Was delicious, delivered quickly... and affordable

I had an arrogant, rude man on the phone. He accidentally didn't check the address correctly when delivering, then immediately corrected it and called to report it. "Your own fault," my sister was told. I then called to ask if the delivery driver had checked the phone number when they delivered the wrong item. A very irritated man answered the phone and said he didn't have time and didn't want to discuss anything further with me. I hung up angrily. Poor service!!!! Luckily, the delivery driver had been redirected to the correct address by the resident of the incorrect address. The angry, irritated employee could have simply said, "I'll check with the delivery driver," and there wouldn't have been a problem. Truly rude and not customer-friendly... I told them they'd lost me as a regular customer.

On October 24, 2025, we ordered two hamburger buns. The hamburger was lukewarm and the bun fell apart. You order mayonnaise and peanut sauce, and what do you get? Only peanut sauce. I will never order again.

The guy was giving away all sorts of freebies. The delivery guy almost ran me over. Otherwise, there was plenty of space. Great noodles.

Ordered food here for the first time today. When the food arrived we already saw that the food was not good and fresh at all. The hogweed is pitch black, the flame tube is completely crushed, the fries are stale and limp. Not to be missed! I wouldn't even feed a pig this food. Do not order here! Service is also bad, we called about this, but couldn't get a refund.

Best snack bar in Berkel and surrounding areas. Been coming there for years. Even Bram's fries can't compete with this! Pickup always goes well. Fridays are often a bit too busy, so we eat fries on other days :).

I have quite a lot of experience with Snackbar Berkel, here is a review: Delicious fries, nice and fast when we pick up - but with delivery like today, it's very fast every time👍! When my daughter recently fell with her bicycle, resulting in all the fries strewn across the street and a sad girl, new fries were immediately baked, which we received along with a lollipop. Orders are always delivered correctly and warmly. Okay, of all the times (in 7 years), something small was forgotten once - but after a short phone call and apologies, it was quickly delivered with further apologies. My experience: These are hard workers, nice people and they have tasty fries & snacks here! You guys are great, see you again soon!

Never had such delicious fries before! Unfortunately this is overcompensated by the ridiculous service. Not normal how customers are treated here, after I said something here I also found a thick rye (spit) in my sauce container... A BIG NO GO!

Nice snack bar, delivery always fast and they are flexible if you have a specific wish and let us know. Food is always nice and hot. They also have some vegan snacks like the veg. croquette and veg. bami disc. It would be a nice addition if they clearly indicated on the website what the allergens are per product. It seems that this has not been completed correctly. And more vegan snacks and sauces are of course also welcome!

De patat van snackbar Berkel is in ons gezin de grote favoriet!! Alles is eigenlijk altijd lekker en goed klaar gemaakt van wat wij tot nu toe daar hebben besteld. Dus echt een aanrader!!

We hadden 3x de patat stoofvlees die hebben we meestal. Normaal altijd top, maar helaas vies het deze keer vies tegen. Het leek net aangebrand. We komen zeker terug, want het is eigenlijk altijd top hier.

Makkelijk bestellen via website. Berichten over wanneer je bestelling wordt bereid en wanneer ze onderweg zijn. Snelle levering van heerlijk en vooral goed warm eten! Blijft toch de lekkerste snackbar van Berkel.

Elke vrijdag bestel ik hier lunch voor mijn collega's. Altijd lekkere patatjes. Er ontbrak een snackie, kan gebeuren. Na een belletje met een vriendelijke telefoniste werd ie alsnog netjes en snel nageleverd. Ga zo door!

Altijd lekkere en veel friet. Heerlijke zelfgemaakte snacks, maar nu ging er helaas wat mis. De milkshake waren ze vergeten, maar binnen no time was het nageleverd, en nu de pech dat ze hun lekker slaatje niet rechtop, maar op zijn zijkant hadden vervoerd en meegegeven. Het hele slaatje was aan de zijkant als een hoopje bij elkaar gekomen. Erg jammer.

Heerlijke zelfgemaakte friet, ik durf te zeggen: de lekkerste van Berkel en Rodenrijs. Aardig personeel en eerlijke prijs. Daarnaast kun je ook écht grote hamburgers krijgen.

Lekkere friet, prima snacks, goede service. Handige optie om vooraf te bestellen en op te halen, maar de wachttijd is nooit erg lang.

Stop met zoeken. Dit is de lekkerste snackbar van Berkel en Rodenrijs. Goede patat. Veel keuze en dat voor een nette prijs.

Patat is erg goed, lekker knapperig, goed gezouten en goede prijs. Maar de eigenaar (?) was zeer onvriendelijk niet alleen tegen ons maar vooral tegen het personeel. Een jongen kwam 5 minuten te laat binnen omdat z’n scooter kapot was en hij kreeg een laatste waarschuwing. Op zich prima maar het was op een autoritaire manier waardoor je als klant valse schaamte kreeg. Heel jammer. Volgende keer toch maar naar Verhage.
