Bad service, I had to wait 40 minutes for the food, they had no corn in stock and they also wouldn't cancel my order and give me a refund.

It's good that this point is on this route. It's just a shame that Shake wasn't available (unfortunately, the ice cream isn't as good).

was there on Sunday 13 march at about 14 30, they forgot to put 8 crispy strips in my order after waiting for 15 minutes. didn't check the order because we were in a hurry and discovered back home that it's half not done. the staff was too busy chatting in the kitchen. basically we lost half the money we paid.

I ordered fries and a burger to go. It was expensive, the fries were tiny, and there was no mayo on the burger I ordered. There was no tomato on the burger I did order. Have a nice day, keep it up, never again.

Everything sticks, which can't possibly be hygienic. The tables, the chairs, and the floor. That's a real shame, because the food is just what you'd expect.

I recently went to the KFC drive-thru. The food was excellent and as you'd expect from KFC: well-seasoned and freshly prepared. Luckily, the order was correct, and the food was still nice and hot when I got home. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected, even though it didn't seem particularly busy. The intercom communication wasn't entirely clear, so I had to repeat my order once. All in all, a reasonable experience. The food was good, but the service and wait time could be improved.

Really awful, just looking at the food itself. I'm practically poisoned by the salt that was shoved into the fries after I told them I didn't want any salt. You could see the white salt granules on each fry. Horrible. Straight into the trash.

Completely subpar service, even by fast food standards. Arbitrarily changing opening times, zero communication - closed even when it' supposed to be open. A fried chicken restaurant that doesn't sell fried chicken, and doesn't know how to mix a soda that does not taste like vomit. Extremely poor management, shittiest KFC I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs.

Pay close attention to what you've ordered. In my experience, mistakes are often made. The food is mediocre, and the location is definitely not inviting.

Just had a really nice meal in KFC. Always sure that I will recieve premium quality and a classy service. I met Brazak and he was very nice, hospitable and generous. Thanks KFC!!

Small location, but busy, so long waits

The dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. Trash cans were overflowing, soda was all over the floor, and tables were so filthy I had to clean our spot first. Even when there were no more orders, no one was cleaning up. The staff thought that was a good opportunity to pick up the phone. (Nice and hygienic, too...) By the way, there wasn't a warning sign about slippery conditions by the soda puddle, so you could have slipped badly. They forgot a toy on the children's menu.

I went there on 11 October around 20:40pm the staff were on their phone and very mean the food was half cooked and the guy at the kassa was super mean and in his phone the whole time he didn’t paid attention to the costumers at all very disrespectful

I was here on April 7th around 12:15 pm. I still had a good 25 minutes to eat before I had to attend to a customer. There were only two people ahead of me, so I figured I could manage in 5-10 minutes, since there were three employees and a manager present. The employees clearly weren't very enthusiastic, as the orders were being prepared in complete silence. All the customers started looking irritatedly at the kitchen, and another customer asked how long it would take because, like me, he had to be somewhere on time. The nonchalant response was, "Oh, maybe 10 minutes." After 20 minutes, I saw them working on my order (6 hot wings and fries). The order was completely taken, and suddenly someone called the employee and he walked away instead of giving it to the customer. After 25 minutes, I received my order, and I had to inhale it and quickly rush to my customer. The manager should keep a closer eye on the staff. When it's busy, I understand. But I ordered fries and 6 hot wings, which are supposed to be rolled out at KFC. They were in the warming oven, so I gave them to them right away. The two customers before me also had small orders. Update: I was offered a Friends card through customer service, and I'm satisfied with how it was handled.

I went to this KFC to try the new "I Want Cheese" burger, and it was delicious. I did expect the sauce to be warm, but unfortunately, it wasn't. It was definitely worth a try. The service was also fast, and the friendly staff were much appreciated. I'll definitely be back.

The ice creams aren't very good, they only do soft serve and then a little bit of Twix on top and that's it.

All good. However the parking places had blocks placed so that lorries and caravans have trouble parking, i.e. lanes are too short. It makes it slightly muddled.

29-6-2025 waited an hour for my order. When I entered, there were an estimated 8 people waiting in front of me. It was noticeable that it took a very long time for orders to be prepared. After waiting for half an hour, I asked if my order was almost ready. The employee could tell me without an excuse that my order had already been called up and taken by someone else. After waiting another half hour, I received my order. Of course, I had to walk back to ask for sauce. 1 hour and 20 euros later, I reluctantly started eating.

Cons: - for years a super slow kitchen, when busy long waiting times despite many complaints no change - often something goes wrong with the order, especially with take-away, always check

"This is the first time I'm reviewing something like this." I was there again last week. The staff was not friendly at all. They changed the system for the cups - how was I supposed to know they don't give €1 back per cup anymore? The staff just saw me standing there waiting and did nothing. They couldn't explain anything and were rude to boot. I went home but felt bad about it. Customers aren't gods, but I don't deserve to be treated like this.

Ordered online so it doesn't take too long. We arrived fifteen minutes after ordering and then waited another fifteen minutes while there were hardly any customers. Four staff members visible and no one speaks Dutch, ridiculous.

It's probably just me, but KFC doesn't feel like it used to. Chicken is very fatty and sandwiches prepared with little attention. In addition, the service was distant and boring.

What a crappy KFC. There was 1 company ahead of me and it still took 20 minutes for a simple burger and fries with a coke. I paid a €1 deposit and just received a disposable paper cup, so the deposit cannot be refunded, the staff was already irritated and very unmotivated because the man in front of me didn't want any sauce on his burger. I will never come here again like this...

I was very hungry, along the KFC Ruyven A13, from Rotterdam, that was terrible, half of the fries were very salty, salad was also half a bowl, cherry tomato, were tai, and they forgot the cutlery, I thought I would just have a nice bite in the car and I would be on time for my appointment, but alas, disappointment, so never again.

Oil was old and could be smelled from far away. The chicken we finally got was in misery, the skin was stuck to the box it was in and the fat was dripping from it 🤢

You should put a deposit machine for the soft drink cups. The staff never registers the cups and when you try to deposit they became very very upset. What a slow intention here, if your staff can't handle it then they shouldn't want to be open. They call this fast food, it's more like slow food, what a mockery. In the meantime, contact KFC and it was resolved neatly. They deserve 5 stars for this
