Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse. Ordered food, waited almost an hour (on a weeknight), and the fries were soggy; they barely touched the fryer. The croquette was forgotten. We called and had one croquette delivered, but no new fries. We just had a sandwich. It's a shame because it's not cheap and inedible! The quality used to be much better and tastier with the previous owner!

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere among the staff is great now. I don't understand why people here talk about the owners; they clearly don't know the business. The owners are super nice and do a lot for the neighborhood. They sponsor local schools, offer a football club for disabled people, and provide free tea and coffee hours for lonely elderly people, etc. The atmosphere is simply fantastic, and the old owner is still there. So most people here are talking nonsense like, "Since he's gone, there's been less shoveling, blah blah, he's literally still shoveling." This is the busiest restaurant in the Netherlands. I'd love to see those internet warriors here working a busy rush hour. See if they still act so tough.

Yes, what can I say, it's a beautiful place. It's just a shame that there are two people working there, one with gloves and one without. The time I was waiting for my food, I was helped by the man with gloves. But the bill is settled, the cleaning is done, and the food is prepared with the same gloves, which is a shame because that's not allowed. The other man also helped people, but without gloves. He didn't wash his hands, but he touched everything, money, food, and so on. So this was also a one-time visit.

Antisocial Tokkie delivery drivers are speeding through shoppers and playing children. Serious accidents are on the horizon. Then there's the strawberry milkshake, which was so bad it wasn't stirred. You had to stir it yourself. I've never had such a bad milkshake. It's incredibly strange that Kwalitaria's response leads me to believe an accident has to happen before they'll address their own delivery drivers. The drivers are even speeding past a children's playground, which is extremely dangerous and irresponsible.

Ordered, so no rating for service or atmosphere. Very tasty, lots of choices on the menu with a changing seasonal offering. All the crispy chicken on burgers and in wraps was still really crispy, and the always nice extra of raspatat (sauce fries) is on the menu 👌🏻

The fries fell out of a bin onto the floor full of food scraps, were picked up again, used in the fryer, and then given away. They also forgot something, and when I went back to ask, I was yelled at. They forced delivery drivers to drive faster, which is extremely dangerous. A horrible place with a horrible experience. DO NOT EAT THERE.

Dear reader, I applied for a job at this Kwalitaria in Pijnacker, and it felt off from the start. During the interview, one of the managers simply sat there with a cigarette in his mouth, completely disinterested. The other manager was also odd, didn't make you feel welcome, and acted like you were interrupting him. And then there's this older man who simply can't speak to you normally. The next day was my first day at work, without any explanation or guidance. I had to make deliveries even though I didn't even know how to do it. Someone else had packed the order, and when it turned out something was missing (a salad), I was blamed. Even though no one had told me I was supposed to check those bags. When I returned and tried to explain in a normal way that it could have been communicated differently, I was immediately spoken to rudely. No respect, no patience, and certainly no guidance. At that moment, I decided to quit immediately. If you want to work here, think twice. They leave you to fend for yourself, treat you like you know nothing, and have absolutely no regard for new employees. Highly recommended.

Today at Kwalitaria I was helped by AH (co-owner Hindustani) who had a dream to Open a catering business… He better let go of his dream because he apparently missed the drill. What an arrogant idiot he is.. first delivered the order wrong and then told me that that's how it should be.. this MPP MUST check how to make a Patat Flio and take a customer service course… or at least change the name of the business because the name is certainly not worth the business… crazy shop here

Unfriendly with capital letters. On a nice Friday evening you order 2 normal and 2 small soft ice creams. Owner 1 wants to put all 4 in wafer cones, owner 2 snaps at him: "No, really not, small soft ice creams have to go in a cone" (the well-known tough, papery ones) "If you want those other cones, you have to pay extra." When you then ask as a customer where it says that one ice cream goes in a cone and only from 'normal' in a wafer cone, you are told that it says 'from 2 euros' for a reason. The fact that no distinction is made on the sign and that there are only wafer cones on the picture, apparently does not matter. But fine, I'll pay extra, no problem. "Yes, you don't go to an expensive car showroom if you only want to pay for a cheap car, do you?" If you want to keep customers, you should definitely continue like this. You won't see us there anymore.

The food is very mediocre, not what it used to be, but that is not the reason I felt the need to post a review. The new owners themselves post fake positive reviews, these are almost the only positive ones, and clearly written by the owner. (See photo) The fact that you need this to get your positive reviews says enough of course. It has become really dirty since the takeover early last year. With the previous owner everything was fine, it was clean, cozy and tasty. However, these 3 points are now the weakest points of the store. They forget something with every order, and then deny it vehemently, because yes, the money is in the pocket. But judging by all the other 1-star reviews, you can much better work very hard to get this business running somewhat decently again than to earn money from incomplete orders. And certainly not spend time writing fake reviews. What was once a cozy family business has turned into a BAGGAH tent.

Took the satay menu and that was an excellent choice. The batteries of the delivery bicycles/scooters are charging next to the tables. Not convenient if you want to sit there. The ice cooling also looks messy. At the entrance there are items for delivery, which seems messy. If this kind of stuff is placed out of sight it will look a lot neater.

In the past, when you ordered food here, it was always fast and your order was always complete, but nowadays you have to wait a very long time and then there are also sauces or something like that that have not been delivered. What a terrible store. Something had gone wrong and kudos were deducted for a free fries. But the fries were not delivered. Now I had to complain to the head office, otherwise the fries would be paid for by the owner. Too bad you treat a FORMER regular customer this way for 1 fries without it. As a result, I have now also missed out on the discount on the hamburger menu of €3.55, even though they were not willing to reimburse this, this also has to be done through the head office. I see from the recent reviews that the takeover has not done any good. Hopefully they learn quickly because I'm afraid losing regular customers will be very costly. They don't get any more euros from me and that for 1 fries is such a shame. Too bad I have to give at least 1 star otherwise they would have gone down because of me. They live on the good reviews from the previous owners, in fact, I think they should start again without reviews. Then they wouldn't have gotten the 2 stars, I'm afraid.

What an antisocial company! I was missing a croquette with my home delivery order. If I call Qualitaria about this, I am simply called a liar, they were sure that they had delivered the croquette. Then I could just look at it and nothing was delivered afterwards and she threw the phone at it. Never experienced such an antisocial company. Ashwin Hieralal and Marco Oskam still have a lot to learn about customer service. Looks like I'm not the only one where the croquette "mysteriously" disappeared. Although everything is marked off on the receipt except the croquette ;) I will never order from here again. When I read the reviews here it is clear that this happens more often. Products that are missing are the fault of the customer and they are then rudely confronted. Did you know that this is also simply theft/fraud!? I am missing a croquette for 3 eur 10.. this will not be delivered or refunded.. because they claim that it is not possible that it is not included. If they do this with many customers (and apparently they do), it is easy to make money. Therefore, send an email to the Kwalitaria head office and file an official complaint!

We used to eat at the Kwalitaria every week and the atmosphere there was very nice! But since the quality was taken over, things have gone completely wrong. The new owners just can't handle it. At first I would give the place a 4.5, now it has gone up to 2.5. We ordered once and we just got a can of coke with a dent in it and we asked for a normal coke but we got a coca zero, so we called to report it and asked if they could deliver a new one because this is possible no way! Kwalitaria used to be a household name here. But after the takeover things only went downhill. After a very long time we thought we would try it again. Ordered 5:54 PM. At 7.04 pm I called again to see where it was. We were on top of the pile so it arrived shortly. It was very busy so it took a little longer. All understanding can happen, but it has been a long time coming. Well, 7:48 PM I called again, because still nothing... well now it could really arrive at any time. It took a little longer because yes, it was busy. 7.53pm finally the doorbell. Our food. Cold... You won't see us ordering here anymore. And a tip from me. When it is so busy and you cannot handle the many orders and you say that you are already fully occupied. Then take a look at your entire process and close home care, just do it from your own site and pick it up. First improve your quality, because you are a Kwalitaria after all and once you have mastered that, you will then be able to enjoy home delivery again. Good luck with that. You've lost us

Kwalitaria Keijzershof, Pijnacker-Nootdorp ...a special snack bar, yes, you could say that, a special snack bar! Let me put down on paper what I think of this fries shop. I therefore think that this fries shop is certainly not worth the title Kwalitaria! The delivery person thinks he is on a circuit, the order was in the bag. The ordered nasi disk was torn open or broken and upside down in the cardboard container, as if an attack had been made on it! The nasi disk didn't look right, and certainly not recognizable as a nasi disk anymore. Then the fries that were out of the cardboard container were loose in the bag! Then we have a hamburger bun, normally there is sauce on top of the hamburger, our sauce was on the side and in the container under the bun. The hogweed peanut sauce wasn't much better! The food was also more lukewarm than hot! I was able to receive a new order, but that will take a while. I proposed to receive 50% back of the amount paid, this was € 26.35 but this was not possible, I could get a discount for a next order. If you order a meal and the food ordered is not handled in a normal manner and with respect, then I think the people at the chip shop are really only concerned about the money, and I will never order there again! I give food a 5 Service delivery 3 Customer friendliness 5 Final grade 4.3 If you had this grade of 4.3 at school, people called it an insufficient grade, and that's how I think about Kwalitaria Keijzershof, Pijnacker-Nootdorp. Customer friendliness, 5, this is so low because the best man says, if you post something online you will hear from my lawyer! We'll see. Deeply disappointed in this Kwalitaria. Ordered fries without salt last week because someone in our party is on a low-salt diet. After waiting for 45 minutes in a warm snack bar, we finally received it, but unfortunately it turned out to contain salt after all. We returned the bag and requested new fries without salt. However, when we got home, the fries still tasted salty. When asked, it turned out that they had simply thrown the fries back into the oil to rinse off the salt, which of course did not work at all. It was therefore still unsuitable for someone on a low-salt diet. The most disappointing thing? No excuses, no resolution. Very bad service!

Normally I don't bother to write a review, but for this Kwalitaria I make an exception. After waiting an hour, I called to see where it was, it was supposed to be on its way, but it arrived more than 1.5 hours later. Can basically happen on a busy evening, unfortunately the food itself was also cold. And the snacks were squashed during delivery (perhaps too much stacked on top of each other from other orders). Most of it ended up being thrown away in the trash, which is a shame.

Lately this Kwalitaria has been declining. Received another 2 containers of peanut sauce that were completely open throughout the bag, containers were also melted or something like that. A hair on the frikandel, fries very hard and fried in old fat, no more straw for the milkshake and having to wait 45 minutes for my food. If you call to inquire when your order will arrive, you will be told with a snarl that it is simply busy. Very unfortunate because I have come to expect better quality from a Kwalitaria.

Called and asked for new ones because of someone who can't eat pork and someone who can't eat jalapeño. Called back after about 10 minutes to say they had made it as stated on the receipt. Food had already cooled down quite a bit. And can therefore be thrown away. The gentleman was very arrogant on the phone. However, the order with comment appears correctly on the phone. Bad service. There was no cutlery, no napkins, no glasses or straw with your bottle of drink. Unfriendly staff, there were 6 staff and still things were not going well. It is also a shame that you have to place your order at the counter, instead of them coming to take your order at your table. Service and customer friendliness was much better with the previous owner. The wrong order was also placed on the table for the grandchild who does not understand that it is not for her and the order was taken away again. The fries were lukewarm, but the snacks were good. The bowls had mayonnaise and curry on them, so they were not clean. I don't plan on having a nice meal here with my grandchildren again.

It took longer than we were used to. But having it packed because we would otherwise arrive late was very difficult. Taking a child's toy was done with a lot of sighing. Since the takeover, the atmosphere has noticeably changed when only the new owners are in the business. 1 does not speak to customers at all or snaps at them. The other person does his best and listens to the feedback given. Went to eat with the kids today and with three tables occupied in the restaurant the stress is already high. Waited for over half an hour for the order and it was still incomplete. Too bad because it was a nice tent.

Wanted quality snack bar nearby. I have been coming to Kwalitaria for several years, but things have gone downhill since the takeover. I get home and the order is incomplete, just call and they fix it. Unfortunately, after 40 minutes I called for the 2nd time, where my burger remained. This was the best snack bar in the village. Unfortunately, things have really deteriorated lately. Hamburgers are different and less tasty. The fries are often too greasy and not fried as nicely. Really a shame!! I hope the new owner will improve this soon.

Case has been taken over. Old owners are spontaneous, nice to chat, keep the door open if you come with a wheelchair. Simply cozy ! New owners are less spontaneous. Bought a soft ice cream for my grandson today. Child didn't like it. Grandma tasted it. Tasteless and inedible. I return with the ice cream. Complaint indicated. Ice cream tastes good was the answer after a test by the saleswoman. Then I also took a bite, it tasted rancid and sour. Boss came over and saleswoman told him about the complaint. Never had any complaints. I was the first. I am familiar with these kinds of reactions. It's always a bad customer. The owner has had every opportunity to provide a correct response. I didn't need a new ice cream and a refund (€1.65) was not discussed. Selling rancid stuff is apparently his hobby.

Had dinner at this snack bar last night with my family. The owner decided to take a seat next to us at the same table in order to have a very woman-unfriendly conversation with another customer at the table opposite him. This involved a sex scene from a movie where the woman is really strong and the owner, in particular, justified this to the customer. That if you are in a film and want to make a name for yourself, you should be okay with this. I ordered through home delivery, but after 80 minutes, the food still hadn't arrived. I called and was told the order was still warm, so it hadn't been shipped yet. While I was calling, he said he saw the delivery drivers returning and that my food would be on its way. So, my food definitely sat in a bag for longer than 5 minutes, since it's only a 4-minute bike/scooter ride from our house. Finally, after 95 minutes, my food arrived, only to receive incredibly soggy fries. So, I won't be ordering from here again.

Always satisfied here! Incredibly friendly staff and excellent service! We come here regularly and have never been dissatisfied. It's often a bit busier on weekends, and the wait times are a bit longer. But the service is still good. You can also call ahead to pick up your order later so it's ready. Or you can eat here on-site. Definitely recommended for a snack bar! Every now and then we get Chinese pears with our orders—they're delicious!
