Nice pub with a beautiful terrace on the cozy Beestenmarkt in Delft. They have a great menu with tasty snacks and drinks. The apple pie is highly recommended. But the nacho platter is also top-notch. Friendly staff and good service. You can enjoy playing games there and having a nice beer or soft drink.

Very chilled spot to have a drink after a long day of sightseeing. The prices are reasonable (for Netherlands) and there is tons of seating outside, which is lovely and seating inside. Seems to be a very popular place with how many people are here on a Monday. Recommended if you're keen for a nice cold draft!

My 29-year-old friend was asked for his ID to order a beer. When he stated his age, the employee said he ‘couldn’t properly estimate’. He then asked if we wanted a non-alcoholic drink, so we politely went to sit with the neighbors.

Ordered a wholemeal bread roll with Filet Americain, but didn't eat it. Had to ask for the truffle mayonnaise myself, as it wasn't on it, but I have never had such bad Filet Americain. My husband had Caesar salad, which was fine.

A very pleasant place right in the city center; from our seat we had a view of two famous churches, friendly service, moderate prices... We'd gladly come again...

Exceptional ham-and-cheese toast and apple tart. We had lunch outside in a hot august morning and had a quick lunch with my wife. Excellent food and nice atmosphere. Exceptional waitresses.

What a lovely place to settle down at the Beestenmarkt. We had a fantastic meal here and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The apple pie with that huge dollop of whipped cream was a real treat. The poffertjes were also perfect and exactly as they should be, with a generous dollop of butter on the side. It is the ideal spot for a nice lunch or a tasty snack in Delft. We will definitely be back soon.

A nice mix of café, restaurant, and bar. The apple pie is very good, and the cream is real, not from a can. The coffee is delicious and not bitter. The service was friendly and excellent. The location is fantastic for taking a break, resting briefly, or watching the world go by. We felt comfortable. Even locals were ordering apple pie here. Highly recommended.

Hooray for apple pie! We ate one of the most delicious pies here. A wonderful homemade pie made according to old traditions. There's plenty of seating and the service is excellent and fast. Some of the staff even speak German. The large number of customers and guests speaks for itself.

Beautiful terrace, it feels just like you're in France! Very friendly service. In the morning, super tasty and very beautiful pastries from the neighbors. Otherwise, a small menu, and the kitchen open until 8:00 PM. During the day you can order delicious sandwiches or finger food, but no full meal in the evening.

Nice and cozy traditional pub, has a small terrace in front where you can sit comfortably and 'people-watch', as they pass by in large numbers.

Totally a must do when in Delft. Ambiance is amazing, city centre on a big square with another 10-12 pubs and restaurants. The apple pie is world famous, comes with low sugar whipped cream. We come here anytime we are in the Netherlands. Staff are wonderful, nothing is a problem.

What a place. We ordered the Apple pie with cream and the mini pancakes and everything was amazing. They are very generous with cream. The mini pancakes are fresh and the Apple pie is warm. Coffees were also good. The ambience was super charming and cozy. Nice seating outside.

The apple pie crust is far too sweet (!). As a result, you start to put off eating it all. The whipped cream, however, is good.

Delft at its best. A household name in Delft's hospitality industry. Famous for its apple pie. Known for the sayings on the chalkboard at the entrance. The menu is sufficient for a good lunch. Everything is fresh and looks delicious. We haven't lived in Delft for a while now, but we love coming to Kobus when we're in Delft. 👍👍👍

Lots of seating. Although an internet review said their Dutch apple pie was the best I went with the authentic Dutch butter cake which was fabulous.

I had apple tart and mint tea. The apple tart was delicious. The mint tea had whole mint leaves in it, and it was refreshing and paired perfectly with the apple tart. It was also helpful that it was easy to go there alone.

A must stop for afternoon apple tart and drinks. Cozy local cafe with friendly waiters. The pie was warm had plenty of thinly shaved apples with raisins and nuts. The crust was perfect. Plenty of cream topping.This was obviously a homemade recipe. There is none better in Holland and that includes those renowned from AMS. It’s also a great place to unwind and enjoy the culture. I’d love to go back!

A typical student pub in a great university town. They've managed to maintain the atmosphere since the 90s or even longer, despite renovations in between. Best apple cider in town!

The apple tart is delicious. It is moderately sweet and has a nice crunch from the nuts. The whipped cream is also moderately sweet and light.

Delicious breakfast, with a perfect cappuccino and delicious apple pie. The place has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, and on a nice day, it's also very nice outside!

I dragged four of us here as I had been told it was the best apple pie. We ordered some beer, cappuccino, Caesar salads, tomato soup and quesadillas. All of these were delish with fresh ingredients. We topped it off with two pieces of pie with whipped cream-of course! The crust was crunchy, the pie was warm and the flavor was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside and watched life go by. The total bill was €88.

Everything was great! Delicious tacos with salsa, etc. Regarding the Aperol Spritz, I have to say it was barely any Aperol for €9. At that price, the Aperol Spritz should be a bit redder. Maybe it was a mistake 😔 But otherwise, everything was great, nice place.

I've eaten many apple cakes with cream in my life. But this one is truly a delight: the cake is pleasantly warm, and the interplay of sweetness, acidity, spices, and the very creamy, sweet cream is heavenly.

We only ate the apple pie and had a drink. After the apple pie, you are really full, and the homemade whipped cream means whipped cream until the last bite. They certainly don't skimp here. Delicious.

We had lunch on Saturday afternoon at this crowded but cozy cafe. The pulled pork sandwich was absolutely perfect! We ended up spending €60 for 3 lunches, 2 coffees, and 4 teas.

Delicious apple pie. Make sure it has hazelnuts! It's cozy with real candles on the table. But due to limited space, be careful with children and coats. There's a shelf with games and newspapers to read. A lovely place to relax.

Popped in for coffee and cake, although after seeing their beer selection I wish I didn't have to drive back to our accommodation. The apple cake we had was baked that morning and was amazing, and the coffee was good and strong. Board games and cards etc were available for those that wanted them too.

Shrinkflation has hit here too. Apple pies have shrunk considerably, and in winter, you're stuck outside in the freezing cold because there's no room inside. No, unfortunately, the fun is gone for me. Combined with the ever-rising prices, I'm skipping Kobus for now. Too bad. I've enjoyed going there for over 12 years.

got the apple pie and caramel latte, both of which were incredible!! the apple pie especially was so tasty. they really don’t hold back on the whipped cream here and i’m so grateful for that 🙂‍↕️ the vibe of the place was also so nice. very cosy. was able to get a seat inside right away, but there was also plenty of outdoor seating available too since it was a warmer february day.

The apple tart is good! You must have it with cream. It’s like the one from Winkel 43 in Amsterdam, both are delicious. The atmosphere in the bar is amazing, warm, chilled, and I can imagine it would become energetic in the evening.
