Unfortunately, since the arrival of the new owners, we have had fries that are too hard and too greasy. It is a shame, because you go to De Bram specifically for freshly fried fries. Now, for the third time in a row, we have greasy, burnt fries. And now the onion in the 'berenklauw' is raw too. The quality really leaves a lot to be desired.

4 people behind the counter, no one wanted to take a takeaway/eat-in order because they were busy with online. The ordering kiosk is not fast or easy. Gave up & waited a long time.

Waited half an hour for a portion of fries. Get home and see they only filled it halfway. This place has no concept of hygiene. Those black gloves are useless. In the meantime, she just sits with her fingers to her nose and mouth. Or they just fix their hair for a moment.

Placed a takeaway order. At the agreed time, the food had not yet been prepared. In the meantime, staff in the shop were eating and serving other customers. The food was ready 15 minutes after the agreed time. Upon arriving home, the order turned out to be incomplete. Fortunately, it was delivered later, but it was a damper on what was supposed to be ‘just having a nice Brammetje’. Things have been better in Berkel.

Fries are tasty, but something is always missing. I check as a matter of course now, but if the bacon and cheese aren't on your stew, you only notice it when you get home. It's also a shame about the exorbitant prices if you have it delivered. Our order was 26 euros and would be 37 euros with delivery. Sent an email about our order, but the message came back as not delivered.

It's a shame that all the snacks (except the Veggie) are halal. I don't want to eat them, so that leaves just fries and Veggie! It's annoying that we have to adapt to halal food instead of the other way around.

Excellent fries with a good amount of samurai sauce. The Mexicano and croquettes were ordered later, so they were served in phases. The food was good, the service was fast, but a bit chaotic. We felt they weren't quite there yet.

It's great that you can choose whether you want the sauce on top or on the side! Seating isn't great if you want to eat it there, but that's always the case with every Bram lunch.

I go there quite often, and every time I'm welcomed with open arms and a smile all the way to the roof! Excellent service, and the fries are always deliciously fresh. With Double Mayonnaise, as always! A true Bram connoisseur here! And this Bram salad is truly amazing!

This location occupies a prime spot in the center of Berkel en Rodenrijs. Dat was mij geheel tegen de verwachting in slecht bekomen ,.. vandaag liep ik er toevallig langs en ben even naar binnen gestapt om de slechte review die ik gegeven had even persoonlijk over te brengen ,.. ik ben daar ontvangen door Esra ,.. ze heeft mij met succes geprobeerd op andere gedachte te brengen door mij een patatje aan te bieden om de wrange smaak die ik van die bestelling had te doen wegspoelen . Dat is haar gelukt , ik eet waar ik een Ladage zie een patat omdat ik dat gewoon de lekkerste patat vind ,.. nu is dat bij haar ook weer het geval en zal ik Ladage ‘trouw’ blijven . Recently picked up 2 Asian stews, but unfortunately received unfinished work. Received fries with peanut, sambal and 1 of the 2 ordered stews had spring onions. The other was fries, chicken and peanut sauce. Seroendeng and sesame were nowhere to be seen on either stew and one of the two had a few spring onions on it. Too bad about this.

2 x soft ice cream for kids medium for €5.50 🤔🤔 is more than double what he normally pays for. A small fries for a child was also very expensive. Not normal and remarkably expensive. Don't come back again.

Teleurstellende ervaring bij Bram Ladage Berkel Wat begon als een leuk initiatief, eindigde in een flinke teleurstelling. Mijn zoon Luc is morgen jarig en wilde graag gebruik maken van de actie voor gratis friet op je verjaardag. Omdat het morgen niet goed uitkomt, besloot hij een dag eerder te gaan en twee vrienden mee te nemen om alvast te vieren. Bij aankomst werd hij echter op een onvriendelijke en ongeïnteresseerde manier te woord gestaan door een medewerker. Zonder enige empathie werd hem verteld dat de actie alleen geldig is op de exacte verjaardag – geen enkele vorm van begrip of flexibiliteit, terwijl het hier om een kind van bijna 13 jaar gaat. Teleurgesteld besloot hij dan maar drie frietjes te kopen, wat natuurlijk een schrale troost is. Een gemiste kans voor Bram Ladage om een jonge klant blij te maken en een verjaardag extra speciaal te maken. Klantenservice betekent ook meedenken en soms een beetje soepel zijn. Mocht hier geen passende reactie op komen, dan zal ik deze frietzaak in de toekomst links laten liggen.

Disappointed, he decided to only buy three fries, which is of course little consolation. A missed opportunity for Bram Ladage to make a young customer happy and make a birthday extra special. Customer service also means thinking along and sometimes being a bit flexible. If there is no appropriate response to this, I will avoid this chip shop in the future. 22 euros for 2x medium fries, 1 with and 1 war and 2 special frikandels, Phew abnormal. Then the taste, seriously, there really is someone who likes this frikandel. It's a kind of sausage with a very nasty curry. Satay sauce without flavor just like the fries. Otherwise, just look at the structure of the frikandel, it says enough. Never again and now let's hope that the feeling goes away quickly after eating because it doesn't feel good.

The fries are always excellent at Bram's; sometimes we even buy a kilo package via Too Good to Go. We then put them in the air fryer at home. The service is also fine, but the atmosphere is not great. But yes, that doesn't matter to Bram as far as I'm concerned: they are made to simply order your fries and eat them while you're at it. Which is also completely fine according to their concept.
