Unacceptable behavior - a disgrace to the branch. My friends and I are completely fed up with it. There is a woman working behind the counter who takes orders and ruins the entire experience. This is not an isolated incident; it happens systematically. What goes wrong every time: - Making mistakes and blaming the customer; - She constantly enters incorrect orders; - If you confront her directly about it because you literally see her making the mistake on the screen, she denies it and blames the customer; - Absolutely no patience: She sighs continuously and asks irritably "how much longer it will take," even though she is the one making the mistakes and holding things up; - Rude attitude: She is extremely grumpy, gives you dirty looks, and acts as if you are a huge burden as a customer. It is bizarre that management is not intervening. This woman absolutely does not belong in the hospitality industry or behind a cash register. We will only return here when this is seriously addressed. We are skipping this KFC from now on.

I went via the drive-through yesterday. Since I am not very familiar with the KFC menu, I had the app open to check the specials. Unfortunately, the employee behind the intercom was very curt and completely unhelpful. I didn't really get the feeling that there was room to take a quiet look or ask a question. In the end, I therefore placed only part of my order at KFC and went to Bram Ladage next door for the rest. It's a shame, because the food I eventually ordered at KFC was just fine. So it wasn't the product itself that was the problem, but the customer service at the drive-through could really be a lot better.

Toilets extremely dirty and no soap available. Trash cans full. It took a very long time for the food to be ready. Floor extremely dirty. All tables dirty. In short, not really worth repeating.

If I were you, I wouldn't sell halal chicken. It's the wrong way to slaughter.

Upon arrival, it looks very promising. Nice building, neat seating outside. However, inside, it is anything but neat. Dirty tables, rubbish on the floor. Please skip the toilet. It is a filthy mess and the stench is unbearable. We will look for another KFC next time!

Went on Sunday evening. It wasn't very busy, but I had to wait 30 minutes for lukewarm food. All the tables, chairs, and the floor were dirty. The trash can was also overflowing. All this was likely due to a staff shortage. Overall, I had a disappointing experience, so unfortunately, it is not worth repeating.

If you feel like waiting a long time for cold food, this is the place to be! Waited almost 40 minutes for food that wasn't even close to warm. A waste of money. It's also a real mess inside, with food scraps everywhere on the floor and incredibly greasy tables. Just don't go here; it's better for your savings account and your health.

It was very little and very pricey.

The food was mediocre. The crust was tough and not crispy. Dirty toilet with a sewage smell. They do not provide reusable cups, even though you requested them.

Despite the small number of customers, it took over 30 minutes to prepare the order. I stood waiting at the checkout for over 20 minutes because it was apparently still too tiring to reserve the board with orders to be prepared and ready. The food was cold, the tables dirty, and the staff unintelligible and uninterested. One step slower and they will be walking backwards just as fast as the information board, which was already lagging behind by over 150 numbers.

We waited for more than half an hour while the place was almost empty. The staff clearly weren't in the mood and took their time. Additionally, your fries were already ready while the chicken still needed to be cooked. The fry bags are almost impossible to open. I asked for scissors at the counter, but they couldn't find them. While I was standing at the counter, I saw other customers had already been waiting for quite some time. The gentleman asked if he could order, but the staff did not respond. The service is not okay and not customer-friendly. The place was dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. The food was too salty and not crispy.

It was my first experience with KFC, unfortunately not worth repeating.

The wait for my order is unbearably long, the staff is slow, and they often leave out certain items from the order; I always have to check on the spot. The service needs to be improved. By the way, there's a Burger King 20 meters away, where the service is much faster and more pleasant. They filled the exact same order in 10 minutes, whereas at KFC I had to wait 35 minutes. Change the staff.

Very nice atmosphere, good food, friendly people

This KFC is a joke. They make the shakes first and let them sit for about 20 minutes waiting for the rest of the order. Obviously, they're completely melted by then. There was zero sauce in the crunchy cheese burgers! Not to mention how the staff seem to have all the time in the world to chat and do anything other than pack orders. I do not recommend this place.

Standing in the drive-thru for half an hour or waiting an hour for your food in the restaurant is not uncommon.

First a 15-minute wait at the checkout, THEN we get strange looks when we want to pay 2.5 in cash and 2.2 by card, AND ALSO WHEN 1 of our cards stops working. After that, we are laughed at because of our Polish and Moroccan background; discrimination IS PRESENT at this company. Yet another disappointment. Recently ordered 2 Zinger burgers. When I got home, there was no sauce, no lettuce, nothing on them. I called and was told they were out of lettuce, that was the reason, but they didn't even pass that on properly when I ordered.. after I had to drive back there, I showed it to the manager; the manager didn't say a word, just two new burgers, not even sorry, absolutely nothing, not a word.

I was served nicely. Only praise. I didn't have to wait long, and the food was warm when I took it home. Although it didn't have a bag with handles, they packed it so that I could carry it with one hand. Thank you!

They take an incredibly long time, whether it's busy or quiet. This applies to eating both indoors and outdoors. They take their time and don't seem to be in the mood. The food is sometimes not fully cooked either.

Very modern, spacious KFC. Arrived around opening (11:15) and had to wait a little over fifteen minutes. No complaints about the food, everything was fine.

The food was good and tasty. The loaded fries were surprisingly good. I still think it's a little for a lot. But every now and then, KFC is great.

The KFC Zoetermeer next to the car wash was a huge disappointment. Upon entering, we immediately noticed that many tables were dirty. Ordering went fine, but after that, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes while the restaurant wasn't even half full. Meanwhile, several employees were mostly just standing around doing nothing. When the food finally arrived, it turned out the order wasn't complete either: * only 1 of the 4 people received napkins * one order came with no sauce at all * a straw was missing * the burgers were barely topped After that long wait, the food was cold as well. The fries were limp, chewy, and overcooked, as if they had been sitting there for hours. The chicken looked more like battered fish than chicken. The toilets weren't exactly clean either, by the way. And when we wanted to throw away our trash after the meal, the bin was completely full, so nothing else could fit in. All in all, just a bad experience. We won't be coming back here.

The restaurant is disgustingly dirty. There was hair in the food, and when they pour the drinks, they can’t avoid spilling on the glass, so the whole thing is sticky. Absolutely disgusting.

I went to grab a quick bite with a business associate. Now I can hear you thinking, surely you wouldn't eat there with a business associate. Nevertheless, I followed the client's instructions and accepted the restrictions regarding catering and takeout. This is truly the last time I will be using this service. What disgusting junk you sell. The chicken was absolutely inedible and just looked like flour balls, and the entrance was closed off due to a leak... It cost 50 euros for two people and a quick trip to the toilet afterwards. Even though you offered some compensation, I declined it because it was so bad and I felt so bloated afterwards!!

Just got takeout, ate it in the car on the way back. Didn't rate the atmosphere because we didn't go inside; otherwise, nothing special. We were hungry and in a hurry.

What a terrible place. We paid for our order at 21:20 and didn't receive it until 21:53. It wasn't busy at the time either. Our order was also incorrect. (We had a bucket, fries, a Fanta, and an ice cream). Despite the long wait, the food was reasonably warm. Furthermore, it is a mess here: employees are constantly on their phones and you hear everyone around you complaining that it takes a long time, the clearing cabinet is completely full, and the trash cans are overflowing.

Unbelievable, what terrible service. They gave me the wrong order number, causing my food to get cold. I asked if it might be my food, but the staff didn't speak Dutch and just turned away. Eventually, he had to make it again and handed it to me without saying anything. Afterwards, I warned them that their toilet had flooded, to which they simply ignored me and continued with what they were doing. I have never experienced such bad service in a fast food chain. What a terrible experience. This was without a doubt one of the worst visits to a fast-food restaurant ever. Waiting more than 45 minutes for your food is ridiculous enough, but what makes it even worse is that there was absolutely no communication or apology from the staff. The restaurant itself was downright filthy. Tables full of food scraps, a sticky floor, and an unkempt impression everywhere — it just felt unhygienic to sit there. You seriously wonder how this can continue without anyone intervening. The staff topped it all off. Rude, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. Customers were not listened to, and questions were half-ignored or answered with an attitude. Several people were visibly angry and asked for their money back, but even that was handled reluctantly and with hassle. This really made no sense. If this is the standard, then I am done with this for good.

Waited a very long time and still got cold food. Three times. They think that's perfectly normal here and say they can't do anything about it.

I only got my food after a long time and had to pick it up myself at the counter. The chicken was not fresh and it was lukewarm; it was not crispy at all and totally not what you would expect from a KFC.

In the evening, the KFC, including the drive-thru, regularly closes before the official closing time. It is also common to wait a long time here, after which you end up facing an unfriendly employee. The staff here speak broken Dutch, which in my case resulted in an incorrect order. However, I must honestly say that the food is very tasty and the place looks (in my experience) neat and clean inside.

I'm sorry, but this is really unacceptable. My son wanted to eat at KFC for his birthday; we thought it would be a fun idea because it had been a long time. However, it was too disgusting for words: all the tables were sticky and the floor was greasy everywhere. The drinks station was dirty, there was food everywhere, and almost everything was gone (no straws, no napkins). The small children's play area was also very dirty and poorly maintained in terms of hygiene. We are never coming back here. At the opening a few years ago, we were served raw chicken, a few months later it wasn't a success either, and now nothing has improved.

I thought I'd grab a quick bite to eat on Saturday night. The first ordering kiosk was already broken without a note. It was very busy, and the staff acted disinterested. The tables were dirty, the bins overflowing, and everyone was just waiting. After half an hour, I canceled the order. I did get my money back, but no apology or even a word. This was the second bad experience. A few weeks earlier, early Saturday evening, we were sent back out of the drive-through because they had nothing left. The chicken is good, but they won't be seeing me there again.

Even when the restaurant is completely empty, it's filthy, and not a single ordering kiosk works. There was a constant beeping noise in the restaurant, and the staff are truly awful. They find the easiest work difficult, but they all seem like refugees who just arrived. The food is fine for a fast-food restaurant. But the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. There were hardly any clean tables, dirty, food scraps, and lots of trays with trash on them because all the trash cans were overflowing. Everything was lying next to, above, and around the trash cans. And the service table had no napkins and was also messy. I received the wrong food, and it could be exchanged, but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with the staff. Someone reported the mess and didn't really get a response. I won't be going there again.

Ordered Sundea deluxe (Dubai variant) costs 4 euros and then you get a quarter filled and when you ask for more they suddenly lie that they can only fill up to that point bad service they didn't even look at you while you were talking to them

With a large family, we had a large order. It was far from complete... we had to go back to the counter and were poorly served; the staff member was completely clueless. We finally returned to the table with the missing food. It also turned out we didn't have the sauce. Poor service, poor service.

I almost had to fight to get my sauce, but they wouldn't give it to me until I decided not to continue in the drive-thru. They forgot my drink, which usually takes more than half an hour to an hour when I eat in here. They refused to take my deposit cup. What a terrible situation.

I visited the drive-thru on November 14th around 10:00 PM. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I politely asked if I could add another bottle of water before paying, but the employee's rude response unfortunately prevented me from doing so. I also received the wrong order and had to wait again to have it corrected. It was a shame about the experience. 0 service, this could really be better!!!!!!!

A nice hotel with a well-designed menu. Well-equipped for business. Everything was well-organized.
