If you go through the drive-through here, you ALWAYS have to check your food because they always "forget" something. Even with a simple order of three, you only get two. It's happened four times now.

The waiting time is absolutely absurd. Worst KFC ive ever been to. Run by bunch of teenagers who are rude and are getting paid to not even break a sweat.

One star is still too much! For a simple order of fries, chicken, a burger, and a drink, you simply wait over an hour! The restrooms are filthy, and half of them are closed; there's trash and food scraps everywhere! Never again!

It's a KFC. Not bad. Not great either.

The food is fine for a fast-food restaurant. But the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. There were hardly any clean tables, dirty, food scraps, and lots of trays with trash on them because all the trash cans were overflowing. Everything was lying next to, above, and around the trash cans. And the service table had no napkins and was also messy. I received the wrong food, and it could be exchanged, but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with the staff. Someone reported the mess and didn't really get a response. I won't be going there again.

Ordered Sundea deluxe (Dubai variant) costs 4 euros and then you get a quarter filled and when you ask for more they suddenly lie that they can only fill up to that point bad service they didn't even look at you while you were talking to them

Empty room Had to wait a long time, but I did get an extra chicken as compensation. They noticed and took action.

With a large family, we had a large order. It was far from complete... we had to go back to the counter and were poorly served; the staff member was completely clueless. We finally returned to the table with the missing food. It also turned out we didn't have the sauce. Poor service, poor service.

I almost had to fight to get my sauce, but they wouldn't give it to me until I decided not to continue in the drive-thru. They forgot my drink, which usually takes more than half an hour to an hour when I eat in here. They refused to take my deposit cup. What a terrible situation.

Could be better, especially the temperature of the products. Had to wait half an hour to order! Had to wait half an hour for the order. They forgot the kids' meal when ordering. Far too few staff!!! All the trash bins overflowing!!! Dirty tables, dirty floors, food on the floor. Spilled soda everywhere at the soft drink tap. Dirty restrooms and terrible smells! All complaining and angry customers. The manager is nowhere to be seen when there are complaints or angry customers!!! This KFC franchise will never be back. From now on, I'll just go to other KFC locations for a meal!

Stood in the drive-through for an hour. And by 6:30 they were already out of chicken tenders because they were "too busy." Don't get your food here.

I visited the drive-thru on November 14th around 10:00 PM. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I politely asked if I could add another bottle of water before paying, but the employee's rude response unfortunately prevented me from doing so. I also received the wrong order and had to wait again to have it corrected. It was a shame about the experience. 0 service, this could really be better!!!!!!!

A nice hotel with a well-designed menu. Well-equipped for business. Everything was well-organized.

I ordered two different meals through the deal app, but they looked awful, except for the wrap! The chicken was half cold, not cooked through, and they forgot the fries, so I'll never, ever come back... And the atmosphere is freezing; they just shout your number and practically throw your food at you.

This KFC is a complete tragedy. I've been visiting this location for over three years now, but during opening hours (!), I'm more likely to find a closed door than an open one. Without any notice on the door or the drive-through welcome post, the restaurant is closed. Sometimes a lost soul wanders around the back of the restaurant, but with rare exceptions, they have no motivation to explain anything when they see you at the door. Even delivery drivers with a pickup order wander around the building, bewildered, without being spoken to. If, by the grace of God, I do manage to get into the restaurant, you can easily count on an hour before you receive your order. After a thorough check of the order—as that too can often go wrong—you can finally eat. The only bright spot is that the food itself is delicious. The delicious food and the fact that they have no direct competition in the Zoetermeer area are the only reasons I keep trying to visit this restaurant, because in all these three years, there hasn't been any improvement in the problems this location clearly faces. It's a shame, I think. Because I'd love to come more often. But at this rate, the craving would have to be incredibly strong to even try it. Sigh. 😔

After waiting 55 minutes without our food, we had to leave and ask for our money back. Many men were watching the screen, but no orders were being processed.

Went to this KFC tonight. It was truly EXTREMELY disappointing! Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the long line at the Drive-Thru. We thought it would be busy inside, but it wasn't. At least, not for the seats. Everyone was waiting around the counter, and a few people were ordering. At that point, we thought: it's understandable that it's busy, since it's Saturday. So we ordered to eat there. We couldn't choose a table, so we had to go up to the front to pick it up ourselves. Not so bad, we thought, until we stood in the crowd for almost an hour and a half. Home delivery was still going; they should have turned it off. It was so chaotic that several people asked for their money back and walked out. Orders from people who were no longer there were being made and served, while others (like us) had already been waiting an hour. They wouldn't let us take the food from the other people who were no longer there. The staff was doing nothing and they were incredibly slow! Everything was taking its time. At first, we couldn't find a high chair, but we eventually managed to find one. The hygiene was very poor. The tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and one of the ladies' restrooms was overflowing with toilet paper and was completely unusable. There was also no hand soap in any of the restrooms or the changing area. And then they expect you to chew/eat chicken with your hands afterward! Long live the hand sanitizer, which we always carry in our diaper bag! We also didn't dare let our 1.5-year-old son play in the play area. Not only were older children messing around there, but it also looked really unsanitary. We ordered at 6:50 PM and finally received our food around 8:20 PM. We were with two children (ages 1.5 and 2), who were incredibly hungry. So, after an hour, I finally went to ask how things were going. Another woman next to me asked about compensation for the wait. They offered us a large cup for our soda instead of a medium. Then they asked what we wanted. I said, "Just give me the drinks now." I got them, and they said they'd start preparing the order. But when I still didn't see our order appear, the manager came. He asked for my receipt, saw the number, and nudged one of the guys, saying, "You said this lady was gone!" They hadn't even bothered to do anything yet and thought we'd left! He came back and said they'd fix it right away. We finally got our food. We'd had some extra hot wings, but some of the chicken from our boneless bucket was tough and tasted old. And when almost no one was left in the restaurant, they were still dealing with the chaos. We heard the staff and the manager getting very irritated. They angrily called out the number, then immediately threw the order away. It didn't seem very customer-friendly anymore. We won't be coming back anytime soon! They should probably close this place down! What a flop... And all that for almost 60 euros for the five of us. We had two children's menus, two buckets with three drinks, three fries, and four fries sauces, and we even had discount codes! But considering the price compared to the quality, it was way too expensive!

Slow and cold food every time I come

Long wait. The kiosk didn't provide a VAT receipt. I asked two people to print one, but no one knew what VAT was.

Here's my experience at KFC Bleiswijk. First of all, I want to say that the chicken here is incredibly delicious. So delicious, in fact, that I eat here at least five times a week. Compared to other fast-food chains, KFC is far superior. I do want to emphasize, however, that the employees are very relaxed. Unfortunately, I often wait at least 25 minutes for my chicken (though it tastes much better that way). The employees make it clear they're not in a hurry, even when there are only a few customers. In conclusion, the chicken is incredibly good, but unfortunately, it takes a very long time to arrive.

This week I was here and I went inside to eat because my bus is too big for the drive in so I went inside to order. Waited fifteen minutes to be able to order and waited 45 minutes for food while you looked outside at the cars you could see them coming and going you could see who had priority so a tip from me take the car instead and go inside then you are sure to get your food quickly Unless you are not very hungry and don't like waiting a long time you can go inside I could have eaten better at Bram Ladage I was helped faster than at their place

What a filthy mess!!!!! The tables, floors, and restrooms were absolutely unbearable, let alone what the rest of the place must look like. No more KFC for me and the kids. People, don't do this. It won't make you happy.

I occasionally visit the KFC in Blijswijk, but unfortunately, my experience is usually mediocre to downright bad. The wait time is usually at least half an hour, which is quite long for fast food. Sometimes the food is well-prepared and tastes great, but there are also times when it's a bit disappointing, such as lukewarm, sloppily presented, or not entirely fresh. The staff varies greatly from visit to visit. Sometimes they're friendly and helpful, other times grumpy or disinterested. What strikes me most is the poor management of the location. The dining area is often dirty, tables aren't cleaned, and the trash cans are regularly overflowing. It gives the impression that there's little attention to hygiene and maintenance. It's a shame, because with a bit more organization and cleaning, this could be a much more pleasant place.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Two of the self-service kiosks weren’t working, which caused long waits as everyone had to line up to order. The toilets were dirty, with the soap dispenser having fallen off the wall and left lying on the sink, and the napkin dispenser was empty. There were few people waiting, and the unmotivated staff were so slow that our food arrived late. The fries were undercooked. The burger tasted like plastic covered in far too much sauce. The cola tasted like flavored water. The ducks did appreciate the fries, hence the one star. There's no reason to come here again. I advise against it.

They're so slow at making it. I can easily wait 45 minutes for my food here. And when you get it, it's lukewarm and limp. I wonder what they do in the kitchen all day. Definitely no food preparation.

I don't understand why this restaurant keeps making mistakes while its competitors are literally right next door! The same mistakes over and over again, so it was our last time here. Waiting 30 minutes for your order at a fast food chain is already ridiculously bad, but then constantly forgetting things in the order makes it even more annoying. Sandwiches are stingy and sloppy, as if it's a deduction from the staff's salary if a good sandwich is sold. Staff who don't understand the menu, don't want to understand it, or just don't care at all. I don't blame them; I'd be depressed in a workplace like that. Management should do something about this restaurant and take better care of their staff.

I visited KFC today, but it was a huge disappointment. The food was absolutely terrible – the chicken breast was burnt, dry, and absolutely not what you'd expect. The rest of the food was also mediocre. The tables and floor were dirty and sticky, as if they hadn't been cleaned in days. It was simply unsanitary. What made it even worse was the staff. Unfriendly, completely unprofessional, and absolutely unhelpful. Instead of service, we were treated as if we were wasting their time. And as if that wasn't enough, we were also threatened with a bottle of drink – something completely unacceptable. This is not how you treat customers. We came for a quick bite, but left feeling awful. We will never visit KFC again, and I advise everyone to avoid this location.

This branch is terrible. I've been there for the second time this past Saturday evening, around 9 p.m. For the second time, they refuse to heat corn. Then your only choice is fries, and you have to pay extra for the sauce because the "value" of the product is the same. It's also ridiculously dirty inside. They don't clean it. Like many others, I'll never come here again.

Filthy place, rude staff, and it took almost an hour and a half for my small order to finally be ready! I asked several times why it was taking so long, but the staff simply dodged my question. Worst kfc ever! I order online and they marked as ready for picked up 21:54. I went to the counter and my order was not ready until 22:30 On top of that they gave me the wrong burgers, as I asked for two zingers with no lettuce and I received two original with salada! Ordered two burgers without sauce through Thuisbezorgd. Over an hour later, I finally received two burgers with a ton of sauce. Never again.

This location in Bleiswijk, if you don't value service, is a great place to eat chicken. However, the preparation time is long; every time I've been, it's been at least 20 minutes. Furthermore, the restrooms are filthy and disgusting. Wiping tables and dirt on the floor is acceptable if the burger or chicken is excellent, but it isn't. Attention to detail, wiping tables, and ensuring the trash cans aren't overflowing should be a good start. And the average Dutch person appreciates a smile. Making you feel welcome, not burdened?!

There were flies in the sealed cups, and the chicken was very greasy. The service wasn't very responsive to questions either.

I had a Sunday Deluxe and it was half full, almost no chocolate sauce. This is not okay. I take my ice cream very seriously. At McDonald's, you had it completely full. This is unacceptable.

Yesterday I was at KFC Bleiswijk, and I noticed that when certain people are working, you can't pay by card at the cash register; you have to pay cash and are directed to order at the counter. We used to go to this KFC regularly, but we haven't been there for six months. When we went here today, we noticed the staff had changed! Not only is there discrimination, but they also put old chicken wings in my meal! The amount of fries was also so small! So unreasonable! I was clearly the first in line to order, but a male employee immediately asked the Dutch woman behind me to order first! I said, "I was there first," and he reluctantly served me! When I got the bucket of chicken wings, I saw that they had given me wings that had been fried overnight? So old! The meat was numb! Not tender! So sad! This is the sadness of their country!

I ordered food from KFC Bleiswijk on Jadeweg. Instead of 6 fillet bites, I only received 1. After driving 10 minutes to my customer, I wanted to eat my order. I opened my bag and, to my surprise, saw that there was only 1 fillet bite. I drove back to the store and told them in a normal tone that my order was incomplete. A strange manager came to the window and said that they do this often and that I was lying. I got very angry and demanded my money back immediately. This is absolutely outrageous. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

What a drama. A total of an hour in the drive thru!! For a not too big order. The person at the order counter was deaf or totally uninterested because I had to repeat everything twice. In addition, I was not allowed to choose a milkshake with a certain menu, only soft drinks!!!! No water either!!!! 'burgers' are actually way too much sauce on a dry bun and 1!! piece of chicken. Horrible, we waited 50 minutes. After repeatedly complaining about our long wait and seeing so many people ahead of us, we finally got our food. WORST STORY EVER!! Go to McDonald's or something else.

The most disgusting KFC in the Netherlands, this statement may seem exaggerated but just look at the pictures. We were here on 02-07-2025 around 21:00 and were welcomed by a real garbage dump. Every square meter was covered in junk, tables were stuck and looked really bad, garbage bins where the junk fell out because they were overflowing and the floor was littered with junk. I really wonder who the manager is and if he even exists. This is not worthy of any form of service or hygiene - let alone what you can expect from an international chain like KFC.

It's all happened before and I wish I had looked at the reviews earlier: waiting time people in front of us 50 minutes (our turn is not even close...after half an hour there are still 26 people in front of us), overflowing bins, tables full of rubbish, free tables sticking. This is the first and at the same time the last time... Even if the food turns out to be delicious later on, although I don't have high expectations of that anymore, that doesn't make it right...

What a drama here. Very cold inside, very long waiting time and then hear that the crispy tenders will take another fifteen minutes! Staff very unfriendly and incompetent! We walked to the other side (mac) after asking for our money back... Certainly not recommended here.
