Waiting for order over 30 minutes!!!

KFC in Breda is such a mess, people sit there eating in such filth. It was clean 7 years ago!!

The boneless bucket is always piping hot! So absolutely fantastic. I consider the service to be clean, but the wait time is quite long. The atmosphere is normal. It's nice to have three floors of seating.

Waited more than half an hour for the simplest order.

Worst KFC in the world. Sometimes I have to wait 30-40 minutes for just a burger. Much better to drive to Oosterhout and eat KFC there. Truly unbelievable.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, the woman, incredibly nice, told me she couldn't help me and couldn't order. How can you work somewhere with so many people and be so slow... Even when it's quiet you have to wait almost 45 minutes for your food.

I thought I was going to grab a quick KFC with my family 😱. We waited an hour and a half for our food. The manager (I think) had to do all the work, because everyone else was just incredibly slow. One of them didn't speak a word of Dutch or English and had to be helped by the manager to pronounce the numbers. The manager himself wasn't exactly the most service-oriented person either. He was very rude to people who came back because they were missing something. How is it even possible that you forget something with literally every order? A quick bite turned into a terribly long outing. We'll never come back here again.

This place really needs a supervisor. There are four staff members standing at the counter, chatting away, with their backs to customers. The manager was there. It wasn't busy, but the food took 40 minutes. You're not treated well; it's a real disgrace to KFC.

What a dramatic scene. No organization at the counter. Four burgers that have been out of the heat for 13 minutes, and then they're surprised when we ask for them to be warmed up. What a disorganized mess. Give everyone a task at the counter, and not all the same ones. One for the drinks. One for the fries. One for the burgers, and the last one to check and call out the numbers. How hard can it be?

Worst KFC there is. The staff spends more time standing around than working. Even when it's quiet, it takes an hour to get your food.

We like KFC, the food is great, but this time it was terrible. Usually, in almost all locations in the Netherlands you have to wait a long time to get what you ordered, and most restaurants are miserable. This time we ordered menus for two adults and two children and waited. Everyone who came and even 10 minutes after us received their order, we were still waiting. After 10 minutes from when we placed the order a girl puts our sandwiches on two trays.After another 10 minutes, during which time the sandwiches have surely cooled down, I go to ask why they don't finish the order. The girl tells me that she is very busy, I then say that more than 20 minutes have passed since I placed the order and the children are no longer patient. She comes back to me and asks me if I want my money back. I got my money back because the food was already cold, we went to Mc Donald's, we ordered and in 5 minutes we received the order, plus they were open upstairs and children could play a little at the children's play area.

Gosh, they're so slow here. Absolutely unbearable. 25-minute wait for takeaway.

Good service and quick attention.

Everyone had to wait a really long time. The smell of burnt chicken came from the kitchen. The floor was greasy, and there was no soap in the restroom. The chicken was cold. It was a complete mess.

A child drops a tray full of food and drinks at the cash register, and it just stays there. The tables aren't clean... 50 minutes waiting for my food... KFC, do something about your staff. Provide training and supervise them.

You wait too much for your order, we stay 20 minutes for order and when we ask about the order de woman from there talk with us very arrogant and she say to give us the money back and to go away. So we go to McDonald's close by and we have there 5 stars serving. Plus by this kfc in breda the personal it's always arrogant and they never open the space up stairs for children. I think this kfc it's the most dirty kfc in Nederland. I will never recomand this kfc!!! Specially when you go with children there.i am verry disappointed.

Google Maps says the KFC is open until midnight, but we arrived at 11:15 PM and it was already closed.

Achmed didn't know what "3 zinger hot wings" were, and we waited 20 minutes. Wretched. And then the food was cold and the sauce was forgotten. Too bad, not here again.

The staff is terribly slow. You're better off eating at a regular restaurant; you'll get your food faster there than here. 40+ minutes is nothing...

Just placed an order at the store. Once home, I noticed something completely different in the bag. I called KFC and they said I'd bring the food back to check. Now they thought I'd drive half an hour and half an hour back to get the correct order, and they hung up the phone. What disgraceful service.

Never again , on 27.09.2025 , i have to wait more than 50 minutes to get my order ، around me so many customers long waiting to get them orders !!! the food was ready but the manager was preparing the orders is so slowly , i asked him , how long more i should wait to get my order ? he told me that he doesn't know yet when my order will be ready to pick it , and if i have some more to say !! the manager doesn't know how to deal with the customers !!! , Finally I get the order and was barely warm or almost cold , i will never go again to order at KFC breda !!! waisted time and money .....

We waited about an hour for our food. No one was in a hurry, the food was relatively cold, and the staff didn't seem to rush at all. There were so many people waiting, while through the open kitchen you could see how slowly everyone moved and how little they seemed to care. Unfortunately, this KFC really ruined my image of the chain.

I waited 55 minutes for my order. After I finally picked it up, I mistakenly thought I was missing one item. After asking the manager a reasonable question, I received a very irritated response: "You should have looked more carefully." Everything would be fine, but I find it unacceptable to wait 55 minutes for an order consisting of two items.

I've been here many times now. KFC has a fantastic menu, but as a fast-food chain, it has its ups and downs. Unfortunately, the wait time at this branch can exceed an hour on busy days. That's far too long for a fast-food chain and unacceptable on repeat. Yesterday (September 21, 2025) we received our food after an hour, but unfortunately, a lot of the food was cold. The restaurant was utter chaos, and the employees were arguing among themselves. So, try to avoid it on weekends and around dinnertime. It's a great branch in the afternoon or late evening. They do occasionally forget something with the order, but this is always resolved promptly. There's almost always a place to sit, and the food is usually delicious and hot.

We were all waiting more than 1 hour without anyone telling us what was happening. Terrible service. Unfortunately the last time we will visit when we used to be repeat customers.

It took a very long time to get our food. But the food was good.

The staff was incredibly slow, and they thought it was convenient to have six people standing at the counter and chatting with each other. The staff were also just shouting in various languages, and even when I was placing an order at the counter, they didn't even look at me, just shouted various things at each other.

They always forget something. Last time, they put cheese in my zinger, and yesterday, they forgot my fries. I had to drive back 10 minutes, wait there, and then go home again. That was another half hour, and of course, the rest of my food ended up being ice cold. I only got some mayo as an extra. It's a shame they don't offer extras themselves; I'd have to go back to a full restaurant, so I didn't feel like it.

Had to wait 40 minutes at a fast-food restaurant... The food wasn't very warm. After 40 minutes, I finally picked up my food, and it turned out the tenders were gone (but burgers made with them were still acceptable?), so I was offered something else, but it wasn't what I wanted, of course. The staff didn't seem to bother trying to move it along. The tables were also very dirty.

Cold fries. All the chicken was cold, and a small wing was included with the expensive original large pieces. The employee said it was supposed to be that way. The fries were cold, but they were the warmest on my entire table. The table was being cleaned and was soaking wet. I had to dry it myself with napkins... a very poor KFC.

We had to wait over 50 minutes for our food. I didn't get the impression they were in much of a hurry. The fries were lukewarm, and the burger was sparsely topped with chicken. If it's taking that long, at least let us know. You expect your food to arrive within 15 minutes.

The worst service ever. We had to wait 30 minutes in drive-in and then other 15 minutes for our order (2 burgers and 2 drinks!). They said to park on one particular spot but then 2 times asked to repark the car. Crazy

The service was appalling. My daughter complained that her order was still cold, and she only received a shrug. I ordered a bucket of chicken wings, and it turned out they contained almost 85% of the wings. If I'd wanted them, I would have ordered them, and this wasn't my first time here. So, this was truly the very last time I'll ever go to KFC, and I advise others against it as well, as the old-fashioned customer service is nowhere to be found these days. I'd start firing the staff who shrugged their shoulders, as they're not really motivated.

Last time I've been here. It's usually excruciatingly slow for a fast food restaurant, but today was the last straw. I ordered at 12:29 pm via the kiosk (simple menu) with a few other customers waiting ahead of me. Fine: it's lunchtime (but not very busy), so I wait patiently. At 12:55 pm, I notice I still haven't been helped, even though customers after me have already received their food. The cashier notices my long wait and tells me the food will be right out. Then I have to wait another 10 minutes and watch others order and get served faster than me. "Sorry, something went wrong," was the answer. That's possible, but if you don't make any effort to fix it when you notice it and just carry on, then you don't care.

The place is very bad, the service is bad, the floor is dirty, the treatment is bad, there is no respect for customers. I have been a customer of theirs since 2014, but now the service is bad. Unfortunately, they prepare the drinks and ice cream before the order in a quarter of an hour, and we receive the order and it has no taste.

The service is worse than before, orders arrive late and are incorrect. They lack experience, and the service is disrespectful to the customer. The floor isn't clean.

I placed an order online and expected it to be ready at the agreed-upon time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I discussed this with manager Erin in Breda on-site, but it still left me disappointed. It's a shame the appointment wasn't kept.
