The food is good for a snack bar, and the price-quality ratio is also good. Except the €3 for a Red Bull is a bit steep. But otherwise, it's a nice, tidy place and the staff is friendly.

I had ordered and called to ask where it was, they said it was on its way, they arrived 40 minutes later and the delivery person only said that he had been working for 10 minutes and that he was the only delivery person, so they lie to your face and it was cold and raw.

Placed online order, could pick up at 7pm. When I came in, I was told it would be ready. 10 minutes later I went to ask where it was. It would take another 2 minutes. Finally after more than 20 minutes I got my order. They clearly can't handle Saturday evening, don't let people order online then!

Plenty of nice service behind the counter, but in the restaurant fries were scattered on the floor and the door handle was sticky.

After something was not quite right, they resolved it excellently a week later by allowing us to place a new order. Excellent service 👍🏻

The food was good and the service was quick. Prices were reasonable, and parking was available right out front.

A real quality, as a quality should be

Delicious fries, snacks and shakes. Great location, nicely decorated. There is always a voucher with a nice offer in the mail.

Ordered a salad and it was fine

Excellent quality burgers: juicy meat, delicious additions (quality cheese: very tasty, tasty types of sauces on the hamburger), very tasty dry, crispy fried fries (normal portion is very large), delicious milkshakes with a creamy composition (you can taste the quality) and delicious snacks: Burgundian croquette is heavenly and very generously filled. Fast home delivery and always friendly. Neatly packaged products for home delivery: very neat and hygienic. Very pleasant snack bar that stands head and shoulders above all other snack bars. Deservedly a Qualitaria. Big thank you, Kwalitaria Bergschenhoek for always delicious food. You deserve a big 20 out of 20. Never had such a delicious meal!!

What you can expect from a quality restaurant. Here you get that extra scoop of fries in the bag when you pick up. Hard working people. The restaurant area is sometimes not cleared, but that is mainly due to the guests who make a mess.

On the advice of my eldest brother, we went there to have a look and pick up food. I must say how beautiful it is, so big and clean, and the food was really good, and what is also important is affordable and lots of fries. We couldn't even get along with them 3. So I say do it.

Worst fries bar ever, they only had the fries delivered and nothing else and we had to wait another 30 minutes to eat. Never eat here again

I ordered food with a delivery time of 6:30 PM, because I was still at work. Then they are at the door at 5:50 PM. This is really not possible, the delivery time is there for a reason. I did receive my order again at the correct time. This incident happened a few months ago. Unfortunately, something happened again this week that means I have to adjust my review. I ordered a bull burger via the website with the comments: "no red onion and no BBQ sauce". The burger is then delivered and still has sauce on it. I then called and was then called a liar. I really don't think this is possible. I will never order from here again.

We ordered at 5 p.m. and requested that the food be delivered at 6 p.m. It was ultimately delivered at 6:20 p.m. The fries were cold and the snacks were still cold inside. There were no straws with the milkshakes. When we called about this, they would deliver different food within 30 minutes, but 45 minutes later still no food.

For me it's more than just fast food

It is very unusual that the price list does not correspond to what you have to pay. When I asked about it the employee said. We know that. The incorrect prices have also been crossed out. Tip given to do this with a black marker instead of a line with a ballpoint pen.

I think Ras fries have been reused. It is very well done and limp. Chicken schnitzel was tasty

Nice tent. Little atmosphere and cold. Food was decent.

Today we had dinner here with 3 friends for €45. After we had just sat down with our milkshakes, we were told that the schnitzel menu was not available, so we could choose 2 other burger menus. After we had both placed our orders, a friend of mine indicated that who didn't want vegetables or other things on it, only a sandwich with meat, we then waited another 45 minutes and when my friends were already getting food, I was still waiting, which wasn't very nice if you're going to eat with all of them, in the end that friend's order was not yet good as there was lettuce and other vegetables on it and he had not received the sauce he had ordered. After we went back with it and indicated that we did not like it that we were now eating separately, we barely got an answer and she said that they were going to solve it, eventually he got their food back with the right sauce but still with vegetables on it and decided to take it off themselves while the other had already finished eating, we could finally start eating, but they also had given the wrong sauce and we had to go back and wait for it again, in the end our food was cold, we all ended up eating separately and that for €45 is really a shame and it's a shame that nothing is done about your complaints...

Unfortunately I have to say that I am very disappointed. We were 3 people and I and the other had ordered a schnitzel menu, then they said that the schnitzel had run out, something that could happen. Then we can choose something and I chose a cheese soufflé chicken burger WITHOUT vegetables, meanwhile half an hour later and we get our food, NOTHING of it was right, the sauce was wrong, there were grains on my burger. We then walk back because it wasn't right. Can I get that burger without the pickle but with the peppers? I think peppers are also vegetables. I have removed it myself, but come on, if a customer is not happy, you should help them, that is the service I expect. We are not to be satisfied. I feel like I just threw away 45 euros. Very unfortunate again. I hope something will be done about this because it is not right

A bit cold in appearance, but fine for take-away. Staff has difficulty with the Dutch language, but the food is fine.

For a glorified snack bar, excellent

I was alone in this occasion. Soft music available in the background. Then it is difficult to say anything about the atmosphere. The decoration of this cafeteria is attractive and contemporary. Hence the hesitant stars(3) for the atmosphere. The Bami disc is excellently fried and has a good taste. It's a pity that the bami disk cannot be placed in the disk of (3, 4 or 5 nowadays?) as standard. Because of the fat content? I wouldn't dare say this.

Het eten is heel erg goed ik zat lekker vol. En de glutenvrije producten zijn ook top. Dat durf ik zonder angst te bestellen.

Over het algemeen positief alleen worden bij het bezorgen best vaak fouten gemaakt.

Lekker online bestellen en ook snel ophalen. Zeer uitgebreid assortiment en genoeg lekkers voor iedereen. Kwaliteit van de frietjes waren uitstekend. Het was lekker smullen!

Het is vaak veel voor weinig. Alhoewel, de prijzen zijn het laatste jaar wel (flink) gestegen. Het eten is vaak goed, de service is zoals je hem mag verwachten in de gemiddelde snackbar/cafetaria en de sfeer is om te huilen. Maar ja...je zit er dan ook vaak voor een snelle hap.

Erg lekker eten en goede service

Gezellig en te ruime porties. Je gooit nu te veel weg. Verspilling. Beetje minder frites en dus een iets lagere prijs?!

Prima snackbar. Niet supergoedkoop

Hanburger besteld, wil er een stuk afsnijden en het broodje ontbind voor mn ogen. Niet vers dus. Ook was het broodje niet geroosterd. Volgens de dames hier was alles vers 😂

Zeer centraal gelegen in Bergschenhoek en serveert lekker en betaalbaar eten. Het bovengelegen appartement wordt TE KOOP aangeboden door Prinsenstad Makelaardij. Dat is pas waar voor je geld!

Lekker patatje, goeie burger wel druk

Op zoek naar een Delifrance liepen we deze snackbar binnen waarin een balie is met Delifrance broodjes. De dames die er werkten waren allen even vriendelijk, maar verder was het toch een beetje ........ dorpse snackbar waar ik niet heel dol op ben. We aten er de Bull burger die best smaakte, alleen te veel zoete saus had.

Kipburger niet gaar, kaas op hamburger was net plastic. Wel vriendelijke mensen.

Het heeft een leuke sfeer leuk personeel iedereen helpt elkaar leuke klanten nog nooit ruzie daar gezien en het eten daar is verrukkelijk

Snelle service en lekker veel patat, je hoeft echt geen grote te bestellen

Niet alleen friet en snacks op deze lokatie maar ook de goed belegde broodjes van Delifrance.

Lekkere patat. Porties patat zijn wel heel groot dus je hebt nooit te weinig patat. Ze hebben een heleboel snacks. Zelfs een kaaskroket. Verder is het een nette tent en Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Zeker aan te raden en voor herhaling vatbaar (:

Kwaliteit eten uitstekend. Het enige waar ik me regelmatig aan erger, is dat de telefoon altijd voor gaat. Jammer dan ook dat ik (afhaler) al gauw 20 min. op mijn bestelling moet wachten, terwijl er maar 3-4 mensen in de zaak zitten. Ik ga geloof ik ook maar telefonisch bestellen en laten bezorgen. Maar nogmaals, verder top!

Weer eens besteld bij dit bedrijf en wat een verschil met de opstart periode. Allereerst is alles kokend heet bezorgd door een keurig persoon. Prima producten, mooie kwaliteit. De saté heeft meer dan voldoende saus, is heerlijk mals en uitstekend verpakt. De loempia is mooi droog en lekker krokant aan de buitenkant. Ook de vulling (kip) is zeer lekker. Een toppertje. Overige producten ook goed. Wij komen zeker snel terug.

Prima Kwalitaria: aardige mensen, lekker eten en vooral ook schoon.

Prima snackbar. Goed eten. Grote porties. Er is een klein hoekje waar kinderen kunnen spelen. Echter word hier weinig aandacht aan besteed. Wel stiften, maar geen kleurplaten aanwezig, en veelal stuk speelmateriaal.

Had voor bezorgen gekozen, maar ze waren een half uur te laat. Frietjes waren oke, maar kon niet echt oordelen sinds het was afgekoeld. Burger was welk lekker en dat had ik niet verwacht met de type brood.
