Food is as expected, unfortunately you always have to check the contents of your order for missing items, which is why I no longer use the drive thru

I waited 45 minutes for the food and then half of it was still missing. I've never experienced that at any KFC before.

The toilets are terribly filthy and stink. There is water and toilet paper everywhere.

Great location, but it is a shame that KFC Roermond does not offer halal chicken. Many people living in Roermond and the surrounding area enjoy halal food, and there is certainly a demand for it here. I think KFC could attract many extra customers with this. Hopefully, this will be considered in the future.

A complete rip-off!!! 4 euros for pure disappointment! Anyone who orders from here is being utterly ripped off. What's advertised on the poster as a generous, beautifully layered ice cream sundae turns out to be a tiny joke in reality – it feels like less than a third of what's promised! Charging almost four euros for such a meager portion is simply extortion and pure customer deception. This kind of tactic is neither legally nor morally acceptable, it's just plain outrageous. Never again!

I find it a really fun experience and the food is delicious.

Also, the waiting times were very long for a fast food chain. 40 minutes is really too much, especially since it wasn't really busy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yes, it might have been busy, but it's unacceptable that I had to wait literally an hour for my order while orders from people who arrived later were given out sooner. To top it all off, after an hour they told me they were out of hot wings. Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable!

They have tasty food here, delicious chicken.

The staff seemed to think everything was a joke. No one appeared to speak English or German. We asked if we could exchange the soft drinks for a milkshake with our meal deal, and this was agreed to, but without mentioning that it would cost an extra €2 per drink. When I tried to clarify this, I simply received the response, "I didn't serve you." The food smelled and tasted of old grease. Unfortunately, not a good experience at this branch.

We were there today at 11:15. It was supposed to open at 11 but was still closed. We called and got an employee on the phone who didn't speak decent Dutch. But they said they wouldn't open until 12. Then hang a notice on the door and don't put the advertising sign out yet. Because then people would think they were open. Went to Tegelen, a decent business and good hot wings.

A slightly more powerful air conditioner, perhaps?

The food takes at least 15 minutes, it's cold, and it doesn't even taste that great. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out.

The urinal in the men's restroom overflowed and it stank quite a bit. It wasn't super busy when we were there. The boy who was cleaning just wiped everything off the table as if to say, "Okay, the table is clean, the floor isn't my problem."

I ordered a Zinger Burger takeaway meal on June 6, 2026. There was ample parking available and the food was extremely delicious.

I asked for a Zinger burger, loaded fries, and one Twister at the drive-thru. I didn't get a Zinger burger, but two Twisters and a container of loaded fries. The loaded fries had more fried onions on them than fries inside. You had one job. Sad.

Heel de zaak vol met het gepiep van die dingen. 6 mensen bezig met 4 orders, moest 10 minuten wachten tot ik kon bestellen. Heb ik dan eindelijk mijn broodje is de kip niet vers gebakken. Bijna koud. Nooit hierheen gaan, gewoon frikandelbroodje scoren bij Appie xl. Waardeloos. Schandalig

Ben hier nu voor de 3keer geweest. Iedere keer valt mijn mond open over hoe KFC zo’n groot concern is kunnen worden. Nederlands wordt er niet gesproken overal ligt rotzooi en het toilet is helemaal hopeloos. Prijs is echt wel aan de hoge kant. Zeker hoger dan de concurrentie. Venlo ben ik ook 2x geweest en daar is het net zo dramatisch. KFC doe hier iets mee!!!Het concept is niet slecht maar ze krijgen het gewoon echt niet geregeld.

Slechtste fastfood restaurant dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Als ik 0 sterren kon geven, zeker gedaan. Alles is goor, en niks word gepoetst. En je kan niet eens meer Nederlands praten in een restaurant IN Nederland. Een grote Marokkaanse zooi.

10 min wachten voordat ik werd geholpen personeel was onvriendelijk. En verheef zelfs zijn stem. Nog langer wachten op het eten. Wc en zaal puinhoop overal lang afval en veel was kapot. Echte afrader

Waardeloze service . Ik ga nooit hier meer naar toe. Ik heb 5 minuten aan de kassa staan te wachten om een bestelling door te geven. Eenmaal toe er iemand kwam stuurde zei me naar de paal om daar te bestellen. Maar dat vind ik persoonlijk niet fijn werken. Aangezien er verder ook geen gasten in het restaurant was . Vond ik het onbeschoft en lui van het personeel mij niet te helpen. Uiteindelijk ben ik vertrokken met mijn kinderen zonder te bestellen. Omdat ik nog steeds niet werd geholpen .

Als je aan geeft van de medewerkers bijna 3 kwart bestellingen wachten, is niet netjes dat ze je uitlachen. Dat was niet eerste keer maar meerdere keer zo altijd zo irritant, lange wachten. Ze gaan ook mij stuk of 6 bestelling overslaan is niet netjes. Laatste keer dat ik bezoek. Ik aanbevolen niet meer.

Even the chicken is mediocrate, the rest of the food is even worse. The place looks and feels like you’re in a ghetto. Considering what you pay for it, basically any other place is better.

KFC remains my go-to for crispy chicken. The taste is always good and the service is fast, perfect for a quick meal. Always enjoy that famous herb mix!

One of the worst things I have ever known and seen in my life, we placed the order, we waited a long time, the employees were not at all friendly and one of them, a colored boy, had his clothes so dirty, but so dirty that I was shocked and dirty from a long, long time ago. Been to KFC Roermond a number of times now, and unfortunately the same story every time. Orders are wrong, when you speak to someone behind the counter, she becomes quite angry and curt. Indeed, SHE, because it is always the same woman. You can feel the atmosphere throughout the restaurant, because every minute you see someone walking back because of an error in their order. Table numbers no longer exist, you just have to type something in and wait, because they won't deliver, even if the place is almost empty.

The service was ok, the ambience was so-so and the food was, in my opinion, a disgrace. Since we had already gone shopping in the nearby AH, we knew that Holland is comparatively expensive. And yet you can still expect a certain level of performance - especially in a snack chain. The price-performance ratio is not right here. No recommendation.

You get the same as you can get at any other KFC location. On my last visit, the waiting time for just a burger, fries and a coke was more than 15 minutes. You pay for a reusable cup and you receive an "old trusted" paper cup for your soft drink. You could submit this online, but it is misleading. Trash cans were quite full and trays were everywhere. Too bad!

My original review got deleted, because I stated I might have gotten food poisoning from here. So instead of focusing about that i'm gonna focus on the objective negatives about this place. This place is a dumpster fire, when you dine in you're greeted with filthy tables, disgusting sticky floors and unresponsive non-dutch speaking employees. We know its close to a highway, that doesn't exclude proper hygiene or actually speaking the language of the country your business is in. At a long glance from behind the counter you can see how filthy the kitchen is, black oil stains on the walls and disgusting work tables where food is prepared. One employee was visibly sick and kept touching their nose and preparing food. Overall utterly disgusting. Keep in mind this experience was of 2021.

We waited for a small order for more than 20 minutes with a minimum number of people. They didn’t bring a drink. I ordered 14 wings and they brought an assortment of different meats. And at the very bottom is a stale chicken leg. Terrible service. And there is no soap in the men's restroom.

We humans are all complainers by nature. Everywhere people work, mistakes are made sometimes. I have never experienced anything bad here, apart from a few minor human inconveniences. Waiting is part of it when it's busy, but when it's quiet it goes quickly. The environment is generally kept clean and the staff is very pleasant
