King Of The Grill Assen in Wijk 00 Assen centrum

Ordered for 2 people at 1:30 PM on Thursday. The desired delivery time was 5:30 PM. At 5:37 PM, we received an email that the delivery driver was on his way. It's now 11:00 AM on Friday, and they still haven't arrived. Luckily, there were still fries in the freezer. Has that place gone bankrupt? That's a shame.

Waited over two hours, food cold. Chicken burger bun without chicken🤔😲 And when you speak to the delivery person, she tells you in English that she had to go to Groningen first and then to us, "We live in Beilen."

Today it is King Of The Grill Assen's turn for a review. A hair salon Shawarma, Lamahun Doner, Pizza Salami. Delivery time was good and the gentleman was friendly. All portions were more than sufficient and it was delicious. In contrast, yesterday's lettuce was old and unedible. Garlic sauce is standard, didn't taste any garlic. 4 stars.

After waiting two hours, we thought we'd be able to enjoy our two pizzas. But no. I always order Boulogne special (here) because I'm allergic to bell peppers. Nowhere else does this pizza with bell peppers come. Now, suddenly, they do. When we call for the second time, they make a new one. But they're asking too much for compensation for the inconvenience. After another considerable time, I receive a tasteless, dried-out pizza. Learn from your delivery driver's manners.

The food itself was fine. But the shawarma was covered in a lot of grease at the bottom of the container. Result... the rest of the order was covered in grease. And the bottom of the paper bag too. A complete mess. Probably caused by transport.

Food was super tasty. The atmosphere was a little less and it was blue with fumes from the baking tray. Had to wait a long time for the food.

The meat is not tasty, sparribs do not eat potatoes, fat.

We waited two hours for our food, the estimated delivery time was 60 minutes, not 120.... Then after 1.5 hours we called the restaurant to ask how long it would take, but they did not answer the phone for 30 minutes, it rang but was not answered. Then when the food was delivered, I told them that we were not happy with the way things were going, there were no excuses whatsoever...

The steak from the grill tasted great, the potatoes also tasted great!

Already ordered around half past five. It was supposed to be delivered at 6 am. It was delivered at a quarter to 7. Delivery person was very unfriendly, nonchalant and didn't mind that we wouldn't order from there again the next time. Then called King of the Grill and told this story. Little action was taken here. Felt little empathy about this. The chicken was red, onion sauce was not spicy sauce and a weird substance. Too bad they didn't accommodate me on this.

After several delivery too late and once not having received the entire order and then having to wait an hour and a half for it, I tried again ... again delivered too late and not received the complete order after having had telephone contact a poor excuse and we are still waiting for them to come and deliver immediately.... this is a bit of a shame

Order placed: Meat was just cold and extra cheese ordered and paid for but it was nowhere to be seen with the food. Shame.

I placed an order at 7:00 PM, stating that it was busy and the food would be there at 8:00 PM! When I call at 8:30 PM to find out where the food is, they say it is just being made now. This is the last time we order here. I think this is very bad!!

They have moved to the new houses. They are the best in Assen.

Maybe they were having a down day, but the pizza base/edge was tasteless and I'm used to them topping the pizza a little more generously. Done right on time.

Ordered food a few times before, food is excellent in terms of price-quality. (always hot) Azad asked us to write a review. I'm not a fan of that myself, fine, fine. review stars filled in, without text. (because the potato slices were a bit disappointing, they were not crispy but soft.) The following week, so ordered again today. He comes to the door to deliver our order, why we ordered again if we didn't like it..... We indicate that it cannot always be good. you are just barked at because he can't handle feedback. If you can't handle feedback, don't ask for reviews. You can't always get 5 stars. We also ordered via Just Eat, Mr. indicated that we would order via their own site in the future, as this would be cheaper. (or you get a free drink) That free drink is already included in the menu, but hey, that's fine. Too bad that the same order on their own website is 0.50 cents more expensive...

Good quality food. You can taste the vegetables that are special in the Kapsalon King of Grill. Good servers and you get a can of drink of your choice. Salad is also nice and fresh and served in a separate bowl. They are not a shaarmaboere they are a real restaurant. Keep it up, it all tasted good and I enjoyed it. See you soon.
