Bram Ladage Berkel en Rodenrijs in Wijk 21 Berkel

Ik had een dikke anderhalve maand geleden een bestelling geplaatst bij Ladage alhier in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Dat was mij geheel tegen de verwachting in slecht bekomen ,.. vandaag liep ik er toevallig langs en ben even naar binnen gestapt om de slechte review die ik gegeven had even persoonlijk over te brengen ,.. ik ben daar ontvangen door Esra ,.. ze heeft mij met succes geprobeerd op andere gedachte te brengen door mij een patatje aan te bieden om de wrange smaak die ik van die bestelling had te doen wegspoelen . Dat is haar gelukt , ik eet waar ik een Ladage zie een patat omdat ik dat gewoon de lekkerste patat vind ,.. nu is dat bij haar ook weer het geval en zal ik Ladage ‘trouw’ blijven . Recently picked up 2 Asian stews, but unfortunately received unfinished work. Received fries with peanut, sambal and 1 of the 2 ordered stews had spring onions. The other was fries, chicken and peanut sauce. Seroendeng and sesame were nowhere to be seen on either stew and one of the two had a few spring onions on it. Too bad about this.

2 x soft ice cream for kids medium for €5.50 🤔🤔 is more than double what he normally pays for. A small fries for a child was also very expensive. Not normal and remarkably expensive. Don't come back again.

Teleurstellende ervaring bij Bram Ladage Berkel Wat begon als een leuk initiatief, eindigde in een flinke teleurstelling. Mijn zoon Luc is morgen jarig en wilde graag gebruik maken van de actie voor gratis friet op je verjaardag. Omdat het morgen niet goed uitkomt, besloot hij een dag eerder te gaan en twee vrienden mee te nemen om alvast te vieren. Bij aankomst werd hij echter op een onvriendelijke en ongeïnteresseerde manier te woord gestaan door een medewerker. Zonder enige empathie werd hem verteld dat de actie alleen geldig is op de exacte verjaardag – geen enkele vorm van begrip of flexibiliteit, terwijl het hier om een kind van bijna 13 jaar gaat. Teleurgesteld besloot hij dan maar drie frietjes te kopen, wat natuurlijk een schrale troost is. Een gemiste kans voor Bram Ladage om een jonge klant blij te maken en een verjaardag extra speciaal te maken. Klantenservice betekent ook meedenken en soms een beetje soepel zijn. Mocht hier geen passende reactie op komen, dan zal ik deze frietzaak in de toekomst links laten liggen.

Disappointing experience at Bram Ladage Berkel What started as a nice initiative ended in a major disappointment. My son Luc's birthday is tomorrow and he wanted to take advantage of the promotion for free fries on your birthday. Since tomorrow wasn't convenient, he decided to go a day early and bring two friends with him to celebrate in advance. However, upon arrival he was spoken to in an unfriendly and uninterested manner by an employee. He was told without any empathy that the promotion is only valid on the exact birthday - no form of understanding or flexibility, while this concerns a child of almost 13 years old. Disappointed, he decided to only buy three fries, which is of course little consolation. A missed opportunity for Bram Ladage to make a young customer happy and make a birthday extra special. Customer service also means thinking along and sometimes being a bit flexible. If there is no appropriate response to this, I will avoid this chip shop in the future. I understand that there are conditions attached to the promotion, but it is not so much about the rules, but about the way in which they are handled. A little customer friendliness and empathy, especially towards a child whose birthday is approaching, could have made a big difference. Rules are important, but customer experience is just as important. My son would have loved to enjoy your fries and could have had a nice experience, but instead he is left with a bad aftertaste. 22 euros for 2x medium fries, 1 with and 1 war and 2 special frikandels, Phew abnormal. Then the taste, seriously, there really is someone who likes this frikandel. It's a kind of sausage with a very nasty curry. Satay sauce without flavor just like the fries. Otherwise, just look at the structure of the frikandel, it says enough. Never again and now let's hope that the feeling goes away quickly after eating because it doesn't feel good.

The fries are always excellent at Bram's; sometimes we even buy a kilo package via Too Good to Go. We then put them in the air fryer at home. The service is also fine, but the atmosphere is not great. But yes, that doesn't matter to Bram as far as I'm concerned: they are made to simply order your fries and eat them while you're at it. Which is also completely fine according to their concept.

Of all the Loads, this one is really the inferior one. The famous fries here are not of Brams' level. For example, go to Brammetje Bleiswijk. Everything is right there

The Rotterdam fries king has also established itself in Berkel, as a snack bar. So here too a real Bram. Here you have some seats, with a smart place to put your cone in a number of places.

Today I got a delicious mayo fries from this Bram Ladage. It was completely free because today is my birthday. I could wait in the sun until the fries were baked and it was also brought to the table. What a service!

Ordered my chicken burger here today. Unfortunately it had been baked for too long and was therefore too hard and dry. When I mentioned this to the manager, he immediately decided to make a new chicken burger for me. This was good, unfortunately the best chicken burger is still at Bram in Alexander Rotterdam 😉 but the customer service is on point here in Berkel!!! and he also gave me a free milkshake. So a mega ten for the service and customer friendliness, all other brambles can learn a lot from this 👍

A bit of a shame, we are super fans of the Bram franchise, but I think Bram in Berkel still needs to improve a lot. Fries were lukewarm and very salty, but also very salty and it gave me heart palpitations. My husband didn't even eat his stew fries and that was the easiest of the 2 of us, the frikandel sandwich was upside down in the bag and the sandwich was soggy and broken. He was able to throw it away. A waste of food and our money. Maybe a course here and there. The snack bar business is really a profession. And people also pay, so it must be good.

Ordered an Asian chicken stew fries and a pulled pork stew fries. Nice large portions of fries with plenty of stew. It was ready quickly and was just as expected and delicious! Nice that they are now also in Berkel and Rodenrijs. Will definitely get some more often.

I am not a Bram Ladage expert. There is a stall at the Makro wholesaler in Delft, where I know the chain and have sometimes ordered fries. Today I also ordered fries from Bram Ladage in Berkel en Rodenrijs. Can't say anything else other than firm, crispy, tasty fries. Fast service and correct staff.

How nice that there is now a Bram in Berkel! Have enjoyed those delicious fries with skin a few times. Delicious milkshake and stew also delicious. Great team and good service, this is what I missed in Berkel.

Every now and then, when I'm in Berkel, I get a nice fries and a croquette sandwich here. The delicious fries are freshly cut in front of you. And there is a nice team behind the counter. Great that we have a Bram nearby!

Ooh … ik dacht dat ik alleen zo teleurgesteld was in Bram ladage, maar zo te horen meer klanten. Ik heb vandaag voor het eerst een bramladage voor het eerst gehaald in Berkel en Rodenrijs maar is een zwaar teleurstelling. Ik besteld voor mijn zoontje van drie allerkleinste zakje patat en die was al voor €3. Ik heb een paar geproefd en smaakt nergens naar. Ja naar zand soms en verder te veel met schil en hard gebakken. Nooit meer daar
