I ordered through home delivery, but after 80 minutes, the food still hadn't arrived. I called and was told the order was still warm, so it hadn't been shipped yet. While I was calling, he said he saw the delivery drivers returning and that my food would be on its way. So, my food definitely sat in a bag for longer than 5 minutes, since it's only a 4-minute bike/scooter ride from our house. Finally, after 95 minutes, my food arrived, only to receive incredibly soggy fries. So, I won't be ordering from here again.

The food and quality are good for a snack bar. However, the prices are very high for a snack bar, so unfortunately, I no longer go there...

What a wonderful discovery! This snack bar stands out for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Their wide selection of burgers is impressive, with something for everyone. The platters are absolutely fantastic—not only are they high quality but also so generous that you certainly won't go hungry. We occasionally get food here, and it's always been great. Around dinnertime and on weekends, it's often very busy, and you have to wait a long time for your order. It's a bit quieter at later and earlier times, and on weekdays. Decent places to sit, but not very atmospheric. I think the prices have gotten incredibly expensive. Fries, 2 frikandels, 2 cheese soufflés, and 2 drinks for almost €25.

Just placed and received an order, the fries were soggy and old (probably fried in old grease). Two croquettes were also just soggy. It's been a very inconsistent order lately. It's a shame.

I had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes for my food. After eight, I cycled over there because no one answered after calling 15 times. Upon arrival, I asked how things were, and a man started yelling at me. One nonsense after another flew at me. I told him I was his customer. Four colleagues were standing around him. Yes, I had a certain tone, but I've never used such sickening terms. It was truly embarrassing. Especially since I've lived in Nootdorp for 15 years and order from here almost every week. If you want to get rid of your business quickly, you should hire these kinds of staff, because the owner wasn't around. I'd like to talk to him because I think this place is fine, but I absolutely won't tolerate this behavior. That guy went completely off the rails! Unbelievable experience after 15 years as a loyal customer without any problems!

Just placed my order and received it. The food was good, but it was a shame that the sauce containers weren't properly sealed, leaving our entire order covered in sauce and unusable. You do pay for this, though! The photo shows the contents of the container at the bottom of the bag.

Great snack bar with friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. I always order my overcooked fries (black fries, as they jokingly call them) there. Sometimes there's a wait, but never really long. It's clean, you can sit down, and there's a guest restroom. It's nice that you can save up for a small discount with stickers.

Terrible tent, very unhygienic, not to mention the service and customer friendliness. Coincidentally, I'm in the area for some fries, but I'll never do this in that horrible place again, I'd rather go to the snack bar in Ypenburg. Terrible, I still get shivers from the face of the surly manner behind the counter yayksssss

Ordered food. Called because it wasn't there after an hour, and then it wasn't even on its way. We finally received our order after 1 hour and 40 minutes. If we had known this we could have made it ourselves and probably got it much faster.

Picked up 2 x the Hamburger original and a large fries. This was the worst hamburger we have eaten in years, it looked like chewing gum and it was completely red on the inside. Come on man, even the cheapest ones from AH are 10x better. Never again for us, we just threw it away.

It was super busy. Wanted to place the order by telephone. It wasn't even recorded!

Why do you *always* forget the mustard with the take-away croquette sandwich?? The rest was fine, yes. But this annoyance together with rising prices and reduced opening hours now have chased me away.

Ordered food today in the store, a boy walks there taking orders with a nosebleed. And he's always dabbing his nose with a napkin. Damn that's gross. Sometimes it happened as an exception. Because the Big Snack was closed, I went there now. Order was packed and at home there was something different than ordered. Disinterested staff walking around there. Also way too expensive. Isn't what it used to be.

Zo jammer. Voor de 2e keer saus bij de patat vergeten. Vorige keer kregen we vrij snel nieuwe saus en ook verse warme patat bezorgd. Vandaag helaas niet. Na een kwartier kwam de saus die vergeten was. De patat was al koud geworden en de pindasaus die bezorgd werd was ook koud. Jammer. De rest was wel lekker en snel bezorgd.

Patat: heerlijk! Zowel de raspatat, als de gewone patat. Kaassouffle: lekker veel kaas erin Milkshake: ook lekker. Jammer dat de snackbar al om 20u dicht ging. Maar ik ben Amsterdam gewend....

Met kleinkinderen daar gegeten. Is goed te doen.

Volgens hun site verkopen ze glutenvrij. Dus wij besteld, blijkt niks glutenvrij. Bakken snacks en patat samen. Zelfs de salades zijn niet glutenvrij. Bij bellen zijn ze niet bereid voor compensatie en horen we op de achtergrond dat we ons niet moeten aanstellen. Absoluut geen tent voor als je een allergie heb. Geld verspild hier. Edit na paar dagen: via mail contact gehad. Ze hebben hun excuses aangeboden en verder is dit onderling afgehandeld. Dank voor jullie begrip. Door dit van 1 ster naar in ieder geval 3.

Lekker eten ,maar wel heel veel mugen in de zaak,niet prettig als je zit te eten

Lief personeel, alleen is 1.5uur wachten op m'n frietje wel erg lang. Maar wel bedankt voor t cola'tje'

Producten zijn prima. Jammer dat je voor 1 zakje patat zo lang moet wachten omdat bestellingen voor gaan. Ik zou voor kleine bestellingen een apart bestel kassa open stellen. Eindelijk m n patatje na 15 minuten meegenomen. Kom ik thuis zitten er kipnuggets in 😂

Gister een heerlijk broodje warmvlees gegeten bij kwalitaria Nootdorp...vond t verrassend lekker en van goede kwaliteit. Broodje was ruim belegd met vlees en groenten. Echt een aanrader...

Vriendelijk personeel en het eten van Verhagen is nu eenmaal beter, je betaald wat meer. Maar dan krijg je ook kwaliteit.

Aardige mensen. Goede kwaliteit. Redelijke prijzen en grote keuze

Voor een snackbar niet verkeerd. Beetje slonzig interieur, wel lekker groot. Wat echt een voordeel is is de uitgebreide menukaart.

Klein winkelcentrum voornamelijk bedoelt voor de boodschappen. Er zijn wel een aantal tassen/kleding/speelgoed zaakjes, maar voornamelijk bedoelt voor de boodschappen met 3 grote supermarkten (lidl, albert heijn en de jumbo)

Het was geweldig lekker. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding geweldig. Zeker genoten van de hamburger 1838.
