Had a nice lunch, friendly staff and it is affordable

The staff was very friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The portions could have been a bit larger, though. The food was okay overall, though the farmer's schnitzel tasted a bit thawed.

Vriendelijke personeel en het eten was heerlijk. Ik had een sate lekker mals. En presentatie was geweldig. Mijn vriendin had een shaslick de paprika was lekker mals en het vlees was mals. De kinderen hadden een gehaktbal deze was heerlijk maar iets veel voor de kids.

Great food, the normal sized burger is a bit small if you are really hungry, but you have options for bigger ones. Price wise it's alright.

I recently ate here, but I won't be back. It didn't meet my expectations. The lady taking the order repeatedly made mistakes. As a result, I received something I didn't expect. The lady wasn't paying attention to the guests but was more focused on her phone.

It was 8:15 p.m. We couldn't get a cup of coffee after dinner because the machine had already been cleaned, even though the website says it closes at 10 p.m. They didn't have tea anymore at 7:30 p.m.

After waiting two hours, I received my food. Fries and a burnt burger. I'll never eat here again.

Fantastic food! Delicious burgers, but also the children's menus and toasted sandwiches are of excellent quality. Care has been taken with everything. Nachos delicious! We had lunch here with a large group of 12 people. Large portions too, no need for dinner anymore. All burgers and many dishes vegetarian possible, big plus!

It wasn't my thing. The drink cups were only half full. The meat was raw and, in my opinion, too expensive.

Very very bad service, got sat down on a dirty table, the waitress didnt clean it until i brought it up. While she cleaned i got a piece of meat on my lab, disgusting. I asked for a burger with no mushrooms because i m allergic, and my burger had 5 mushrooms. The fries came cold and the burger just tasted bad, like it was expired. Terrible restaurant.

After 2.5 hours!!!! finally received food which was lukewarm. So that 2nd star is still mild. Indicate on the app that food was delivered at 7:03 PM while this was only at 8:16 PM. A bit strange.

Meer dan 2 uur moeten wachten. Ze geven aan dat het druk is. Als je er 2 uur over doet om iets te bezorgen is er iets mis met je bedrijfsvoering.

No expectations and yet above expectations. Pass on your wishes with the mixed grill and it was simply great. Nice meal. Thanks. Ps, it's a shame about all those nice beers on the shelf. :)

What a cozy restaurant with great service! A very sweet lady took our order. Super enthusiastic and friendly. With a big smile she quickly brought our drinks and not much later the food. Another milkshake♡ What great service and delicious food with a friendly smile! Definitely recommended

Ate with 2 people Social Deal. Very tasty food. We switched places because we were first put at a four-person table with artificial flowers as a wall in between. We could literally understand everything. Other place was a little better or quieter. Otherwise okay.

Vanuit Noord Holland gekomen waren wij op zoek naar een plek om lekker te eten voor we naar het theater gingen in Assen. We hadden niets gereserveerd en door wat te googelen onderweg kwamen we terecht bij Queens steakhouse, echt om de hoek bij het theater wat handig is. We hadden een ruim uur de tijd vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen en hebben dat aan de bediening gemeld. Ondanks het feit dat het restaurantje tamelijk vol zat werd ervoor gezorgd dat ons eten ruim op tijd voor ons stond zodat we het niet snel naar binnen hoefden te schrokken. De bediening is ontzettend vriendelijk en het eten zeer lekker (voor wie van biefstuk houdt sowieso). Als dessert kun je diverse softijs kiezen met toppings wat gewoon weer eens wat anders is dan een bolletje ijs. Wij waren aangenaam verrast en als we weer eens naar het theater gaan in Assen komen we hier zeker weer terug

Ordered at 7:45 PM, it would take 20/30 minutes. Ended up waiting more than an hour. The scaloppa was inedible, the meat in it was black and the sauce tasted really bad. The fries were super greasy, we got different drinks than we ordered. The herb butter had no taste.

It was wonderfully quiet on Thursday evening, so nice for people who quickly get overstimulated. There was no loud music playing, so it was easy for HSPs. The spatial decoration was not quite my style, but that didn't bother me. The decoration of the food is very nice. Good and fast service, nice waitress! The food was really delicious! Especially the spare ribs, Dallas burger and dessert (soft ice cream with caramel topping :p). I would like to return to this nice family business!

I ordered, the gentleman indicated that there was no delivery person available, and that I can therefore get my money back. To date, I have not received a response after several contact attempts, calling/emailing. I still have to get my 30 euros back. Ridiculous.

Bestelling kon niet geleverd worden omdat er geen bezorger beschikbaar was. Ik kon mijn geld terug vragen via thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd markeerde de bestelling als verzonden, kon mijn geld niet terug krijgen. Meerdere emails gestuurd maar geen reactie. Ik bestel hier nooit weer.

Many things did not go well. Only brought something to drink after half an hour. Ordered soup but after a very long wait she arrived with the main course, oops, forgot the soup and the soup we had selected was not there. Then another very long wait. Food itself was fine except for the very thick chicken soup. And very friendly help and many apologies by the serving lady plus quite a bit was taken off the bill, my compliments. All in all, we won't be back anytime soon.

Went here based on the positive reviews. However, my experience is unfortunately less. In my opinion, the decoration of the restaurant is 'just not there', but that is a matter of taste. The service consisted of 1 young girl who is clearly still very new in the catering industry and could use some help, especially as more customers arrived. As a result, for example, we had no drinks during the main course. You almost feel guilty ordering something. The food was nicely decorated and very tasty, but I wouldn't necessarily come back for it. All in all, I think it's very overrated and I wouldn't return.

Wat een lieve mensen zeg! Iemand in het restaurant werd onwel en met veel geduld en vriendelijkheid werd alle hulp geboden die mogelijk was. We hebben ontzettend lekker gegeten met zijn drieën: de mixed grill is een aanrader en ook de toetjes! Prijzen zijn echt heel netjes, geef maar een mooie fooi als je het kunt missen. Dik verdiend!!!

Queens steakhouse is highly recommended for a cozy and delicious dinner, the mixed grill, deliciously tender meat, baked potatoes, warm vegetables and raw vegetables and everything beautifully presented and more than enough, the service is super friendly. Food was bad for the money, the draft beer was way too expensive

Vegan option is not vegan, contained meat, pesto, parmesan cheese and honey. Eventhough it quite clearly said vegan and had the vegan logo. They tried to understand but they didnt really. Hope they change it in the future.

Went on Saturday 03-02, the pork tenderloin from the mix grill was very dry, the spare ribs were cold, the chef was angry at the table, the owner who would arrange it after some time, the raw pork tenderloin was back on the table and we got the answer, this is pink, it's really a big mockery for too much money. and very bad service

Queens stakehouse. ♥️ Highly recommended. Had delicious shrimps and mixed grill. Very well presented with vegetables, salad and fries. Lots of choice of sauces. Had bread and nachos as an appetizer. Nachos also recommended. Delicious food, super friendly staff. The service was so neat and welcoming.

Ordered spareribs today, super tasty! The best in Assen! Meat falls off the bone, off the grill, not too much marinade, not to mention the fresh farmer's fries and the accompanying sauces.

Good food! However, it has recently become much more expensive. The price-quality ratio is no longer correct. Furthermore, it was very cold, so we kept our coats on.

Ordered today for the first time, but also for the last time.. Where the home delivery website states that it would be delivered within 10-20 minutes... The food was delivered more than 1.5-2 hours later... The bag and packaging felt ice cold. The food was lukewarm/almost cold. The burgers would include fries... One of the burgers had NO fries... One burger was as dry as groats, while the other burger was soggy with grease. I myself had Burger Nashville... Which only had 1 lousy slice of bacon on it... Hugely salty too... The slice of cheese was like rubber... Small minuscule plus: the pickle was removed... So not recommended in terms of delivery

We went to the Queens Lunch & Diner today on New Year's Eve. We were greeted very nicely, we spoke in German, hurrah😉 The food was really delicious. Everything was super relaxed, great, and there was even a schnapps at the end. So we can only recommend it. Thank you very much, keep it up at Queens Lunch😉✌

We were looking for a place to have a quick lunch (on Christmas Day). Fast, friendly service, very tasty food... Worth repeating! If we are in Assen again, we will definitely come back for lunch!

Me and my girlfriend were there for the first time. And we were able to enjoy the new menu!!! I had the mixed grill and it was really tasty, everything was well seasoned. And everything was so tender that it melted in the tongue and was well prepared. And my friend had the Queen lady burger, which was also very tasty, tender, well seasoned, tasty sauces. Well cared for and very good service, highly recommended. In any case, we will definitely come again to taste and try the rest!!!!!!!!

Met de familie (10 pers) uit eten geweest. Er was gereserveerd en tafel voor 10 stond netjes klaar. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker en gezellig gegeten. Prima ambiance en voor-, hoofd- en nagerecht waren lekker en werd gelukkig gelijktijdig geserveerd. De 50% korting maakte het afrekenen ook leuk. Kortom: aanbevelens waard.

Had lunch here for the first time, ham sandwich and a hawaii sandwich, just nice and simple, we thought... When it was delivered I really had a wow reaction, so much and it looked so good, a big 10 perfect. If we are in Assen again we will definitely have lunch here.
