King Burger Chicken in Wijk 03 Nieuw Den Helder-West

My pizza had a plastic bag baked inside, some items weren't delivered, and the pizza was truly inedible (even before I found the plastic in it :) )

A very bad experience. The fries were cold, soggy, and simply not cooked through. The peanut sauce was watery. The bamischijf (noodle slice) fell apart as soon as I took it out of the bag; it wasn't crispy or fried properly at all. Furthermore, part of the order was cancelled without any communication.

Had a delicious meal at King Burger chicken. Great staff behind the counter. The guys were great. The Sawerma dish with cheese was cooked through, exactly how I wanted it. Perfect!

The fries were soggy, they could have used a bit more cheese, and the chicken was bland and watery. I'll never order from here again!

I will NEVER order from here again. You pay 25 euros for two kapsalons. Two guys arrive on a fat bike, half-bivouac. They don't even have time to say hello. I'm happy with my food, and guess what? The fries are so dry and cold you have to rinse them down with water. I immediately threw the kapsalon away. It's disgusting. I don't recommend it!

I ordered food from the wrong restaurant...there's one like that here in Leeuwarden too...mistakes happen. When I discovered the error, I immediately called and they canceled my order and promised me a refund. Now, after over two weeks and three phone calls, I still haven't received my money back! I'm so angry about this. He should have refunded the money long ago. He's had plenty of time to do that! This is a terribly, awful, and dishonest company!

No change, 24-hour wait. But I called...the first pizza was inedible. After waiting 24 hours for money, I called and ordered a satay...(should have known better)...still no change, and the satay wasn't even good enough for the dog, who ignored it too.

After calling again, the food arrived after an hour and a half. We ordered a salami pizza and a bucket of chicken strips. The chicken was tasty, but not amazing. I give it a 6.5. That pizza was absolutely ridiculous. It was a pre-made pizza with only cheese and salami on it. It was also completely cold and incredibly tough. It was absolutely disgusting. Sorry, no disrespect, but this cost me 30 euros. I could have had a better evening at Tops. Such a shame.

Everything soaking wet! Soggy, limp fries as a result. Burnt chicken spring roll and a snack too few, but I still paid for it. Never again!!! Shame on you for that price.

I just ordered dinner and it's completely cold! Otherwise, the chicken kapsalon is delicious. It's just a shame the food is almost cold.

Women on the counter is such a rude women so bad she behave so badly

I order Yusu chicken satay with a small bowl of rice as an extra. Guess what? They don't have chicken satay or rice!!! And instead of politely calling, a guy shows up at the door telling me I'm not getting any food and I need a refund. Great! Now I can still go to the supermarket and get chicken satay with rice! Thanks! It's actually cheaper too. Great idea. Oh, and their pizzas are awful too.

Just ordered, burger was cold and there was only a drop of sauce on the side, kapsalon was only 15 percent meat, fries were cold, chicken was dry and cold

Just picked up some food, went straight home, close to home. The food was cold. The chicken was really tough, one bag of fries was overcooked, and the other was still partially raw. The shawarma was soaking in water. And tasted like poor supermarket quality.

Picked up food today: a large shawarma platter and a half-chicken platter. Got home in 10 minutes and unpacked right away. The food was already cold; the chicken was dry and tough, and—this wasn't indicated anywhere—in ketjap. The fries were overcooked and also cold, and the shawarma container had a lot of water in it. Too bad, this was the last time.

We don't understand all the negative reviews – our pizzas were very well topped, and neither too dry nor undercooked. Our medium fries were so large that we could have ordered just one. They were also very tasty, by the way. Service was also very pleasant and accommodating. We only waited 15 minutes for two pizzas and two medium fries.

The food is very good, always arrives quickly, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy!

We ordered with a group for an evening with some friends. The food was very greasy, and the fries were half-loosely placed on the pizza boxes, which were also cold. We were missing some sauces, and we'd ordered some beer. We received a call saying they didn't have the amount we needed and what we wanted in return. I thought this was very polite, but then received something different than what I'd requested. It's a terrible deal. NEVER order from here again!

When I ordered here a few years ago, it was still good. Just ordered a Mexican burger, I have never had such a dry burger as this where the bun was quite hard. As if it came from the microwave. The large donor bun, there was also very little donor on it.

If you are hungry and craving for something tasty, you would rather pull your food from yesterday out of the trash than order here, I had ordered a pizza first of all much too late. In the end the pizza was bone dry and the vegetables were still raw and the meat did not taste like at other places. Something that was forgotten was brought back super fast. The shoarma dish was small and very dry. The spare ribs had little meat, a lot of fat, but were tasty.

The delivery person walked away without accepting payment. After mentioning that payment had not yet been made, it was my problem that he had no change. Order cold, incomplete and called back to check, received feedback that the menu on home delivery is incorrect, their website literally indicates the same as home delivery. It's a shame, it will probably be busy, but it won't be repeated for me.

Kapsalon and pizza ordered here. Pizza was missing toppings, and hair salon looked unkempt. Never had so little meat at a hair salon before. 70% fries, 10% lettuce and tomato, 15% cheese and 5% meat.

King Burger Chicken really surprised me positively! The food was super fresh, perfectly seasoned and the portions were generous. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside – just as it should be. The burger was well constructed, with fresh toppings and a creamy sauce that brought everything together. The service was also great: friendly staff and fast service. I will definitely come back here more often. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good chicken and burgers!

I ordered food at 11:30 PM and nothing had been delivered by 1:15 AM. We called at 00:45 to find out where it was, he indicated that they were on their way, but that seemed nonsense to me as half an hour later I still had nothing. Finally the food was delivered at 1:30 am. It takes them 2 hours to fry and deliver a chicken mix. This was an order of €22 in chicken mix, €0.50 required for the garlic sauce that you had to tick which was in the bag instead of in the containers, and €2 in delivery costs. Oh yes, I ate more fat than chicken. Never order here again.

What a bad mess. I don't know any other word for this. Ordered spare ribs with honey and vegetarian burgers. The honey was dripping from the bag. Everything was covered. They were largely burnt and tasteless. The vegetarian burgers were not delivered. We got wraps for this. Everything was not warm. It was almost cold.

Nice man and was quick with delivery, but I was missing fristi which was paid for and the meat was very salty. Luckily I had ordered chicken wings, otherwise I could have rightfully thrown everything away. A bowl of rice has less content than the sauce containers that you receive generously without asking.

Friendly service and food was top notch. Sometimes it can be busy, but you will receive good help. A tasteful and pleasant experience. Definitely worth repeating

Went to a hair salon, meat was dried out, took a long time, sauce didn't taste good and the quantity was more like a small than a large. I certainly do not recommend ordering here for the price (€30). In the photo we had just eaten 3 bites, the container was not even full.

By far the worst value for money I have ever experienced. I'm not exaggerating. Horribly bad spareribs. Chicken with the fat still running off, with almost an inch of oil at the bottom of the bucket. I have no idea how it's possible to make fries bad, but here they do it. Paid more than 70 euros for junk.

Heel eerlijk gezegd, sinds Jamil eigenaar is van deze restaurant heeft die de hele tent omgebouwd naar een super nette en heerlijke restaurant. Altijd schoonmaken tijdens het werken door, nette man met super veel respect, eten is zo lekker en kwalitatief super.

Sinds Jamil de nieuwe eigenaar was geworden is het alles veranderd hij heeft hele restaurant veranderd super netjes gemaakt en is nu helemaal schoon ik ga vaak naar daar wanneer ik daar ben zie ik mensen daar schoon maken en hoe eten gemaakt wordt is ook heel schoon met handschoenen en allemaal zelfde shirts echt heel netjes sinds Jamil de eigenaar s geworden besteel ik heel vaak en echt heel blij dat een restaurant zo in Den Helder zo schoon is Helemaal Top heren ga zo door. Na zoveel jaren bestellen via Thuisbezorgd, hebben we vaak genoeg een lekker Cheese classic hamburger menu besteld. Vroeger was altijd met veel groenten ( sla,tomaten en uien,echte Amerikaansestijl) en het broodje was voller niet plat, het vlees was toen lekker en sappig,maar nu smaakte het raar,lijkt wel of het die nepvlees, en het was droog. En met komkommer erin en de saus was helemaal niet hoe het was. De tweede bestelling was uienringen en we kregen patat ringen. Dit is niet de eerste keer. Jammer,ze gaan echt achteruit met de business. Ik heb dit via telefoon verteld en de medewerker klonk of hij niet eens interesseerde wat een klant vertelt. Echt jammer, het is een afrader.

Was de lekkerste eten ooit die ik heb gegeten en de eigenaar super aardig k kom hier zeker vaak

Sinds de nieuwe eigenaar er is, is de kwaliteit van het eten flink omhoog gegaan. Niet te vergeten top klantendienst. Ben in een korte tijd een vaste klant geworden. Donerbox en chicken strips zou ik zeker aanraden! Goed gedaan King burger chicken. :)
