This place is really going downhill. You order kapsalon and you get raw fries and nasty greasy meat (chicken doner). You order pizza and it is so tough and hard that it is inedible, and I added a comment asking if they could pay attention to this; I don't think they even read that. Another rock-hard pizza, just threw the pizza away. For me, this was the last time! Never again. If you call to report it, they are busy and you have to wait a long time if you want a new one.

We were really keen to try kibbeling and the staff gave us excellent advice. It was a truly special culinary experience. The dish was freshly prepared, and it was the perfect way to round off our day at the market.

It is getting sadder and sadder! Edit: I’ve been suffering from bowel problems, diarrhea, etc. for a few days now. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, but this didn't help matters. I try to be as realistic as possible with my reviews, but unfortunately, I can no longer be positive about this restaurant. I ordered a Turkish pizza with lettuce and cucumber, as I always order. The lettuce had apparently flown right through it (and I was unsure, so I checked, and it wasn't as if the lettuce had shrunk a bit due to the heat), and the cucumber was stuck with just a few pieces. Furthermore, the pizza was reasonably well-filled with Shawarma (could be better) 🥙 so that is 1 plus point, but the meat was really too spicy. (It is known that Shawarma is always more heavily spiced than, for example, Donner), but this was really excessively spiced. The shawarma was mostly in small pieces, as if leftovers had been used, and not in nice strips like we know from Shawarma. Another plus point is that I asked the restaurant to bake the pizza until soft, and they did. What I also liked was that the cucumber was either cut into small strips or was just there by chance, but it wasn't enough, especially if you're only ordering two things: lettuce and cucumber. You could put a bit more in if there's nothing else in it besides the shawarma. Don't get me started (must remain polite) on the sauce; I think there's maybe just 1.5 tablespoons of sauce in it, and I think that's still plenty. I've included a photo of the containers for reference. On top of that, they dare to charge €0.50 for that sauce. Undoubtedly, the sauce isn't homemade but bought in, and the taste (I have no complaints about that) is still very good. What I have noticed in recent years, however, is that the sauce leaves my mouth extremely dry an hour later; this wasn't such a big problem before. In short, after being a loyal customer for years, I will not be ordering here anymore. This is my experience, by the way, and I know that quality can also vary by day and time. This order was placed on a quiet Monday evening around 5 o'clock. The order was delivered very quickly; the timer said 59 minutes, but it was already at my home with 35 minutes to spare, which is why I knew it was quiet.

Since we didn't eat or drink anything, I can't comment on that. The staff everywhere were incredibly friendly and helpful. Explanations were in German and very easy to understand. This museum is definitely worth a visit. It's a place you'll fondly remember.
