The food is always fresh and hot! The fries are top-quality, and they're always generous with the sauces. Snacks are always neatly packaged individually. Comments are read. When I occasionally pick it up, the owners are very friendly and always up for a chat. Quickly prepared, quickly delivered!

Fries and frikadelles, it shouldn't be this hard. We've already been waiting for our food for two hours. The estimated time was 20-40 minutes. When it hadn't arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes, we called. We were supposed to be next in line and it would be out any minute. That's been 45 minutes now, and we still haven't received anything... We're now an hour past the kids' bedtime, so they're going to get a sandwich and rush upstairs. NEVER AGAIN

We regularly order fries and a snack, but the last two times it was a jumbled mess. Unfortunately, this time was no different. You also order one banana and one strawberry milkshake, and you get two banana milkshakes. Unfortunately, the fries were also scattered around the bag. No more Dino snack bars for me anytime soon!

I thought I'd quickly grab some fries. I was initially ignored, then I was able to order, but even though no one was there, I had to wait 25 minutes for my order. The fries were overcooked and way too salty. It's a shame they've gone downhill so badly; it used to be just fine.

I couldn't believe it at first, but when I ate my second meatball sandwich, I couldn't help but realize that those guys had just thrown the meatball straight from the fridge into the microwave and onto a cold sandwich. Unbelievable!! If I hadn't been on the subway, I would have walked back and demanded my money back!

Ordered food on Saturday evening. It was delivered within 45 minutes by a friendly delivery person. The fries were still warm and crispy, the same goes for all the snacks and the war sauce was very tasty. So good experience!!
