Four ladies serving, I only ordered a takeaway bucket and waited 40 minutes. This is outrageous. Friends came from one of the ladies and got their order within 5 minutes. The worst KFC in the Netherlands.

Because this restaurant now offers fully halal-certified meat, my wife was finally able to eat with us. Unfortunately, the experience was not very positive. We went between two movies with a time span of 40 minutes. We ordered at the kiosk. At the kiosk, there was an option to have the food brought to the table, but there were no place cards. It then took almost 25 minutes before we could pick up our order. The staff came across as very uninterested and responded to a question by asking if I didn't understand it all. In the end, we had soggy fries and lukewarm food. Unfortunately, my wife's first experience was not a good one. There are plenty of good KFCs. This is not one of them.

Bizarre.. This is what you get for fries.. went back inside and asked if this was the standard amount, the response I got was the question: what do you want to order.... No ma'am, I don't speak Spanish.. eventually there was an employee who did get it.. By the way, had to wait 14 minutes for this container and then the fries were as limp and tough as a handkerchief.

Nice and tidy branch. I stopped by with my children and we were well assisted by the employee. The children thought she was great.

The Somali man is difficult to deal with and has no respect for people; this isn't the first time he's been disrespectful to me and my friends.

This is the worst KFC I have ever ordered from. Even though I asked for a correction, the order is still incorrect. In the hall it is dirty, as if it is for chickens, not for people.

The food is tasty, but allow at least an hour for delivery and at least half an hour for pickup before you get your food; everything moves so slowly. Furthermore: count your order on the spot. It has happened several times that we received 2 tenders or something similar fewer. And for the price you pay, that is really not okay.

They can't handle the crowds here. Had to wait well over half an hour for the food. It was lukewarm. A lot of mess.

I arrived at 23:25. The internet said the drive-thru was open until midnight, and this matched reality. Unfortunately, they only had originals and not even fries or drinks. They said it was all gone and sold out. Seems like lazy frying to me. I will contact headquarters again.

Food was alright. Worker was a little bit rushed but nothing to complain about.

A cold hamburger, a cold bun, the only things that were somewhat bearable were the cold salad and the cold sauce…

Had to wait at least an hour for the food because the numbering system is malfunctioning or something. Several people had to ask multiple times if their menu was still being prepared. There were also many people who came back because items were forgotten. The staff remained friendly though; it seems like they are doing their best, but the system is having problems. Ultimately, the food itself wasn't tasty either, and the restaurant looks neglected and dirty.

I went to KFC Vlaardingen again today, and once again I was annoyed by how customer-unfriendly they are there. I advise KFC to take a good look at who they let work there and how they treat customers.

I ordered from home and drove to KFC about 10 minutes later. The app indicated that my order was complete, but at KFC itself, I still have to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready. People who arrived after me and ordered via the board received their orders before me, so I asked the staff how much longer my order would take. I was told that it would take an extra 10 minutes because the chicken is out of stock and needs to be made again. Please, for next time, check the orders better and don't report via the app that my order is ready, for which I still have to wait 30 minutes. That is why I am giving KFC Vlaardingen 1 star.

Waiting half an hour to 45 minutes for an order where half of it was forgotten. The food is soggy and tasteless.

Tasty food, very hot and well prepared, my order took very little time, and overall the location is simple but well thought out.

Literally the worst KFC in the country. If you come to pick up an online order, you get completely ignored, but the Uber Eats guy who just stands right in front of you while you've already been waiting for 10 minutes (for an order that is ready!) does get served. Then you are just ignored again after you indicate that you simply have an online order. Waited 20 minutes for an order that was ready.

If you look at the photo I uploaded, you can see a lot of flies sitting on it. There were a lot of flies inside the store. It was nice that there was a parking lot.

I had to wait 30 minutes for one ice cream; the cookie dough chunks were just like dog biscuits; the staff was very aggressive.

The drive-thru really takes way too long. I was stuck in that drive-thru for a good 30 minutes. The tone in which I was spoken to afterwards was rude. I won't be coming back here. I left my order as it was and drove away. A door down, at Burger King, I had a delicious meal and received good service.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes and still haven't received anything. All slow people with an attitude in the back of the kitchen and behind the counter.

It always takes a long time, and I tried eating inside for once today, but it's really disgusting here.

Good place to eat and lot of parking

Wait time: 50 minutes!!! Meanwhile, the staff's friends, who were once friends, were getting free food and drinks. The upstairs part of the place was closed, and they only opened it when there was no way to get through. It's a disaster, don't come here. It's a waste of energy.

1 star What a terrible experience. We had to wait over 40 minutes for 2 burger menus, while people who came in after us with smaller orders were served sooner. There seemed to be absolutely no logic to the order of the orders. Meanwhile, they kept taking new orders, even though they clearly couldn't handle the crowds. As a result, the waiting time only increased further. We also received an ice cream that had been sitting ready for about 20 minutes before it was finally handed to us. That is obviously not the intention. Additionally, communication was very difficult. The manager barely spoke Dutch, making it hard to clearly convey our questions or comments. All in all, a very disappointing experience. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Fortunately, the order was warm, but that was pretty much where the positives ended. The waiting time was longer than expected and the service could have been better. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the customer, the experience would be much more pleasant.

The food was pretty good quality, however they has reusable cup option with no return machine.

They are open until midnight, but if you come after 11:00 PM, they just stop working. Then they quickly sell off the last remaining items, and you have very little choice left. Every single time.

Very dirty KFC, all tables dirty

I have been coming here for a very long time, and whenever I get something, the service is always good and the food itself is always tasty, especially when they put the time into it.

KFC Vlaardingen has such good customer service and you get the food very quickly too.

It's a disaster! You can't order anything there because they keep giving you incomplete orders. There's always something missing from your order, even though you've already paid for it. I'll never order from them again because it's not worth it 🤦‍♀️🙈

Why does it say open until 12 when I am standing there at 11:30 and I am being turned away because they are closed?

Ordered through Uber Eats and waited quite a while, paid a lot too! They forgot the drinks and desserts, Super sad about it. We tried calling and they just said to fix it with uber eats. 0/0 would not recommend ordering from.

Waiting for food takes a long time at this KFC. There are flies in the KFC too. One of the ordering machines is broken as well. The fast food wasn't that fast.

I have been here a few times now. Unfortunately, it makes no difference whether it is busy or quiet; you always wait about half an hour for your food. Additionally, the hygiene could really be much better. There were many dirty tables, the trash cans were full, and the toilets were clogged. In the men's restrooms, half the floor was even flooded. Too bad, but for me, this is the last time I will be eating here.

The food is a bit lower than at other KFCs; they always say the ice cream machine is broken, and sometimes the wait is long. The staff are nice, but they forget to give some items from the order.

This fast-food chain in Vlaardingen takes the 'fast' out of fast food. It takes 45 minutes to get your food. It is nice, though, that the chicken is good, the fries lukewarm, and the buns dry.

What a terribly bad KFC place this is. Too little staff, no staff management, waiting too long for orders (half an hour to an hour), way too expensive, cold food.

Waited an hour. Then asked for a refund. Waited another 20 minutes. Not a word of apology, not even in the language the manager was fluent in, which was not Dutch. Never again.

Waiting times are abnormally long here. I wonder if the kitchen staff knows they work there too. Better to go somewhere else at busy times.

This must be the worst KFC in the Rijnmond region. No napkins available, and it is swarming with flies inside. Everything is kicked out and filthy. The screens in the restaurant are broken, and one of the four terminals hasn't worked in the past year. Additionally, the burgers here are laid out 'old school' and are therefore lukewarm or cold. There is a good chance you will get diarrhea from this. Pure cash grab, because I could have spent that 16 euros for the menu I had better elsewhere.

This store urgently needs proper management. Waiting more than 40 minutes for an order is unacceptable. The place is full of flies and looks dirty. Only two people working on a Saturday afternoon. I really won't be coming back here.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this KFC. I was here last week and again today, but the situation has not improved. Many tables were not cleaned and there was trash on the floor, such as packaging and receipts. The upstairs area was closed, meaning there were few seats available. The restaurant gave a messy impression. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to cleanliness and customer comfort.

Always friendly people at the drive-thru... but there's always something wrong here. They just said, wait a few minutes... I've been standing here for over 20 minutes now... for a meal deal... Result: Burger, cold Fries, cold Strips piping hot. Thanks KFC.. 🤔

Every time if I want to give this Restaurant a new Chance its nearly the Same. You have to wait more than half a Hour to get you order and the good is nearly cold an not tasty. The Wohle Restaurant is dirty used plates and half eaten chicken Parts on the tables and floor. Its the badest KFC if ever been too.

Visited on Friday evening, June 19th. The bench is completely worn out, immediately creating a bad impression. Then, a very long wait for the food, which was still partly undercooked. And then the horror situation in the dining area: trash and food everywhere on the tables and the floor. Flies everywhere. Not a single employee cleaning anything up, and the trash can is overflowing, so visitors can't clean up themselves either. It is bizarre that a dining establishment in the Netherlands can be and is allowed to be in such a bad state.

The employees are not doing their work fast enough and they have absolutely no interest in it.

After six months, we tried KFC Vlaardingen again. We won't be trying it again, even though other locations outside Vlaardingen are friendly. We are not going to KFC anymore. The service was bad again this time. We are unlucky that we regularly get a grumpy employee or someone with a bad attitude. The chicken was cooked too dark. A little more and it would have been burnt. Since this location opened, I have never eaten hot fries. They are limp and cold or lukewarm, as if they have been sitting around for a very long time. You have to wait a long time for your order, even when it isn't busy. Everything is put in bags, making it difficult to quickly check what you have received. Checking your order is very necessary. We have often come home with half of our order. Because of the bags, the taste is also different. And finally: it used to be called Pepsi Cola. They only dropped the "cola" in 2021. I don't need to be corrected every time I say "cola" as if I'm saying something weird. I think headquarters should occasionally send an undercover person to check the service and quality.

Strange that KFC Vlaardingen doesn't deliver in Vlaardingen. Since they opened, they haven't been able to manage to deliver throughout all of Vlaardingen.

Absolutely nothing.... It takes a really long time for your food to be ready, the staff are busier with each other and on the phone. Not a moment to speak to guests/customers, leaving you standing there waiting with big question marks. I ordered online and, without my knowledge, it had been put in the fridge and on the warming rack. After I tried to speak to someone several times, my boyfriend just asked, and it turned out it had already been ready for 10 minutes.... So you have to be a bit more assertive there instead of waiting and just chasing people around to get your food and drinks.... I'm not going here again, by the way!!!

It's better to stay hungry than order food from this KFC. I ordered food there a second time, thinking the first time I received the wrong food was just a mistake. Unfortunately, this time it turned out that half the order was missing, and the remaining items were not as ordered. One star is still too much.
