KFC in Breda west

This is such a shame! We waited an hour for our food. Fries lukewarm and soggy, tables filthy, and the floor completely ruined! Young people running around, pulling, and making noise, but no one saying anything about it. A bit more staff would do them good. Wiping down the tables and sweeping the floor every fifteen minutes at the very least. Now the cashier has cleared the table for us after asking.

The chicken is inedible, not crisp at all, the fries are soggy, the burger is a real disaster. You'd be better off eating at IKEA yourself instead of this place.

It says open till 12 am but after 10:30 pm they say you have to eat outside because they are closed. What?!

First experience at KFC and the last one too. Tables, floor dirty, trash on the ground... Wait a long time for our meal and then it was cold and soggy fries, hamburger cold.. Large toilet for the men in the service area, hand dryer doesn't work.. Worst fast food ever.

Our children ate there yesterday. Dirty table and in the evening all 3 had stomach problems. 1 is lying sick in bed today. Stomach cramps/dizziness/headache. So probably chicken that wasn't good or wasn't cooked properly.

Snacking is always nice once in a while.

You can drop the word 'fast' from fast food. We waited almost 40 minutes for our order. The staff decides for themselves which order to pick up. Also, don't go to the restroom there before your meal; they were so terribly dirty.🤢 All the tables were dirty too. Not recommended.

They have no customer service their menus don't have the right prices and they give only half of your food... this KFC is crap

It took a very long time before it was finished. The toilet was filthy. The ordering system on the TV was not being maintained, so they just called out the order numbers. But even that was almost impossible to understand.

I've never had my food on the table so quickly in the Netherlands; they could learn a thing or two from the Belgians in the Netherlands, excellent.

Bucket of tenders was good. Zingerburger was a real joke. The burger didn't even cover half of my bun :-( Service is non-existent. 6 staff members in the kitchen, but they aren't really working hard. There are a few tables outside.

I ordered two meals; after waiting an hour, my order was cancelled. I ordered again, but the order was incomplete. I tried to get in touch with them, but without success! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Endless waiting time. They ran out of their most popular chicken. I then reluctantly ordered another and was told it also contained the chicken they did not have. I then had to show them it did not. Running out of chicken ad kfC is ludicrous. Not knowing your own dishes is a bad training. The coating on the alternative chicken was way too hard and dry. The chips were floppy and had no salt. It was a total waste of money.

We ate at this KFC this afternoon. The food was a bit on the bland side. Upon entering, the place was empty, and two ladies were standing behind the counter talking to each other. After waiting a long time for our food, we wanted to take a seat to eat. However, all the tables were filthy beyond words. They were cleaned with great difficulty after we asked for a cloth. After eating, we went to the restroom. However, you couldn't wash your hands there. Because the tap seemed to have been broken for some time... This is really unacceptable!

I have been going to KFC for years, but I haven't experienced anything like this in ages. As loyal customers, we know that a Zinget burger is supposed to have lettuce on it; however, none of our burgers had any lettuce. "It must be sold out," we thought. But after asking, it turned out there was plenty of lettuce after all. In vain, unfortunately, most of the burgers were already gone. Of course, it's good that we received an abundance of lettuce afterwards, but naturally, it was supposed to be on the burger in the first place. Additionally, I care about our climate, so naturally I asked for a reusable cup. Unfortunately, we received a disposable plastic cup. RIP planet Earth🥲. Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice. Especially on the ground floor, you can hear nice background sounds.

Man, that takes so long!! Sitting and waiting for 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon!! 6 people in front of me.... 35 minutes!!!! This is ridiculously long!!!! Really ridiculous!!!!! Maybe let more people work !!!!

With more than 5 orders, you easily wait 15 minutes or more for the food, and on top of that, it's lukewarm.

It takes a long time to get your food served, even though it is not busy at all. The food was supposed to be hot tomorrow, but it is more like lukewarm. Additionally, the place is very dirty and flies are flying everywhere. The staff is demotivated and cleans the tables with a dirty, damp cloth.

Bad service, none of them speak Dutch, or only very poor Dutch. The food is simply cold.

There are 4 cars in the drive-thru and it simply takes 20 minutes before I can order.

If there are more than three people waiting, you can easily wait 20 minutes for your food to be ready. No idea what they are doing, but everything is moving agonizingly slowly. After all, there are no tables available, yet they very softly ‘call out’ your order number. If no one responds, they just leave the food there and make no effort to find the customer. It is all really terrible.

Fast food takes on a whole new meaning here. For each order in the fast lane (oh yes), it takes 10 minutes. As if the chickens still need to be hatched. Then, when you finally get to the checkout and collect your order, you discover at home that half of it is missing. But to stand in line for another forty-five minutes—I didn't have the courage for it.

Tried again and disappointed again! Waited 40 minutes for the order (it was indeed busy, but there really seems to be something wrong with the work efficiency). The fries and corn were warm, but the chicken in the variety bucket was lukewarm and soggy. Maybe try again in 5 years?

My friend and I visited KFC yesterday. The receipt stated that if you place an order over €6 and leave a review on the website, you receive 3 free chicken wings. This promotion has been available for a long time and usually works everywhere. My friend received his free wings without any issues. However, when it was my turn to collect my order, I approached the counter and showed both my receipt and the confirmation email for the 3 free wings. A young employee ignored me, responded rather rudely, and then turned away. A girl and another employee were also there, but no one helped me. If you are running promotions like this, please honor what is advertised. I spent my time leaving the review and used my reward, but I never received the wings. Now it seems I will only be able to use another reward in a month. Also, the fries are constantly not fresh and often cold. Because of experiences like this, I would rather go to McDonald’s instead.

Good, fast service in Breda. I usually order via the app and can pick it up quickly inside. Delicious food and the order is always complete. Friendly staff. I used to go to other KFCs a lot, but there were long wait times there and the order wasn't always complete. The interior / atmosphere is like any fast food chain, fine.

I found out afterwards that I hadn't received half of my order. Also, the hot wings were so dry, as if they had been sitting there for two days. How can a large chain like KFC not have its processes in order and deliver such poor quality?

What a rotten place this is! Downstairs is packed and filthy, and upstairs is just locked! And then cold food again! The staff is lazy and rude! This is absolutely not worthy of KFC. KFC Woonboulevard Breda... Better to stay away.

Unrespect and no place for sitting downstairs and they don't want to open way upstairs, so manager said take your food and go away , and she doesn't want open upstairs........

Really, really disappointed. The food was just bad, dry, and not fresh at all. Seriously, if I make this myself at home, it tastes a hundred times better. For that price, you expect at least something decent, but this was a real waste of my money. This was the last time I order from here.

Just like every KFC I come across: incomprehensibly broken Dutch, half the menu unavailable, and unmotivated staff.

It was amazing. I feel at home here. I can laugh out loud. And the crispy Fanta was tasty.

Drama! The child received a cold meal, I don't know if it came from the refrigerator. It was hot upstairs because the ventilation wasn't working. The portions were getting smaller. I don't know what part of the chicken I got, probably the rump. For the last time. The founder is turning in his grave.

First time ever at KFC and I can't believe I never tried it sooner. We got to eat so much for the price and the atmosphere and view are incredible.

Absolutely horrendous, you'll have to wait 1 hour for a milkshake and a simple burger, and btw the "Korean" food and Squid Game burger are not like the image, just regular burgers nothing in common with what they advertise, and I can't believe to describe the attitude of manager. They need to do something about this asap.

Had a minor run-in with a member of staff who thought I was filming him (which I understand in 2026), the manager came over and resolved it immediately, and great service!

The restaurant is incredibly filthy from top to bottom. Food scraps everywhere, cola on the floor. No table numbers to be found at the ordering kiosks. Later, it turns out that table service has been replaced by calling out Bo numbers. Staff clear a waste station because they have run out of cups, but they don't clean. The fries are lukewarm, the chicken is decent. I am glad I didn't see the kitchen. Disgusting.

Waited >45 minutes for a simple 2-person bucket, staff totally uninterested in working faster. Lady behind the counter stands doing nothing until food comes from the kitchen, instead of cleaning tables or emptying overflowing trash cans in the meantime.
