Great Kwalitaria and not for nothing the best of 2024. For me too, of 2025.

We had three burger menus and a kids' menu, and onion rings on their own. My 1838 burger had a lot of bits of bone in it, which I didn't like. The salad I got seemed to have sand in it. My husband thought the vegetables on his chicken burger were sloppily cut. The pieces (bell peppers) were way too large. Not much chicken, and lots of breadcrumbs. The flavor was good! He thought his salad was cold (frozen). The onion rings were very tasty but meager, 6 in a container. We paid €4.50 for them. The fries were good. There wasn't much of an atmosphere there, so we ate at home. Service was professional and efficient, just okay.

I have honestly never had such bad fries from a snack bar.

I recently placed an order and it was delivered cold, with no salt on the fries and them fried in old oil. It also smelled very stale. I called but was put on hold and never heard back. I'll never order from here again.

Yesterday, I placed an order for €60. We ordered two fries with hot chicken, one summer special, three milkshakes, and a snack each. The employee (a guy around 20) misunderstood that we had also ordered two summer special fries, but that wasn't the case. When we got home, we saw that there were extra fries in the order and realized we'd also been overcharged. I called back to report it and told them we hadn't received a receipt and were willing to drive back for a refund/voucher or something similar. The employee's response was, "Madam, if it was our fault, you'd get your money back." Well, it was their fault too, but no solution was offered. We were put on hold for 20 minutes while they reviewed the camera footage with audio. We asked if we could listen in, but there was no response. During the phone call, we also discovered that we had received three vanilla milkshakes, even though we'd ordered mango and strawberry. The employee replied, "Yes, first it's the fries and now the milkshakes." Our complaint wasn't taken seriously at all, even though we were only looking for a reasonable solution, since the mistake was clearly theirs. Very unfortunate. We've been a customer for years and have always been satisfied, except for a few minor errors. However, due to the rude handling of our complaint, this was the last time we ordered from them. They didn't even offer an apology for the mistake, which was clearly theirs.

A fantastic Kwalitaria! Incredibly friendly staff, delicious food and also made quickly. My favorite place to order food when I want to treat myself!

I have ordered pulled meat croquettes several times, but when I get home there is a different type of croquette in my bag than the one I ordered. Now I indicate at the counter that this has already happened twice with an order for home. There is simply no response, no apologies, nothing. It can happen I think, but I don't think it's nice to just not respond when I indicate this. And that's why this review. And now they say that there would have been a response. That tells me enough. Have a nice day.

Nice, fresh, good food and great people behind the counter.

Ordered fries online, croquette and frikandel. Wide range by the way. Kwalitaria does what its name suggests: deliver quality. Order was delivered to your home quickly. We found the price acceptable. Have sometimes been more expensive elsewhere. So a nice meal. Worth repeating.

Ordered via internet and received delivery time of 5:45 PM. Called at 6:30 PM to say the order had not yet arrived. The answer we received was, sorry, it is busy and your order is not yet being processed. So the order arrives more than an hour late. Called again at 7:00 PM because the order still hadn't arrived. We are very sorry, but your order has now been placed, was the reply. So that will be an hour and a half late. So no more ordering here again. One star in terms of service is still too much.

If, as the owner of a cafeteria, you refuse a child of (3) the toilet, and indicate only paying customers, you are obliged to buy something. Then you have not understood the job you are doing and you can feel deeply ashamed.

Chinese owner sent the wrong order. Chinese said he would send me a new one if I paid again to fix the problem. Next time I will offer him another solution with my own method. worthless thing 🤬🤬

Ordered twice now...worthless while it lasts...55 minutes. I then thought about going there...you guessed it, our receipt was forgotten...we waited for almost an hour for nothing special. One more chance, I thought, last Wednesday...hours later! So never again

Ordered food at 5:00 PM, Called at 5:50 PM and apparently the delivery person doesn't arrive until 6:30 PM...

I've eaten here a few times now and time and time again I notice a cold and distant attitude from the owner. Greetings upon arrival is already too much to ask, while others are welcomed enthusiastically. My environment also experiences this. I get the feeling that people are being condescending and being closely monitored, which is not pleasant at all. Last time. Other staff and delivery people have nothing to complain about.

Friendly employees and generally fast service. Of course not the standard (limited) offering, so you shouldn't come here for a sito stick. But what they do have is of good quality.

Very good Kwalitaria fries are always nice and crispy and warm. Burgers and other snacks are deliciously prepared. Service is friendly and fast, both pick-up and ordering are fine.

You will now try to justify all this, but you will not see me again In response to your comment. I have lived in Zeist for 45 years. I know where the Kwalitaria De Clomp is. And the situation is exactly as I described. Nice and easy to try to talk it out. There are other things I would like to mention but I'll stop at this!!!!!

Very poor quality fries, contain more air than potatoes, sour smell, taste as if the oil is not fresh, no salt in it, asked for salt Once home I still didn't taste any salt. That boy apparently put very little salt on it. Bad service when asking what type of fries they all have look very unfriendly, can't smile, don't want tasty food, don't have a nice evening, nothing!! very bad atmosphere!! Didn't see me here again!!!😒 From now on I will only get my fries from the Seyster Friethuys, at least real quality home-made fries and value for money!

Ordered a Red Rebel two days in a row last week, the first was great but the second was downright bad! Very different burger and very greasy! sandwich was swimming in grease and sparsely topped compared to the first burger

Actually not worth a star! If you want to eat you both have to order something, otherwise you have to leave. I have diabetes and therefore sometimes have to drink something, but I was told very angrily that it is not allowed to drink and that this was indicated several times, which never happened. Unfriendly, never again!

Very satisfied. Friendly personal and tasty/good fresh food. Much choice! The sandwiches as a healthy sandwich are super tasty and fresh! Always satisfied! I love coming there because the food there is so good and delicious! Good quality!

We ate there on site. The order was brought to the table. What good service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Just do it.

I got food poisoning immediately after eating a burger and am still very sick after a day. (I'll leave out the details) I called to report it for potential future customers who might also experience this and was told that it never happened and that I am the only one who reported it. I did not ask for compensation because I expected the company itself to take this seriously, but it feels like my report was not taken seriously. I hereby leave a very bad review, as I was unable to sleep, became extremely ill and was treated laxly.

Picked up the shawarma menu and giros menu yesterday. The difference between giros and shawarma was hard to find and it was mainly tasteless and greasy, a shame for the money. The fries, on the other hand, were very tasty

Delivery always takes about an hour, while Thuisbezorgd states the standard delivery time is 30 minutes. However, they have never achieved this. Too bad, the quality is excellent, but ordering something quick at the last minute is not an option.

Always delicious food! This has really become our favorite snack bar. The quality is ALWAYS good, the food is always hot, the delivery people are friendly, the staff in the store is very helpful when you call about your order, and if they are occasionally late, they always do something extra. and apologized (which rarely happens, usually very fast delivery). So much better than the quality shops in the center, I'm glad I live in your area. Keep up the good work, you always make me happy!

I thought it was a shame because I heard good stories. But first they were denied the toilet. Then after going through the order 4 times, I still forgot something. We are asked whether we eat here or take away. We indicated that we would eat here and when the order was ready it was still packed to take away. Very unfortunate and disappointing! Fries were also unfortunately fried twice and turned brown.

Great place, nicely demarcated terrace where you can sit quietly with your small child. I would like to be able to buy juices there instead of just soft drinks. But other than that it is all to your liking and delicious.

No brand of croquettes, just home made is not to everyone's taste. Fries were not cooked properly or had a lot of old fat in them or the fat was not hot enough

Fries were limp and too salty, even the shredded fries, which had also turned into a mountain of fries with a maximum length of 4 cm. This neat and spacious cafeteria is located in the renovated beautiful shopping center in Zeist-west. The food can be picked up or delivered. I.v.m. corona closed the tables and chairs. The food is of very good quality and taste. There is ample free parking.

Update: of all my experiences with Kwalitaria de Clomp, 95% are positive. So I went to 5 stars. Picked it up again yesterday, it was class again, really great. Crispy fries and a tasty shake. I also experienced a big energy boost in my body. I'm excited! Prices are clearly above average, but in this case it is worth it. A big advantage is the free delivery and currently the minimum order value is ten euros to have it delivered to your home, also a plus (tip: keep it that way! beautifully distinctive).

I'm here for the 3 time now and I'm looking at all perspectives. The customer service here is very good, with a smile and friendly every time. The quality of the food is also very good, so far only tried the hot and cold sandwiches but very fresh. For my taste, I find the appearance of this company very modern and calm. In my opinion it is highly recommended! :)
